THE GENTLE WAY BOOKS

Welcome to the Benevolent Outcomes Blog, and welcome to everyone who subscribed in the past week.  This Blog is for people just discovering how to use a very simple, yet powerful and effective spiritual tool you can use every day the rest of your life.  It will lessen the stress and fear of life in general, and will make your life easier.  It’s so simple a lot of people say “It can’t be this easy,” but it is, because IT WORKS!  This reconnects you with your Guardian Angel, or higher power, or whatever your belief is.  You simply say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for…….., thank you!”  When you read the stories below, sent from all over the world, we use the acronym MBO for Most Benevolent Outcomes, GA for Guardian Angel, and BP for Benevolent Prayers (what you ask for other people).

SPECIAL NOTICE:

MBO FOR TRIP TO COMIC CONVENTION

Laurie writes:  You’ve told your readers so many stories of your international travels being smoothed by MBOs. I hope my little “adventure” adds to the inventory!

There’s a super-important comic book convention I attend every few years in New York, and this was one of those years. Everything was arranged and confirmed (and paid for), and then Tropical Storm Karen spun up in the Gulf of Mexico. As you reported in your newsletters, Gaia said there would be a hurricane that would form in the Gulf and skirt up the East Coast. Well, TS Karen was it. Fortunately it didn’t strengthen into a hurricane, but the storm did cross over Florida and head up the East Coast, as predicted. Oh, did I ever watch that storm! It was happening just when I was about to travel from Florida to New York! So I said MBOs every day before my trip that the weather would be perfect for flying to New York and to be perfect and comfortable during my time there. Well, that storm went up the coast and so did I, but it hardly affected my trip. The center of the storm stalled over New Jersey and barely affected metropolitan Manhattan (sorry New Jersey!). I packed rain gear, just in case, but never had to use it. Thank you, Gaia!

It took several fervent MBOs to get me safely from the airport to my hotel on the drive into the city. The taxi driver was maniacal! Remembering that experience, I requested an MBO for “the best possible taxi driver” to take me back to the airport for my departure. There was a group of off-duty cabs parked in front of the hotel when it was time for me to leave, and when I said, “LaGuardia?” only one volunteered. I thought that was strange — who would refuse a $50 fare to the airport? But it turned out that the driver was as friendly as could be, had a daughter in Miami, and we chatted all the way to the airport about the benefits of living in Florida. His daughter wanted him to move there and he was reluctant, but I might have convinced him!

The comic book convention was SO easy to handle with the help of MBOs! This is a major event in an enormous convention center with attendance in the multiple thousands. Things can get very overwhelming. My main MBO was to just have the best experience possible. Plus, I always ask an MBO for helpful people to be put in my path. Those two requests sort of merged into one fabulous result. I met clusters of colleagues who were “coincidently” all in the same spot at the same time, and spent a couple of hours with some friends just walking and talking like old times, re-establishing old bonds and forging new connections. It was more than I could have hoped for or imagined.

MBO FOR CHANGING TIME

Ron writes:  I am still making my MBO’s daily. I would like to know how to make an MBO for changing time. Sometimes now on my way to work the traffic gets heavy and I have found myself late for work. I want to be on time so how do I change the time please.

For Ron and anyone who runs late to work or an appointment, we have the ability to bend time a little.  As an example, let’s say you have an appointment at 2:00 pm, it takes 30 minutes to get there and it’s already 20 minutes until 2 pm.  You say, “I request a compression of time until 2:00 pm and a Most Benevolent Outcome for arriving on time, thank you!”

Then DO NOT look at your watch or the clock in the car.  Just drive normally and you’ll find you’ll arrive a couple of minutes before most of the time.

MBO FOR PASSPORT

Pilar writes:  Hi Tom. I use my MBO most of the time for issues related with documents and it always works. This time I was having trouble with an authorization for my daughter to get her passport. I was waiting so long for news about it, so I requested my MBO and the next day I was told that the document was on its way. I felt relief. Thanks angels.

MBO/BP FOR HUSBAND’S TRIP

Jenny writes:  My husband had to take a trip to Texas for an educational business trip.  He’s had them other years as well, and, besides the flight of which he is always terrified of, he has complained about the food offered, he has gotten sick most times, and didn’t learn much that he hadn’t already known. Before his flight, I said a MBO for a safe, smooth flight both ways, for him to not get ill, to have food that he enjoys, and to have a great learning atmosphere.  We texted and called often, and each time he was happy and content, said he was learning lots, having fun, and the food was good. I’d say it was a successful trip!

MBO FOR MOUSE TO WORK

Sandy writes:  When I turned on my PC when I got home today, my mouse would not move across the screen. I said an MBO and rebooted. Mouse moved fine.

MBO FOR CAR MAINTENANCE

Kathy writes:  Tom, I requested an MBO before going to my 10,000 mile car maintenance, asking that everything go well and that there be no surprise expenses for me. Immediately when I arrived they noticed a small ding in the passenger side door, which was no longer covered under the warranty, but they offered to fix it for me for free! That was a nice bonus.

MBO FOR ALTERNATOR

Harry writes:  The morning after the first freeze, my car “battery” light lit up after I started the car. I got my voltmeter and checked the battery and the voltage was low- which to me indicated an Alternator problem. I didn’t have time to work on it, so I called my great mechanic and set up an appointment the next day. On the way there, I asked for an MBO for the most benevolent outcome. An hour later, the mechanic called to say I had a bad battery, not an alternator! He didn’t charge me for the testing he did, and when I got back home, the battery was still under warranty and only cost me $45. It doesn’t get much better than that!!!!

CHRISTMAS ANGEL

Ron writes:  This one is a short one. The other day I had made a request for unexpected money “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for unexpected money in my life now. Thank you.” That day I went to the store to pick up some items. While in the store I had asked the manager if she had any job openings and she said no. So I paid for my items and left the store. While going to my car a man came up behind me and tapped me on the shoulder and then handed me something which I thought it might be a card. It was a twenty dollar bill and he said Merry Christmas. This made my day and I knew that was my angel who was in charge of this experience too. MBO’s work and sometimes in very mysterious ways. Thanks Tom for sharing The Gentle Way. Keep up the good work.

MBO TO BE SWIM TIMER

Sharon writes:  I have been using one of the methods taught in this book. It is when you make a request of your angels, God, or whoever by saying,  “I am requesting in the most benevolent way…..(whatever you wish to occur).”

I have used this many times and have experienced fun results, which I commonly request. For example, last Friday, Johnny and I drove to WSSU to watch Heather swim at her high school swim meet. Before we got there, I requested the most benevolent outcome for Johnny and I to experience a fun and joyful time at the swim meet. When we got there, Johnny said he wanted to volunteer to be a timer. I said that would be fine. A minute later, I heard someone announce that they needed 2 more timers. I volunteered. Then Johnny said to me that he hoped he got put on lane 6 because sometimes there was no one to time in that lane. He got lane 6….I was put with him. We had the most fun time timing the events together and cheering on each team member! And we each broke a pencil and temporarily paused the meet each time….only us…and we laughed about it.

