MBO TO CHANGE THEATER TICKETS
Molly writes: A short MBO story about theater tickets. I went online to order tickets to a great show, but when I printed out the tickets I saw I chose the wrong time; a night show instead of an afternoon matinee. I immediately called the box office only to find out they are closed Sundays (the day of my performance). I left a message thinking it was futile since they were closed but said an MBO anyway asking that someone call me back.
Within an hour I got a call from a worker who happened to be there and she changed my ticket to the show I wanted. Thank you GA and Tom for The Gentle Way.
MBO FOR NEW MICROWAVE
Ron writes: A week ago I was using my old microwave and noticed how it was peeling off paint inside. So I thought I needed a new microwave, so I made an MBO for another microwave. There were at that time a lot of people moving out of our apartment complex. And someone left a microwave down on the first floor just out of the elevator. I picked it up and brought it to my apartment. It is in very good condition too. Thank you Tom for what you do. My angel does help me too.
BPs FOR SURGERY, VET TO TREAT CAT
Leah writes: Dear Tom, my goddaughter had abdominal pain and bleeding and required expedient surgery within a few days to remove a mass. I posted a BP on the WhatsApp group for the surgery “to be successful, the pathology reports benign, medical personnel of the highest vibration and ability, returning her to perfect health and pain free”. I am so grateful to report that the doctor removed a 12 pound cyst which was completely benign. My goddaughter is recovering easily and “the outcome of her surgery” was “better than hoped for or expected”.
My cat has a seasonal skin allergy and twice a year I need to take her to the vet for an allergy shot. I left a message over the weekend at the vets office but was unable to get an appointment til the following week. Last night my cat sent me a message that she felt like she was living in a war zone with bombs exploding and fires around her. Her immune system was on overdrive and she was scratching her face and ears until bleeding. I called the vet again and couldn’t get in so I made a same day appointment with a new vet. I posted a BP on the WhatsApp group and immediately the group members started saying the prayer. This benevolent prayer was all about getting into the new vet and having my cat’s symptoms alleviated ASAP. To my surprise, within a few minutes of posting this prayer my old vet called and told me I could come in an hour due to a cancellation. This is not exactly what I had asked, but it was even more benevolent because this vet knows my cat, is more familiar to her and closer to my house.
It’s comforting having access to help that has a greater vision for benevolence in my life! Thank you for the gentle way, Tom!
MBO FOR NEW JOB, BPs FOR SOUL CONTRACTS
Severine writes: I was happy this morning to receive another great newsletter in my mailbox.
Today I have 2 big MBOs to share. First MBO for job search:
I request an MBO to find the best job for my skills either with flexible time or fully remote. May the outcome be better and faster than I could hope for or expect, thank you.

It started 2 years ago as I just started my last job that I loved, but still ended up in a layoff due to COVID. Then I stayed 9 months unemployed. I spent lots of time sending resumes and had a couple of interviews with great feedback, yet no offer.
Finally, out of the blue a former service provider contacted me, asking me if I could recommend him someone for a project manager position, I said, “Yes, me”. We signed the contract just after Mercury went direct.
Second BP for soul contract–acceptance and being at peace with my soul contract.
Some of us are struggling as young souls with our daily lives and soul contracts.
This one is a long one and my G.A had been whispering in my ears very often that this was needed before I sat down to write it for the WhatsApp group
Soul contracts acceptance BP:
I ask any and all beings across all timelines to assist those who say this BP and our loved ones to accept and be at peace with our soul contracts and to learn our lessons in the most benevolent way. Thank you for aligning us with our Divine path and divine magic with ease, joy and glory. I request an MBO to fully receive this Bp and to become the best version of myself with love and gratitude, thank you and so it is💙🙏
Personally I have noticed more ease since we started to say this from time to time.

