Theo is my own Guardian Angel (GA) with whom I communicate in meditation, along with Gaia, the Soul of the Earth, and my soul “cluster” brother, Antura, (and a few others). Generally, I’ll ask Gaia the earth questions and Theo about our lives. Now for some interesting topics of the week that YOU requested, and which will give you a DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE:
PROBABILITY OF FUTURE FRANCE ATTACKS
Gaia, what is the probability of there being three or more large terrorist events in France during the next 12 months?
There is a medium probability at this time, Tom. The event in Nice will most  definitely not be the last, but the probability of three or more would be at 40% right now. It is not a certainty, but a high enough percentage to be concerned about. Again, I remind you and your readers, Tom, to say a Benevolent Prayer for the protection of all people in the world from terrorist attacks. This latest one was done by a deranged man who, as news reports stated, had just lost his job and his marriage was over. There are other deranged people who may try to carry out similar attacks. They will not achieve what this one did, as forces will be on alert.
Why was his soul contract to do this?
Certainly he went beyond his contract, Tom, and there will be much balancing to do. Yes, those that died or were injured had it on their soul contracts to die, so there you have an event that, again, allows great compassion to be shown. Those that died or were injured had caused the deaths or dismembering of others in past lives and balanced it in this life, just as you read about the 60 or more people dying in Turkey during the failed coup attempt.
But Gaia, you say on one hand he went beyond his soul contract, but on the other hand all those people affected had it on their soul contracts. Perhaps I’m not receiving you correctly on this point?
Yes, don’t allow your opinions to influence your reception, Tom. This was an act of balancing plus generating great compassion. There will be much good that will come out of this tragic event. You and your readers will see. On a soul level, it was as if his soul volunteered to be the one who allowed those people to balance.
So, we can never say this Benevolent Prayer (BP) too many times OUT LOUD:
“I ask any and all beings to keep the citizens of the world safe from any terrorist attacks and may the results be even better than we can hope for or expect, thank you!”
VIOLENCE AT PRESIDENTIAL CONVENTIONS?
Gaia, what is the probability of a terrorist event taking place at either the Republican or Democratic conventions?
Low on the Democratic convention, but certainly higher for the  Republican--not for a terrorist event taking place--but for clashes between those who are supporters of Mr. Trump and his ideas and those opposed, including those who just wish to cause mayhem. So, to answer your question, the probability of a terrorist event taking place at the Democratic Convention would be less than 5% and at the Republican convention a little higher, but not much—10% to 15%—at this time. Any disruptions or violence will be caused by those who are passionate in their beliefs and those who just wish to have the opportunity to cause violence. The police will handle this, but some blood may be spilled between demonstrators.
On my Facebook pages (search Tom T. Moore Author and “Like” me), I had everyone say this BP and I encourage you to do the same out loud: "I ask any and all beings to assist in keeping all the people connected to both the Republican and Democratic Conventions safe and may the results be even better than we can hope for or expect, thank you!"
SOUL CONTRACTS TO KILL AND DIE
Cynthia writes: What is the karma of the five policemen who were killed last Thursday? Did they all kill Micah Johnson in a past life?
Will the violence get worse or can we address the problems in time before  there is a race war in this country?
Theo, had all five policemen killed Micah Johnson in a past life?
Quite so. This balanced those other lives. Now it is up to all concerned to break the cycle in the future by forgiving.
What is the probability of better race relations in the next two years, five years and ten years?
Obviously the probabilities will go up the farther out you go, Tom, but progress is being made thanks to tragic events such as this. Certainly there will be people who will say that this proves the races cannot get along, yet there will be great strides made in the coming years. More and more children are in school with children of many races and they will be color blind in the future. Those that have strong prejudices will slowly fade away. This will not happen overnight, but I can assure you and your readers that it will happen.
