Steve Bannon is out as of late last week. Theo said his influence would weaken this past February, and his leaving is a most benevolent event. I think we should say our Benevolent Prayer (BP) again at this time, OUT LOUD: “I ask any and all beings to aid and assist President Trump, his administration, Congress, and the courts to make decisions in the best interests of the citizens of the United States, the citizens of the  world, and the planet, thank you!”
In my July 1 newsletter, Gaia said that the next storm to hit the Gulf Coast would be a hurricane. Harvey is predicted to be a category one hurricane by the time it hits the Texas Gulf Coast. What is really bad about this hurricane is that it is predicted to not go too far inland before stalling, bringing as much as TWO FEET of rain to the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast. Let’s all say a Benevolent Prayer (BP) out loud for everyone there. “I ask any and all beings to aid, comfort, and assist all people and beings affected by the hurricane to remain safe, and to move the storm away faster than we can hope for or expect, thank you!”

FIRST WINTER FORECAST

Gaia, what is the winter forecast for North America?
About the same as it was for this past winter, Tom. There will be significant storms due to the warming climate, which some refuse to believe is happening. Yes, you could compare it to Chicken Little or someone burying their head in the sand.
The storms will be most severe in the north and northeast part of the  USA and of course Canada will see a little stronger activity this winter than last. But I am trying to let people know in the northern part of the USA that these storms will intensify during the next five years as the climate warms even more. Then after that comes the big Yellowstone eruption that will turn the landscape into what appears to be a continuing winter. We have covered that in detail before.
What about the southern United States? We had a fairly mild winter?
And you will again, but with a few more storms than last winter. The energy for these storms is in the changing climate. Take that to the bank shall we say?
CHANGING OF RULES FOR CATHOLIC PRIESTS
There have been stories recently that there could be more than 40,000 children fathered by Catholic priests.
Theo, what is the highest probability for when the Catholic Church will  change it celibacy requirement for its priests?
This will come much sooner than people might expect. Look for this within the next five years as more and more people who were fathered by priests come out in the open and demand that they be acknowledged and the mothers demand assistance in not only financial but also in being responsible as the father of the child. There are many thousands of children fathered by priests that have been kept quiet. The Catholic Church leaders are quite aware of this problem, but have been successful in keeping it quiet, but now with the internet it will  be impossible to keep these secrets.
Have I ever fathered a child during one of my lives as a priest?
Quite so, and of course you also had relationships with young boys in your care. Those lives have been balanced by having the same happen to you by a priest. We have already discussed one of those lives where you were the victim of the priest.
There seems to be a great number of changes on the horizon in the next five years.
Enormous changes, Tom. Dizzying some would term it.
WHAT HAPPENED TO THE NZ QUAKE?
As everyone knows, I strive my best to receive messages as accurately as possible. As I had been repeatedly told that there would be a large quake offshore near Christchurch, New Zealand, accompanied by a large tsunami, I did my best to warn those in harm’s way to avoid it. But nothing happened. Here is the explanation Gaia gave me.
Gaia, why was there not the earthquake offshore from Christchurch a  few days ago? I recall even in the past asking about the probability.
Yes, we did, Tom, but there was such an outpouring of prayers from those you touched I did put it off temporarily. I realize this will not be a sufficient explanation to a number of people who follow your newsletters, but your own souls dictated the delay. I will let you know in the near future of the reset.
But it would seem that it will be the same scenario?
No. The old saying about the boy who cries wolf will result in fewer people. That is just human nature. When you asked everyone to say the BP to keep everyone safe, we have to show you that these prayers are powerful.
I do have to ask, does this have anything to do with a past life where I’m  balancing something that occurred?
Yes, but just a little—not that much. You must continue to ask your questions and there will be those that will be assisted in the future and those that will have moved on.
Yes, and you realize your explanation does not exactly set well with me or a number of other people.
I understand, Tom. You just cannot see the effect yet you are having when a number of people say the same Benevolent Prayer.
When I next spoke with Theo, this is what he said.
Theo, do you wish to weigh in on what Gaia said?
Yes, Tom. Gaia was giving you the true information. That was not an  excuse.
Yes, but when she says “Take it to the bank,” I have always been able to rely on that as sort of set in stone.
But again, Tom. No one expected the number of prayers for safety that spread. We were quite pleased at that progress, although it does not seemingly justify the information not being what seems to be inaccurate.
If true, this is the first time I can recall that we really made a huge difference in an earth event.
DORMANT VOLCANO IN JAMAICA
Arthur writes: As far as I know, there is at least one dormant volcano in Jamaica. With the vast number of movements expected in the near future, will this affect this one? And what will the coming hurricane season be like for the West Indies? The rising sea levels is already  making an impact; what percentage of the island will be affected? I know Gaia will have to rearrange the earth's crust for the good of the planet, so could you ask on my behalf?
Gaia, do you have any plans to awaken the dormant volcano in Jamaica?
No, Tom, their greatest worry will be the rising ocean levels.
What percentage of Jamaica will be affected?
Obviously, the whole island will be affected in some way, but the bays  and inlets will be most affected by the rising ocean levels. Any low-lying area will be inundated, and where the land and beaches are not completely covered any storms, not even hurricanes, will cause water to come farther inland and flood those homes and businesses near the waterfront.
Will a hurricane pass through the West Indies this year?
Yes, one will pass close by. Your weather services will track that storm from its inception in the Atlantic to where it passes by these islands. Again, I must emphasize to you that these islands will suffer much more damage due to the water surge.
DANGER FOR WHITE MINORITY IN SO. AFRICA
Salomie writes: This is again Salomie from Africa. We in SA NEED URGENT INTERVENTION, can I ask this group to say an MBO for this country please? Could you please if possible ask Theo what the future is for a minority survival of the people here? Please pray for us.
Theo, what is the highest probability for the future of the white minority  in South Africa?
Yes, the pendulum swings in one direct and then in the other direction.
As you were told long ago, the white minority may be pushed off their farms, only to return in the future when the farms fall into disuse without the expertise to run them. Our advice will be to say benevolent prayers for those people to remain safe. Those that resist will run the danger of being violently removed. Without the farmers to run their farms, thousands of people will lose their jobs and then the pendulum will swing in the other direction.
Here is a Benevolent Prayer (BP) to say OUT LOUD for South Africa. “I ask any and all beings to keep all the citizens of South Africa safe and for the farmers to be able to return and operate their farms even sooner than we can hope for or expect, thank you!”

