PURPOSE OF ANGER
Trevor writes: I hope you are recovering well after having your heart procedure.  Thank you for teaching benevolence to humanity. I just bought your first book, “The Gentle Way," and was truly inspired even from reading the acknowledgements! I used to be a pretty decent comic book artist over 10 years ago and have been having trouble finding the time to dedicate to this passion I used to have. In the book, you mention your wife and daughter suggesting you have specific "writing days." Brilliant! That's when I knew that I had to get the rest of the week in order so that I could devote two or three nights a week to drawing. This could work! I've never had a book inspire me just by reading the acknowledgments!
Thank you for taking the time to read this email, Tom, and thank you for all your insightful answers you've blessed humanity with. Could you ask Theo some things about the sometimes very irrational emotion of anger? What is the purpose of anger? What is the effect of anger on the human body? On both those projecting it and those receiving it? Any advice on how we can release it? I have said BPs for releasing anger. Maybe I need to say BPs for more peace instead? I feel like over the last few years that my fuse has grown shorter. I honestly cannot say why I am more angry, but I am more quick to temper. Is this problem confined to only me or is most of unenlightened humanity experiencing this as well? And if so, why?
 Theo, what is the purpose of anger in our psyches, and what would you suggest in order to lower anger?
Anger is one of the human emotions, Tom, and can be a good influence in order for you to take actions that will improve your life, or on the other hand make your life miserable. Being veiled, you need to have all these emotions, including love and compassion. Anger will keep you from raising your vibrational level if it persists on a constant basis. Anger can dissipate by vigorous exercise, and by confronting what makes you angry and seek a peaceful solution to the thing or person that makes you angry.
Meditation, as we have mentioned many times, brings peace and calmness to your daily existence. Even doctors recommend meditation, preferably on a daily or at least on an alternate day frequency.
Even walks in parks or, if not convenient, just around a few blocks near your house or office can release tension and anger, and clear your mind. In meditation, you can ask, “Why am I angry all the time and what is the solution?” Then listen to those “whispers in your ears” as we so often remind you that we are here—your Guardian Angels as you call us and your guides.
You can request MBOs every day to have a peaceful and fulfilling day, and to find solutions to any continuing problems that cause you to be angry. It might be that you need to leave the company you work for, or even completely change the type of work you do to make you the most happy. Request an MBO for the PERFECT job or work for you. We are here ready to assist you, and all you have to do is ask.
ECONOMIC SYSTEMS IN THE FUTURE
 Paul in Pennsylvania writes: I enjoy reading your newsletter. Question: what kinds of economic systems will we have in the future, and how long will it take to get there? Thanks.
Theo, what kind of economic system will we have in the future?
Yes, Tom, you could say a more benevolent one, which will be more inclusive. But there will still be trade and barter between nations as they slowly combine for their economic benefit. Free energy will allow much growth in what would be considered third world nations.
Philip writes: Is a guaranteed livable income inevitable, or desirable, for Canada and the US or even the world?
Theo, is a guaranteed livable income inevitable, or desirable, for Canada, the USA and the world?
There will slowly but surely be a bottom guaranteed wage that will keep people out of poverty. Those that can work will be given a minimum wage that will sustain them and their families. Those that wish to work will, and those who are unable to work will be cared for. However, this will take many years to completely come about, Tom, with the western nations taking the lead.
SET # OF SOULS FOR EARTH EXPERIMENT?
AuntMommie writes: Earth has been many, many times referred to as  an experiment by Gaia. Experiments usually have certain criteria, for example, how many subjects are involved in the experiment. Was there a set number of souls involved in this experiment? If there is a set number of souls, then are we recycled, and recycled so as to have the ultimate variety of experiences that one soul can experience so we can go on to become leaders ourselves?
Theo, is there a set number of souls taking part in the Earth Experiment?
Yes, Tom. Keep in mind that all your lives on Earth are going on at the same time. There are souls in this time period who are in their first or second life, but will go back perhaps thousands of years for their next life. Your first lives do not have to begin with a life in a jungle somewhere, but as we have said before, Tom, most souls in their first few lives tend to flounder in a modern world, but still learn much from these lives.
Therefore, souls are not added all the time?
No, Tom. You could say we are at full capacity.
GEN Y AND SPECIAL SOUL TYPES?
 Ramona writes from Landshut, Bavaria: Today I read an article about the “Generation Y.” This young generation is said to have great potential, want to fulfill their dreams, be creative, and don’t care about authorities… In addition to this, I have already heard that those phenomena like autism and children who aren’t able to pay attention are the result of special types of souls being born (indigo, crystal, rainbow, dolphin).