It turned out to be so fun for both of us…and I could have never predicted this or imagined it to be as fun as it was. I left that to my angels to line it up for us. And they sure came through.

MBO FOR RIGHT SIZE & PARKING SPACE

Margaret in New York writes:  I went to the store today (12/3/2012) to buy a gift for my son and could not find his size.  I did an MBO immediately and asked one of the assistants if he could help me find the correct size.  Since it was not on the shelf, he was so kind and said that he will go in the storeroom to see if he could find the size that I wanted and within a few minutes he came back with the it.  Thank you.

I was looking for a parking space for my car and although I did a MBO, I did not find the spot immediately. I decided to drive around the block again and did another MBO and there was someone moving their car as I was driving down the street, and of course, that was the best parking space for me.  Thank you.

MBO FOR NEW TOWNHOUSE

Diane writes:  Tom I have one for you. For 8 weeks I have been requesting MBO’s and asking for BP’s for the management company where I rent to find the perfect townhouse for me to move into. I moved here 6 months ago and made a poor choice of moving into a 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor and the sound and noise level above me is very loud and disturbing.  Eight weeks ago I met with the assistant manager; she said she would get back to me in a few days and she did not.  I kept asking daily to get the right townhouse and today the manager met with me at 3pm. He greeted me with a smile and said he had the perfect townhouse for me and he said I may have to wait till January but he wanted me to be happy and content and have enough space and no one above me. He said by the end of the week it will be worked out and he will contact me and he will put it aside for me personally. The assistant manager was ignoring me and wanted me to move into a small townhouse and I did not have enough space for my furniture and she was rude; he was perfect and I know it was because I said both BPS & MBOS DAILY!

MBO FOR EASY SCRIPT INSTALLATION

Sandy writes:   I’ve an MBO to share. I installed a script onto my Linux operating system (scripts are programs) and requested an MBO for smooth install. The script installed quickly and easily.

My next MBO is for the successful installation of the USB recording apparatus that will record TV directly into my computer.

MBO FOR GAS STATION & WAY HOME

Peggy writes:  Tom I have a MBO story for you..My husband and I traveled for 3 hours to go to son’s house for Thanksgiving..I stayed overnight– husband came home.. I wanted to go shopping with daughter on black Friday..It was late when I started the three hour trip back home ..I started back home from my granddaughter’s house. I wanted to go north and all I saw was 270 S and 270 W..Finally figure out I had to go west before I could go north..Finally on my way..By the way I had done Xmas shopping so I didn’t have very much money left but put that money in tank and thought I had enough gas to get home..Keep in mind I had not travel this way by myself before it was dark but I was moving right along until I hit a detour that took me to dark country roads, I asked for a MBO to find me a gas station as soon as possible and bring me home safely. It was late, dark roads no gas station and I was almost empty plus I had no money for gas; bless those beautiful angels they came through with a gas station, I found a credit card for gas and angels told me to call my angel of a husband for directions..He just happened to be at Walmart and went over to maps at Walmart and brought me home..Thank you angels..I was so glad to get home.

MBO’S IN EVERYDAY CONVERSATION

Rebecca writes:  Our neighbor visited with us before leaving this morning for a 21-day vacation/sight-seeing tour of Thailand and will return to the USA on Dec. 21.  Towards the end of the conversation he said he hoped that all would go well, so told him I’d “request a most benevolent outcome” for him (and later, I did). He gave me a huge smile and said that would be most welcome!

I have consistently found that in conversation with people who are telling me of their fears/concerns/difficulties, responding with “will request a MBO” is ALWAYS welcome. Those words are very powerful on their own, even without any context. And due to their secular nature, they have much less baggage attached to them than saying something like, “I will pray for you,” etc. It’s not always possible or appropriate to go into an MBO/BP backgrounder in quick conversations, and in those instances it doesn’t even matter — people feel better just hearing that a request is in the offing. I am really so very grateful to have MBOs/BP in my life – thank you, Tom!

SAFE IN NEW YORK

Esther writes:  I live in NY and I said an MBO that our house and family would be safe and that we would have power the whole time.  Most of our neighborhood is without power but our street was somehow untouched by the storm.  We didn’t lose power for even one second and the neighborhood is still without power 24 hrs later.

Thank you for teaching me about MBO’s and benevolent prayers.

SAFE IN THE POCONOS

Linda writes: Here in the Poconos we just went through Hurricane Sandy. It was a frightening storm for so many people. I put my faith in my angels and said a benevolent outcome for the storm not to do damage to the property I live on and it appears to have worked. There are two other apartments as well as my landlord and his wife living here. It was very windy here and there are lots of power outages.

People nearby lost power and there are lots of roads closed. Our property has lots of sticks laying on the ground and one large tree came down, but there was no damage to any of the buildings or vehicles. I said a very grateful “thank you” to the angels this morning. I hope more people listen to you and get acquainted with their GAs. It is certainly worth it.  Thanks so much.

For everyone, here is a Benevolent Prayer to say out loud for all those affected by Hurricane Sandy on the East Coast:
“I ask any and all beings to bring aid and comfort to all those affected by Hurricane Sandy, and to assist them in recovering from the trauma and any physical energies they suffered due to the storm, thank you!”

OUR TRIP TO SEDONA, ARIZONA

Dena and I took a long weekend trip to Sedona, Arizona with our friends Frank and Candi.  Naturally I was requesting MBO’s from the very beginning when we first booked the trip.  Both Dena and I requested MBO’s for warmer than normal days with sunny weather over a month in advance.  The result was the first two days with normal cool temperatures for that time of year, but we were indoors or in the car most of the time—first traveling by rental car to Sedona, then indoors at the Enchantment Resort for dinner, and on Friday up to visit my publisher Light Technology in Flagstaff.  The last three days were warmer and sunny—just beautiful conditions.

When I booked our airline tickets with US Airways I accidentally added an extra “n’ to Dena’s middle name.  We caught it just before I checked in online, so I called reservations to correct it.  The US Airways agent did correct it, but did not tell me it wiped out the seat she was supposed to be in, and reassigned her to a window bulkhead seat, which is normally an extra $26.  I requested a MBO for the situation.  As she does not like bulkhead seats, I switched with her and had more leg room on the flight to Phoenix—a nice MBO.

The flight was 10 minutes late in Phoenix, and another 10 to 15 minutes sitting on the runway waiting for a gate.  So by the time we loaded the car at the car rental center (10 minute drive from the airport), we were about an hour behind the time I’ve normally left the airport for Sedona.  So I requested a compression of time, as we like to eat lunch at the Hideway Restaurant overlooking Oak Creek and the Red Rocks.  Normally the drive takes me two hours and 15 minutes, but we arrived at the restaurant in one hour and 55 minutes!  View From Sky RanchWe stayed at the SKY RANCH LODGE and had a room overlooking Sedona, similar to the photo on my Facebook page from a previous trip.  That evening we drove to the Enchantment Resort—a five star resort at the mouth of Boynton Canyon.  I had requested a MBO for both the drive and for my request for a table right by the window.  They gave us the PERFECT table at the corner where two windows came together.  In previous times we ate out on their patio, but it was too cool to do that with the sun sinking earlier behind the mountains in late October.

