SPECIAL NOTES:
Mercury retrograde 2017 starts on August 12 at 11° Virgo and ends on September 5 at 28° Leo. This Mercury retrograde cycle is a particularly  powerful and significant one. Missed messages, appointments, delays in all forms of transportation, and computer problems all can occur. When we used to own a wholesale tour business, not one single employee we hired during a Mercury retrograde worked out for us. We also had all of our telephone lines ripped off our building by a passing truck in the alley. This retrograde occurs during the time period when we have the total solar eclipse August 21st.
In the July 29 Newsletter, I reported that Gaia said there would be one or more major earthquakes around August 8. China had a major earthquake on August 8 in the Sichuan Province with a magnitude of 7.0 that killed at least 19 and injured 247, and another listed at 6.6 that happened over 1,200 miles away that injured at least 32 people. May I remind you we are closing in on August 21, and around that time New Zealand is supposed to have a major earthquake off the coast near Christchurch, accompanied by a 15 foot or so tsunami. Make sure any friends you have living in that area are made aware of the danger. When they feel the quake, they should immediately head for higher ground.
Not sure how the August 21 eclipse will affect the world regarding North Korea, but here is a Benevolent Prayer for everyone to say OUT LOUD:  “I ask any and all beings to assist those working on diplomatic solutions to the problem with North Korea, thank you!”

And a quick explanation for my new subscribers. Theo is my own Guardian Angel (GA) with whom I communicate in meditation, along with Gaia, the Soul of the Earth, and my soul “cluster” brother, Antura (and a few others). Generally, I’ll ask Gaia the earth questions and Theo about our lives. Now for some interesting topics of the week that YOU requested, and which will give you a DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE:
FOREST FIRE QUESTIONS
Virgil writes: I recall reading somewhere that plants, like trees, have a form of consciousness and could even be seen to react with something like apprehension or fear to a cutting or pruning implement coming toward them to trim them. Which made me wonder about trees that are involved in massive forest fires. Is their consciousness somehow withdrawn before being caught up in the fires, so that they don't have to go through any pain of burning? I also wondered if trees experienced any type of pain when they were sickened with serious tree illnesses or diseases.
Gaia, do trees in a forest withdraw their consciousness as a fire  approaches?
Yes, they do, Tom. They are informed well in advance and the tree souls withdraw as they understand full well the process of regeneration of the forest. Otherwise, it will grow sickly and die a slow and lingering death. The trees prepare for this event by dropping seeds, and you have seen photos of burned out forests with small seedling trees sprouting on their own. Sometimes humans assist in this process by planting seedlings and the tree souls appreciate the thoughts to assist in their regrowth.
Do the tree souls experience pain when they sicken and die?
In a way, Tom, but not as you experience pain. They understand the full cycle—they are aware, you see—so it is not the same for them as it is for a human. A tree may appear dead, but there is still a consciousness there long after the tree appears to have died.
Kathy writes: Yes, the fires regenerate the forests. However, according to the National Park Service, over 90% of the fires are caused by humans. What does Gaia have to say about that, in contrast to the fires caused by natural occurrences such as lightening? Is such human intervention a part of the natural cycles of Gaia?
And thank you about a BP for the animals.
Gaia, are the forest fires set accidentally or on purpose by humans part of their soul contracts?
Yes and no as you guessed, Tom. Those accidentally set normally are soul contracts to not only assist me in regenerating the forests, but if there are houses or homes destroyed, this may be to balance having had one’s home destroyed in another life by those people whose homes  are destroyed. There can be also balancing that must occur if someone’s home is destroyed that had not done the same to the person in a past life.
Those that set fires on purpose, again, can be both—soul contracts, but also goes too far and there must be heavy balancing done in the future. There are times when a person is sick with some sort of mental disorder that causes them to be an arsonist. Your scientists will discover—although not for many years—the DNA strand that causes this problem. Where some humans go off their soul contracts is that they enjoy it so much they set fires over and over, leading to great balancing in the future.
Typically those that accidentally set the fires as part of their soul contract feel great remorse and will do their best to balance their actions in the future. As you can see, Tom, these actions have a multitude of possible reasons. One answer does don’t fit all the possibilities. And yes, we have to look at all the people affected—from  the firefighters to those whose homes are lost, to those who wish to help the forests rebound; there are so many soul contracts at work here.

