SUMMER GENERAL FORECAST
Nancy writes: I was wondering what the weather forecast for the US, particularly the northeast, is for the spring and summer. Thanks so much for  your newsletters! I love them!
Gaia, what is the weather forecast for summer in North America?
This will be a summer of extremes, Tom, as there will be parts of North America that will be quite chilly at times—this includes the northern tier of both Lower Canada and the United States, while the southern half of the USA is quite hot and sweltering. Those that live in the upper half are advised to keep your heating facilities working, while those in the lower half should make sure your air conditioning units have been checked out so that they can handle the strain of the hot and, at times, humid weather.
As we get a little closer to summer, I’ll check back in for updates.

SOUL QUESTIONS
Douglas writes: Believe our friends are feeding me questions to ask for your newsletter...
Question 1.
Since young souls on Earth make up 2/3 of the population & old souls about 5%, do old souls reincarnate on a faster timeline than new souls?
Question 2.
Is imagination used across the universe to solve problems or is that mainly an  Earth Tool?
Question 3.
If 10% of souls on Earth are from this universe, what key requirement do the other 90% have in common to incarnate here?
These just popped up and knew either Theo or Gaia was dropping by.
Gaia, do old souls incarnate on a faster timeline than young souls?
No, Tom. Their incarnations were laid out millions of years ago, just as the young souls incarnations were. Just remember that you can have lives at any time period, and this time period especially needs a lot of soul fragments, so therefore many young souls are having lives now.
Is imagination used across the universe to solve problems?
You use your imagination, Tom, much better because you are veiled than the souls who are not veiled. If you recall, by being veiled you come up with, and will come up with, unique inspirations compared to those who are not veiled. So there is imagination throughout the universe, just not to the extent it is here. That’s why you have been given so many problems to solve that all the other societies have not been able to solve.
What do the 90% of souls not created by Creator have in common to take part in the Earth Experiment?
All the souls that volunteered for the Earth Experiment, as you have been told before, had reached a vibrational level that was in the top tier of all those on their planets. We called it many things in the past for you and your readers, Tom, but it all boils down to a vibrational level reached that put you on a level with the highest vibrational levels of those on other planets. That is the main reason that some planets had a number of souls that could apply while other souls on their planets could not, since they had not reached a high vibrational level. Even then, there were souls that did not wish to volunteer.
And I added these follow up questions.
Gaia, how do souls choose the time period that their soul fragments live in, when  this was done so far in advance—was this 10 million or just one million years ago?
As you might guess, Tom, this could take hours to explain in detail. Simply put, all the souls were able to see and work on each time period, yes, 10 million years ago. They were and are able to see the probabilities far in advance, having the knowledge of how all their own societies progressed over millions and millions of years. Needless to say, great thought went into these stages of development, recognizing that it would not be just a straight line. This was done rapidly, but again with great knowledge, and allowing for the old saying of two steps forward and one step back.
Still, no one was sure if any of this planning would work within the confines of the 4 negative energies. They did not do this all by themselves, as naturally Creator had great input, as Creator could see all the possibilities—every single one. So you could say it was Creator’s framework and they planned all of this with Creator’s great scheme.
So was it the souls, or was it Creator who set this up?
You cannot separate the chicken and the egg, Tom. It is just too complex. If you were to see this creation from my viewpoint, as keep in mind I was involved too as the soul of the Earth, Creator laid out the Earth Experiment and the souls filled in the blanks, you could say.
Again, this was and is still a highly complex design far beyond what we could explain in just a few short sentences today. Even the other planets in the solar system had input, along with all the societies taking part—not just the souls whose soul fragments would be having all of these millions, and yes, billions, of lives on Earth.
IS THE JOHNSON & JOHNSON VACCINE SAFE?
Dee writes: Can you ask Theo if the Johnson & Johnson vaccine is safe? I thought I had read in your newsletter that it would be recalled, but I went to the previous newsletters and cannot find it. I also used the search box and it only came up with an MBO for someone who wanted that vaccine to get it.
I have asthma and allergies and was not going to get a vaccination because of the  possible side effects for me. However, it seems as if I am receiving some gentle nudges from spirit to perhaps reconsider. If I am receiving this from spirit rather than fear from the media, I assume that the right vaccine for me will come up with an MBO, which I have already done.
Thanks for any input you can give me. It is very much appreciated.
Gaia, is the Johnson & Johnson vaccine safe?
Yes, it works well, Tom, just not quite up to the Pfizer and Moderna, but we understand that a number of people only want one shot and not two.
I was told previously that the first two were safe, but another would be recalled, which did occur, both for the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine, and for J&J when a manufacturing lab mixed doses and 15 million vials had to be destroyed.
TIME LINE 7 THIS WEEK
Gaia, are we merged yet with the 7th Time Line?
No, not quite yet, but before the end of the week.
CONVERSATION WITH MY MAIN GUIDE
Now I wish to speak to my main Guide, Reveals the Mysteries, as he was known in the lives we had as American Indian Shamans.
Reveals, here, Tom. I have been patiently waiting for us to communicate again.
Yes, I did not mean to ignore you, just so many to converse with.
Reveals, how many soul frags are you advising or have advised?
Many thousands when you count all time periods as don’t forget that time is just  an illusion. Our soul is able to sub-fragment itself, which should tell you our soul fragments are much larger than you have imagined in the past. Not only are you fragmented into the 1300 or so lives you are living at this moment, but each of those lives, as you have been told before, has twelve parallel lives. Then your soul fragment is also acting as a guide for not only me, but thousands of other people in their lives and parallel lives where they need your expertise. You see why you were told that you are only seeing the tip of the iceberg, to use that analogy?
Yes. Will you also have around 1300 lives on Earth too?
Not quite as many, Tom, as there are reasons for you to have that many lives that relate to your lives back on Nommo, and your guidance and assistance to the Federation.
But are we not joined together in those lives?
Yes and no. Our souls had to fragment in order to take part in the Earth  Experiment. Therefore, our soul paths remain a little different. We can get into that a little deeper in the future.
What is your soul interest?
Communication would be a good description.
What is your latest incarnation?
Also in the 20th Century, Tom. Multiple lives, just as you have had.
Why would a guide (orb) move from one location to another, as I was told?
It was not taking a vacation, but checking on a future event site the soul it was guiding would be having.

MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
Starting with an introduction by my GA, Theo, I began asking hundreds of questions of another member of my soul “cluster” named Antura. He’s an ET, and not just your run-of-the-mill ET, but an amphibian as well, born on the planet Nommo in the Sirius B star system. He looks SLIGHTLY like the Abe Sapien character in the Hellboy movies.
After 800 lives on Earth, Antura is a member of a “first contact” team orbiting Earth in a huge three-miles-wide and twenty-stories-tall Sirian mothership. It has a crew of 900, plus their families who live most of their lives onboard this giant interplanetary spacecraft. You can’t see it or the 24 or so other motherships orbiting Earth as they don’t want to scare us to death. They are  just here taking millions of readings every day as part of what is known as the “Earth Experiment.” I write extensively about this in my FIRST CONTACT: Conversations with an ET book. Here are the questions I asked this week.

Antura, is the film out yet on the upper timelines?
Quite so, Tom. Not too long ago. In your terms, you would describe it as a big hit. The public is demanding more. It just validates what we have been telling the Pleiadians for years.
Well, speed them up if you can.
Still dragging their feet. Keep in mind that no one likes to admit they are wrong or mistaken, even if they are not veiled, and especially if they are not veiled. But one step at a time, you see.
Will our merger with Time Line 7 assist in the Pleiadians’ movement?
No, Tom. There has not been that much movement on the Pleiadian side.
Antura, is there more than one society on board your ship from the same one of the 37 planets represented?
Yes, nice that you thought of that, Tom. There are two. Small numbers, as in a number of cases, they are just the only society inhabiting that planet as you will learn.
Kevin writes: Thank you for sharing all this wonderful information. I thought of another question related to the accelerated time we are in versus universal time.
When the ETs come down close to us in their ships or in person or if they bring some of us up to them, what time speed are they on? Do they stay at their speed and see us in fast motion or do they speed up to our fast motion? I guess that gets into time warps. Is there a simple 3 dimensional way to explain it? I saw a movie recently where there was a time barrier between fast and slow time, but some of the people could pop into the other time for short trips. A good sci-fi story.
Antura, do you see people and objects moving at ten times the speed you move at?
An interesting question, but no, when we are in the “bubble,” we’ll call it, of the Earth Experiment, we simply view things happening in what could be called normal time. It is just that the days speed fast—day, night, day, night.
MBOS FOR DRIVE AND SURGERY