MBO FOR FLIGHT FROM NJ TO FLORIDA
Lee writes: Good day Tom! A quick MBO. I was traveling by plane from NJ to FL and back for a birthday dinner. I said an MBO before I left for an easy flight with little to no turbulence and for a nice enjoyable dinner. Dinner was delicious and the company was wonderful. The flight had just a small bit of turbulence right after takeoff and just before landing on both legs of the trip. I just chuckled because I asked for little or no turbulence and I got about 10 seconds each time!
MBO FOR SAFETY OF CHIPMUNKS
Nancy writes: Some neighbors in my condo community reported to the management office that they saw mice outside (and inside) their units. Accordingly, the office had an exterminator set a few of those baited box traps around our decks. I was concerned that our cute little chipmunk couple might also find the bait attractive and try to get into the boxes – although they might be too large to fit in. That evening I said a brief MBO to see a chipmunk as a sort of sign that they were OK. (I don’t normally see them all that often, perhaps every 2-3 weeks.) The next morning, as I was sitting on my deck reading, I saw a chipmunk scampering across the lawn. MBO answered – Alvin Lives!
MBOs FOR CHOCOLATE AND PARKING SPACES
Jennifer writes: Here are a couple of MBO stories:
My first request for an MBO was for finding a great deal on some chocolate when I stopped to buy gas. I had literally just finished reading your book while waiting to see my chiropractor and was going to stop for gas on the way home, so I said, “I request a most benevolent outcome for a good deal on chocolate. Thank you.” I pulled out of the chiropractor’s parking lot, hopped over to the gas station at the corner, filled up, then went inside to pay. As I set a bag of M&M’s on the counter, the clerk said, kind of as an aside, “By the way, we’re having a buy two, get one free sale on all our king sized chocolate right now, if you’re interested,” and she pointed to a display in the back of the store. I can’t remember the last time a gas station clerk promoted a sale on chocolate while I was paying for my gas. What are the odds that this day, of all days, would be the one where the clerk told me about a good deal on chocolate? I laughed as I got back into my car. “Okay, so this really works,” I said, thanking my guides for finding me a good deal on chocolate.
Most of my MBOs are for parking spaces, and it never fails to amaze me how, if I just listen to the mental cues as I’m pulling into a parking lot, I always find a parking spot right where I requested one. For example, before I started requesting MBOs for parking spaces, I always pulled into the parking lot at the grocery store (or wherever) the same way and went down the same row. After requesting MBOs, I started noticing a little voice in my head that would say, “turn here and come in from the front instead of the back this time,” or “go down the next row of cars instead of this one.” Without fail, every time I followed that little voice’s direction, I found the very last parking space that just happened to be right by the door, or I saw a car pulling out of the front parking space just as I was approaching, or the car in front of me–which I thought would take the last coveted parking space by the entrance–would drive right by it and take a different space. And, just to be clear, when I forget to say an MBO for a parking space, the closest space I can find is waaaaaay out in the parking lot, nowhere near the entrance. This can’t just be coincidence. I mean, I find premium parking spaces where I have never been able to find them before now that I request MBOs.
I hope these help. I do request MBOs for bigger, more complex things, but it’s seeing the results of my smaller MBOs that reassures me that the bigger ones are being worked on too.
EXPECTING GREAT THINGS
Mantej writes: MBO/Great Things Story
Mantej writes from the UK: From saying the Expect Great Things Mantra, later at a restaurant, I bumped into my an old Art teacher of mine from my school days.
I hadn’t seen him in donkey’s years!
He was even sitting down at a table sketching when I saw him. We both recognized each other straight away. It was nice to see him again and say hello!
MBOs FOR NEW BRICK WALL AND TREES
I have a couple of nice MBOs this week. The city of Plano was tearing down a brick wall that runs along the large boulevard our house sits next to that was old and starting to crumble. We contacted the city to see if they were going to next tear down ours too, and they said “no, we don’t have an easement for your property.” So we agreed to give them an easement, since our brick wall was as old as the rest and sagging. The project manager visited us. We were quite concerned about two twenty-six year old trees that were near the wall, so we requested an MBO that they could be saved. After inspecting them, he said all they needed was trimming. But he said he was not sure when the work would be done, since he did not know if there was enough brick off the same run left to replace our brick wall. Another MBO and yes, there was enough brick, so we would not have to wait for months.
There is a diagonal wall with a 400-500 pound sign embedded in it announcing the entrance to our subdivision. The wall across the street had already been taken down, along with the shrubs in front of it. We knew the same would be done on our side, but there is a beautiful little tree that looks almost like a Christmas tree that we wished could be saved. The contractor foreman said he thought it would have to go too, but we did request an MBO for the tree to be saved. As I write this, the trench has been dug for the cement that will hold a double line of bricks (compared to the old single line) and the tree is still standing!