Here is a BP for all the animals to be said out loud: "I ask any and all beings to aid and protect and keep safe all humans, animals, birds, insects and all living creatures in the path of all the forest fires going on at this time, thank you!"
YELLOWSTONE ERUPTION QUESTIONS
Ronald sent me an article that claimed 87,000 people would die instantly if Yellowstone blows, so I thought I should ask. Click here.
Gaia, in the past you said that several million people would lose their lives when Yellowstone and the Italian volcanoes will erupt. I just read a prediction by scientists that 87,000 people will lose their lives when Yellowstone blasts. Is that a fair figure or is it too high or too low,  depending upon how much warning people have?
That figure is too low, Tom. There will not be as much warning as those scientists expect. So easily double that figure and add to it. Again, it has not been decided by your souls exactly how many will transition and how many will just be affected in some way. Part of it depends upon soul growth and what can be learned by simply being affected.
That’s why I previously said that the probability was 50%, as your souls need to make some choices. As we get closer to the events – as the probability goes up – then the number of people either killed or just affected in some way will adjust. And as I told you before, I cannot give you a tighter window as to when it will occur [between 5 and 10 years from now], because your newsletters will be read by many more people than they are now, even though it does not seem that way yet.
MISCARRIAGES
For privacy, I'll call her Sylvia writes: Theo said there is a possibility for young souls to opt-out within the first six months of Earth lives. I wonder what happens when it is a miscarriage.
 Does the unborn soul fragment experience any learning from just being in utero even just for a few weeks? If so, what do they learn?
Is miscarriage usually part of the bucket list for the parents to balance something?
Likewise will most humans choose at least once to "incarnate" in utero and leave before the pregnancy term?
For all women and families going through this loss, what are the main and common positive lessons the family can learn from this?
What about ectopic pregnancy/tubal pregnancy where the embryo is misplaced outside the womb? Is there any lesson for the embryo?
Any general advice from Gaia to avoid a miscarriage in the future (i.e. food, paying attention to our thoughts, asking MBOs, BPs, etc.)?
Gaia, what does a soul fragment learn from being in utero just a few weeks prior to a miscarriage?
They learn exactly that, Tom. They experience being in the womb, and the feelings of the mother, what it is like to feel the blood flowing through the fetus—all the sensations you can imagine from being there as a tiny fetus and the growth until the miscarriage. This could be the first time for the soul fragment to feel all these sensations, or they may be doing it out of love for the mother and father who must experience the miscarriage as part of their soul contracts.
So, this may or may not be the first time to experience this?
That’s correct, Tom. But every soul fragment must have this experience at least once as part of the learning experience on Earth.
Then I believe you answered my next question that this is a “bucket list” experience for the parents?
Yes, it can be a one-time experience, or it can be more as part of balancing the harming of someone where it caused a miscarriage. It can be one of several reasons, you see.
And multiple miscarriages?
Again, the same balancing must occur.
What do families learn from a miscarriage?
We have covered the balancing, and that it is on your bucket list of  Earth experiences. There is heartache, love, balancing.
What about ectopic pregnancy (tubal pregnancy) where the embryo is misplaced outside the womb? Lesson?
The same answers as before, Tom.
Any advice about avoiding miscarriages—such as foods, thoughts, requesting MBOs or BPs?
Yes, the mother and father can request MBOs for the perfect birth of  their baby. Prior to conception and all during the 9 months. And they can ask their family and friends to pray for them, and especially a BP where everyone is saying the same prayer.
I assume that Sylvia, from her questions, had a miscarriage. What is the probability of her having a healthy full term baby next time?
Quite high, Tom—over 90%. The soul fragment that was attached to the fetus before will make a grand entrance at birth. She and her husband will be two very happy parents, knowing how precious the gift of life is.
NUMBER OF LIVES OUR SOULS ARE HAVING
Theo, at this moment in time how many lives is my soul having across the universe?
Let’s see if you can receive this today, Tom. Yes, slightly over one million. As we have explained before, your souls need these lives to  accumulate the knowledge necessary to know every single planet, moon, and sun that exists in the universe today. This is a mammoth job, Tom, as you can only imagine. But there are millions of souls that are part of the Explorer Race, so it will just be a matter of application and experience.
What would be the largest number of lives being lived at this moment in time by a soul that is part of the Explorer Race—over two million?
Quite so, Tom and even more, as keep in mind that although you do not or are not capable of completely knowing about the many trillions of planets in the universe, life exists there in so many different forms and they can be simple lives or quite complex. Therefore, the answer to your question, let’s just say, is several million as some lives on planets are very simple, and others are much more complex.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, Antura is a member of my soul group or “cluster” and has already had 800 lives on Earth, so he is a very “seasoned” soul. His soul interest is in exploration, while our soul imbued me with an interest in religions. He’s coming to Earth in October in one of those  huge, three-miles-wide and twenty-stories-tall Sirian motherships with a crew of 900 plus their families, totaling 1,500 ETs from 37 different planets. You can read much more about him in my book, FIRST CONTACT: Conversations with an ET.
In the book I reported that we will not learn to “portal hop” between planets and stars until around 3250. But before that, a spaceship with volunteers will head for a distant planet orbiting a star. Then less than  100 years later, when we do learn to portal hop, one of the first missions will be to go and retrieve the crew, or give them a choice of continuing their mission to the planet that is not what it’s cracked up to be. Here a more questions I decided to ask about the mission.
Antura, when the Earth ship takes off for the distant star around the 3100 era, before we learn to portal hop, what speed will it be able to travel at—just below the speed of light?
Not that fast, Tom. It will be about half that. Your scientists will find there are restrictions above that speed.
Why won’t they know that the planet chosen is not the best choice? It would seem they would have more thoroughly researched the planet?
They would have sent a mission there, and at that time they will have  thought they covered the bases. Their research will not be enough.
[Side note: I just watched a DVD of PASSENGERS and it's the story of a flight to a distant planet that is taking over 100 years. And their ship was only traveling at half the speed of light! Think there was some awareness by the screenwriter.]
Antura, would it help any for you to pass along to the Pleiadians that I (an American) was quoted as saying that the Russian’s slowness to respond was the same as when during WWII the only way the Germans were defeated was because of the severe winter—not because of their resistance? A little goading we could term it?
Thanks for the offer, Tom. I understand exactly why you feel they might be insulted and would respond faster, but the Pleiadians say they have this well in hand. Let’s keep that quote for if they do not disclose in the next couple of weeks.
Speed things up I would ask. I’m not getting any younger.