Michael writes from Waco, Texas: Daughter needed oral surgery, scheduled on  Saturday, and because of seizures required IV sedation. Closest dentist was south in Georgetown. Before leaving Waco early Saturday morning, I asked for white light around my car, light agreeable traffic and an uneventful drive. As we came into Georgetown, I easily picked the right exit and found the dentist without GPS. Three hour surgery went perfectly and drive back was traffic-free.
Follow-up visit on Tuesday, same scenario with equally perfect results complimented by great gas mileage. Best drive ever on I-35!! Great MBO results!!
We’ve driven I-35 through Waco many times on our way to visit relatives in Austin. Heavy traffic, trucks, and construction seemingly going on for years.
MBO FOR WORK CHANGE, NEIGHBORS

1. MBO to get a new and better seat at work.
Since a department is moving to a cheaper location, my department will take their place. Usually, HR can be random in the choice of people's seat. I requested an MBO “to get the best seat possible and may the outcome be better than I could hope for, thank you.” I received the plan yesterday and I could not have asked for a better seat. Thank you!
2. MBOs and BP to avoid nosy and rude neighbors. We live in a very friendly  residence; the huge majority of our neighbors are kind. Of course, there are a couple of exceptions.
These people just ask questions rudely, not even saying hello first, such as “Why have you changed your Nanny?" With a blaming tone. They were friends with my first nanny that we had to let go of due to very poor work ethics.
After 2-3 similar interactions with several of them, I requested an MBO for not coming in contact with these neighbors. “GA please arrange a perfect timing so that I don't run into them. Thank you.”
“I request a most benevolent outcome not to be asked unwanted questions by my neighbors, thank you.”
“I ask any and all beings to surround all my neighbors with massive light and love and to only allow benevolent neighbors to interact with me and family. Thank you.”
Last weekend and all this week, I only ran into kind ones when having a walk with my little one.
MBOs TO MINIMIZE SNOWFALL & FOR DRIVE
Kahriana writes: I start every day with 'expecting great things' and put forth the following MBO: “I request a most benevolent outcome for every moment of this day, wherever I go, whatever I do and whomsoever I may meet and with results even better than could be hoped for or expected. Thank you.”
31st of March weather prediction was for 10 cm / 4 inches of snow on Thursday  in our area. My daughter and I planned to go out for groceries the next afternoon.
So I said the following: “I ask any and all beings of Divine light to minimize snowfall in our city tomorrow, and I request a most benevolent outcome for safe driving conditions for our outing in the afternoon. Thank you!”
The next day, April 1st, I checked the local weather on radar and the entire snow band was passing well south of our area. And we had sunshine all day long!
Throughout each day, I continue to send MBOs and MBPs as opportunities arise. Thank you, Tom, for bringing forth The Gentle Way.
BOB DYLAN
It took me three lunch periods, but I watched the 3:38 minute Bob Dylan documentary on Netflix. I thought I had asked about him in the past, but discovered this dated all the way back to 2005, before I started publishing my newsletters in 2007. Here are the three questions I asked back then, and then new ones.
The singer song writer Bob Dylan in this time period. A documentary I viewed last night a woman said he channeled Woodie Guthrie, a well-known folk artist. What is the story about his brilliant writing of songs that effected so many  people in this time period?
He was and is a master conduit for communication from the other side. He was able to receive protest songs and poetry that helped people shift their opinions, even though his personality is such that he just wanted to be a popular performer. He was unaware at times, in fact many times, what he was writing. It just flowed from angelic beings and his higher self that knew they could communicate to the masses about right and wrong and how to treat people better. His contribution was major, of course, but to this day he really does not understand the process. He just wrote what came into his head. Of course, on the higher level, he had volunteered.
Was there a particular wordsmith for Bob Dylan that was perhaps a great writer or poet in another lifetime?
There were several writers that acted as wordsmiths for Mr. Dylan. They were called to contribute their works from the other side that were universal in theme. That’s why he had so many different themes and styles that he wrote. Each writer had their moment or moments with him to send through his higher self those beautifully worded messages to everyone to assist in moving forward with the human rights and to help people think universally.
What was the reason for his tumultuous relationship with Joan Baez, whose singing I just adored at a younger age and still do when I hear it?
They had Karma together. She had been selfish in regards to him before, so she had to experience the same reaction or circumstances in this life to balance it out. She was in a similar situation in that she had her higher self feeding her music and compositions and assisting her in finding songs that would give messages to people in that time period of the 60s.
Theo, way back in 2005, you said that, or I was told that, Bob Dylan had a  number of writers lined up one after another. Did I receive that correctly?
Yes, Tom. Naturally, some were more brilliant than others, but the overall work of poetry will last a long time—long after he transitions, as happens to many poets. Other poets in earlier time periods had quite unique lives, but they were not in a period where it was easy to see not only their creative process, but all the warts of their lives on this incarnation.
What quad is he on?
At the very end of the fourth quadrant of a young soul, Tom. He has been able to completely open his telepathic senses—his mind—so that all these poems could flow almost on a non-stop basis. You’ve had just a few that could receive almost every minute of the day and night, such as the young girl, Alma Deutscher, who was composing music almost every minute of the day. It goes without saying that this is his most significant life to date.
Yes, then he is not a medium soul?
Not quite, but almost there.
I much more appreciate the poetry, as probably like a lot of people I was most familiar with his top 10 songs of that time period.
ANNE FRANK
Emily writes: Anne Frank
1. Is Anne Frank’s soul interest writing or communication (or would they be considered the same soul interest)?
2. Still one of the mysteries. Was she and her family sold out/betrayed to the Nazis and then sent to their deaths, or were they found by the Nazis naturally?
3. Will she write a book on the holocaust/concentration camps, or WW2 in  general in a future life?

