EXPECTING GREAT THINGS & OPRAH

She asked me to change her name so Ginny writes: Once again, hello from Melbourne, Australia, and I hope this finds you and your family very well. I'm writing to relate three things and I would very much appreciate your feedback. I would be interested to hear yours and/or Theo's thoughts. Thank you.

1. The following may be a helpful thing to do, for those who are feeling that they're not getting much result from their MBOs – which is how I felt for some time.

One day, a few months ago, I sat down and said every MBO request I could think of, one after the other. I said aloud at least 40 or 50 MBO requests. It took quite a while. I tried to include every amazing thing I wanted, and every change I wanted for myself and my life.

Some of them were as follows: "I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for a very loving and trusting relationship with my Guardian Angel, thank you!" "I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for guidance in creating the very best MBO requests for me, at exactly the time I need them, and for my MBO requests to be perfect for me in every way, at all times, in all my lives, thank you! And may the benefits be EVEN BETTER than I expect or anticipate, thank you!"

And, "I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for me to feel the kind and loving presence of my Guardian Angel, right throughout each and every day, thank you!"and, "I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for the Most Benevolent energies to be around me, and a part of me, at all times, thank you!"

Happinest

After saying all of the requests, I said, "I EXPECT GREAT THINGS TODAY, I EXPECT GREAT THINGS TOMORROW AND I EXPECT GREAT THINGS ALL THIS WEEK, THANK YOU!"

I followed that with, "I EXPECT GREAT THINGS THIS MONTH, I EXPECT
GREAT THINGS NEXT MONTH, AND I EXPECT GREAT THINGS ALL THROUGH THIS YEAR, AND NEXT YEAR, AND I EXPECT GREAT THINGS IN EVERY MINUTE OF MY WHOLE LIFE, IN ALL MY LIVES, EVERYWHERE I EXIST, ALL THE TIME, THANK YOU!" "AND MAY THE RESULTS BE EVEN BETTER THAN I COULD EVER ASK FOR OR ANTICIPATE, THANK YOU!"

My requests did seem a little "over the top", but I was trying to include everything. When I could think of no more MBO requests, I stopped. I noticed that I felt quite different, and very much uplifted, even exhilarated. I felt, all around me and far into the distance, a sensation of multitudes of gentle shifts and movements, as if an infinite number of small levers was changing position, infinite buttons were being pressed, infinite keys were being typed and infinite actions were taking place.

I then heard, unerringly, a gentle whisper in my ear, words that were said with a huge smile and great delight: "At last you've given me something to do!"

I believe that was my Guardian Angel's voice, and that he/she is thrilled that I am finally starting to "get it". I now feel more positive overall, and more confident of moving towards perfect solutions for all of the very complex and trenchant issues that have been causing me stress and hardship during the last few years. I expect great things!

To anyone who is in doubt, or becoming disillusioned about their MBO results, please persist. I am finding that the more I request MBOs, the lighter, gentler and more optimistic I feel. It really is important, to me, to make them a part of my day. Each request needs to be said only once, but sometimes I change the wording and request things again, just to be sure. Some results are almost instant, and some I'm still waiting for, but I have started on a new path now, and patience and trust are a part of that path.

So I would like to say, right now, that I ask any and all Beings to assist every person here on Earth to become aware of, and to begin to communicate with, his/her Guardian Angel, in a Most Benevolent way, and for the results to be even better than I could ever ask for or expect, thank you!

2. A phrase printed in a column in a newspaper recently caught my eye. It read, "...and we expect even greater things in the future". I immediately said aloud, "I EXPECT EVEN GREATER THINGS IN THE FUTURE, THANK YOU! And may the results be even better than I could hope for or expect, thank you!"

It really felt right to say this, and now I say it every day, after saying the EXPECT GREAT THINGS sentence. It seems to be right, for me. Do you think, Tom, that this is a good thing to say each day?

3. AN OPEN LETTER TO ALL OF TOM'S SUPPORTERS

Hi everyone. I would like to begin this (hopefully) brief letter by saying that I ask any and all Benevolent Beings to bring you much good fortune, excellent health and happiness in all of your lives, all of the time, thank you!

Oprah

I am writing this without Tom's permission, so I hope he will be okay about it. About a month ago, I wrote an email to Oprah Winfrey, in the space provided on the Oprah website, to ask her to interview Tom on her television show. The website asks viewers for suggestions for topics for the show.

As I understand it, the current season will be the last season of the Oprah Winfrey show. As I said in the email I wrote on the Oprah website, I think Oprah would be the perfect person to interview Tom, to help spread the beautiful message of Most Benevolent Outcomes and living The Gentle Way.