MBOs FOR RIDE TO APPOINTMENT & ICE CREAM
Deb in Minnesota writes: Two MBOs for you that turned out well.
1) Jim got sent to the ER today and I wasn’t sure how he would get home, as he had taken our car to an appointment when he had some health issues. So I said an MBO for us to be able to get him and the car back easily. Since the hospital was only a few miles from the place where Jim had the appointment, he was able to take a taxi to the place of his appointment once he was discharged. Everything worked out well, but it did take more than 3 hours between the call from the ER to the time he got home.
2) Yesterday we wanted to go to the local ice cream shop in the next town, but it was at a time when it was usually quite busy and it was a beautiful day. I said an MBO for us to get there at a time when it was quiet and for us to get a good parking place. Everything worked out beautifully, and we both got yummy double dip cones.
MBO FOR THE START OF CONSTRUCTION
Diwalker writes from Mauritius: Everyday I’ve to pass in front of building, the completed construction of which has been awaiting since several years. I thought it might be a lack of finance or some issue with the authorities. I started doing an MBO for the successful completion of the building. I did it several times. Last week I saw that works have started there and are progressing rapidly. I would like to tell you that I don’t know the owner.
REQUEST FOR COMPRESSION OF TIME
Ghislaine writes: I watched your interview with Debbie today. Immediately after I sent a request for time compression for something I wanted to have finished by 5:45 pm … and it was exactly that time when I got ready. I will continue to practice; very useful, considering the time acceleration we are undergoing.

I haven’t covered requesting a Compression of Time for quite a while, so let’s review how it works and how to make the request. First, it works just like an MBO request. You say it out loud. You use it when you feel you need extra time to finish some project, or to arrive on time for an appointment or meeting. A week or so ago I was having problems with the computer program for my Newsletters. Normally on Wednesday morning I color the text and insert images, but I was not able to even begin until around 2:45 pm CT. I felt I would be fortunate to finish by 6 pm, so I said out loud, “I request a Compression of Time until 5:30 pm, thank you!” Then I purposely did not look at my watch or clock in my office while working on the Newsletter. When I finished, I was quite surprised to see that it was only 4:35 pm! That was one of my best compression of times ever.
What we are doing is manipulating time just a little. But if you look at a clock, time jumps to that time. Experiment with it the next time you need more time for some reason. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

BPs FOR STEPMOM’S BIRTHDAY PARTY
Leah writes: Life has been so full and I want to take the time to report the most wonderful experiences I had last month. I posted a benevolent prayer request on the WhatsApp group for many aspects of our trip to the Midwest for my stepmom’s surprise 80th birthday party and family reunion:
– my husband and I and my youngest son and his girlfriend all experienced a “safe and enjoyable journey” to and from Kansas City.
-my stepmom’s surprise birthday party was a blast, many family and friends attended and we sang and danced the night away! She was truly surprised and the event came together easily!”All family members and event attendees (were)surrounded with Divine Love and Light”
– The family reunion involved many events; a picnic at a park, dinner party and games and on the last day a barbecue at my brother’s farm. There were several “new siblings” present who became known to the family during the pandemic as a result of genetic testing. My BP included the request that “the new siblings feel welcomed into the family”. We look forward to meeting more “new” family members!
– My deceased father’s 3 remaining living siblings attended the family reunion events. My 2 elderly aunts healed their differences and my uncle returned to his hometown after leaving in disgrace decades ago. It was so wonderful to be with them and give them each a hug ! The “spirit of love and harmony prevail(ed) in all interactions”!
– Our youngest sister got out of the treatment center to attend the barbecue and showed off her new grand baby who is 2 days younger than our fifth grandchild! This is only the 5th time I have ever seen her in my life, so her appearance was a very welcomed surprise!
– “the outcome (was) better than hoped for or expected and many miracles unfolded”!
The Gentle Way can truly assist us in bringing peace and harmony to planet Earth. Thank you Tom!
MBO FOR BREAST ULTRASOUND
I’ll call her Jane writes: Last week I had a routine mammogram and the doctor found something they were not sure about. I was called in for additional images to be taken and possibly an ultrasound. The night before I asked for an MBO “I request a most benevolent outcome that my test tomorrow will be negative and I’ll be free of any cancer in my body.”
The next day I had my repeat mammogram and right before I asked field an MBO that it will be found clear and that I won’t even have to do the ultrasound. But they did send me to the ultrasound so I added an MBO to have the results of the ultrasound negative and that I be free of all cancer.
Immediately after the ultrasound was done, the doctor came back into the room and said “everything is OK, there were no suspicious findings!” I thanked my angels and guides 🙏