Theo, Anne Frank’s soul interest—is it writing, communication, or what?
You and your reader are correct—her soul interest is communicating, with an emphasis on history. And to answer your next question, yes, she will be drawn to write about the events in World War II.
Has she, in another incarnation, already written any books?
She is currently, in her present incarnation, writing a novel set in World War II.
Is she a man or woman?
Female again, Tom, which gives her a feminine take on how wars affect not only men, but women and their families.
Will it be published?
Oh yes. You could say it will be a page turner, and well-reviewed.
What quadrant is she on?
Late third quadrant, soon to be in the fourth, young soul.
Was she betrayed or was she discovered in searches of the area?
She was betrayed.
HARMONIC EGG

I'm very curious what your guides think about this device.
Theo, please comment on the Harmonic Egg. Does it deliver as it claims?
Here again, we get into beliefs, Tom. We have two factors at work here. First is a belief that if something works, then it works, and then again the individual is supposed to ask yourself, as we have instructed many times, does it give you heartburn, or a good feeling. Therein lies the answer.

Theo, is competitive drone racing a soul interest in sports, military, or what?
More an interest in sports and quick thinking. These are preparatory lives for future lives where they will be piloting much larger space ships. Don’t forget that this can be in the future, or the past you have no records for.
BALDNESS AND EXERCISE
Aryan writes: Sir, I want to know when we will have the cure for male pattern baldness? I understand it is genetic problem (at least in my family). But will we develop any medicine to regrow hair effectively before we will discover the way of DNA? Hair plant surgery freaks me out and minoxidil didn't work for my father, so I am sure it won't work for me either. 😂 Will there be a fast and simple medicine for hair growth?
Sir, I have joined gym and there is this one question which troubles every fitness  lover on this planet. How does masturbation affect muscle building? Does it reduces it or not affect at all? Some say the testosterone gets used to building sperm for the next 24 hours. Some say it only affects 4% of our testosterone. Sir, please ask what it does to testosterone.
Gaia, what is the highest probability for when male and female pattern baldness will no longer occur?
In less than 30 years, Tom, they will find the gene, the part of the stem cell that governs hair growth. It then will be a simple fix—a correction.
Theo, does masturbation affect muscle building? Does it reduce or not affect?
It does not affect one’s ability to build muscle mass. Another old wives tale. It is a relief in tension.
