Gaia, will there be paper bottles by 2030, or will there be a better container for beverages?
Yes, Tom, there actually will be a plethora of options at that time as there are other containers that are being developed. Paper is just one of them.
How about seaweed, as I saw a story about making straws from seaweed?
Yes, you can add seaweed to the list, Tom. But again, we said a plethora of options, depending upon the liquid being sold to consumers. A couple – actually more than that – have not been even thought of yet, but will soon be. The idea of a paper container will spur others to consider biodegradable alternatives.
CHINESE SPIES
Mike writes from the UK: Chinese Spies in the U.K.
China and its spies have so deeply infiltrated the U.K.

Gaia, how many spies does China have in the UK right now? And the same question in the USA?
As the article stated, Tom, these spies are not really fully trained spies, but simply people that pass information along to their Chinese handlers, we’ll call them, for money. So yes, the number would be in the thousands for both countries. The Chinese are very connected to their homeland, especially if they still have families there and know that life can be easier or harder for these families, depending upon their cooperation.
RUSSIAN HACKING
It’s been in the news that Russia has had as many as one thousand programmers working to successfully compromise most of the USA’s federal systems.
Gaia, what will Russia do with the information they’ve hacked from the USA  and what, if anything will the U.S. do to retaliate?
There are a number of ways this information can be used, Tom, in spy craft to identify those that might be vulnerable to work for the Russians. They will also have the ability, should there be some conflict, to shut down whole systems. It’s as if they have an ace in their pocket they can use if needed.
The U.S. still has a ways to go to combat this intrusion and coordinate a response. First, they have to stop the back door intrusions, and then they can also do some of their own intrusions into the Russian systems, which are also vulnerable. Putin also knows that the USA can retaliate economically, especially with the assistance of other countries to make life uncomfortable for Putin’s associates.
PREFERRED GENDERS AND JUDAISM
Severine writes from China: Here are a few questions for Theo this time again about incarnation and Gender.
Do most of us have a preferred gender to incarnate in?
Does this preference usually match our home ET planet gender?
For example, if I am not mistaken, Tom, you are a male on Nommo Sirius B.  Then since your soul interest is religion you have participated to all or most religions' creation as a male too.
Due to our mostly patriarchal system on Earth, will most of our significant lives be as male?
Due to the Earth experience, do we need to have 49% lives as male 49% as female and the1% left as Eunuchs, non-binary or transgender? OR is it more way more flexible?
Here Questions about Jewish people and reincarnations.
Initially, I come from a Catholic background in this lifetime.
From time to time, I tend to be interested in several religions; first, Christianity; I come from a Catholic background such as Buddhism, Hinduism, and especially Judaism on and off.
We’ve learned before in previous newsletters that the Jews are the chosen ones. If they choose to incarnate as another religion they won’t be able to incarnate as Jew anymore.
(Background) In the past, I remembered Theo said that not everyone will incarnate as a Jew in the Earth Experiment. But it sounds contradictory with the whole bucket list theory, which states we have to have all types of experiences - the good the bad and the ugly. That would include to me all types of religions.

2) Do non-Jewish people like me that are interested in Judaism somewhat feel nostalgic at a soul level knowing they’ll never be Jewish again?
3) Was I Jewish before? I received a yes when I asked my GA, but I could be off. I am a baby at this, would you kindly confirm?
Theo, do we have a preferred gender to incarnate in?
No, Tom. Your souls know that your lives must balance, including the gender for each life. Perhaps on your home planet you were mostly a male or female. On Earth, you must balance that out. There are many ways to accomplish this on Earth—such as length of lives in one gender or another.
Therefore, would you say our gender does not necessarily match our home  planet gender?
No. Otherwise there would be no balance at the end of your lives on Earth. As we have said numerous times, everything must balance at the end of your lives on Earth, and that includes genders.
Have I been a male and female equally at the beginning of all the religions?
You will after the last two, where you will be a female in each of those lives.
Will most of our significant lives be as males?
On the surface it might appear so, but that’s because history has been male dominated. Women have not been given the credit they deserve. That will change in the coming years.
Are our lives split 49% male, 49% female and the rest as what might be described as others, such as transgender?
Those numbers are close, without getting into fractions.
Theo, would converting to Judaism count as sampling a Jewish life and religion?
Yes, Tom. These are not souls that must incarnate over and over again as a Jew, per our previous conversations. You were allowed to as part of your soul interest in religions, and to advise those leaders, including Moses and even Jesus, from a female point of view, along with Mary Magdalene.
