FUTURE OF UKRAINE
Roman writes from Ukraine: First of all I want to thank you for your really great deed in educating people about the universe, its interconnections, influences to each other, energies and ETs.
I live in the Ukraine, a country in Eastern Europe, whose people have lived since  2014 in constant expectation of an invasion from our eastern neighbor (Russia).
In this context, I have a question about the future of our country. What will be Ukraine’s outcome in the next 5 years?
Also, how the Yellowstone eruption that is supposed to occur in 2022 to 2024 will affect this region?
Gaia, the highest probability for Ukraine in the next five years?
Certainly, being close to Russia does not make it easy for this small country. It will continue to be intimidated, with occasional clashes with its neighbor. It will not fold as other European countries and the United States will assist.
Will it lose any more land to Russia?
Not in the next five years, but there are those who would like to join that will continue to push to be part of that nation.
Gaia, if Yellowstone or the Italian volcanoes we have spoken about before erupt, will it affect Ukraine?
Yellowstone, not so much, as Ukraine is far away from Yellowstone, but depending upon wind conditions, the Italian volcanoes could send ash clouds for hundreds of miles to the East. In the past, we have only discussed the effects of the ash clouds on the United States. Look at a map and we can discuss this further, if you wish.
BIDEN’S BILLS
Sandra writes: It seems that much of the US population wants President Biden's  infrastructure bills to pass, but they have now become bogged down in congress. How do your guides see this working out?
Gaia, what is the probability of Biden’s infrastructure bills being passed?
As has been in your news, the Democrats are haggling over the size of the second bill. Look for more agreement after Mercury and Jupiter turn direct on October 18, Tom. They will lower their sights, knowing that they can return at a later date to increase the number of years this will be for. So yes, both bills will be passed after much more negotiation.
WORLDWIDE RESISTANCE TO MASKS & VAX
Raphael in Canada writes: I would like to know what any of your sources say about the growing resistance to the 3 vaxes and the mask mandates around the world.
Theo, why is there the world wide resistance to the Covid vaccinations and  masks?
Keep in mind, Tom, that we have said your population is peaking. Many people around the world have to go through a pandemic as part of their bucket list. As heartless as it may seem, part of our job is to have you experience these bucket list items.
It’s the same as if we were to make sure you would be at a certain place and time to be involved in an auto accident. We have to have certain people reject the vaccines and masks in order for them to experience the virus—whether it is just to become ill, or to actually die from the disease.
BLOCKING PAST LIFE TALENTS PRE-BIRTH
Irina in New Orleans writes: Can a soul put a block on past life talents in pre- birth planning?
Theo, can a soul block past-life talents in pre-birth planning?
Yes, it all depends upon what the soul contract is for that life. Perhaps what the soul fragment has learned in past lives would interfere in some way with what needs to be experienced or learned in the upcoming life. There are hundreds of thousands of possibilities here, so we can only answer in a generalized response.
WANDERING SOULS
Diane writes: Can you clear up something for me please?
A friend of mine the other day told me that a family member of mine is in need of help. This person had passed several years ago, but they said that this Soul is lost and needs my help and prayers.
So, my question to you: Is this common? Do some Souls when they leave here get lost and wander around? Is there a reason for them to be lost?