Send white light out to the world and take part in saying Benevolent Prayers  for everyone to live together in harmony. These BPs, we remind you over and over again, are much more powerful than you can imagine, so take advantage of this tool for a better future for you, your children, and grandchildren. Find ways to show kindness to those of other races. Even the act of just saying good morning or good day has an effect on people. Shine your light everywhere you go in your community and if someone is speaking ill about another race stand up and remind them that you are all created equally in the eyes of the Creator. Don’t hide in your house. Go out and live life and contribute to peace on Earth.
[I had a somewhat similar question for Theo, but I am including his answer as it adds more information.] This question seems anti-climactic in light of what I’ve received already from Gaia, so I will not ask about the soul contract of the man who killed all those people in Nice.
Yes, Gaia explained that it was by soul contract on a higher level, although it  would seem hard to believe. An act by a deranged person can have much good come out of it, as compared to the side of people thinking ill of a certain race or religion. You all must learn to accept people of different races and religions. You don’t think it was by chance that three of the major religions of the world were all born in virtually the same place do you?
Here is another BP to say out loud: “I ask any and all beings to assist everyone in the world to live in harmony and peace and love everyone no matter their race, religion, nationality, or sexual orientation with no exceptions, thank you!”
SOULS QUITTING THE EARTH EXPERIMENT?
Sandy writes: Had there ever been a time where a soul dropped out of the Earth Experiment because it turned out to be too difficult, or are all the souls in it for the long haul?
Theo, have there been any souls that withdrew from the Earth Experiment?
No, Tom, your souls had a complete understanding of what was to happen, and their desire was and is great to raise their vibrational levels much more quickly than if they simply sampled life across this universe or for that matter any universe. This was and is a unique opportunity, and again, we point out that they already had to have achieved a certain vibrational level.
It was originally described to you as having had a spiritual life, but that was due to your lack of knowledge regarding vibrational levels. Again, I remind your readers, Tom, that their goal is to one day meld together and become a creator themselves. That may seem far in the future to you at this stage, but it is happening and will happen.
SOUL AGES
Fortune writes: I really wanted to know what it means when we talk about soul ages; are we talking of age as in time on Earth or age as in creation? Were souls created all at once or soul creation was grouped and it’s still going on? I read that there are souls described as ancient and I wanted to understand that.
When I speak about soul “ages,” it is in relation to the number of times they  have incarnated on Earth. As I was told in the past, the average number of lives each soul “fragment” of a whole soul is 600 to 800 lives, depending upon each soul’s desire to get the lives over with quickly with lots of drama, or to take it a little easier.
So, as there are ranges in the total number of lives, a truly young soul would be under 100 lives on Earth and can reach on up into the 200s depending on the soul. Then medium souls would typically fall in the 300 to 400 range and older than that we get into “seasoned souls.” Older soul would be those getting closer to their maximum number of lives.
Souls were not created all at once as there are billions of creators and, I understand, more being created by the Creator of Creators all the time. Those creators send out fragments of themselves that may in turn create smaller fragments of themselves. This gets really complicated for our purposes.
What we call Guardian Angels have been described to me as pretty ancient souls that sent out pieces of themselves to many different creations and slowly raised their vibrational levels “the old fashioned way,” according to Theo, to the point that they emit a golden color and are called “golden light beings.” There are a little over one million of these golden light beings, who like to be called “Servants of the Creator,” that take care of us in all our lives on Earth, and love us dearly, and will do anything for us—we just have to ask and it needs to be within the boundaries of our soul contracts.
Our souls wanted to “fast-track” raising their vibrational levels, so they all volunteered for the Earth Experiment as was explained earlier.
RUSSIAN DISCLOSURE MAY BE COMING