On Friday we visited my publisher in Flagstaff, naturally requesting a MBO for the drive on 89A known locally as the “switchback” as it winds its way up from a 1000 foot altitude to 5000 feet or more of Flagstaff.  After lunch we visited a neat museum there—the Pioneer Museum.  Then we returned as we had come.  We never had to sit behind a slow truck either coming or going.

Verde Valley RROn Saturday, after requesting MBO’s for the drive and the train trip, we drove Jerome AZto the old mining town of Jerome, which Frank and Candi especially liked.  Then it was back to Cottonwood to take the Verde Valley train two hours up to the Perkins Ranch and then two hours back.  We had good seats to view out the windows of the coach car, and everyone is allowed out on the platforms to take photos of the BEAUTIFUL gorge you pass through on the 20 miles up to the working ranch.

On Sunday we visited the Cathedral Rock vortex.  The photo on my Facebook Book page will give you an idea of how close we were able to walk.  I did a meditation there sitting on the side of the stream.

Cathedral RockOn Monday we returned to Phoenix.  I had contacted Richard Sutphen, who presently lives in Scottsdale to have lunch with him and his lady, Roberta.  I naturally requested a MBO, but when I tried to call his cell phone it was disconnected.  “Luckily” I had done a pre-recorded radio interview with him and had his home number.  As they’re moving to Sedona in November, Roberta had already cancelled his cell phone and signed up for a new one.  They had emailed the new number, but I did not see the email before departing.  We had a nice lunch, including his son, Hunter.  Richard was the Richard Sutphenperson who made Sedona famous by coining the word “vortex” in relation to the great energy, which emanates from certain locations there.  I had my breakthrough in communicating with Theo and other spirits at one of his seminars, and I’ve been on his radio show eight times on Contact Talk Radio.

We arrived back at the airport in plenty of time for the flight back to DFW–another MBO!

MBO FOR NEPHEW’S SAFETY

Candy writes:  Every morning, I would say an MBO for my son (7 years old), my niece (8 years old), and my nephew (18 years old) as they leave for school in the morning. I would do that consistently everyday for more than a two years now.  Just last Monday, when my nephew was riding the train home from school, he noticed a hand in his pocket. When he felt his pocket, he realized that his new cell phone was gone. He had a feeling that the one who got it was the one at his back so there was a commotion and the man standing at his back had two other companions with him. My nephew insisted that he give the cell phone back. The man denied having it and said that whoever took the phone already went down in the last stop. When my nephew was getting mad, he saw one of the men, slide the phone on the floor and said that my nephew never lost it and it was on the floor the whole time.

I consider this a miracle because NO ONE who steals will ever give back what he stole unless maybe the police are in front of him or he is being tortured. But most importantly, my nephew was not harmed at all. The men were much older than my nephew and they were three.  I know for sure that these criminals don’t steal without a weapon in hand. I am very thankful that my nephew didn’t get even a scratch on him. Just a few days ago, a similar incident happened but unfortunately, the owner of the cell phone who tried to get his cell phone back was stabbed to death. Again, I give thanks because I know my nephew was saved because of my MBO’s.

MBO FOR TRIP TO DOCTOR

C.j. writes: I required a visit to the Doctor. I did a MBO – found my regular Doctor wasn’t working that day. I was given an appointment for 8:30am that was only hour from when I called.  YIKES! I live about hour away that’s if I don’t run into Amish kids on their way to school or tractors or school buses slowing me down. As turned out my drive was clear of slow moving vehicles. I ended up getting there with time to spare. Plus the Doctor I did see turned out better than I could ever hope for. YEA for MBO’s!!

MBO FOR RETURN OF WALLET

Jackie writes: Two weeks ago I dropped my wallet at the gas station. I didn’t notice for at least an hour. Another hour or so after that I got a phone call from a man saying he found it. I had done lots of MBO’s, and added that he was well intentioned and that all would be well.  My wife and guide were cautious because we found out after that he was considering swindling me. I believe the MBO’s helped him make the right choice in returning my wallet and not trying to cheat me in any way!

MBO FOR RIDE

Sandy writes: I did an MBO for a ride to aqua aerobics, as the place which arranges the rides was having trouble finding someone who would do it for tomorrow. Not fifteen minutes later a ride popped up who would take me to BOTH the pharmacy and the YMCA for the aqua class!

MBO FOR REPLACEMENT GEYSER

Violet writes:  Thanks a zillion for all the great work you are doing and for bringing out such informative newsletters week after week.  This is about the success story of  a MBO that I want to share with you.

We had recently shifted to a new condo and had to fix a geyser in the bathroom. We got a new one and spoke to the maintenance people about the fixing and they sent a couple of men to fix it up for us. Just before they started, I said a silent MBO for the correct fixing of the geyser as both the guys looked dumb. They fixed it up and turned on the water to flow into it and lo! the geyser came crashing down to the ground unable to take the load of water.  Luckily by a whisker one of the men who was still bent to pick up some fallen nuts and bolts escaped from the crashing geyser landing on his head. We were all totally appalled.

We contacted the local dealer as the geyser had got dented and we were not sure about the safety of the product after the fall. I said an MBO for the ready replacement of the geyser without any additional payments. The dealer initially refused to consider our request, as this was a freak accident and had come about not due to the fault of the product and only because of the faulty installation by incompetent persons. He eventually made a visit and checked and satisfied himself about the veracity of our claim. We consulted our lawyer and he was not sure of the success of our claim against the dealer. I was persistent with the angels about the MBO and kept saying it every day. After nearly two weeks, while we were wondering if we had to replace it ourselves, the dealer came along with his own men and brought a new geyser, exactly the same model and had it installed properly without charging us a single dime!

Unbelievable but the 100% truth!  Thank you once again Tom for all the good work you are doing.

MBO FOR FINDING KEY & FLASHLIGHT

Jean from Canada writes:  I’m still using MBOs, although some of them seem to be taking an unbearably long time!  The one earlier this week didn’t.

I attended a meeting out of town, and car-pooled.  I always put my spare key, on a ring with a small LED flashlight, in the watch pocket of my jeans.  When we got back, I reached for my key, and it was gone.

I know I put it there before we left.  After asking for a fast MBO, I checked the car I’d been riding in, plus my own, my other pockets, and my purse — no key.  Fortunately I had another car key on the same ring as my residence keys, so I could get home and inside.  I emailed the hotel where the event was held — the flashlight had the name of the restaurant that had been giving them away, which was in the States (I live in Canada) and I had visions of the hotel mailing it back to them!  But they replied that it hadn’t been turned in, and to check with them the next day.