I’m not the only exception, am I?
As we have told you before, there are only a couple of more soul fragments that incarnate at the beginning of religions, and they typically are not as close to the person who begins the religion as are you.
Was Severine Jewish in a past life?
She converted to Judaism in the past. It was a good life for her.
GAIA’S TRAVELS
Gaia, I have been told over and over by the group souls that they had the highest vibrational level of any soul with their soul interest. How did Creator choose you for Earth, since it was my understanding that you ensouled an asteroid, and not a planet? Fragment to fragment, which I now better understand.
Yes, Tom, fragment to fragment is a good comment.
Yes, it may seem that I should have had the experience of a planet, but given enough time, I kept learning from each time I would pass a solar system and would learn from each one of the planets in that solar system everything they knew about running a planet. So the asteroid was my vehicle, you could say, for  touring the universe.
Then it was not just a few million years. It sounds as if it might be a billion years or more?
Quite correct, Tom. Quite a few billion you would term it in Earth years. As you have learned recently, the universe is 25 billion years old, and I have been or was attracted to Creator’s creation at an early stage. Using your terminology, I’m one of the “old guys.”
Quick follow up question, Gaia, were all the galaxies much closer together 25 billion years ago?
Yes, Tom. They expanded and are continuing to expand. Good question. It made my travels somewhat easier.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, Theo introduced me to an ET in 2008. I was to discover that he is a member of my soul group or “cluster,” and after 800 lives on Earth, with a soul interest in exploration, he is having a life as a Sirian member of a “first contact” team that goes to emerging worlds to study and then contact them. Of course. Would not want them to miss a thing. So, good morning all you sleepy heads, if you ever seem to sleep.
We know when you and your other parallel selves will have a session, Tom, so our schedule can match your schedules as they tend to use the same time periods.

Antura, how will Nitinol be used in the future and when?
It will be part of spacecraft, Tom, but I’m not allowed to say much about it for obvious reasons, since there are people in the future with this as part of their soul contracts, and there are yes, people working on it at the present time.
Antura, if Lyssa Holt can have a visitor at a contact event, why won’t you do the same for me?
Not the same, Tom. You notice that the visitor was just in what can be described as etheric form, only seen in a photo. There are a number of ways to be seen. Those that are contacting Lyssa have chosen a non-threatening way. When you see me, I will be in my full form.
Antura, is it true that those ETs that crashed in Roswell, NM, did so purposely?
That information is incorrect, Tom. As was reported long ago, there was a great problem with radars at that time period. This was not a conscious choice to crash their ships. Otherwise, there would only have been a need for one ship, while in actuality there were a number of crashes all over the world.
Where do the Essassani live, and are we ensouling some of them at the present time, and not just in the future?
Good questions, Tom. Yes, the Essassani are in a planetary system younger than the system in which Earth is in orbit. They will take millions of years to fully develop. Yes, there will be people there that will be ensouled by you, but this will come sometime in the future.
Antura, would it be correct to say you Sirians don’t always agree with the Pleiadians about Disclosure?
That would be quite correct, Tom. They believe in more the status quo.
I thought that they would be all for Disclosure as they do have a close  appearance to Homo sapiens.
You would think so, Tom, but they prefer to continue to operate behind the scenes where we feel your education should be stepped up to begin to understand how many trillions of planets out there have intelligent life. The average person on Earth needs to shift their thinking, which we believe will focus your attention on progressing in your exploration of the planets in your solar system, just as you are doing now on Mars.
We have shown how it has been accepted on the upper timelines, and now the time is close at hand for Disclosure to be ramped up, first by more disclosures by countries, which will be happening this summer, and by your documentaries to open the eyes of people to the wide variety of people just on one ship.
Would you say this procedure disagreement dates back a long time?
Yes, Tom—even millions of years. We would suggest that you do more studies and come up with specific questions, which I am only allowed to answer. I was not allowed to go into a further discussion without you initiating the questions.
Would you say the Pleiadians are more authoritarian?
That could be one description.
Is that why they were so tuned into having Disclosure by the Russians, first?
Yes, it fit into their scenario, which was up-ended when Mr. Putin decided to be President for life, and his cabinet resigned in protest. You had asked several times before why Russian was chosen, and I could only explain that the Russians accept the fact that their government hides things from the people—the normal citizens.
Pamela writes: Is it true that the Pleiadians were involved in the Mahabharata War at Kurukshetra with Krishna and Arjuna. Whose side were they on? I guess they used the “vimanas" or "flying vehicles.”