Not sure about the authenticity of the video, but it was time to get an update  on when the probability of the Russians disclosing their ET meetings (which was supposed to have happened in 2013, but they’ve been dragging their feet) is rising.
Theo, what is the probability of Russia disclosing their history and meetings with ETs in the next six months, and then the next 12 months?
Low for the next six months, Tom, but as you were told before, the probabilities do rise during 2017 for this to occur, and it could be earlier as compared to later. In the next 12 months the probability will rise to well over 50%. Let’s say for your purposes a conservative number would be 60%. Ask again in a few months and we shall see if events will conspire to push the recalcitrant Russians to open their records for the world to see. When they do, you understand, it will be piecemeal, but enough to open the flood gates, shall we say.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA

Antura, did NASA shut down the shuttle feed when an ET craft appeared?
It has happened in the past, Tom. You understand that more people know  about the existence of these spacecraft, but are sworn to secrecy. They have been convinced it would hurt the space program to claim there are sophisticated craft that have the ability to go and come as they desire. There has been much discussion as to whether this footage should be shown to the public. So far, those that believe secrecy is best have overruled those who wish to make this public.
Antura, please explain to my readers why so many people believe there is a Reptilian influence?
Theo touched on this earlier, Tom. It is much easier to blame an outside person or thing than to accept that your lives must have these challenges as part of your growth. It’s all on our soul contracts, but memories of thousands of years of war remain deeply embedded in your soul memories and translate into subconscious fears as people lived in fear for their whole lives back in those days.

Kathy writes: Just wanted to tell you about my great MBOs. I am so thankful to you for helping us to understand how to say them and the great way they work.
I have so many, but will tell you a few. We went on vacation to go fishing. I  requested MBOs for a safe trip, good fishing, great parking. On the way, we got a flat tire on the trailer and it would have been so difficult to change, but lo and behold, there was a tire shop a half of block down the road. They didn’t have the same tire, but ran to another tire shop and got us one with no trouble putting it on.
We caught fish with bait no one else had any luck with and parked in the best spot that everyone always tries to get. It is amazing to me and I say that with such pride that I get it when this happens. My spirit feels lighter and I know I have been given such a great gift of knowing how great God answers our prayers.
MBO TO CROSS HOOD CANAL BRIDGE
Kathy in Washington state writes: I just love reading your newsletter and your articles in the Sedona Journal.
Here's a small MBO I thought you might enjoy. My husband has to cross the  Hood Canal Floating Bridge to get to and from work every day. On Sunday the bridge malfunctioned while closing and was stuck open for seven hours. Yesterday my husband called me on his way home and said he was stopped in traffic because the bridge was opened and he was four miles from the bridge.
It didn't bode well, especially after the seven-hour bridge opening on Sunday. So I told him to ask for a Most Benevolent Outcome, and he did. He got home within 20 minutes, which was about the normal travel time from where he'd called me. He said right after he asked for the MBO, traffic started moving and almost immediately went to the normal speed of 55 mph, instead of creeping along, stop and go, like it always does after a bridge opening. MBOs are powerful!
Thanks so much for sharing the MBO knowledge with the world. It's made our life so much easier as we ask for help from our GAs and receive it almost instantly!
MORE QUESTIONS ABOUT KRISHNA
Aravind writes from Australia: I read your book Atlantis and Lemuria: The Lost Continents Revealed and, once again, thank you for including my questions on Krishna. There's some more questions I want to ask, for instance:
1. Why is Krishna's skin depicted as blue?
2. Where did the majority of Krishna's incarnations take place? Which region of India, Lemuria or Atlantis?
3. Why did Krishna wear the peacock feather on this forehead? Is it symbolically significant?
4. Krishna's main weapon is described as the "Sudharshan Chakra" - a spinning disk with 108 serrated edges. Did Krishna activate this weapon using any mantras? Did he carry it with him at all times?
5. During his discourse, Arjuna asked Krishna to show him his “universal” form on the battlefield - does the Bhagavad Gita describe the form accurately as stated below? Did Krishna take such a form? Arjuna also needed a sort of “divine” vision to see the universal form. How was this vision acquired?
"Whatever you wish to see can be seen all at once in this body. This universal form can show you all that you now desire, as well as whatever you may desire in the future. Everything is here completely." (Chapter 11)
6. The Bhagavad Gita is a significant treatise calling for decisive action in moments of doubt. Krishna also tells Arjuna that the principles on which the Gita is based have been expounded since the beginning of the Sun:
"I instructed this imperishable science of yoga to the sun-god, Vivasvān, and Vivasvān instructed it to Manu, the father of mankind, and Manu in turn instructed it to Ikṣvāku." (Chapter 4) - What is the origin of the Gita?

Gaia, why was and is Krishna’s skin depicted as blue?
Tom, his skin was depicted as blue in paintings as he had such a strong aura it glowed a blue color, but the Indian artists depicted it as blue skin. You understand this was towards his last incarnation as Krishna at that time.
In which region of India did the majority of Krishna’s incarnations take place? [referring to what I was told were 77 incarnations in a row as Krishna]
Most were in the northern part of India. You would have to consult a map.
Why did he choose the northern part?
The energy plus the people were more open to his teachings.