I had just read their reply when the phone rang.  It was the driver of our car-pool.  She had reached in her slacks’ pocket, on the left side, and found my key, with the flashlight.  We have discussed this several times, and cannot figure out how my key got into her pocket!  (She always puts her keys on her desk.)  Needless to say, I was very grateful to retrieve my key the next day.  And the angels certainly did come through rapidly for me.  Thank you, thank you, thank you.  And Thank You x 3 to you, Tom, for getting the word out about MBO’s and how to use them, through your books, blogs, and newsletter, as well as the upcoming Global Seminar.   I’ve already registered.

MBO’S ON TRIP

Continuing on last week’s stories of MBO’s for our vacation to Geneva, New York, I request Most Benevolent Outcomes (MBO’s) for everything—the drive to the airport, parking the car, and taking the shuttle to the airport.  I didn’t feel good about the place my friends chose this time.  It was a hotel close to the south entrance to the airport, but I would class it as a low two star hotel.  We had no problem with the shuttle to the airport, but on the return they did not pick us up immediately as promised.  Perhaps we will receive a refund as the MBO.  Then I requested a MBO for going through the Security Line and had no problems.  When we boarded the plane we were on the bulkhead behind first class.  Normally my wife doesn’t like those seats as you have to put everything up in the overhead, but United Airlines had opened the space to allow us to put items under the first class seats.

In Chicago we ate at a restaurant near the gate.  The plane was late arriving, and then later departing.  We had to gate-check our carryon roller bags, as this was a regional jet.  By the time we landed we were an hour late, and by the time we all claimed our bags and made our way down to the rental car counters it was 11:00 pm.  Here’s where a MBO I had requested for a rental car came in.  We had booked the Dollar Rent-a-Car “Special Special” for $182, which did not guarantee what size car.  We did a backup with Thrifty at $207 just in case.

Naturally both rental counters were closed.  I’m looking around, and a lady named Emma I had a long conversation with in the plane (I always request a MBO for someone interesting to talk to) motioned for us to come over to the Alamo/National Rental counter.  Emma, and her husband were headed to a class reunion at Cornell.  She’s into angels so we had a great talk and have corresponded since.  They had obtained a $25 per day for three days rate.  I quickly requested a MBO and we did even better for four days–$23 a day and the nice rental lady chose a Durango SUV (normally much more expensive) with 3 rows of seats and a backup camera.  Total cost was $121 including tax, as I recall, saving us at least $60 with a much higher class car.

We drove to the Microtel Hotel in Geneva, which proved to be the perfect location for where we went in the next four days.  We did a wine tour the next day with Bonnie as our guide in her limo (naturally requesting a MBO).  We couldn’t buy any wine, as they don’t know how to ship in refrigerated trucks, which allowed us to spend money elsewhere for dinners, and my wife and I bought jackets.

We subsequently visited the Curtis Flight Museum in Hammondsport, NY.  Curtis was a genius with motors and held the land speed record for a motorcycle at one time.  He also invented many of the airplanes the allies used in World War I—the Jenny’s.  They had a number of early airplanes on display.  When we were about to leave, the girls went to a restroom, so I started talking to the director of the museum.  When he found out we were from Texas, he took my friend Frank and I back to a closed portion of the museum and showed us a P-40 fighter from the WWII era that had crashed in the Florida swamps they were just starting to restore.  Really a mess!  If you know anyone with P-40 parts, they need some donations.  A good MBO day.

I could go on and on with MBO’s but a couple more come to mind.  We went to Elmira, NY to visit the Mark Twain exhibit at the Elmira College.  We were very disappointed in it, as they had only two small rooms dedicated to one of the greatest writers of the 19th Century.  They could do so much more with even a full gift shop plus displays of the characters of the books, etc.  Afterwards they gave us a puny map to drive to up a hill to where he once lived.  I was looking down and passed through a red light a half-block before another light.  Frank, who was navigator told me I had run the light and there was a policeman right there.  I quickly pulled over to the curb, said a quick MBO, and waited for the policeman.  It took him a minute to even turn on his red lights.  We showed him the map, which he called “chintzy,” gave us directions, and didn’t give me a ticket.  The house was a bust too, as you could not get very near it.

On Sunday we visited the lighthouse at Solas Point on Lake Ontario and then drove down to the bottom of Seneca Lake for the Captain Bill Boat Tour of the lake.  Naturally with a MBO request there were only six of us on the boat, which the captain found unusual, as it was a sunny day and they were expecting capacity.  He thought it really unusual when the other couple lived in Shreveport, Louisiana and were really from East Texas.

The rest of the trip was fairly uneventful, although we arrived back at the DFW airport 30 minutes late because the pilot had to avoid thunderstorms.

MBO FOR PERFECT CAR

I was asked to change the name so Kelly writes:  Just to update you, I have been requesting a MBO for the perfect car. I thought the car I had initially wanted was perfect for me since I struggled to get financing for it.

Then I requested MBO for financing – purely because my bank does not finance freelancers like me – after gathering information, they contacted me to tell I qualify for a quite a significant amount of money – so I bought a car that’s slightly less.  Thank you for teaching about MBOs and BPs.

For the next day, I am going to be requesting a MBO for paying the loan within the year.

MBO FOR EBAY BID ON PHONE

Siobhan writes:  In July, I am embarking on a 500+ cycle ride from Devon, UK to Northern Ireland. It’s a bit of a pilgrim really as it’s the 20th anniversary year of my Dad’s passing and I haven’t visited his grave in 19 years! I have also used this adventure to raise money for a local Hospice. I want to raise a minimum of £1 per mile. I have said MBO’s and my fund raising has gotten off to a good start. I would really appreciate the weight of the MBO world community and ask for all your readers to say a BP or MBO to reach my target.

Can I add, for my trip I have invested in a smartphone to replace the need of netbook, camera, maps, books, etc. I said an MBO at to help me choose and get the best price and best mobile provider. With all the information I decided that eBay was my best bet and the phone I chose was going between £ 70 and £110. There was lots on sale and felt quite patient. Well, I won the second phone I bid on and for the bargain price of £54!!! Awesome, I LOVE MBO’s.

Thank you so very much to you Tom and your Guides for creating this community and spreading such a wonderful life tool. Love and Light to all.

Let’s say this out loud:  “I ask any and all beings to assist Siobhan on her cycle ride and to raise even more money than she can hope for or expect for the hospice, thank you!”

MBO FOR MEDICAL BILL

Lee writes:  Went to the doctors in April for a check up. I said an MBO for a good report and small co-pay.  Because of an insurance change they said to wait and see what was paid and they would send a bill for the balance. I got the bill and was surprised that it was $153.47. My insurance usually pays more.