Antura, were the Pleiadians involved in the Mahabharata War, and if so which side? Was Krishna a Sirian or Pleiadian?
Both you and Krishna are Sirian in lineage, Tom. The despot who tried to  conquer India at that time was of Pleiadian lineage, but don’t forget that it was his soul contract to try and conquer the people. He just went farther than his soul contract called for, just as you had done in Lemuria. Everyone has good and bad lives on Earth, Tom. But all lives must balance.
Antura, did the Lyrans control this planet at one time and what about the Vegans and Sirians?
All had their hands in the pie, you could say, Tom. Each wanted, and in a way still want, to leave their imprint on Earth. But as you were told before, you are working on Earth to solve problems that have never been solved before, including the animosity between various star systems. There is the Earth Directive that keeps them from interfering. And yes, that includes us too, but we are demonstrating that knowing more about other worlds in general is a good thing for your development in the long range.
What about the war with the Dracos? Would they be considered Vegans?
You could call them a wild card, as they slowly kept gobbling up planets in the Orion System. Everyone hopes that by being part of the Earth Experiment they will mellow.
MBO TO WIN BARREL RACE

Maikailee writes: I just finished your book THE GENTLE WAY. My mom had this book and encouraged me to read it after my dad passed away suddenly in September. I feel urged to tell you my story about my first MBO before I even read your book. My mom told me what to do even though I had never heard of it, and the result was nothing short of amazing for me.
This may be a little long, but please bear with me as I tell you my story. Just a  little about me. I live in Utah, I am 27 years old, married, with a beautiful little 4 year old girl, and a baby boy on the way. I ride horses and have always participated in Barrel Racing, a rodeo sport. My dad lived in Colorado, and I didn't see him very often, but we talked on the phone a lot. He was very involved in my horse riding adventures and was one of my biggest supporters. I would always send him my videos and he would always critique my runs.
I purchased a new horse a year and a half ago and always sent him our videos. When I would take her to a rodeo event and run barrels on her, he would ALWAYS get after me about slowing her down too soon. He would always tell me to run her through the timer’s eye, and not slow her up until them, because I was losing time. Well this was just habit for me to slow her down too soon, and I WOULD lose time.
Anyway, when my dad passed, four days later, I had a barrel race. I wasn't going to go, because I was still very upset about my dad, but something told me to go. Before I got on my horse, my mom had told me to ask for an MBO, even though I didn't know what it was. I was just a crying mess, and she said that it would help me. So, before I ran, I asked for a Most Benevolent Outcome for my run, that it be safe and fast and that if my dad could see me, to please watch as he hadn't been able to before, and to please be there to support me.
Well, as I am running my horse back home from the 3rd barrel I felt this overwhelming power take over, and my horse kicked into another gear I didn't know she had. She ran so hard and so fast we ran straight through the timer and out the gate (which I never run my horses through the gate). I knew it was my angels and dad pushing me past that eye. I immediately started crying and felt my dad and angels completely surround me during that run. It was the fastest she's ever run, and won a really nice check! Ever since then, I am a believer. I use MBOs every day and my life has been a lot easier and definitely more enjoyable. I hope this email reaches you as I have felt so compelled to tell you my story. I want to thank you for your advice and for writing that book.
MBO FOR MEDICAL PROCEDURE
Lee writes: I had a medical procedure on Monday and had asked for BPs the week before. I said my MBO also. They said to allow 3 hours and I was in and out in an hour! Procedure went perfectly and so far everything looks good!
MBO FOR EYE SURGERY
Deb writes: Back in December I had eye surgery. I said an MBO for everything to go well with the surgery, and it did. Last week I had a checkup, and the surgeon said that my eye looks great! Don't have to see him again until May.
FOLLOW UP QUESTION ON LEMURIA
Gaia, is the underwater structure off the Yonaguni Island a temple or a fort, as I  first received?
Still more a fort than a temple, Tom. It was not part of the Lemurian continent, but it still acted like an outpost, yet it had a religious purpose too. It was covered in water when the Lemurian Continent sank into the sea and the waters rose 170 plus feet.
ATLANTEAN KARMA
Sue writes: Edgar Cayce stated that many of us who are incarnated today are souls from Atlantis and that we returned together for the purpose of working out our past karma. Tom, I read your book "Atlantis and Lemuria" where you describe the historical split between the population, spiritual vs material that leads to greed and eventual demise. In light of what is happening in our world today, I have several questions:
- Is the split we are experiencing in the US reflective of the Atlantis karma
 we are working out?
