Thanks for all the questions on Atlantis and Lemuria sent to me in the last week! I will get to them. You’ll see a number in this newsletter, but perhaps one of these questions will spark a question from you, so send it in. You probably read that the head of Iraq is supposed to form a government with more representation by the Sunnis, which he hasn’t done in eight years. So here is another Benevolent Prayer to say out loud this week: “I ask any and all beings to assist the leaders of Iraq in forming a government with representatives of all faiths and religions, and to keep the citizens of Iraq safe, thank you!” And a quick explanation for my new subscribers. Theo is my own Guardian Angel (GA) with whom I communicate in meditation, along with Gaia, the Soul of the Earth, and my soul “cluster” brother, Antura, (and a few others). Generally, I’ll ask Gaia the earth questions and Theo about our lives. Now for some interesting topics of the week that YOU requested, and which will give you a DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE: DUAL TORNADOES AND THE DOLLAR Eleanore writes from Florida: I recently read some very devastating financial reports on the devaluation of the American dollar and its decline in the global financial community. It’'s been said that we are headed for the worse financial disaster in this country, and therefore the world, that mankind has ever experienced. Can you please explore the information on this prediction? My feeling is that if there is any reality to this, I hope our ET brothers will arrive sooner than they planned and help us to stabilize and learn what we have not learned so far. And, finally, double tornadoes in the Midwest? Can Gaia please tell us what that's all about? I'm so pleased that people have made MBOs a part of their daily lives and are experiencing the benefits of doing that. It's wonderful to see so many getting that very special inner peace as a result, and you, my friend, must be over the moon knowing that you were chosen to share that with everyone on this planet. I am grateful to you, for sure! Gaia. Two dual tornadoes in two days. Anything special with those? No, Tom. If one were to make a study of tornadoes one would see that dual vortexes are formed quite often. Some form and then dissipate quite quickly and others, such as the two you mentioned, stay formed and on the ground for some time. Your meteorologists still have much to learn about these storms and will understand better in the future why there are dual and even multiple vortexes formed from the same “wall cloud” as it is called. Will the dollar still retain its value during the rest of 2014, as there seems to be cries each year that an economic crisis is coming that will cause the dollar to plummet? Yes, there are always naysayers, Tom. Some have their own agendas, shall we call them, to put fear into people, so that they will buy their books or pay to subscribe to their newsletters. Even if the dollar drops a couple of percentage points they will claim they were correct in their predictions. But to answer your question, yes, there will be a slight drop in the dollar’s value due to different crises or events in the world, but it will rebound and finish the year at about where it is now, if not slightly above. The dollar is affected by potentials just as other events are, so the potential for the dollar to retain its value at the end of the year from where it is now is about 80%. As you proceed through the year, the percentage will probably increase, but feel free to check back with me in two or three months. VACCINATIONS FOR OUR CHILDREN? Jaclyn writes: Thank you for your newsletter. I always enjoy reading it every week. I would like to submit a question regarding vaccines. I recently had a child and intuitively feel that I should not vaccinate him due to the unnatural way they introduce diseases to the immune system and the other toxic ingredients they contain. However, I can't help but fear that my son will contract a harmful disease and not be able to fight it off if I don't vaccinate him at all. What is best for the new energy children coming in regarding vaccines? Gaia, what advice can you give families regarding vaccinations for their children? Yes, a somewhat sticky problem all families have to encounter. Most vaccines are harmless and do exactly the job they were created for—to prevent certain illnesses that your children are exposed to. But there are children where the vaccine will have a reaction in their bodies and can cause them to be sick or, yes, in rare cases to die. In those cases, keep in mind these are soul contracts. So each time you choose to have your child vaccinated, you can request an MBO and say a BP (I like your abbreviations, Tom) for your child to be completely safe and that the effects of the drug will be positive for your child. If you feel really strongly that your child will be harmed, then you have to make the choice to refuse the vaccine. Again, if you do, you will also need to request an MBO and say a BP for your child to remain healthy. These are such individual decisions we would not want you, Tom, to recommend any particular course of action as each child is different. So you can say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome that my child remain completely safe and that the effects of the drug will be positive, thank you!” And, “I ask any and all beings to keep my child completely safe and that the effects of the drug will be