Theo, how common is it for souls upon transition to wander lost?
Not too common, Tom. To use a number would be well under one percent. It tends to happen a little more with younger souls in terms of Earth lives who perhaps have no strong religious beliefs, or were atheists in life and now are confronted with the fact that they have and are a soul fragment. As explained many times, there is no time, so they can wander, and finally the transition angel will guide them on. They do not stay in what some people would describe as purgatory forever. The whole soul that they are fragments of allows this as part of their education.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, Antura and I were introduced together by my GA Theo in 2008, and is a member of my soul group or “cluster,” as Theo calls them. From  the start, I knew he was an ET, but thought he would look similar to the Pleiadians that I knew at least one branch looked quite similar to us. I was quite surprised to learn he is an amphibian living on a water planet named Nommo in the Sirius B Solar System, who looks SLIGHTLY like the Abe Sapien character in the Hellboy movies, pictured here.
He’s now part of a “first contact” team that specializes in “grass roots” contacts. He’s in a massive three-miles-wide and twenty-stories-tall mothership orbiting the Earth, taking millions of readings a day as part of the “Earth Experiment.” It has a crew of 900, plus their families (many live their whole lives on board) totaling 1,500 people from 37 planets. Regarding us giving safeguards to the Federation in exchange for back engineering. If all negotiations (with the Federation) happened in a relatively short time, with each country in hand having a living ET hostage that they thought was the only living one, how did negotiations start in the first place with each country? Was each country's military already in contact with the Federation, or did the Federation show up after the crashes with human looking ETs?
Antura, how did negotiations begin on the release of ETs?
They did have the ability, as we do now, to appear dramatically in order to meet with the proper authorities. It varied a little from country to country. In several, there were already meetings. In that case, it was easy to request an immediate meeting with the government contacts.
Sandy writes: I was just reading 'Selected by Extraterrestrials' by William Thompkins. It has some very odd stories about the US space program in the 1940s and 50s. Someone asked about it in 2017 and Theo said that there was some truth to it along with quite a bit of embellishment. I was wondering how true it was that the Nordic ETs (working as secretaries) were heavily involved in influencing the engineers in our space program. If so, where were these Nordic ETs actually from?
Did Douglas Aerospace really have a secret space program developing craft for the US Navy to travel to the moon and Mars? Thompkins paints himself as the brains behind all three aspects of the design of the Apollo space launch and control system. How true is that?
He claims that he was "selected" by ETs who downloaded many of his designs that he created for the space program. Is any of that true? He also said that there were several others working on the space program who were also "selected" and that much of the space program was being directed by ETs who wanted us to develop space vehicles quickly to assist in some ongoing Star Wars situation. I thought Theo and Antura told us the Star Wars situation had been resolved a while ago.
Antura, any truth to William Thompkins’ claims:
1. That Nordic ET secretaries influenced engineers? If so where did they  originate?
There is no truth, but of course there was assistance, just not as claimed by Thompkins. As we said before, he quite embellished his stories.
2. Did Douglas Aerospace have a secret space program for the moon and Mars?
Yes, but they were not the only company working on such projects. He did work on them, but again embellished his involvement.
3. Was he selected by ETs to download designs for use in war?
Pure fabrication. As was noted by your reader, there is no war. The Federation is at peace.
Antura, was there a large ship over the Kilauea volcano on October 2, 2021, and  if so what was its purpose and origin?
It was a Federation ship and was there observing the volcano coming to life. It was simply taking readings.
Was it Sirian?
No, another—and not Pleiadian either to answer your next question.
Is there a planet called Kolob?
Yes, although the spelling or pronunciation would be slightly different.
Back to my next life on Nommo. I take it that when you were telling me about  my upcoming experiences growing up there, and your family being involved with me, had already occurred?
Yes, I knew that you would put 2 and 2 together, Tom. So you see, we have been quite involved in your early life there before coming here. It was just strengthening the connection we knew I needed for this work with you. You could call it practice, all part of the pre-planning.
Antura, what type of ceremonies, if any, are there on Nommo when a male and female join?
Not so elaborate as on Earth, Tom. A small circle of friends and family wish the union well. Love is truly universal in the widest meaning of that word. They may have had several or many lives together as, don’t forget, we can access the times we were together in previous lives. So low key would be the best description I can give you at this time.

Refilwe writes: MBO miracle: My parents’ dog was ill; my brother sent me a picture of him and asked that I pray for him. I did an MBO in the morning today, this afternoon I get a message that he is recovering well and started eating and running around as usual. Grateful for MBOs.
MBOs FOR ABUNDANCE, ERRANDS, SURPRISES
Severine in China writes: At the moment I am asking for big things, but I can report recent smaller yet meaningful MBOs.
1. Husband winning a cash coupon (Walmart China)!
Last Monday I requested a general MBO for abundance, prosperity, surprise  gifts and unexpected good things to happen for me and my family within the week. Thank you.
On Thursday my husband informed me he won a $200 USD cash coupon at Walmart during his snooker contest! We filled our fridge/freezer with really good groceries. This was perfect.
2. Perfect unfolding of the day and smoother interactions
In the last 6 months I have been religiously sending white light and love by saying your affirmation daily to the planet and anyone and any beings I interact with in the day across all timelines. I have also been saying the forgiveness  prayers for years.
Yesterday I had to run administrative errands, which is not my cup of tea. I requested an MBO for a perfect unfolding of my day with no traffic and no queue. Thank you. All my paperwork was done quickly, smoothly with pleasant interactions.
3. Surprise encounter at restaurant
I have converted my mom to the Gentle Way a couple years ago, so we both ask daily: “I expect great things today, great things tomorrow and all this week.” We push the envelope by saying I expect Miracles today.
My parents went to the restaurant and guess who they met there? My brother and his children. They were thrilled to enjoy a surprise lunch with their family.
MBO FOR PERFECT WEATHER
Aravind in Australia writes: I just completed 300,000 steps, or 10,000 steps a  day for a charity event called ‘Steptember’ to raise money and awareness for people affected by cerebral palsy.
Usually, there can be quite a bit of scattered heavy rain at this time of year, so I said an MBO for perfect weather this month, and after finishing this challenge I find the rains have started again after a gap of two weeks.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN SCHOOLS
Randy writes: Yesterday and today there were school shootings in North  Carolina and Georgia. In the future, will students be taught by A1 home schooling instead of public schools? We already have zoom school classrooms.
Theo, will students learn by artificial intelligence in the future?
How students learn will make huge advances in the future, Tom, and that will include downloading information directly into their brains. It will be done in a non-invasive way.
JAMES WOODS ON PLANE WITH HIJACKERS
John writes: Actor James Woods
A month before 9/11, actor James Woods was on a plane journey sitting in first class. He noticed 4 Middle Eastern men also in first class.
During the 6-hour flight, they did not eat or drink, they did not adjust their seats, nor did they read or sleep. They only occasionally spoke to each other in a very quiet tone.
Being a great actor, James Woods obviously notices all patterns of human  behavior. This is what made him so suspicious of the 4 men. He was spooked out by the whole incident, and reported it to authorities.
A month later, 9/11 happened. The very next day Woods reported it again, this time to the FBI. The next day the FBI were outside his house at 7am to hear his story.
The 4 Middle Eastern men were all men who were hijackers on 9/11. The flight they took a month earlier that Woods was on was what is known as a "dry-run" or a practice or rehearsal. So the terrorists would know how to "behave" and what to look for when they were hijacking the plane.
Can Theo tell us, was James Wood's soul contract to be on that flight and notice their behavior since he was an actor, so he could later corroborate with the FBI about how terrorists plan attacks?