Oprah has shown a strong interest in The Secret and The Law of Attraction, and in Louise L. Hay's work around healing and affirmations. I believe Oprah will be open to learning The Gentle Way and passing on the message, as MBO requests and Benevolent Prayers are just so easy, and they work!

But one lone request won't get things very far, so I am asking all of you who are finding Tom's information to be helpful and true, to PLEASE TAKE FIVE MINUTES OUT OF YOUR DAY TO GO TO THE OPRAH WEBSITE AND REQUEST AN OPRAH EPISODE IN WHICH OPRAH WILL INTERVIEW TOM T.MOORE, and will introduce his book The Gentle Way. Our collective voices will make one loud voice, I am sure of it. As viewers and consumers, if enough of us speak up, someone will listen.

Moore to be interviewed at length on the Oprah Winfrey Show, and other television and radio shows, and in newspapers and magazines, and for Tom's appearances to be very positive for him, and for them to result in many, many people learning about and beginning to request Most Benevolent Outcomes, and beginning to say Benevolent Prayers, and beginning to raise their vibrations in the Most Benevolent way, every day, all around the world, thank you! And may the results be even more than I hope for or expect, thank you!" "I expect great things, thank you!" Thank you, everyone, and lots of pure, angelic light to you all.

TERRORIST THREAT IN FRANCE?

Hilda writes: A continued thank you to you for your newsletter and all the information and advice from Gaia and other wise beings such as our GA’s.

I am currently here in SW France and return to Paris via speed train from Bordeaux next Sunday and from Paris directly to Charles de Gaulle Airport to catch my flight home to Australia. Since Monday there has been much speculation in the French media about possible and expected terrorist activity on the train system an/or at a major Paris station in the form of a female suicide bomber. Security has apparently also been stepped up greatly at the Airport.

While I don't want to give this negativity any power and have consequently already started asking for an MBO for my imminent journey back to Australia as well as protection for all who are traveling, I was wondering whether you have perhaps received any information in this regard from Gaia or any of the other Wise Beings with whom you may be in touch?

Before I give Theo’s answer, I do wish to say that on 9/22 when I received this I was struggling with reception and “tripped out” three or four times, going into a deeper Delta state (I think it’s called). Some full trance channels will not even channel during the days before and after a full moon, but I’ve been told to ignore these time periods. So here’s what I received:

Theo on my shoulder?

Yes, Tom right here.

Tripping out again.

Theo, will there be any terrorist attacks in France in the next one or two months?

Yes Tom, there will be one. It will be serious but managed well by those who respond to such events.

Where will it happen?

Yes, in their major city.

Paris?

No Tom, not there.

Lyon

Lyon?

Yes, there you have it.

I assume there will be loss of life?

Yes, of course, but the perpetrators will quickly be rounded up, you see.

So can we narrow this down a little—next two weeks, one month or two months?

Yes, closer to one month.

So to recap Theo, it will occur within about one month in Lyon?

Yes Tom, that is correct.

So I would suggest anyone traveling to Lyon, France be extra cautious and do request a Most Benevolent Outcome for your safety.

THE LETTER OPENER MOVED!

Bette writes: I will start by saying that I have been in contact with my angels for years. I do not speak out loud to them but use thoughts. They are accustomed to this and I have led a charmed life at times. Your contribution has been in getting them more involved in the everyday of life's activities.

My latest angel help has been a little over the top. I lost my letter opener over a month ago. I dropped it and it slid under some furniture where I could not reach it. I gave up and have been opening mail without it for all this time. I would think of ways to retrieve it, but since they mostly meant getting on the floor and crawling around, I would not do any of them. Finally I determined to get it back and was using a back scratcher to reach under the furniture for it. I did not get the letter opener that way but did get some other things I had been missing. I gave up again and finally asked the angels for a MBO for the return of the letter opener within a couple days.

The next time I went in my office, I thought of my request and wondered how it would be answered. There on a table where I pile things I am not finished reading or need to do more with was the letter opener stuck between some of the things in one pile. I know it was not there all this time as I am constantly looking through the stuff and rearranging it. I quickly said my thank yous. How do the angels move solid objects? I had an earring returned once 20 year ago that I lost in a restaurant. It turned up in my jewelry box months after I lost it. Thank you for your wonderful work.

HEALTH MBO’S

Brian writes: How do your MBOs differ from Robert Shapiro's Benevolent Magic requests? I find Shapiro's method hard to remember and to craft a sentence easily. I know that he quotes you and you also quote him. Is it really the same mechanism?