positive, thank you!” Remember that the MBO request is specifically for you and the BP is for your child. WILL OUR WORLD POPULATION GROW? Wes in Michigan writes: Why is the current earth population seven billion, Gaia? I've read from other sources that the optimum earth population should be one billion, or less. Gaia, you’ve said before that the earth population will reduce, but we’ve hit seven billion and seemingly still increasing—why? That is a good question, Tom. Let’s say that I allow. This is not just some word, you see. I allow humans to work these things out. If a pendulum, shall we say, goes in one direction too far, it will begin swinging back in the other direction to use this analogy. The pendulum is almost at the end of its swing and although you may not notice it, there are many forces at play here, which will slowly, and I repeat slowly, reduce the population, Tom. Whether it is war, famine, or events that I’m asked by your souls to create such as earthquakes, floods, droughts, volcanic eruptions, etc., these do, and will, contribute to a lowering of the population. Then we’ve reached the maximum population? Almost, Tom, you’re not quite there yet, but again to use the same analogy, the pendulum has almost reached its zenith. And should I ask why so many souls wished to live in the 20th and 21st century time period? Certainly you can, but the reasons are pretty obvious and we’ve covered some of them before, starting with the most important—going from a 3D experience to a 5D which has never been done before. But you can also add in the experience of there being just too many humans on the planet and what you can do as humans to lower the numbers. These are solvable problems, Tom, but I can create events if you don’t wish to solve these over-population problems, however the results will be looked upon as pretty catastrophic. So, humans, work to gently reduce your population. You can do it by limiting family sizes and allowing for there to be different family units. Some countries are on the forefront of this and others are dragging their heels. CONNECTING IN MEDITATION John writes from Plano, Texas: I have a question about the celestial energy enveloping us that few can see or perceive. When we meditate and raise our energy vibration from the normal beta wave state into the alpha and theta wave states, which allows us to be fully present in the moment and better connect to the celestial energy around us and surrender our requests, does this change in wave states and the connection to the celestial energy enhance the completion of our soul contracts or merely enhance our experience in this lifetime? Stated differently, how does our ability to connect with the celestial energy around us through meditation impact our soul contract, if any, and otherwise impact our overall health and life experience? Gaia, when we meditate do we connect to a celestial energy, and if so does it impact our soul contract or our health and well-being? The answer is yes to all of the above, Tom. You do connect to this energy we have termed in the past as an energy “soup.” It does affect your health and well being, but it also affects your soul contract. It helps to keep you on your soul contract, just as requesting MBOs does, and it also helps to raise your vibrational level too. I highly recommend that everyone find a quiet time each day to meditate. There are many books, writings, and, yes, even recordings where you can learn about the process to heighten the experience. Or you can simply just begin and listen for messages from your higher self, your GA as you call them, and guides, or just enjoy the bliss you can obtain through the experience. MORE QUESTIONS ON ATLANTIS & MU Diane writes: How many of us that are living now lived in Atlantis? Gaia, how many people living on earth now had lives on Atlantis? Yes, Tom, quite a few million, but not perhaps as many as you thought there would be. Certainly well over 100 million. Would it be over 200 million? Yes, Tom, but not a whole lot more. Certainly not the figure of one billion or more that you thought I might say. And as you are thinking, the majority of the people are having lives in North America and Europe, but a scattering all over earth. What about the continent of MU, or Lemuria? Yes, as you have guessed, Tom, the majority of people who have had lives on the continent of MU are in Asia, since that was the closest land mass to MU for those who left before the final destruction. Millions of them also went down with the ship, shall we say. But to answer your question, MU’s population was less than that of Atlantis at its peak as keep in mind MU was settled later than Atlantis. Still, on earth today we could again use a similar number, but less than 200 million people. These numbers are heavily in Asia, but still a number of people in North America and Europe have had lives on this continent. What percentage would have had lives on both continents? Well over 50%, Tom. Would it be over 60%. Yes, Tom, more on the order of the 70% percent range. Helen asked this question: Were the first souls seeded on earth specialists in adaptability? How were they chosen? There were souls such as yours, Tom, who were willing and able to jump into the water, shall we say, and did so beginning over a million years ago. Certainly these souls had the desire to begin the Earth Experiment. Were they specialists in adaptability? No. Many floundered their first times on earth—and I’m speaking