Theo, why was James Woods’ soul contract to be on the same flight as the 9/11 terrorists’ dry run?
He had a connection to them from a past life, which made it easier to “tune in” to them. Being an actor, his Pineal Gland, shall we say, is a little more used than many people’s. It was felt that his recognition would assist in understanding the planning behind the event. It was his soul contract.
SIMPSON CREATOR AND EPSTEIN

TV’s The Simpsons’ creator Matt Groening flew on Epstein’s Lolita express  plane and had a foot rub by sex slave Virginia Roberts.

Theo, did Simpson’s creator Matt Groening have sex with any underage girls at Epstein’s?
No, just the encounter on the plane, Tom. Epstein sensed he was uncomfortable and did not take it farther.
HOME PRICES IN LOS ANGELES
Veronica writes from California: With housing prices skyrocketing, especially in Southern California, it is almost impossible to buy a house under $1 million in Los Angeles. Will there be a time in the future when housing prices will come  down. If yes, when, or will they continue to rise until 2028 when the Summer Olympics take place in Los Angeles?
Theo, will home prices continue to rise in Los Angeles, and if so, for how long?
Home prices will continue to rise in the short term, Tom, but as you know, there will come a time when Gaia must move the tectonic plates, and there will be a huge drop in prices at that time. Many will want to move far away from that area. It all depends upon when your souls wish to have those events happen, and in what intensity.
TORTURE AND EXECUTION BALANCING
Sredni writes: I believe that there is a videotape of a cartel execution where a man had his limbs cut off and other horrible things done to him. What past lives  did this poor soul have?
My soul demands an answer to this question, so this is why I am sending it to you.
Theo, what was the man who was tortured and killed by a cartel balancing?
As so happens, the roles are reversed. He had done the same to his torturers. All are fairly young souls and this will go on until there is forgiveness.
MORE ON SETUP LIVES
I certainly am having a number of setup lives this round. Here is another one. I will not name this person, since his beliefs are very rigid and I wish to keep him as a friend.
Theo, do I and [Name] go back as far as Martin Luther, or perhaps John  Wycliffe or John Calvin, or someone else in the Protestant breakaway?
Yes, first was John Wycliffe, Tom, and then Martin Luther. Remember, we did say two lives, and we know you recalled that. In each of those lives you knew him, and acted as his advisor. But again, these were past lives for you, but future lives for him. This life is a major set up life for the two of you for him to gain recognition and trust.
It seems this life I certainly have had a large number of set up lives with a number of friends and family.
And there are more revelations, shall we say, to come, Tom.
Are each of my lives so active, or just this one?
This is a highly significant life for you, Tom. And you will touch even more  people in the coming years. Your life is not winding down yet, as you can glimpse the future ahead. We are all here for you and to support you, never forget.

Will it be where he is a government leader or religious leader?
Government, Tom. He will lead a nation—a country.

Fairly large.

Several hundred.

How many American spies are in the U.K. at this current time?
Theo, how many American spies are in the UK at the present time?
Just a little over 100, Tom. I know you thought there would be more, but they are well placed to keep an eye not only on the UK, but their dealings with other countries, and the other countries spying on the UK. It very complicated at those high levels of intrigue.
CORRECTION ON PAST RECEPTION
It was pointed out to me that my reception regarding the Tuareg Man, whom I had heard about forever, was incorrect. He was just a guy using a fake passport in Japan.
Gaia, I will ask you to reconfirm—did I receive the information on the Tuareg man incorrectly?
Yes, Tom. You had heard this story many times, so you allowed your beliefs to override the reception. Again, we have told you many times that no one is perfect in reception. The others do not point out their misreceptions as you do.