Yes, back at that time certain people would identify themselves in that manner so that people would immediately recognize the person. It also signified beauty and gentleness, but you can also compare it to someone who becomes identified in this day and age by a certain hat they wear in public.

They had many unusual weapons back in those days, Tom. It was more for show than an actual weapon. People would see it and say, “Whoa, I better not mess with this guy.” As he attracted followers, he was always surrounded by like-minded people.
Did he activate the weapon using any mantras?
Now you get into beliefs, Tom, and let’s just allow a Hindu person to believe as they wish.
What was the form Arjuna asked Krishna to show him on the battlefield?
Here again we get into beliefs, Tom, and I must, again, say allow for a Hindu person to believe whatever they wish to believe about the universal form.
What is the origin of the Gita?
Yes, now the legend touches just a little on fact. The Gita dates back thousands of years to a point lost in time. So, it was interpreted down through the ages and embellished, but there were basic tenants in the Hindu religion passed down from generation to generation. The fact that Krishna was reciting these 30,000 years ago should give you an idea of their age.

Gaia, do the beings that supply the octopuses for the Earth Experiment have a similar appearance?
Yes, quite so, Tom. These are beautiful creatures and, as has been already  determined, even on Earth they are quite intelligent, but not as intelligent as on their home planet. They are soul fragments provided for the Earth Experiment. They come from another water world where the water is not quite the same as on Earth. You will find this to be true in most of the water planets you will visit one day.
Are they the same size or larger?
Larger and, obviously, they communicate telepathically.
Do they have cities, or what?
In a way, but not as you asked. More a cave system that they have improved upon.
Are they part of the Federation of Planets?
No, but are quite well known to the Federation. They have good relations with the Federation.
GOLD IN COW URINE
Aravind writes: This is an exciting piece of news. Were ancient Atlanteans aware of this aspect about gold in cow's urine? Assuming its true, why is there gold? Can Theo explain this phenomenon?

“The famous Gir cow is worth its weight in gold, quite literally! After four years  of extensive research, scientists at Junagadh Agricultural University (JAU) have actually found gold in the urine of Gir cows. The analysis of urine samples of 400 Gir cows done at the Food Testing Laboratory of JAU showed traces of gold ranging from three mg to 10 mg from one-liter urine. The precious metal was found in ionic form, which is gold salts [that are] soluble in water.”
Gaia, can you comment on the gold found in the Gir cow urine in India and how far back was it used to treat illness?
The second question first, Tom. Yes, this is truly an ancient remedy dating back over 30,000 years ago. Back then, someone discovered its medicinal properties by accident, as many things are discovered. But it was lost in modern times. As was reported, 388 different properties were found to be part of the cow urine. Work will yield some interesting uses and will make these cows famous.
Why do you think cows were considered sacred in the first place?
That was lost in time.
ARE WHITE BRITISH PEOPLE XENOPHOBIC?
Mike in the UK writes: I voted to REMAIN in the EU because I know it's in our best interests to stay. Over the last 10+ years or so the UK has had large immigration from Eastern European countries, most notably from Poland. This is the real main reason why so many white English people voted OUT of the EU. It's been highlighted that Scotland overwhelmingly voted to REMAIN. The "English" have always had an arrogance and superiority complex; they don't realize they can’t make it on their own without joint help and alliance with other countries. So my question is why are white English people so XENOPHOBIC?
Theo, why are white English people xenophobic, if they are at all?
Obviously, not all white or Caucasian people in the UK are, but there is a portion who are, let’s say, in the working class that fear loss of their jobs and positions, and there is a tendency to see themselves as superior to the black race, or any of the colored races we will include and what they regard as strangers.
They are afraid their children will integrate and they, like some of the people in the southern part of the United States, want no part of that. These recent events may have slowed down the progress of integration of all the races, but it will never stop it. Attitudes change as your vibrational levels rise. People praying for peace and civility and sending love will break down all barriers. Instant communication is greatly assisting in this coming about.