Today I went to get the results of my blood work ( excellent!) and to pay the bill. Before I left I said an MBO for great results and also a more manageable balance to pay. When I checked out, the receptionist said my balance was $34.67. I asked about the past balance and she said that was the past balance and today was no charge because my doctor checked that it was my yearly physical and I get one free visit per year! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! for MBO’s and always sharing your knowledge with us.

MBO’S FOR DANGEROUS PTSD SITUATION

Lucy writes:  The Blessings I have requested are still sifting through the angels’ wings, following an appalling demonstration of how not to handle a PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) situation.

Despite everything, the angels are doing their Great Things! In a 10 hour literal siege when (let’s call him “Pete”)was hunkered down in his basement apartment, with the SWAT team throwing everything they had at him (there are two windows still intact in the condo) in an excellent demonstration of mishandling, while I was begging, pleading and screaming at the ineptitude and the arrogance that “They knew how to deal with Pete and PTSD and they did not need any help from the army base located 5 miles away,” because “they” had  just attended a seminar.

I started the MBOs on the 28th when I realize he was having a flashback to a war zone, and Pete sent a text saying an MBO would be good.  I was 4 mid-western states away on a camping vacation when I first realized there was a big problem. And I kept them going.  I asked any and all beings that he be kept as safe as possible and the MBO be better than I could hope, dream or imagine.

From 4 p.m. to midnight on the 29th, I was kept on the scene and away from it. I could see and hear flash-bangs going off and hitting the windows and the glass breaking. The doors were forced open, garage door had a big hole and the window well grates which they could not remove had holes cut in them or were torn off. They kept asking if I was certain he was in there.

Around 6 p.m. the lady at the house where they had me standing in front brought me some blankets.  I went into her house and said, “I ask any and all beings to keep Pete safe and protected by by all.”

The lady of the house asked if she could do something for me. I told her that if she had a prayer circle she knew of, would she please call them and ask for prayer.  I believe she called four circles and then they expanded.

When they made me leave at midnight, I was upset. I walked into my friend’s house and announced, “All Right! Michael the Archangel, I’m asking you to aid, comfort and protect your soldier and bring a compassionate resolution to this thing as soon as possible. I ask that the Blessings from this far outweigh the damages. Hold Pete safely under your wings and let light filter through to those out there that are angry.  I expect great things”, etc.

We heard at 6 a.m. that they took him out of the mutilated, tear-gassed basement around 2 a.m.  He was taken to the hospital. We got dressed and rushed down to try to see him before the word was out for no visitors.  His head and face looked good, since he wore a gas mask, flack jacket and combat helmet. “Critical, but stable.”

The SWAT team, after their entrance, had broken everything in their way. They could not find Pete. They reacted like spoiled brats, breaking my kitchen (oak) chairs and (We have not been allowed in the house yet, so there’s more, if the glance I got before the door was boarded up was any indication.) Pete had evidently beat them at their game and they did not appreciate his abilities following the two decades in the military that enabled it.  He was three steps ahead of the SWAT team at every juncture. He taught survival.

Crime scene investigators were finally called in as my friend and I had insisted Pete was down there, somewhere.  We rushed back to the house, thanking the angels all the way. I wanted to get our dog. He had been with Ron.  I was told there was no dog. My friend and I began running the perimeter of the crime scene tape, calling for the dog.  She called everyone she could think of and I did also. Finally, (after I asked St. Francis of Assisi to take care of  our pet) a homicide detective decided maybe I was pretty sure the dog was in there and brought the team back to look.

The homicide detective had returned his team when he realized we were not just hollering “Brandy” because we wanted a drink.  They found Brandy under the futon Pete had been found on, all of which were under a very large (12 inch square) support beam and wallboard which had fallen on them when the roof collapsed, due to being cut or caused by the fire by the door on the ground floor.

Talk about PTSD! That little fella, Brandy, was all alone for close to eight hours, after being subjected to a firestorm of flash-bangs and at least one explosive devise for 10 hours. And he is petrified of loud noises. He is doing better and will continue to improve.

Doesn’t sound that good, does it? Blessings include, Pete is alive, albeit with a deep laceration on his leg and a bone broken in 6 places which will probably need to be pinned, and compression injuries; the insurance does not have a “no pay on police action clause;” Brandy is shaking less and alive; the next door neighbors have taken us in until we can decide what to do; the boys are earning funds pulling weeds, picking up other people’s trash, and hoping to capitalize on the photo op next door by charging those taking pictures!; a friend is assisting in dealing with the paperwork, and, perhaps best of all, Pete more than likely will have to enter a facility with actual experts in the treatment of PTSD; Pete’s Websters Unabridged Dictionary is dirty but un-burned; I was ready to move anyway; (and I may write a book on a “better way”).

The latest is the negotiator is strongly recommending the original charge of a level 5 felony (minor slap on the hand) menacing be the only charge he faces and the SWAT Team and police teams agree. The Angels are working on enabling the “Vet Court” to hear the case, which is a court for soldiers with Pete’s problem. And it keeps improving.

It can only get better from here!  Let’s all say a Benevolent Prayer out loud for Lucy.

Everyone say this, “I ask any and all beings to assist Lucy, Pete, the children, and Brandy and may the results be even better than we can hope for or expect, thank you!”

Now for this week’s inspiring stories.

TRAVELING WITH YOUR GUARDIAN ANGEL

Each year I travel to Cannes, France for an international TV and Video market held there.  The one I am writing about was an uneventful trip (thanks to requesting Benevolent Outcomes) with two exceptions. I had the little “whisper in my ear” from my Guardian Angel Theo in Frankfurt while waiting for my connection that my watch was going to stop working, and I remember thinking (I was foggy from being on a plane overnight) that at least it had lasted for 20 years. Then I awoke from a nap while waiting and discovered the watch had stopped and it was only 25 minutes until boarding time.

Upon arrival in Cannes, I headed for the Rolex store nearby to see if it could be fixed (after requesting a MBO). I was having a hard time finding the address and stopped in another watch store to ask directions. After finding the store a few doors down, I was told it would take four to six weeks and a minimum of 400 to 600 Euros ($600 to $900) for the repair. I know prices in the USA are lower, so I headed back to the other store and bought the least expensive watch they had to tide me over until my watch is repaired. Had I not stopped in for directions, I would not have known where to go for a less expensive watch—a nice Benevolent Outcome!

The next night I ate at a pizza and Italian food restaurant near the “old” port in Cannes. There are a lot of these in the area, as Italy is just an hour drive or so away, just past Monte Carlo. I pulled my reading glasses out of the case and the lens on the left side, along with the screw, dropped out on the table. The screw rolled off the table and even with two waiters assisting me we couldn’t find it. I requested a Benevolent Outcome and luckily the print on the menu was large enough to read.