about the ones who chose to incarnate early as you well know there are people incarnating now in modern times, we will call it, who also flounder, but for different reasons. Yes, but I must ask wasn’t there a period of time where they had one foot on earth and one foot in spirit, shall I call it? Quite so. It was to give them a little feel for how an earth life would be, but without all the dangers. Still there came a time when even with the partially solid lives they had to go all in. The souls for Atlantis and MU were not seeded at the same time back several million years ago? You can shorten that time period just a little, Tom, but no, the seeding of these two continents came later. They were not part of the initial seeding. Hannah writes: I'd like to know what the arts were like in Atlantis and Lemuria. Did they have highly developed artistic expression in music, dance, painting, etc? Did they have a form of theater? Previously I had reported that they did have theatres and even cinemas of a type. And I was told that I had lives as an actor and director, which helped prepare me for this life. Theo, what form of dance did they have on the continents of Atlantis and MU? Quite a large variety, Tom, as, again, we return back to the fact that these continents were inhabited for thousands of years more than your current records show for modern times. Therefore each had tribal dances in their early days and these changed to many different forms of dance, just as you have today. Yes, there was a form of ballet, as you can imagine those souls whose main interest is the art of dancing would wish to explore all forms of dance not only now, but then too. Yes their music tended to be of a lighter form than, say, what is called head banging and, no, they did not have rock and roll back then, although they did have some forms of faster dancing. They did not have the electronic instruments you have today. Trevor writes: Could you ask Theo to describe more about Atlantis’ crystal power? How are the crystals powered? In other words, what is the source of the power in the crystals? Are they charged up or something? Do crystals, because of their molecular structure, just automatically house power? What is the nature of crystal power? Is it electromagnetic? It would seem to have some quantum properties, based on some early information you gave. I am referring to Atlantean craft capable of flight, but still having to be within a certain distance of a power source crystal. Also, how is the power transferred from one crystal to another? As in your description of the Atlanteans placing crystals at various points in underground tunnels that were used as "refueling stations." Also, could you please ask Theo to describe the look and details of some of the Atlantean weaponry? Did they have ray guns with crystals embedded in them that shot laser beams? Were they similar in size/shape/weight to handguns or other guns we have today? Did the bigger the gun/crystal mean the bigger the "boom"? Did they have missiles and bombs? Also, did they have force fields, or energy shields for defense that utilized crystal power? We covered the ray guns last week, but after he sent these questions. Gaia, were the crystals in Atlantis automatically powered or how? Not so automatically, Tom. They discovered a process where they could raise the vibrational level of the crystals to a point where they “ramped up,” shall we call it. Did they use some form of magnetics? Exactly, Tom. By putting these crystals in a magnetic field, they were able to bring the power of the crystal to a point where they no longer needed the boost from the magnetic field. Then were they able to transfer this energy from one crystal to another? In a way, yes, but not exactly. They could direct this energy again through magnetics anywhere, including other crystals so that the smaller crystals could receive this energy at a certain wave length. To go farther you would have to have more scientific knowledge than you possess in this life, Tom. Did the Atlanteans have any sort of bombs or missiles? Yes, quite a few, but different than you have today as don’t forget they did not use gunpowder. Still, they were quite lethal. Did they use some sort of magnetics too? Quite so. You might say a reverse charge. MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA Antura is my soul “cluster” brother, who’s living a life back on his home planet in the Sirius B Solar System after 800 lives on earth so far (with more to come). Where my soul fragment interest is in religions and belief systems, he says he’s primarily an explorer and a diplomat of sorts. He’s part of a “first contact” team that contacts intelligent species of beings thousands of years before they are capable of space travel. In my book, FIRST CONTACT: Conversations with an ET, I have a chapter on his visit to a desert planet and how they contacted what we would call “sloths” to introduce themselves. These questions are from Wes, Helen and me. Antura, is there any chance of the SSG (Synester Secret Government) trying to stop the Russian disclosure? Not a chance, Tom. Their influence is waning; their influence is more on the world banking and monetary system, but that will come to an end in the not-too-far-off future. They have no control over anyone involved in this negotiation. How does the mothership provide for all the different crewmembers from different planets who live in different atmospheres? A great portion of this, Tom, is