Theo is my own Guardian Angel (GA) with whom I communicate in meditation, along with Gaia, the Soul of the Earth, and my soul “cluster” brother, Antura (and a few others). Generally, I’ll ask Gaia the Earth questions and Theo about our lives. Now for some interesting topics of the week that YOU requested, and which will give you a DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE:
TORNADOES THAT STRUCK DALLAS
Gaia, how did you choose that particular path of around 16 miles for the tornado that tore through North Dallas and a couple of suburbs? [It has now been determined that there were at least nine that struck Dallas and two other counties. This question was about the largest one—EF3—140 mph.]
Again, Tom, may I remind you along with your readers that the path was chosen  in conjunction with your souls’ need for a house or business to be destroyed by a storm. Will that be the only one to strike the Dallas area? Unfortunately not, as there will be more in your future, but not this year. The people in this area have chosen to settle here for their jobs and families, but many are young souls that have never experienced this type of loss before. They can check that off their bucket list.
I was surprised to see that no one lost their life in such a densely populated area.
Yes, you can thank the prayers said by not only you but countless others.  Collectively, they kept everyone safe in the path. There were some exit points that were avoided. So, may I advise everyone to take part in saying these prayers as they do work.
May I remind everyone that what I do when I hear there is a storm coming, possibly severe in strength, is to face the coming storm, with arms outstretched, and say out loud, “We welcome gentle rain,” three times. That comes directly from Gaia. Naturally, you can also request an MBO for you and your family’s safety, your home, and all those around you.
MOVING CLOUDS AND ST. GERMAIN
Alex writes: Here are some general questions which I am not sure whom you can ask:
In my research, I learned that in our folklore it was possible to affect the weather patterns. Could you ask Gaia or your guardian angel whether I am  manifesting the clearing of clouds when I go out and intend to bask in the sun on some occasions? I have found it interesting that on many occasions when I go outside on a cloudy day and set the intention for the sky to clear, it actually does. And curiously, a round spot gradually opens up before me to allow the sun to shine through in my direction while the whole sky appears virtually clouded. Sometimes, even a huge passing cloud that would block the sun would actually curve around the sun to allow it to continue to shine through in my direction. Is this a figment of my imagination or an actual manifestation? If manifestation, what is the mechanism behind it?
I stumbled upon the legend of The Count of St. Germain who was supposedly an  ascended master. Is it true that he did not age in appearance even an iota as stated by some accounts where he was seen over 50 years later by the same people who had aged, but he did not look it even by his own supposed admission? (The feat of 'not looking aged' is unknown even of other ascended masters who were known to have lived for many years but actually aged and looked old).
What was The Count of St. Germain's soul interest? Did he have a hand in or did he influence world events such as the signing of the Declaration of Independence? Is he currently incarnated or will he have further future lives? If he will, will he keep or remember his abilities?
Gaia, is Alex manifesting the clearing of clouds? And if so, what is the mechanism behind it?
Just as you did years ago, Alex has discovered you can manipulate clouds with your mind by concentrating. Where you became bored and moved on, he has stayed with it and like any ability, the more you work on it the better you get. It takes concentration to move the water vapor around. Besides holes in the clouds, you can make forms, if you have the time and patience.
Did St. Germain have the ability to not age?
Yes he did, Tom. He was one of a very few people on Earth to have this ability.
What was St. Germain’s soul interest, Gaia?
Spirituality, along with other interests. You could call him an Avatar. As we told you several years ago, you had a life with him.
Did he influence the signing of the Declaration of Independence?
He had a hand in that, along with many other benevolent actions.
Will he incarnate again?
No. His lives on Earth are finished, but he remains nearby to assist in helping raise vibrational levels.
CONVERSATIONS WITH A MERMAID
Caroline writes: I am wondering if you ever communicate with Mermaid Soul? Just being nosy/curious as to whether they ever experience the light of the surface sun, or if they need light sources at all (are they eyeless/nocturnal), or have light sources of some other kind? Please wish them all the very best of everything.
I wish to speak to a representative of the Mermaids, please.
Good morning, Tom. I represent the mermaids, as you call us.
Thanks for speaking with me and good life. I’m asked if you ever experience sunlight, or do you have a light source where you live?
Yes, there are times, when we are certain there is no one that could harm us that we surface and enjoy sunlight. But there are caverns below the surface that we can enter, and like some of the people that inhabit the interior of the Earth, these caverns have their own light source.
Is your population split equally with males and females, or more of one or the other?
Quite equally, thank you. You can call them Mermen if you wish. Naturally, lonely sailors would be interested in the females, but that’s not how it is in real life, as you say.
Is there a large population of your kind such as the Faeries, or just a small number?
Not so large. Then we would have to compete for food sources.