The next morning I asked the front desk where to have the glasses repaired, and was advised there was a store only one block away. The repair person replaced the screw and even the pads, which she said were yellow, and at no charge! It was a nice MBO. I do know from similar things happening like this before that I set these little challenges up on a higher self level in order to force me out of my routine, which also allows me to speak French; I am only able to use my French two times a year now. I used to also attend the Cannes Film Festival, but my lower budgeted regional films didn’t sell well there, as that is a market for art films and for films with highly recognizable stars, so I stopped attending.

After my book was published I started receiving emails from people with there own Benevolent Outcome stories.  One of the first was from David in St. Louis.  He said that he had requested a Benevolent Outcome for getting through a security line at the airport with no problems. When he reached the person who checks boarding passes and ID’s, she opened up a line that had only been used for airline crews and he was the first person through the line.  Then he requested a MBO for someone interesting to sit next to on the plane coming back from South Africa and had a great conversation with someone that put on metaphysical events.

The first time I tried it was coming back from Washington, DC from a bookstore convention.  I wound up sitting next to the buyer for a chain of bookstores and was able to show him my book and sell sheet, which resulted in sales.  With that success I have requested MBO’s to meet interesting people many times in my travels.

In Cannes, at the Italian restaurant I mentioned above, I requested a MBO to sit next to someone interesting, knowing that a lot of my colleagues were arriving for the market.  When I arrived I was seated at a table by the wall with empty tables next to me.  After my experience with my glasses, two young ladies came in to eat and instead of sitting one table away from me, sat down next to me.  We started talking and they were also there for the TV market, and came from Toronto, Canada.  The talk eventually led to a discussion about Benevolent Outcomes and one of the ladies, named Jenna, said that her mother had just returned from Sedona (one of my favorite places)!  Jenna and her friend Valerie said they would try requesting Benevolent Outcomes for their meetings.  A couple of days later I received an email from Jenna saying that the requests were going great.  In later emails she has continued to request them.

I also went to a reception the PBS station in New York has each market at a penthouse that overlooks the whole bay of Cannes.  I again requested a MBO to talk to someone interesting, and there were plenty of interesting people there. I eventually went to dinner with five ladies, mostly in South American sales and TV broadcasting.  One of the ladies promised to put me in touch with their dubbing service in Argentina and she told them to tell them to give me the same rate they have.   These are just examples of how many ways there are to request Benevolent Outcomes in your work and life.  Make it a HABIT!

Note on my last scheduled trip to Cannes in early April: I had bought my badge for the market and requested a Most Benevolent Outcome for my trip there. Then I kept hearing about how many of my potential clients were not going to attend, plus I had started negotiations on two extremely large deals for my company—either of which would surpass any normal business I would do at the market; I felt that I could not justify the expense of going and not being able to continue these negotiations and canceled my hotel reservation.

I’m sure you heard how people were stuck all over Europe and were not able to fly because of the volcanic ash cloud.  As you read above, I normally connect through either Frankfurt or Paris, and I would have been stuck in Cannes for at least an additional 5 to 7 days before being able to fly back to the USA, as I heard a number of my colleagues were.  This was DEFINITELY a big MBO for me!

The Gentle Way Books

Welcome to this edition of my Benevolent Outcomes Blog.  This weekly blog is for people new to requesting assistance from your own Guardian Angel on a daily basis—and for many of the requests receiving IMMEDIATE FEEDBACK that there is a loving being assisting you in your life.  This is a very simple, but POWERFUL spiritual tool, which you can use for the most mundane parts of your life all the way up to the most important.  AND it works PERFECTLY, although the results are not always what we anticipate as being the Most Benevolent Outcome for a particular situation.  Over the past 14 years I’ve requested at least 10,000 to 15,000 MBO’s (abbreviation), so I KNOW they work from personal knowledge and experience. I’m just passing it along to all who wish to have less stress and less fear in their lives.

If you go to my website http://TheGentleWayBook.com, you can read two sample chapters of my first book, which will really help you start formulating more requests than the ones you’ll read in these blogs.  I receive emails each week from all over the world from people requesting Benevolent Outcomes, so below are more of their stories.

HOUSTON MBO’S

Vicki in the Houston area writes:  “I have enjoyed your weekly newsletters this year. I signed up to receive the newsletters after my Aunt Alice forwarded one to me.  She introduced me to “new age” interests when I was 15 and at 52, I have been interested ever since.  Once I learned how to use an MBO I found them to be so easy to do and I have passed the information on to friends.  I am trying to introduce to more people, as the time seems right to do so.

”My husband and I have had some good outcomes using MBO’s. Most recently we used them, as we were late to return a rental car. I requested an MBO so we could return the car and hopefully avoid late fees. It worked perfectly.  We also use them a lot for matters surrounding health and home projects.  We requested an MBO for a successful roof job, which worked great. With recent hurricanes costs were high for roofing and this simple project had many challenges.  In the end we got the roof we wanted for a great price.

”This week we were back at MD Anderson hospital in Houston, the second time this month.  My husband has new cancer in the lymph nodes behind his sternum. He has been battling thyroid cancer since 2004.   I requested an MBO of strength and resilience for both of us.  We have been amazed how we are not in a state of fear or worry and I know it is due to the MBO.  If you have any suggestions as to how to improve our use of MBOs in matters of health and healing, we would love to hear from you.

”Thank you for introducing us to MBOs and for the impact it has had on our lives.”

For Vicki and anyone else with family health problems right now, you can say a Benevolent Prayer such as, “I ask that any and all beings assist my husband in being led to treatments that will be the most beneficial and most benevolent for him, thank you!” Notice how they have no fear?  I’ve reported on this in the past when I had to undergo surgery for congestive heart failure.  And if the health problem is yours, you can request a MBO by saying, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for this treatment (surgery, etc.), and may I be led to the most beneficial treatments for me, thank you!”

GETTING UNSTUCK MBO

Twanda in Michigan writes:  “Hi Tom I read about you and MBOs in Sedona Journal of Enlightenment magazine probably about 6 months ago.  I have been using them daily ever since.

”I would like to tell you about this one.  It was this past Friday December 19th.  I live in Michigan and we got hit with a big snowstorm.  So I’m trying to go to the store and as I was trying to enter the driveway of the grocery store, I get stuck in the snow.  No going forward nor backwards.  So I asked for a MBO with getting unstuck.

”I sat there for 5 to 6 minutes blocking 2 lanes of the road, when up came a lady who proceeded to try and push my car out.  It didn’t budge.  It told her thanks but I’ll just wait for a police cruiser.  She said “I’ll push again with the help of this man that’s approaching”.  They got me out in 2 seconds.  I never saw her coming nor the man.  Thank you so much for introducing me to MBOs.”

I think Twanda’s Guardian Angel was doing a little overtime work for her.

SON’S HOMECOMING MBO

Marie writes:  “Dear Tom, I have to thank you, the Angels, and God, for my MBO’s, when I felt all was lost for my Marine son’s visit for Christmas.

”Now I want to say of my MBO, This morning my son was supposed to take a flight from Washington. His flight was cancelled. Hearing there were some people waiting 3 days for a plane had me wondering if we will spend the time with him and thoughts of if he doesn’t come home, he has a good chance of being shipped out!