- Are the astrological aspects we are living under the catalyst for setting up a second opportunity to get it right?
- Is our climate change reflective of the abuse caused by the misuse of crystals during the reign of Atlantis? The world climate today just seems to tie in nicely to this theme, especially the parallels between US world dominance and Atlantis’ dominance thousands of years ago.
Gaia, is the split we are experiencing in the U.S. reflective of Atlantean Karma we are working on?
More than just Atlantean karma, Tom, since don’t forget the Explorer Race agreed to take on problems no one else had been able to solve. So, easily add in the Lemurians, and even any and all beings that have had conflicts. Yes, that is a heavy burden, but your souls knew they could accomplish this, and as we have spoken before, your conflicts will decrease over the coming years, whether they  are just political in various countries, or all out conflicts. That is hard to believe from where you view the world right now, but I can see your future probabilities and this will happen. Take that to the bank.
Are the astrological aspects the catalyst for solving problems?
They are but one factor, yet an important one, that affects people all over the world, and which I utilize to assist me in running the Earth.
Is our climate change reflective of the abuse of crystals, or simply one of many challenges to solve?
It is but one of many you will solve in the future.
PARENTS WITH ALZHEIMER’S
Suzy writes: Thank you for all you do. The suggested prayers help me focus and are so helpful - to me and to all!
I have a question for your Theo re Alzheimer’s disease. Both my elderly parents  have it and are in memory care. The Covid lockdowns have caused increased anxiety and agitation for them, and my mother sometimes becomes violent. I do what I can, but sometimes I wonder - why are they still here? They lived good active lives and are beloved parents and grandparents, but the last several years have been so difficult and destructive, on them and we children who love them. So, do you have any guidance that could help them and us to through this time?
Theo, why have Suzy’s parents lingered on with Alzheimer’s?
Both had this on their soul contracts, and Suzy has it on her soul contract to care for parents who are incapacitated and cannot care for themselves. In previous lives, they cared for her when she was quite incapacitated too. These are all learning experiences as part of the Earth Experience. She can request or say Benevolent Prayers for them to remain calm and for them to have a benevolent passing.
INTENSE YOGIC PRACTICES
Aryan writes from India: Sir, from what I have read, all the yogic practices, pranayam helps in burning the karma faster than normal speed.
I heard a very good astrologer saying that his knowledge and experience doesn't work with people who are doing pranayam/breathing exercises for 12-15 years.
I want to know whether this karma on fast forward helps in raising vibrational  levels or not.
And also if someone does their practice intensely every day from a very young age then the karma in this life will get finished very fast, then can karma of the next life open up in this one?
Gaia, do intense yogic practices help your raise your vibrational level at a faster rate? And if so, can you take on challenges you would have in future lives?
These intense mental practices can assist in raising your vibrational level as they are akin to meditation—just another form, and as we have discussed many times, meditation does assist in raising your vibrational level. Therefore, in the future, everyone will mediate as they learn the multiple benefits of meditation.
In the case of those who choose yogic practices, that is the challenge they took on in this life, and it aligns with their religious beliefs in this life. Little time is left to pursue other challenges, much less those from future lives. It is but one of many paths of this spiritual belief.
We would rather suggest a more moderate approach, as little time is left for relationships, which also can raise your vibrational level, depending upon how you treat others. Do you dismiss them, thinking they would take up time you wish to devote to your practices? Or do you interact and send love and light to them—those that love and/or respect you, and those who challenge you in some way? Again, moderation tends to bring more advancement and raising of your vibrational level.
FEMALE VIDEO GAMERS
Emily writes: Female Video Gamers
Will female Video Gamers eventually overtake males in Video Game  consumption? Click here.
Gaia, will female video gamers one day become more numerous than male video gamers?
In the future, there will be an equal amount of video gamers—male and female. Female gamers have very quick minds—faster than their male counterparts—so there is an advantage they will discover. They just need to believe in themselves—to overcome the male domination beliefs in place. That will come in the future, is the highest probability.
MATTHEW CHANNEL ON POPE FRANCIS
Pamela writes: In the latest monthly Matthewbooks.com blog, Matthew  mentions that Pope Francis is no more and a holograph of him is being used instead. Please could you give me more information on that?
Theo, was Matthew’s message incorrect about Pope Francis being a hologram?
Yes, Tom. That was incorrect. Certainly at this stage, his time on Earth is limited, but he is still alive.