MBO FOR FENDER BENDER INSURANCE
Flo writes: Thank you, Tom, for all your work that helps so many of us. Here’s my recent experience:
My son was driving my car when another car ran into my car and damaged the front fender on the driver’s side. Since it was the other driver’s fault, we had to get both insurance companies involved. Wanting all this to be resolved quickly and with a hoped-for win-win for all involved, I said an MBO. Then I stopped worrying about the results. I myself had to do nothing. My son and the two insurance companies handled all the details. Now my car is awaiting an appointment to have its fender repaired. A very happy Flo.
MBO FOR BIRTHDAY DINNER
My birthday is August 26, and this year we decided to celebrate by having our family and friends for dinner at a nice restaurant in Addison, Texas, a suburb just to the north of Dallas, named Arthur’s. We thought reserving a table for 11, ten days in advance would be a sufficient time. We did receive an email confirmation from a lady at the restaurant, but I got one of those little “whispers in my ear” to call one week in advance to just see where the table would be located, since we’ve eaten there many times in the past.
The owner of the restaurant answered the phone and checked the reservations and did not find ours. He said they were fully booked, because it was “Dallas Restaurant Week” and they had a special Prix Fixe menu that had attracted a lot of reservations. I read out the confirmation from the lady, and he said she was ill. After first asking if we could move to another night, which I said no, he said to let him work on it.
After hanging up, both Dena and I said MBOs for us to have a table. Less than two hours later he called and said he was able to move another lady to Friday, so we were confirmed.
Naturally we requested MBOs for the drive to and from the restaurant, the dinner, and enjoyment with our family and friends. It was truly an enjoyable evening that I will remember for a long time!

MBOs FOR PATIENTS
Edward writes: I am a cardiologist and do my best to help heal my patients or help in any way I can. Often give them healing from my home. I use MBOs many times during the day for many many things. It works wonderfully and is a gift to all. I meditate numerous times during the day and send light and try to increase the vibration of all. Some people try to decrease the vibration and it is always a challenge. We all need to help not only our world but all of creation.

BPs & MBOs IN THE PATH OF THE HURRICANE
Ellen writes from Florida: Living in Florida AND on the Nature coast, I was a bit worried when I heard about the approaching hurricane Idalia. I live 60 miles south of Cedar Key but 30 miles inland and about 120 feet above sea level. As soon as I heard that the track of the storm was heading directly our way I began to say BP’s for my safety and all the people in this area. We needed the rain, as this area was in a rainfall deficit, but the wind and the tidal surge were the problem for low lying areas on the coast in Cedar Key, Crystal River and the Nature Coast.
I asked for a Most benevolent outcome for all the people who would be affected by the storm. I asked for everyone in our area to be safe and for those that could go to shelters or friends homes to take shelter. I also requested a most benevolent outcome for our area to have the supplies they needed and especially electricity throughout the storm.
I am happy to report that my neighborhood did not lose power and even though the coast did flood and there were some power outages in that area, there have been no reports of any fatalities that I am aware of. My prayer for safety was answered. Thank you GA and thank you Tom for sharing this powerful prayer.
MBO TO HAVE FLIES GO ELSEWHERE
Barbara writes: I wanted to mention what happened 2 weeks ago.
Day 1 – no flies in my house or previously.
Day 2 – suddenly there were dozens of flies on my kitchen and living room windows. It was a cooler day so no windows or doors were open. I have no idea how they got in. I used the zapper on them but every time I thought they were gone, just as many appeared.
Day 3 – I thought of asking, “ What would Tom do? “ So of course I asked Fly Soul to keep them out of my house. I told Fly Soul that This was my private space and they weren’t welcome. Tell them there are many other places they can be, but if they come into my house they will be killed. I don’t want to do that but I will if they don’t leave.
Day 4 – a few flies. I repeated my message to Fly Soul
Day 5 – No Flies! I sent a big Thank you to Fly Soul

Severine writes from China: I have 3 fresh MBOs:
1) Super Typhoon Sula/Saola in South China.
2 days ago we received a notice that schools would be closed on Friday as we are getting ready for a super Typhoon.
These are the BPs I posted in our free MBO/BP WhatsApp group 20 + people participated.
One day prior the typhoon :
I ask any & all beings and Gaia across all timelines to downgrade greatly Sula’s intensity. Please redirect it preferably out of the ocean and protect all people, animals and properties in its path. May the outcome be better than we could hope for or expect, thank you. Thank you all for granting this miracle!
On typhoon’s day:
Asking and thanking any&all beings across all timelines for granting safety and protection of all those in Sula’s path today. We only welcome gentle rain and gentle winds thank you!
Results: To my knowledge no causalities. No tree damages in our area. Thank you all!
2) Back to school routine for 4 year old.
After long summer holidays it was time to get back to routine for school.
I requested MBOs weeks in advance to set up the right routine for my child and that he experiences a gentle and positive return to school waking up easily, eating good breakfast good commute may the outcome be better than I could hope for or expect etc.
Result:No morning drama. Everything went he was very happy of his first week back in school
4 year own MBO requests:
I am teaching my child to request MBO at the playground to only attract friendly kids to play with and to be safe at all times. He repeats after me word by word as he is too small for complicated request. It goes like this: I request to find kind friends to play with today safely. Thank you Guardian Angel.
He always end up finding a kid or 2 to play nicely.