Good day, Antura, and good life to your and family. Are you multitasking today?
Quite so, I’m a busy bee as you would call it.
 Are you in water at this time?
Yes, it helps me to concentrate on the number of conversations that I am engaged in.
Norm writes: I was wondering if the Pleiadians or any other ET, ever in their ancient history, used mystic tools (Tarot cards, Crystals, Tea leaves) like we humans have learned to use to communicate with or understand the other side, to converse with the Creator or have they always been in contact with the Creator and others (like higher self)?
Do they all contact the Creator for direction in life, daily or is it a constant communication? I ask because we have free will and they do not. Can you explore this with any questions you may have?

Antura, why are spiritual leaders needed on Nommo and other planets in the universe when it is so much easier, from my understanding, to connect with your own souls?
It may be, Tom, but we need guidance from the Creator of the universe,  and our spiritual leaders connect on a daily basis not only with our souls but even with Creator should they desire. The average person, we will call them, does not do this on a regular basis.
Does your planet or other planets use Astrologers, consult crystals or use a form of tarot cards?
There are trillions of planets out there, Tom, so it may be none of the above, or all forms of things not even in existence on Earth to be able to guide their people. No other society in the universe, from our accumulated knowledge, is so cut off as to need props, shall we call them. That does not mean that there are not many who do use astrology, but in a much more sophisticated manner.