Is there a connection between the “Generation Y” and the special soul-types? Thank you very much!
Theo, is there a special connection between Generation Y and the soul types indigo, crystal, dolphin and rainbow?
Not so much a connection as a connection to their soul contracts, Tom. All of these souls decided to incarnate to contribute, in a myriad of ways, their talents to this day and time.
WHAT WE’LL DRINK IN THE FUTURE
 This question came from Sandy.
Gaia, will coffee and cocoa plants be around as long as the Explorer Race is on Earth, and will we continue to enjoy these drinks in the future, or will something else become more popular?
Yes, Tom. They will continue to serve the Explorer Race as long as you are here on Earth; then people from other planets who come to vacation on Earth after you can sample them, should they wish. Will some other drink become more popular? No, there will always be water, and certainly you may add tea to your list as billions of people drink it in some form or other, so you could say those are the top three, or four if you count water.
SOUTH AFRICAN GOVERNMENT’S FUTURE
Yvonne writes: I would like to ask a question again please about South  Africa. Will our present government ever change, and if so when. Will there be equality here? Thank you.
Theo what is the highest probability of the South African government changing, and when?
There is much more learning for those who govern this African country, Tom. It will be a few years before an older soul steps forward to bring significant change. They will progress, albeit at a slow pace, until that time.
MORE QUESTIONS ON ATLANTIS & MU
I had two sessions this past week on the final battle when the continent of Mu sank beneath the ocean. I’ll save those for the book, so that there will be a lot never seen before in the newsletters. I’m also coming along at a somewhat speedier rate on the Atlantis and Mu history book, thanks to Helen in Hawaii. Here are more questions about these two lost continents.
 Gaia, after the Third Destruction of Atlantis did the oceans of the world rise 30, 40, or 50 feet?
More towards 40 feet, Tom. I know we have tossed around several figures, but between 40 to 41 feet would be the exact number. These were islands that sank and not whole continents, but still the displacement of six islands sinking in the ocean would be as if a large island, such as Japan, sank.
Gaia, to reconfirm, the Second Destruction was caused by earthquakes and volcanoes erupting and not by warring?
Correct, Tom. Again, this was a natural disaster as it is termed today.
Gaia, what was the second event that finished off the dinosaurs?
 As you suspected, Tom, it was a great change in the weather where it became intolerable for these creatures to continue to exist in their natural habitats. They were unable to escape when there was no food for them.
How populated was Atlantis at the time of the First Destruction or was it?
Yes it was, Tom. The colonies seeded on the continent had all thrived and had, by that time, melded together, although there were the typical wars for territory. Still, the number would be slightly under one million—not so many yet, but they had proliferated.
Had they discovered crystal power yet?
Quite so, Tom, that allowed them to jump-start their growth and influence. Don’t forget they were also being aided by your ET uncles and aunts who had shown them this free energy source. Little did they know it would be turned into such a destructive power in the future.
Was the continent of MU inhabited at that time?
A very few Adam and Eve model humans existed there, Tom. They would come later.
What societies took part in the meeting about the dinosaur problem?
You are correct in thinking, Tom, that the Atlanteans were limited in how far they could reach, being tethered as they were to the crystal power. Therefore, you could amend the statement about contacting other societies of humans to those in Europe and along the Mediterranean Shores. They did leave most of the continent of OZ alone as those people were tribesmen and not worth the trouble it was thought to include. Those tribesmen looked upon the red-skinned Atlanteans as invaders, so the Atlanteans made a hasty retreat. This animosity would continue for thousands more years as the Atlanteans would try numerous times to conquer OZ and each time would be met with failure.
 Paul in Australia writes: Just read your newsletter of January 17 and noted that in the picture of where Atlantis was situated, that continent looked like an elongated version of Australia.
A question regarding the three prongs of the trident (in the Atlantis section where you asked Theo), could the three prongs represent power, wisdom, and love, but love would be the center prong as it supports power and wisdom and could be expressed as power used wisely in the environment of unconditional love?
Theo, would the Poseidon Trident represent, power, wisdom and love, with love the middle spike?
Quite so, Tom. It was to remind everyone of that day and age that all three are connected together.
Gaia has previously said that both the Atlantean continent and Mu continent were 10-12% larger than Australia, but different shapes with each having a tail.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, Antura is an ET and was introduced to me by Theo in 2008. He’s also a member of my soul “cluster” and has had 800 lives on Earth. He’s a member of a “first contact” team and lives on a water world in the Sirius B Solar System. You can read much more about him in my book, FIRST CONTACT: Conversations with an ET.