”My son’s Dad and I started doing searches of the Greyhound bus service, since there was a flight to a hilly area 7 hours away. We found out the road was closed due to snow conditions, so the Greyhound bus was out. My ex was about to leave to drive there and that plane also was cancelled since the airport was snowed in. There was no way for my son to get here till the 26th of Dec., “after Christmas”. This was my chance to have my plans of cooking for my family, when each year I wasn’t sure how much time I’d have with them.

”I decided to seriously ask for an MBO, and as I waited for word I made a wreath, the best I have ever made. Then comes the call, my son is boarding a plane and home in 2 hours. I cried and thanked the angels and that’s also why I am here (many, many thanks Tom).”

NEW YORK BENEVOLENT OUTCOMES

Lyn writes:  “What a joy and a blessing you are.  It’s New Year’s Morning and I had to write to express my appreciation…and excitement. With this wonderful new and gentle approach to life!  I always believed that angels were out there…but did I ever think that I could have a relationship with them?  Not until a friend gave me the 2 chapters from your website and I started inviting them into my life, did this incredible and easy miraculous living start to unfold.

“My daughter and I were taking a girls’ weekend down to New York City and I read the chapters out loud to her on our drive there.  It would take too much space to tell you all the marvelous things that joyously fell into our laps (will mention that we got “bumped” up to the most expensive seats for the Radio City Music Hall Christmas Spectacular!!!)

”From that weekend (only 3 weeks ago), I realized that life has a splendid, happy, and simple addition…our guardian angels are there for us!!  So many amazing things have happened, but let me tell you the biggest wow! One of my wonderful jobs is that of “Pet Nanny”.  I live in people’s homes and care for their beloved pets while they are away.  It was the Saturday after Christmas and I was living in a home with a Great Dane and a greyhound, the last day before their family returned; I was also stopping in twice a day to care for two different family’s cats.  I was at the second home, feeding cats, when I had that dreaded feeling of the stomach flu bug hitting me like a bolt out of the blue!  I was feeling sicker and sicker, and just barely made it back to the dog’s house, crawled up to the bathroom…spare you the details here…and then wondered how the heck I was going to make it through the day with all the animals looking to me for their needs.

“I was going through my list of “who to call…even someone who could at least take the dogs for their afternoon walks, when of course, I realized I needed to request for the MBO!  I had just gotten your book a few days earlier, when I also remembered about the condensed time concept.  That’s what requested!  Tom!  It was profound!  As I was lying on the bed and dozing off, I felt I was being rocked back & forth, then slowly awoke to feel the nausea go up and out of me.  I sat up and felt fine!  I thought a few minutes had gone by; it was two hours later.  But I was able to walk the dogs, finish cleaning the family’s house, visit the cats again, pack up and head for home.  I felt like you feel the day after you’ve had the flu…so, it seems I had the 24-hour bug in 2 hours!

”I have been telling absolutely everyone about The Gentle Way.  At the hair salon yesterday…created quite an audience!!  I would love to do a little class.  I often teach feng shui at a local recreation center and I think offering a small class there based on your book would be such a neat way to share with lots of people.  What are your thoughts on having someone like me facilitate a class?   Thank you so much for “hooking me up” with my guardian angels!  Life will never be the same!”

For Lyn and anyone else out there that would like to facilitate a class on The Gentle Way, let me know and I can point you in the direction of some of the usual questions people ask about the book, plus I can hook you up with my publisher so that everyone in the class can have a book as part of the class.

BENEVOLENT PRAYER RESULTS

Helena had emailed asking what Benevolent Prayer she could say for her sister, who has a weight problem brought on from early life experiences.  I suggested she say, “I ask that any and all beings assist and aid my sister in being led to understand her eating disorder, and will be led to successful treatments that will be the most benevolent for her, thank you!”

Helena writes:  “I have been meaning to send you a ‘Thank you’ for kindly replying to my questions/e-mail. I don’t know if you remember the questions I asked you about? My sisters weight issues that I have been worried about. Well I have been saying the Benevolent Prayer for her that you suggested. |

“My sister went to the hospital to have her blood pressure done and that was fine, but now she is being sent to someone for help her with her weight!  How about that for an answer to a Benevolent Prayer? She has never been helped like that before!

“I told her that I had been saying Benevolent Prayers for her and she could not believe it! Now I hope I have the same luck, as I am still requesting a MBO for finding a job for me. But what fab help for my sister. I have also got my nieces hooked on your fabulous book; they have just brought a copy from ‘Cygnus Books’.”

CHRISTMAS TREES BENEVOLENT OUTCOMES

Amy in Scotia, New York writes:  “I had great fun with a Benevolent Outcome on the weekend before Christmas.  Because of bad weather in the east, my husband and I finally went out to find a Christmas tree on Saturday.  I asked for a MBO, including finding the perfect tree quickly and at an even better price than I could imagine.  We started out to a local grocery chain where they were selling trees, hoping to find a sale.  On the way there, we ran across a long line of cars waiting for a light at a busy intersection.

”Sensing a message here, I turned the car around and headed back the way we came, going up a country road where we had bought a tree from a farm stand in previous years.  That place was closed, but up the road I saw a sign for Christmas trees.  Walking in knee deep snow, we found the trees and went to the door to get the proprietor, but no one was home.  I shook the snow off one perfect tree and saw a price tag – $15!

”I took the money out of my wallet, but wondered how I was going to leave it at the house with no one home.  In my purse was an old paycheck envelope that I normally would have thrown away.  Perfect.  I wrote Merry Christmas on the envelope, put in the money and left it inside the front door.  When was the last time you found the perfect Christmas tree for $15?  I put it up yesterday and it’s the most beautiful Christmas tree we’ve ever had.  Happy Holidays to all.”

Val from England writes:  “Living in an apartment with very little storage we have to be very selective at what we buy.  I wanted to decorate the front pillar of our entrance with a Christmas tree. I only wanted to pay £5 because I knew I would have to throw it away after. We looked in several garden centers, but all were over £25. Back in our home town the market was on and lo and behold they had some lovely Christmas trees and guess what–the one I wanted, which was nearly 6ft tall, was just one penny under five pounds! The vender told me they were £40 in the shops and I quite believed him. How blessed I was.”

”Do you know what, since you introduced me to MBO’s I do it automatically and just amazing things come about.”

And amazing things will happen for you when you start requesting MBO’s in your daily life.  Give it a try the next time you head for the store.  Say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for my drive to _____, thank you!” And then also say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for a parking space close to the door of _____, thank you!” Or request a MBO for a seat on the subway, bus, or train you use to go to work each day.

And do check out my website http://TheGentleWayBook.com, where you can sign up for my weekly Blog, or my weekly newsletter, which has more advanced topics, or the weekly Podcast of the newsletter.  You can also print out a sign that says “Request Benevolent Outcomes Today!” to help you remember to make it a habit.  It also has a link to Amazon.com to buy my first book.  I’m also on Facebook, so add me as a friend.