Antura, is the metal looking ship reported underneath the Baltic Sea real  or faked by some Photoshopping?
Complete fake, Tom. And for your next question, yes, that ship we previously discussed in the Baltic Sea is real. You did receive correctly.
Diane writes: Some time ago you verified that I had been abducted as a teen; can you ask the appropriate entity if that is why I developed severe claustrophobia & anxiety? A side note: my older brother used to put me in a toy box and sit on top trapping me inside. Additionally he would lock me under the house in a small crawl space. Will you ask if my issues are from the abduction or both experiences, and if there is anything recommended that I can do to overcome it?
Antura, is Diane’s claustrophobia from being abducted or brother trapping her inside a box or both?
Both Tom, although you were thinking it might be more about her  brother. It was how she was kept for long periods of time on the Zeta ship. Even with the mind controls, it was quite frightening to her. Her brother did not help things by trapping her and he’ll have to balance in the future.
Speaking of the future, I’ve not heard too much at how contacts will be maintained after these first meetings with governments, scientists, and grass roots as you term it.
Yes, it will all depend upon how the acceptance by the general public will be generated. We can continue and be discreet, or we can be quite open, bringing more knowledge of your past. Because of the restrictions on what knowledge we can impart to your scientists, there will many times when they become frustrated as to why we cannot answer certain questions.
History buffs will enjoy learning much, much more about your history, although that will include looking at the history of your religions and there will be great changes there. We hope we will become distant friends or cousins that you know are there, but just do not get to visit with too often. We will proceed quite cautiously. That history has yet to be written.
Yes, I notice that we are up to one day before the eclipse and still nothing from the Russians.
Yes, the Pleiadians are slightly switching tactics and demanding that they make the announcement. They are holding up progress. You could say they are putting the big squeeze on the Russians at this time.

Donna writes: Hi Tom, here's a simple but important one. Down here in South Florida, we have lots of large Muscovy ducks walking around our neighborhoods. The other day, three of them were in my way in the road in my development. I stopped my car to give them a chance to cross the road, but they just stood there in front of my car. After waiting for about a minute, I said "I ask any and all beings to protect these ducks and move them out of the road. Thank you!" As soon as I had finished the BP, they turned around and walked back onto the sidewalk. Very nice!!
MBO FOR FAST STOP AT 7/11
Sara writes: So, last night I was getting home an hour later than normal  and I just wanted to stop real quickly at my local 7/11 to grab a bite for a quick dinner. I said an MBO there wouldn't be anyone there and I'd be able to grab something quick and be on my way very quickly. When I arrived there was no one else in the store besides the clerk, he answered my question, got my stuff, and as I was heading out the door 5 cars pulled up! I thanked the angels!!!
MBO FOR MOM’S EXERCISE
Cathy writes: I take my 77-year-old mother who has to use a walker to the local YMCA three times a week. It's easier for her to exercise when the room is not crowded, since she moves slowly. When I remember to request an MBO for having the room to ourselves, it works!
MBO FOR SECOND OPINION ON BRAKES
Kathy writes: Here's another amazing result from using the MBOs. Last week I took my truck to a local dealer for their mechanic to fix a small problem with the emergency brake indicator light. They told me that the  brakes needed new calipers and pads which would cost me $1075.
I decided to get a second opinion and took my truck to another mechanic yesterday. On the way, I asked for a Most Benevolent Outcome that this mechanic give me a price of $500 or less to repair the brakes - this or something better. He inspected the brakes on all four wheels and found nothing that needed to be repaired. And better yet, he didn't charge me for the inspection! So, the outcome was much better than I expected and I was very happy, and told my GAs thank you again!
And thank you, Tom, for sharing MBOs with us. I've experienced many miracles since I began using them.
IS 100% OF OUR DNA FUNCTIONAL?
Some scientists claim that quite a bit of our DNA strand is “junk,” so I asked.
Theo, is 100% of our DNA functional, or only a portion?
Yes, Tom, why would your DNA strand have so much “junk DNA” that was not useful in some way? It will be many years before the DNA strand is completely analyzed and understood, but I can say emphatically that every part of the DA strand for each person, being, plants and trees and so on has some use. Your scientists have no clue at the present time so they call it “junk.” It is not. I will not tell you what any of the other uses are for, as that will spoil all the “ah-ha” moments in the future as each part is slowly solved.
Does any part of the DNA strand have some esoteric purpose?
Yes, part of it does, and that is why it will be so difficult to interpret and analyze as it extends beyond your known dimension. Yes, you could say “far out,” and in one way that would be accurate.
MARTIN LUTHER
For my new readers, I’ve been told my soul “interest” is religions, but I had never asked if I had a life with Martin Luther.
Theo, did I have a life with Martin Luther, father of the Protestant section  of Christianity?