 Trevor writes: Tom, could you please ask Antura a little about the variety of space travel propulsion? I know that he and others like the Pleiadians have technology where the craft is more conscious and alive and the pilot is in telepathic communication with the ship. But what about the spiritually less-advanced ships that are still advanced technologically? Are there ships that are fueled by matter/antimatter collisions? Are there ones that are more electromagnetic in nature? What do the Zetas use? I did read your book "First Contact" and I apologize it's been awhile, but I don't remember if this was in there.
And I also remember reading somewhere that the speed of light is kind of the demarcation point between dimensional levels. So, even though it is 186,000 miles per second in 3D, the speed of light gets faster every dimension you go up. Could you ask Antura if he thinks this is right?
Antura has been very vague in his answers about propulsion systems. He says he’s not allowed to tell us too much since we’re supposed to figure these out for ourselves. It’s all part of the reason we’re veiled. The Creator of this universe feels we will come up with new ways to do things never thought of before, given that when we’re not veiled we rely too much on how we solved a similar problem in a past life.
 Antura, does the speed of light increase in higher dimensions?
This is something I am told I cannot discuss too much with you, Tom. This is for your scientists to learn about over the coming years. As Theo says, it would take away their “ah-ha” moments. I am allowed to say that there are many differences between dimensions, and light may or may not be one of them.
Do all societies in this universe use the same propulsion machines?
No, Tom. There are several different types of propulsion engines shall we call them collectively. Some are radically different than others, but each must use the Universal Laws, shall we call them, in their travels across the universe. How they get to the portals and through them can be different, but must obey these Laws.
NOTE: I did view one of the better UFO video sightings I’ve seen in some time. But you be the judge as to whether you think it is legitimate or not.

MBOS AND BPS FOR HEART PROCEDURE

 On January 21st I had a heart ablation “touch-up” procedure as my Electrocardiologist calls it. My last one was in 2008, but my doctor said they have found that hearts regenerate some of the misfiring cells. Naturally, I was saying an MBO for the procedure to be perfect and with better results than I could hope for or expect several weeks in advance.
The procedure (they don’t call them “operations” anymore) took place in the newest hospital in Dallas. I requested an MBO for the drive to the hospital at 5:30 am and we whizzed down the freeway. Arriving at 6:00 am, we were immediately met by the lady who checked me in, given a wristband and almost immediately taken upstairs to the “prep” room. They have a really good staff and my prep nurse was a Buddhist from India—a very sweet lady. Keep in mind that because of the MBOs I had NO FEAR. I was just happy that the day had arrived to take care of the problem, so I could get on with my life.
The anesthesiologist visited me, and I told him I wanted to say a Benevolent Prayer for the staff before he put me under. No problem. Then I was wheeled up to the 8th floor where they do the procedures. When I entered the room, one of the surgical nurses said, “Now we leave our modesty at the door.” I was concentrating on making sure I got to say my BP before lights out, or I would have said, “That’s easy enough for you to say—I don’t see you working in the nude!”
 I was amazed at the improvement in equipment just since 2008—almost sci-fi looking. I introduced myself to each member of the surgical staff, and then said this BP, “I ask any and all beings to assist the doctors and nurses to perform their work PERFECTLY, and may the results be even better than I can hope for or expect, thank you!” One of the nurses said she liked that. I quickly mentioned The Gentle Way and that’s the last thing I remember before waking up in the hospital room. I don’t even recall the recovery room, which I had in the past. Room number was 515, which of course adds up to 11, a power number!
They kept me overnight. My wife was there for over 12 hours. I had a little problem with coughing because they had stuck a tube down my throat to check for any blood clots and it was irritated. I was awakened at 7:00 am just in time to watch the morning news and order breakfast. My doctor visited me and said he had zapped me 40 times! So much for touch-ups! He said I should be good to go for another 10 years or more. I checked out around 11:00 am, and of course I requested an MBO for the drive home.
Thanks to everyone who said a Benevolent Prayer (BP) for me. It is truly and sincerely appreciated. I told a friend of mine that I might be glowing by the time I reached the operating room! So, keep in mind your life will be much less fearful and more successful if you begin requesting MBOs and asking for BPs for others.
MBOS FOR SNOW STORMS
 Nancy writes: We've had a number of snow storms in the Albany area of New York State, and every time I do an MBO for my family, my home, and our travels on the road. Then I do one for everyone's family, home, and travels on the road. Last, I ask Gaia, if at all possible, would she let up a bit on the coming storm. So far, every time the weather forecasters have predicted the "storm of the century," we've had a wonderfully downgraded experience! I also extend the BPs to anyone I see in trouble on the road, and to any news I hear that's troubling. So far so good!