Also, do you have a good MBO wording for general healing and health optimization? I could use help with this, as health is not covered that well in your first book and I have struggled with the wording on this subject in the past.

As I related in my first book, it was an article and then in a book of his that I first read that you could "request benevolent outcomes in your life." I started experimenting with that germ of an idea and have made it much easier for people to request Most Benevolent Outcomes (MBO's) as I call them and now Benevolent Prayers, which he originally called Living Prayers. This is not his real focus, as he's a full trance channel with many books in the Explorer Race series.

There are several MBO's to say for health, depending upon the particular circumstances. You can request a MBO for healing energy to be sent to you by your GA; You can request a MBO to be led to the best treatments for the particular condition you experience; and you can request MBO's for a successful operation, as I did when I experienced congestive heart failure in 2006.

If the illness or condition is unknown, say “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for this condition of my body and may I be led to finding out what is wrong and how to correct it in a most benevolent manner, thank you!”

TREATMENT OF EARTH’S BEINGS

Toni writes: At the beginning of this year as I prayed & meditated about "my theme" for 2010, the answer I was given (gently) was "PAY ATTENTION!!/Do Not Go Into FEAR". I have made this my mantra for 2010, and with that in mind it led to my quest for Clarity in my daily activities. To that end, I have been reading many books (The Omnivores Dilemma", "Fast Food Nation", "Why We Love Dogs, Eat Pigs and Wear Cows" to name a few) and newsletters about our food supply, where it comes from and the treatment of animals, how they are processed to feed an omnivore world. I no longer have a desire, nor do I eat meat or anything derived from living animals.

Today as I ate my (vegan) lunch, I prayed for guidance, and for all the animals that would be tortured today to supply our appetites. The answer I received was "Be the Change that You Desire." Other than no longer eating meat, what can I do to advocate ethical treatment for all sentient beings?

Does it distress Gaia to witness this destruction and does she have any plans of allowing these animals to become extinct or disappear? Thank you for you!

Gaia, what can people do to promote the ethical treatment of all beings?

Obviously Tom it starts with each of you. Then you can begin working on all the other people that call them “dumb animals” and such. Great strides are being made in this area Tom, and greater recognition of just how intelligent these beings are in their own right. This will accelerate in the future you see.

Each of you must follow your passions, and as long as you honor all beings on this earth, as your Creator loves variety and loves every one of these creatures—these beings—equally, you should strive for that too. You can assist in so many ways that as an individual you must choose your passion.

WHALES BEACHED

Iris writes: I heard about a pod of whales beaching themselves on a remote part of New Zealand. It evidently has been happening more frequently. Please ask Gaia why the mass exodus? Have we polluted the seas so badly they cannot tolerate it? Have the ley lines or what ever they use for navigation moved? Please advise, I am both curious and concerned. Thanks for all you information in the newsletter. It is a great service.

Gaia, why did a pod of whales beach themselves on a New Zealand beach recently?

Good question Tom. Their time on earth was up for many of them, and they are going home. The magnetic north is still continuing to shift, so their sensors still show one way, but that’s not the way, you see. That’s the simple answer but the more complicated one is that their work is done here and they are going home. Eventually a great portion of them will leave, but other species will take their place.

DR. DANIEL AMEN

Rick writes: Regarding depression, would Theo be able to give insight on what progress is being made on this issue for healing? There is a doctor Daniel Amen who appears on PBS a lot, and his methods have been highlighted on Larry King, but there are people out there that think it's quackery. Does Theo have any insight into what works and what does not?

Theo, comments please on Dr. Daniel Amen.

Dr. Amen Tom is a good-hearted soul who is exploring various alternative treatment programs. But like anything I tell you about people, each should decide for themselves whether his messages resonate with you or not.

NAME OF YOUR GUARDIAN ANGEL

Richard writes: Thank you so much for the newsletter, this is the first that I have received and have enjoyed reading it over and over again.

I do have one question, how do you find out the name of your guardian angel ? I have just go into this and so far I have had several good experiences but it is troubling to me as to the name of my guardian angel.

Here’s what Theo said about angelic names:

Theo—you said that I could not pronounce your Angelic name. Was that because it would be more musical notes, or would it be because our vocal cords could not pronounce the sounds?

Much more the latter, Tom. Your vocal cords are just not trained to do this nor could they be. You would simply be frustrated if you tried. Keep in mind that labels are not that big a deal where I am, so it matters not to me whether you call me Theo, or Tom, Dick or Harry, although having two Toms might become confusing in your meditations.