Antura, did Guillermo del Toro originate from Nommo?
A nice guess by your reader, Tom, but no he did not originate from Nommo or even another water world. He does enjoy the sea, but he is not originally from a water world. Quite the opposite in fact, which is why he enjoys the ocean so much.
Kei writes: I'm a bit nervous writing to you and everyone else. I think Antura could answer this question. A few months ago I had a dream that I met with aliens and I kept apologizing to them for how us humans treat each other and harming the earth. I told them we're terrible creatures. However, they reassured me that humans were not terrible. I remember telling them I loved them. They told me I wouldn't hear from them until I was done with my semester classes. Then they wished me a good night.
Was this just a dream of my overactive brain or did I communicate with ETs from somewhere? Theo might be able to answer this question. For years now I have dreams where I'm with others whom I don't know in real life, however it's always the same people. I don't know what they look like, but I just somehow know it's the same people. There seems to be one specific person that I subconsciously seek out in both dreams  and the waking world. And in these dreams I feel so happy and fulfilled to be with these people. I was wondering if these people (or beings) are others in my soul cluster. And is the person I'm always looking for also part of my soul cluster? Or my guardian angel? I've always thought that it was someone in other universes or timelines that I know and for one reason or another they're not in this one. Thanks, you guys.
Antura, who are the beings Kei sees in her dreams—part of her soul cluster or from her planet?
Yes, she is quite active with those who have remained on her planet. She guides them and communicates during her dream time. This can also include those in her soul cluster, as you have been told in the past that in the quantum state you can mix past, present, future and parallel lives. She could request not to remember if this is bothering her too much, but she will learn from these experiences. They are benevolent.
Mark in Italy writes: Could you please ask Theo, Gaia or Antura, whomever you think most appropriate, about Nassim Haramein who claims to have been taken aboard a ship and interviewed by "ETs" while  his dinner burned on the stove at home!
He also makes a fine case against the standard archeological explanation of how the pyramids - and not only those in Egypt - were built. I've only been reading for a few months so excuse me if you have already been asked these obvious questions.