CROSSING TIME LINE 7 MBOS
 Trevor writes: Could you ask if there is anything we can do to prepare for the upcoming timeline crossing? Or if there is anything we can do while it is occurring?
Theo, is there anything we can do to prepare for the crossing with Time Line 7, or after we join with Time Line 7?
Certainly, you can request an MBO to quickly absorb all of the feminine energy being brought to you. And, again, you can request this in your meditations. In meditation, breathe in the new energy being presented to you.
DO DOGS AND CATS HELP US HEAL?
 Sara in Pittsburgh writes: I recently came down with a sore throat, earache and body aches. I asked for an MBO to get well soon. My cat, Opal, slept with me all day knowing I didn't feel well. My question is if our animals, cats or dogs, have an ability to help us heal faster when we have a trusting relationship with them? Thanks for all you do, Tom!
Gaia, do our dogs and cats help us heal faster?
Quite so, Tom. This is apparent to anyone who has been ill or injured and their dog or cat friends lay on top of them sending their energy. This is a good question as humans need to recognize the contribution your animal friends make to your lives here on Earth. Their energy can transform a bad day to an evening of decompression as you sit and feel the unconditional love they give you.
CANCER CURE?
Pam in Arizona writes: Blessings to you, Tom. My son sent me this and I would like you to ask Gaia if this really helps combat cancer. If it does, how? What about this with an organic diet?
2 tsp. organic lemon juice fresh squeezed
1/2 tsp. baking soda (no aluminum)
8 oz water.
Mix all together and drink 4 times a day.

Gaia, does two teaspoons (tsp.) of squeezed organic lemon juice, plus ½ tsp. of baking soda with no aluminum, and eight ounces of water drunk four times a day combat cancer?
This is an old formula, but does assist in strengthening the immune system. As you have been told, Tom, we do not wish you to prescribe treatments, so we do caution anyone wishing to try this to test it out. Perhaps your body cannot take or is allergic to lemons, or baking soda. So this would be solely your choice.
There are many other ways to rid your bodies of cancer. Get on your internet and start searching for what you think will help. There are vitamins and many natural foods and drinks that can assist your body in recovering.
LITHIUM IN DRINKING WATER?
Leah writes from Canada: I wish to thank you very much for the information you provide, and perhaps more than that, for the beautiful benevolent energy that underlies and supports it all. Much appreciated and valued.
I have a few questions that I would like to ask. A friend claims that the drinking water in many places (including my city on the western coast of Canada) contains a significant level of residues from drugs including lithium, and that it is also affected by radiation. Is that true?
 I’m also curious about whether Vancouver island and the west coast of Canada will be affected in the coming year or two by earthquakes and/or significantly rising ocean levels. Thank you for your commitment and your work. Many, many blessings to you.
Gaia, do most city water systems contain drugs such as lithium?
That is too general a statement, Tom. We do recommend pure water from springs or a home filtration system if you live in a larger city as there are still pollutants that can show up in an analysis of the water. Most cities do a fairly good job of removing pollutants, but pure water is the best.
I’m not making earthquake predictions right now since I seemed to hone in on low probabilities in the past. I’m told I’ll be given a heads up in time to warn everyone. Regarding the ocean levels rising two feet, that will affect every shoreline in the world. As you read recently, there should be a jump this year with another degree + rise in the world’s average temperature.
AIR COMPRESSOR CAR
 Theo, will the air compressor powered cars become popular?
In some parts of the world they will be, Tom, but their top speed of 60 mph will limit their use in western societies. Then right around the corner will be the free energy machines and that will sweep the world as auto companies install these engines in cars, trucks, and buses. So, the air compressor cars are an interim solution in many countries with densely populated cities.

MORE ON THE TAJ MAHAL
Manorama writes from India: My enlightened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda of  Bangalore, India has told us that the Taj Mahal was originally built as a Shiva temple, not a monument for the king's wife. When the king's wife died, he quickly married her sister. He had 14 or so wives. Swamiji reads the Akashic records and does not tell what is not the truth, it is a cosmic law for enlightened Masters to tell the truth.
Just some info for you. I look forward to reading your post every week, and whether it is the truth as it is today or not doesn't bother me, it is interesting reading and thought provoking information. Thank you!! And blessings for your quick recovery!!!
Theo, please comment about the Taj Mahal. Was I incorrect in my reception as to the reason it was built? Was it because it was originally built as a Shiva temple, but since I’m not familiar with that term I didn’t receive it?
Yes, partly, Tom, but that was only part of the reason. Yes, the builder did marry again after his wife’s death, but that was very common in those times and love was not always the reason. So, yes, it was built as a Shiva temple, but also out of love.