handled by those small computer chips, we will call them for your purposes, that we all wear not only for translations, but also to provide each of us our own force field, which in this case has a wide definition. But as I have said before, each crewmember does have a portion of the ship – their quarters – where the atmosphere is provided at exactly what it would be on their home planet. This is not so hard to do after millions of years of scientific progress, Tom. The ship is capable of creating from scratch, shall we say, any atmosphere. It does not require great tanks of various gases and such in order to provide an atmosphere. It simply creates each one. Again, this took millions of years of scientific progress to reach this point. You, meaning earth people, will recreate this process in the future, but not before heading to the stars yourselves. You will have learned to recycle your atmosphere for your star ships, which is but one step in learning how to actually create different atmospheres. Then, even in just a few hundred years, this process will become more and more advanced until you are able to achieve the same thing. We can show you the mothership, but there are several functions we will not be allowed to provide the plans for, shall we say. You must learn how to achieve these yourselves. I assume this includes the artificial gravity in the ship? Yes, but again by the time you go to the stars you will have learned much, much more about magnetics and this will not be a problem for you in the future. Are there “engine chambers” in the middle of the mothership, and if so what is their function? Again these have to do with magnetics, Tom, since the propulsion system requires certain compartments for these actions, I will call them, to take place. It is so far advanced in the future, Tom, it is difficult to explain even for me. But magnetic forces are at work in those chambers. Is the mothership propelled by thought combined with vibrational power? Certainly the ship can tune into the thoughts of the pilots, or you can reverse this and say that the pilots are trained to tune into the mothership which, as I have noted, before has a presence. Then these magnetic type forces are used to propel the ship. Are most ETs silicon-based and not carbon-based? No, we cannot say that as a general rule, Tom. Creator, as you have been told, likes variety, so the cell structures of the billions of varieties of ETs have ranges all over the map and includes not only the two you mentioned, but others as well. What is the purpose of lights on the outside of the ships? Again, I will point out it has to do with propulsion, but I cannot go into much detail here. I requested an MBO for being reinstated. Though the group administration does not do that after you are thrown out, they made an exception. Thank you, Tom. Tom, the BP we all gave for the highest good for election in India has worked - a very corrupt government has been replaced by a benevolent one. Thank you from 1.5 billion people of India. I was struggling to download a program after the program still had some files that did not work. I gave an MBO to resolve this situation and within minutes, magically while shifting the download between folders, the non-working file names got shortened and they started working. I was shocked; who shortened the name of over 20 files in 5 seconds, and got them to work.... one hell of a magician! I am thankful for the divine intervention and solution. The best and fastest MBO to date. MBOS FOR VACATION IN PAKISTAN Anne writes: I was in Pakistan for a three-week vacation and got home last Tuesday. I asked multiple MBOs especially while traveling and I truly believe the angels were there with me all the time. Did she say “vacation in Pakistan”? I have always said that with MBO requests you can go to dangerous places and be protected. IRAN TO ATTACK ISRAEL + OBAMA? This Hopi prophecy sounds as if it’s over four years old. Diane writes: I just read a Hopi Prophecy that said Iran is more dangerous than Iraq. Iran has a nuclear weapon and will attack either Israel or the Persian Gulf. And when this happens, the economies of the Middle East will collapse. They also said that there will be an assassination of Barack Obama that will start World War III. November 6-9 he will visit India, the enemy of Pakistan and this could be his most dangerous trip. Now I looked it up and President Obama visited Mumbai, New Delhi in 2010 so does this mean he will have a second trip to the area that could be dangerous to him? As always, thanks for your insight. Theo, what is the possibility of Iran striking Israel with a nuclear bomb of some type? Extremely low, Tom. Less than 10%--even less than 5%. They have their hands full with Syria at this time and wars make for strange bedfellows. They are quite happy to see Israel strike Syria in retaliation. They certainly look upon the ISIS group as a threat and not to be taken lightly. I’m also asked what is the percentage possibility of an assassination attempt on President Obama? Although many misguided people believe this would be best for the country, they are wrong. President Obama will serve out his term. The percentage of an assassination attempt, much less an assassination, is quite low. There is so much false propaganda put out by the far right in a constant stream of vitriolic messages, they know that some people will believe a statement if there are enough people saying the same thing. We have