MBO FOR POLICE

Here is an MBO request that I had great success with. Last weekend we  drove to the Cinemark Theater on the Hwy 75 frontage road in Plano, TX to see Spider-Man. While on the two lane frontage road, I came over a little rise and right in front of me was a broken metal bin right in my lane. I had requested an MBO for the drive to and from the theater, so I was able to swerve to avoid the bin.
After we turned on the street leading to the theater, I said, "I request a Most Benevolent Outcome that a policeman finds the bin before someone hits it." Not more than five seconds later a police car appeared, driving out of the theater parking lot as we were getting in the turn lane. I quickly rolled down the car window and flagged him down. I told him about the bin in the road, and he drove off to find it. That's about as fast an answer to an MBO request as I've ever gotten!
MBO FOR QUIET STOMACH AND SLEEP
Angie writes: I had a severe stomach upset just before going to bed last  night. This happened before and I couldn't sleep that time all night due to the churning of my tummy. I thought that this is happening again and it would be another sleepless night for me. I took my medication that should give me relief, but time passed and things were still the same.
So, I said an MBO for my stomach to settle down and I could get to sleep. In just 3 minutes, my stomach was normal and I was able to sleep. When I woke up this morning, I remember vividly that I dreamed of having a long conversation with my spiritual teacher in his van. Maybe this dream is one way the angels are reminding me that they are always ready to help us all the time.
MULTIPLE MBO REQUESTS
Jess writes: I have over 3 pages of MBOs, and saying them all every morning daunts me. So, how about this? “I request an MBO for all my lists of MBOs.” Thank you. Any comments or suggestions?
In any case, your articles in the Sedona Journal inspired me several years ago, and I have had such rewarding happenings from them -  thank you!! They have restored my trust in the Universe!
Robins have nested on my balcony for several years, raising families. So when that season ended and I missed their antics, I put out bird seed and water. Only 2 birds showed up, so I said an MBO for at least 5 birds to come. Yesterday 5 showed up on the railing - they didn't stay, but I had to laugh at my wonderful helping beings’ sense of humor...
Theo says you only have to request an MBO once, but if you say them multiple times you are not "penalized." Remember, if an MBO request is not on your soul contract--meaning within those boundaries you set for yourself before birth--then it will not happen.
Several years ago I teamed up with a friend in Paris to raise money to film a series of spy novels from WWII that he obtained the rights for. Went all over Europe--even to Russia, plus the USA--requesting MBOs along the way, and each time we got close it fell apart. He said had I gone down that path I would not have reached the number of people I'm supposed to reach on my life path. So he made sure I kept on this path and did not stray.
CRYSTAL CHARACTERISTICS
Bob writes from Massachusetts: I have a nice collection of crystals, but I am curious about who comes up with the spiritual meanings and powers of all crystals.
Are the meanings and powers of crystals channeled to certain people  who then become the experts, writing books, etc.? Or how else has it been done?
Gaia, are the descriptions of the meanings of the properties of crystals in the modern era or did the descriptions exist long before? And were these channeled or observations?
Knowledge about crystals dates back thousands of years—yes, back to the Atlantean era and even farther back. Humans even that far back were quite intelligent and had much time to study, and yes, even channel information about crystals. So, we can say here there is nothing new under the sun, as this information was passed down, and even rediscovered, by people who had worked with crystals in other lives.
BLADELETS FOUND IN RUSSIA 39,000 YRS OLD?
Maggie writes: Archaeologists have found "finely crafted bladelets from Kostёnki, [western Russia], approximately 39,000 years old. It's thought  that bladelets like this served as barbs on hunting kit". Would you please ask Antura, or someone appropriate, the history, use, and people who created these beautiful pieces?
Theo, who used the bladelets discovered in Kostёnki, Russia and thought to be 39,000 years old?
They were used by humans, Tom—Homo sapiens. It was a tribe of nomadic people who roamed that area. Little has been found of them, but there are still remnants to be discovered, perhaps in the future.
JUSTINE DIAMOND SHOOTING AN ACCIDENT?
Cynthia writes: Tom, the circumstances of Justine Diamond's death is very suspect. Was she actually targeted by someone who wanted her dead? Or was this truly an "accident"?

Theo, was the shooting of Justine Diamond an accident or intentional?
No, it would be classified as accidental, done by a person who should not have been a policeman, or should have had a lot more training. Naturally, we have discussed in the past that no death is unplanned, so in this case Justine was balancing having taken the policeman’s life in a prior lifetime. But to reiterate, it was an accident caused by fear on the part of the policeman. He will have to pay for this. It will also result in more training for police officers.

Theo, were the deaths of Dr. Glenn and Patty Scarpelli suicide or murder?
Not murder, Tom. They were troubled souls who took their own lives.
VERIFICATION ON TWA FLIGHT 800 CRASH
I recently discovered I had two different receptions on the cause of the TWA Flight 800 crash in New York several years apart. So I asked a third  time.
Theo, I wish to verify reception. Was the TWA Flight 800 taken down by a missile, or was there an explosion on board?
No missile, Tom. You were off that day and we corrected you later on. As you received the second time, it was a rare event of an explosion on board. Had it been the former, the group certainly would have taken credit for it.