Please send me your MBO stories.  They help inspire people to live The Gentle Way!

Have a Most Benevolent Week everyone!

Welcome to this edition of the Benevolent Outcomes Blog! This blog is for everyone just discovering how to use this simple, yet powerful spiritual tool in your daily life.  It’s so easy, that some people can’t believe it works, but it does! I’ve been requesting Benevolent Outcomes in my personal and business life for 14 years now, so I KNOW it works from DIRECT EXPERIENCE and knowledge.  So try it out yourself.  Start with the mundane things in life like, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for my drive to work today, thank you!” Or, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for a seat on the train today, thank you!” Then as you build trust, you can request MBO’s (as I abbreviate) for the PERFECT job, home, or mate for you!

I’ll be traveling to Las Vegas for a TV market as part of my business distributing movies and TV programs internationally, and I can assure you I’ll be requesting MBO’s for my trip and sales meetings.

If you are already requesting MBO’s, buy a book as a gift for a friend’s birthday.  It will literally change their life!  Check out my website, where you can read or listen to my weekly newsletter (more advanced topics), articles I’ve written for magazines and a couple of sample chapters of my first book to get you started. The link is http://TheGentleWayBook.com.  Here are more stories from people requesting MBO’s in their lives.

LOTTO BENEVOLENT OUTCOME

Patricia in British Columbia, Canada writes: Thank you for the information on the birds. I have received your book “The Gentle Way,” also Robert Shapiro “Animals Souls Speak”.  Both have been extremely helpful.

When I first heard of MBO’s from the Sedona Journal of Emergence I was skeptical and didn’t use them then after reading your news letters I thought I’ll give it a try, nothing to lose, right!  Boy was I in for a shock. At first I requested parking as you suggested and it worked EVERY time.

Recently I was short immediate cash and called for an MBO, then forgot about it.  I was cleaning out my desk, at the time and I came across an old yellowed piece of paper with OLD lotto winning numbers, I ripped it in two and threw it in the garbage –then reached down and retrieved it, I asked my son for another form to fill out, as I had already filled one out and He was on his way out the door to go to the store as the draw was in two hours.

I tore up the first one and replaced it with the other; my son thought I had “lost it”,— using an old ticket.  Four hours later when the draw had taken place I had won $208.00, the amount I needed. I will never be shy about using MBO”s again and tell everyone who will listen.   THANK YOU TOM, – BLESS YOU-, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK…

As I told Patricia, she’s the first person to write to me about winning anything on the lottery.  I do think it was because this was for a SPECIFIC need for her as compared to requesting a MBO just to win the lottery.

HOSPITAL BILL BENEVOLENT OUTCOME

This lady asked me to change her name, so Janet writes: In December, I had e-mailed you about a huge hospital bill and wanted a benevolent outcome.  You gave me the wording: “You might try ‘I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for being able to pay my hospital expenses, and may the results be better than I hope for or expect, thank you!’  Then allow a little time for your GA to put things in motion.  It might not happen overnight or in a week or so.

”That will allow your GA to get really creative in solving the problem.”

Wellllll, today I called the hospital’s patient financial services as I had gotten a notice that I was in collections about the bills.  Come to find out that the letters crossed in the mail – so now, instead of owing over $52K, they knocked the bill down to a little over $2K.

Please share this on your newsletter.

Janet also asked me for a MBO to request as she’s an actress, and this can work for any actors that read this article.  I suggested, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for the PERFECT acting job for me, and may the results be even better than I can hope for or expect, thank you!” And then stand back and watch your Guardian Angel works out the details.  I also suggested that each time she goes for an audition she says, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for this audition, and may the results be even better than I can hope for or expect, thank you!” Perhaps she’s not right for that part, but the producer or director remembers her and casts her in another production.

NEW YORK BENEVOLENT OUTCOMES

Laurie writes: I recently attended a convention in New York and wanted to tell you that MBOs worked for me yet again!  A few weeks before I left for the convention,
I asked that “helpful people” would be put in my path.  Well, were they ever!

During my trip to New York, I was asked to submit story ideas for an
anthology, was able to put my Atlantis novel directly into the hands of
an editor, and got a face-to-face appointment with a literary agent.  Are my
Guardians great or what?

Also, knowing that they were watching my back, I was not as nervous as I otherwise might have been flying for the first time since 2001.  I asked for an MBO for a smooth and uncomplicated flight to NYC and they delivered.  And I asked the same, particularly strenuously, on the return trip — considering that I was taking off from LaGuardia (we didn’t fly over the Hudson!).  My return flight took off ten minutes early, and arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule.  My angels must have wanted me to get home fast!  I did too.

I cannot thank you enough for introducing me to the practice of requesting
Benevolent Outcomes.  They work every time.

OWNING A HOME BENEVOLENT OUTCOME

Diane in Dallas writes: I wrote to you that I got your book.  Well today I was told I could not have my home loan.  I prayed for MBO and a couple hours later I got the second letter from the realtor that I got the loan and I am finally going to own a home!!!!!!!!!!!!!  At 4:11 PM they told me the bad news and by 6:26 PM they had fixed it and I am going to closing!!!!

Diane referenced an email sent to her denying the loan and requiring her to provide all sorts of extra financial information.  Then she received the following message from another person at the Texas lending institution she had applied to:

“ We have fixed it….I have a migraine now….We scrambled and we got this done.  It was a miracle.  I can’t believe it!!!”

ANOTHER HOUSE MBO

Charlene writes:  I’d like to second Diane’s MBO outcome on buying a house.  It DOES work.  I first found out about you and MBO’s from Kathleen Shannon and Dick Sutphen about last July when it seemed totally hopeless that I could ever own my own home.  I started using the prayer right away and signed the paperwork for my home in September, 2008!  I’d say a couple months is a great turn around time for a miracle.  Thank you for the light you bring to the world!

And thank you Charlene for sharing such positive news!

OUT OF THE MOUTHS OF BABES

Diane in the UK writes:  Here is a delightful MBO story, which thrilled me because it involves my 7 year old niece, Jessica.

I bought ‘The Gentle Way’ as a Christmas Gift for my beautiful sister in law, Tracy, who has been having wonderful MBO successes. The other morning, busy Mum Tracy, on the school run asked for an MBO for a parking space near to the school.  Running a little late and becoming agitated with the rush hour traffic, Tracy again asked for an MBO for a parking space. Jessica then spoke up, ‘You know what’s going to happen now? You’re gonna get two spaces!’ and as Tracy said, ‘We did! That’s exactly what happened. There were two spaces, one in front of the other where normally you are hard pressed to find one’.  How funny!

One of the best parts about the story for me is that beautiful  Little Jess is trusting, by example from her Mummy, how to live and ask for MBOs. Wonderful!

Have a Most Benevolent Week!