discussed before, Tom, how a number of these people are actually racists. Some admit to it and others try to keep it hidden even from themselves. Most of your readers are striving to be more loving people, Tom, and if they are requesting MBOs in their daily lives their vibrational levels are slowly rising. WINGMAKERS Gaia, can you comment on the Wingmakers who are supposed to be 800 years in the future? Yes, Tom, there is a group from the future, which has tried to benevolently influence your futures. We did cover these people quite a long time ago. They wish to keep their work somewhat hidden at this time, but they do monitor and have sent people back. They are no longer here, to answer your next question. You can read more about them and we can discuss this more fully. I’ve searched my files and can’t find the Wingmakers. ADHD BALANCING? Dee writes: I have read with interest your question and answer on “Sensory Processing Disorder” and how it relates to past lives. Is it a similar thing regarding ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)? If so, what did they do in a past life that caused this disorder in the current life? There are so many children and adults today who suffer from this condition. Any comments or suggestions on how to help someone afflicted would be appreciated very much. Gaia, is ADHD balancing a past life and if so what? Yes, certainly having ADHD can be balancing, Tom, although keep in mind it is another experience on your bucket list of experiences on earth you must have. One of these days not too long in the future, your scientists will discover why so many children have this condition—particularly in the United States. I can’t say more on that just yet. It can also be balancing a life that was very strict, where the person forced their children to adhere to very strict rules. MORE ON OBESITY MJ writes: I just finished reading your 6/21/14 Newsletter. I always look forward to Thursday afternoon when this arrives in my inbox. I am always grateful to you for your service to humanity. I read the question regarding obesity from Susan and could feel her frustration. Your tips to her were very helpful and came from a place of compassion. I have some tips for her also. These things have worked for me and I would be so grateful if you could pass this on to Susan for me. Thank you very much. About 18 months ago, I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. The doctor wanted me to eat differently, exercise more and drop some pounds. I was 58 years old at the time of the diagnosis. My metabolism had already peaked and I had been pretty inactive because of a foot problem that had been causing pain for a year. I attended diabetes management classes. The things they taught me could be applied to everyone to lead a healthier life. One of the teachers taught us a mantra and I still use it today: Eat less. Move more. Those 4 little words pretty much sum it all up. I cut out all white foods, which include bread, potatoes, rice, spaghetti and sugar. Sugar in the liquid form (as in beverages & ice cream) will spike your sugar levels and cause weight gain quickly. I read all labels. Whole wheat products, even though the nutritional people say are healthier than white bread, have almost the same glycemic level as the products made with white flour so I cut those out too. I do eat steel cut oats in the morning but I eat a very small portion and include 2 scrambled eggs for protein to keep from getting too hungry. The first week is the most difficult because your body is adjusting to a new way of eating. I eat tons of non-starchy veggies, lean chicken, fish and the occasional lean red meat. The vast majority of my food is cooked by me at home. If we are going to eat in a restaurant, I check the menu online to make sure they can serve something that fits in with my eating plan before I agree to eat there. Getting the proper amount of sleep each night is important! One year, I had some chronic insomnia and I gained 10 lbs. unbelievably fast. Two books that I would highly recommend to help Susan get started are: WHEAT BELLY by William Davis, MD, and THE BELLY FAT CURE by Jorge Cruise. They are a good start. I also exercise at least 1 hour/365 days a year. I make an appointment with myself to exercise and I make sure I keep that appointment. I started small. Walking for 35 minutes one day and swimming laps the next. I exercise even if I am going to mow the grass that day. Now, my exercise regimen is much more intense because I have progressed over 18 months. Every few weeks, I adjust my fitness routine so I don’t become bored. Now, every day I exercise 75 minutes and I look forward to it. I don’t sit very much at all. I keep my i-Pad on the counter in my kitchen so I can stand up while using it. I have lost weight, kept it off and my foot pain is completely gone. My diabetes is under control without any medication. My cholesterol numbers have gone to the normal range without any medication. I am now 60 years old. My husband and I went hiking in Sedona, AZ for our winter vacation. We hiked 2 hours in the morning and then another 2 hours after lunch each day. That was the most fun I have had in years. I had to buy new clothes because I wear size 2 and 4 now. Susan, this can be your story too. If you believe you can do it then you can. Don’t forget to ask your angels for an MBO to keep you on track. Remember, you love yourself too much to let yourself become unhealthy. This is my best advice.