So I thought about it a while and I think I was “inspired” to call him Theo. Perhaps that’s what I called him in previous lives, I don’t know. So I suggest saying out loud, “Guardian Angel, what name would you like for me to call you,” and then wait for that “whisper in your ear,” as Theo calls it. It will be a name that is comfortable FOR YOU!

MORE ON THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK

Jim writes: I was shocked when I read that the Fed is not a Government agency. Looked it up on Google and found lots of info. Here is a report that I thought was meaningful.

Linda writes: Wonderful newsletter this week. I found one part most interesting--on the Federal Reserve Bank. It seems that some of these conspiracy theorists are not so wrong. Several have been saying for a long time that our money is controlled by the Bilderberg society and Skull and Bones alumni for lack of a better word. Michael Moore who I really like-has been saying this all along. It is sad the fate of the economy in the free world is in the hands of a few people. While it is good that Theo says soon the world will know the truth- maybe we can all say some mbo’s to hasten the process. It is more than time that all this comes to light. We need to truly start new in this country and we won’t be able to do this unless all the old garbage is gone. This includes choosing government leaders no matter how minor. Maybe you could touch on this more???

Let’s all say a Benevolent Prayer out loud now on this. “I ask any and all beings to assist in revealing the people who really control the Federal Reserve Bank and assist in bringing the control to those who would make the most benevolent decisions for the people of the world, thank you!”

SOUL CONTRACTS

Vera writes: Here is a question that requires an explanation. First it was stated that there will be entities who will remain in areas of catastrophes in order to fulfill their soul contract. On the other hand, if we pray and with that higher consciousness, we can change the course of an issue. Therefore, if there is sufficient prayer power enabling Japan and California earthquakes to be sent in another direction, such as toward the oceans, how are the people in Japan and California going to fulfill their soul contract since they will not be subject to the catastrophes? Furthermore, it has been stated that soul contracts can be broken. Thank you very much for a reply.

It’s my understanding from what Gaia has said that she can only change an event by lowering the intensity some if there are soul contracts involved.

And yes we have free choice, but that’s in making a conscious choice to that this path or that path. Requesting MBO’s keeps us on our soul contracts, which none of us really know—even if we think we do.

WILL GAIA LEAVE?

Guara writes: I was made aware of your site, book and MBO's by my mother, Kanti. First of all. thank you for all that you have done. The world needs more like-minded conscious people. I have some questions for Gaia Tom. The earth is changing, transmuting if you will, into a fifth dimensional being, yes? When Gaia's transformation is complete, what will happen to her? Will Gaia continue as is but more exalted along with her inhabitants? Or will she and all of her creatures cease to exist in this realm/dimension? If this is the ultimate result Tom, how long will Gaia take to complete her transformation? And will it require human assistance? Is Gaia removing the souls that will not assist in this effort in the forthcoming earthquakes? These questions often cross my mind Tom, so I figured you would be the best person to ask.

For Gaura and anyone else with this question: It is MY UNDERSTANDING (wish to stress that as I’m always learning too) that Gaia exists in all dimensions, so she’s not going anywhere, only we are. As we are veiled for this “Earth experiment,” we feel separated from our true selves, as our souls exist in all dimensions too. We are just a fragment of our whole souls having a life in the third dimension of earth. And she’s not removing souls that will not assist in the effort. All these souls have soul contracts as part of all the hundreds of lives we are living RIGHT NOW, as time is an illusion for us.

NEEDS ASSISTANCE

I changed her name for privacy so Penny writes: I have a question for you.... I am in a very bad financial situation, so I tried the MBO's; unfortunately it still keeps getting worse! I always ask for MBO's especially regarding my children, since they suffer a lot through the poverty. Despite all my efforts, my children, which are chronically sick, were cut off on food stamps and Medicaid, which is a catastrophe.

We’ve been cut off 4 months on a row, after real frustrating "battles" they get the Mecicaid back, just to be cut off a week later again. I had to beg friends for Medication, which is technically illegal, because they had no insurance but needed their Medications. (I have no choice, but to beg.) Also, I have no more car now, which is a nightmare, if one of the kids would need to get to a doctor.

My question: Can it be, that everything is literally working against us, because I’m not supposed to be here in The U.S.? (I am from Europe.) A Tarot reader told me, that I’m not supposed to be here and until I learn, so I won't have it any better!!!!

So the first thing we’re going to do is to say this Benevolent Prayer out loud: “I ask any and all beings to come to Penny and her husband and their children’s assistance to provide them with food and medication and any and all needs, thank you!”

Then I know there are subscribers who can give suggestions to Penny as to what to do now. So email me and I’ll pass them along. They live in Utah and she says that not being a Mormon has had that door closed to assistance.