Quite so, Tom. It is not one of the two future lives you thought it might be that we have discussed in recently. This one is already completed, as it was an important division between the Catholic Church and those who wished to read the Bible in their own language, which he did when he translated the Bible into German; plus, he also created a more useful form of German shall we call it—the language of the everyday German citizen. To discuss the differences would require you being familiar with the language in this life.
What was my relationship—one of his family, a friend, a monk, or what?
You were a good friend and assisted in the translation. Naturally, he got all the credit, but you’ve never been big on claiming credit. That’s not your purpose, as it is to understand the creation of different religions.
MENTAL ILLNESS
Monica writes: My question is about severe mental illness and its purpose.
My father has been diagnosed with "major depression with psychotic  features" and used to talk about how "they are out to get me." I often wondered if he was just channeling something else that a 3D consciousness could not understand. He has been medicated for the last 10 years, and now his physical state is deteriorating.
It is hard to pin point just one question here...
What is the purpose of mental illness?
Is mental illness misunderstood by humans?
If a mental illness is medicated, what effect does that have on a soul?
Can severe mental illness be healed? What does the person experiencing the mental illness need to do in order to heal? How can family help this person?
Is this person needing to be released into another life rather than to continue suffering in this life?
(It is easier for me to understand death to move to another life rather  than someone who barely exists with any quality of life, heavily medicated in a home for 10 years).
Any feedback is MUCH appreciated as you can imagine this has weighed heavily on my heart and on the hearts of my family members.
Gaia, you have said before that mental illness is part of our bucket list, but what is its purpose?
This is a great problem that you will solve someday in the future, Tom. Yes, I can tell you it is on your bucket list as a simple explanation, but as you move forward you must solve the unsolvable—at least what appears unsolvable, but it is not unsolvable. It is something that everyone must experience not only the illness, but as a caregiver, part of the family and anyone who is in contact with the person with the illness. Mental illness will be solved in the future. There is progress being made and there is relief coming for some illnesses. Again, I repeat what I have said before, that the Explorer Race must experience all the challenges of the Earth experience. You also can have people say a BP that the cures for mental illness appear faster than you can hope for or expect.
Is mental illness misunderstood by humans?
You could say that, as if your scientists fully understood the differences in the DNA strand they would be able to correct it. That is coming, as already you are seeing stories about the crisper replacing a broken strand of DNA.
Does medication have any effect on the soul?
Not at all, except as part of the learning process for the soul’s knowledge.
Can severe mental illness be healed?
Not yet, Tom, as I described above.
What can a mentally ill person do to assist in healing?
If the person is cognizant, he or she can request MBOs to be more aware and to find the best treatments. BPs can be said by the families to find the best treatments for the mentally ill person. There are new treatments coming soon, and families should remain up to date on new developments and not just accept the standard treatments that have been used. They should remain proactive in researching new treatments, requesting BPs to be made aware of these coming treatments.
WORLD LEADERS ON VACATION
Pete writes: Could you please ask Theo the following question, from New Zealand?
With the Russian disclosure very close, I find it an unusual coincidence  that all of the major western world leaders are on Holiday at the same time.
Theo, is it unusual for all the world’s leaders to be on vacation at the same time?
Not at all, Tom as you must understand that almost all of the major world leaders live in the Northern Hemisphere where it is now summer. Even those in the Southern Hemisphere will take winter vacations, as the strain of running a country takes a toll on those persons. When their counterparts that they communicate with go on vacation, they find it a good time to do the same, unless their governments are in active session at that time.
KAREEM ABDUL JABBAR

Theo, what is Kareem Abdul Jabbar’s soul interest, as basketball as we  know it is more a modern era game.
That’s true, Tom, but his soul interest is athletics, and in all forms. So, in one life he might be a runner, another a football or soccer player, in another a weight lifter and so on across the whole gamut of athletics—yes, tennis, golf, and many more—some of which have faded or are unknown in the modern era, but were practiced in such places as Atlantis and Lemuria.
In this life, he was given the height to become a star in the sport of basketball. There are many lives where he is an athlete, but not a star. Just look at all the athletes that work so hard to make the Olympic teams around the world, but fail. Failure is part of the learning process, as they simply enjoy the sport.
EFFECTS OF THE SOLAR ECLIPSE ON ME
Theo, what effect will the eclipse have on me, as Leo is my ascendant,  and it seems quite close to the eclipse degree?
Yes, I realize you have read about the effects of the eclipse on President Trump.
The effects on you will be dramatic, but for the most part benevolent. It will sweep you out of the shadows and into the public limelight, and all that entails. That is coming, and that I guarantee, although it does not seem like it yet.