-Can you ask Gaia or Theo to describe the Crystal cave we go through to become veiled?
More on the Gentle Way vs law of attraction and the power of surrender.
Like many of your readers I cannot understand why the gentle way is not as popular as the law of attraction.
- Why is the law of attraction so mainstream? Is it because of the movie “the Secret “?
- Was the law of attraction practiced on Atlantis too? If so, was it more or less popular than the Gentle Way?
- Surrendering: I have friends who practice meditation. Their teachers who are allegedly “awakened,” only put the emphasis on “surrendering everything to God or the Universe.” They say no need to ask MBOs, or any prayers, as God only takes care of everything and it would create bad karma; can you ask Theo? I do disagree with these teachers.
-Is surrendering a form of silent prayer, by trusting God will take care of everything, and will our G.A. automatically help us to stay on our soul contract?
Theo, please describe the crystal cave.
We have had a similar discussion before, Tom. You pass through this cave which is on another level of existence going and coming to Earth. The crystals hold the records of all of your lives on Earth.
Theo, why is the Law of Attraction more mainstream than the Gentle Way? Is it because of the Secret movies?
Yes, Tom, they reached a lot of people with that film, and the many subsequent interviews and talks. The Law of Attraction just does not go far enough, and that’s what The Gentle Way does—it works within the soul contract. We can say with certainty that The Gentle Way will grow enormously over the next few years. You have laid the groundwork.
Did the Law of Attraction originate in Atlantis, and if so, was it more popular  than The Gentle Way?
The Law of One was a religion back on Atlantis. The Gentle Way could be used with any religion, so it crossed over belief systems. Back when you originated the Gentle Way, this was long after the Law of One and the Sons of Belial competed with each other as belief systems. The Gentle Way could be, and was, used by both religions, although more so on Poseidia where you lived. As we said before, there were one million people who consistently used the Gentle Way in their lives. Yet, there were several million people living on both Poseidia and Aryan and the smaller islands at that time. Still, there will come a time when many more people will adapt The Gentle Way into their lives in these modern times. As you have said, “It works.”
Some people say requesting MBOs creates bad karma.
Rubbish, Tom. One of the rules for requesting MBOs is that it must be  benevolent for everyone affected by the request. It will not work for devious requests. They fall by the wayside. We, your Guardian Angels, as we are commonly called, know what is acceptable under your soul contracts.
Is surrendering a form of silent prayer?
We again point out that saying an MBO request verbally is so much more powerful than saying a prayer silently. If you just “surrender,” then that is the same thing as saying you don’t know what to ask for and you will be back at that same position of having to react to events in your life, instead of verbally requesting. As you have seen in your life, Tom, you don’t always get what you ask for if it was not on your soul contract, or would have deviated off your soul contract. By not asking and hoping for the best, which is what “surrendering” really is, challenges that are on your soul contract are much more difficult to work through compared to requesting MBOs. We have said before that requesting MBOs lessens the severity of the challenge.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA

Antura, can ETs teleport?
Yes, Tom, some can. This is not universal. For the most part, stick with the  answer given before that teleporting requires a certain vibration level. That is not something that you are allowed to use at this point in your development. We typically use ships to teleport from one place to another.

Antura, will Boris Kipriyanovich have anything to do with Russian Disclosure and did he reincarnate from Mars?
As you have been told before, there are souls on Earth that previously had lives on Maldek—Mars’ past name. And as you were told, they did destroy themselves, as they are in the same negative space-time continuum you are. So yes, he is one of those souls.
Regarding the Russian Disclosure, his influence will be minimal. It still hangs on when it is considered an optimum time to release this information out to the public.
Harrrie writes: What are the universal names that were given to various places,  for example, the names that all the ETs and Angels and other beings use to identify various places here? For example, if a group of ETs from 2 universes came over to visit our universe, what name would we give to these visiting ETs for our Universe? What does everyone call our Universe, what name was given?
I imagine that Earth needs one name that all beings use to identify us, so they know they are all on the same page, or talking about the same Earth, especially for anyone coming in their first visit to Earth. So, what do they call Earth?
What is the universal name for August 16-17th 1987, the day the universe found out the human species on Earth will not annihilate themselves out of existence? We were told that the universe was excited and celebrating that day as they were happy for us. What name did they give that day? (We call it the Harmonic Convergence, yeah!)
Antura, what is the name of our universe used by ETs?
More its location than an actual name.

Just use the common name.

Yes, a very rare occurrence between two planets with a history of conflict. Both were banned from Earth.
MBO FOR MISSING WALLET

I’ll begin with one of my own. Our daughter, Shannon, called us and asked us to look for her pink wallet, as she had misplaced it, and thought she left it at our house a couple of hours before. Dena went searching for it, and couldn’t find it. She was about to go through our garage to the outside where Shannon had parked her car, but said, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for…” Shannon interrupted and exclaimed, “I found it!” even before Dena could finish the sentence. MBOs can really work fast, may I remind you, or they can take longer for everything to come together.
MBO THAT BATTERIES LAST LONGER
Daralyn writes: I wear hearing aids, and the replacement batteries used to wear  out regularly every week. I got tired of changing them that often, so I said an MBO that they last for at least a month. And now they are lasting that long, if not longer. Thank you and blessings.
MBO TO FIND YARN FOR HOMELESS PROJECT
Michael writes: I do MBO requests daily. I am aware of a senior housing project where the residents knit hats and scarves for homeless shelter residents in my city. I wanted to find some yarn to give to them, because some of the seniors can’t afford to buy yarn.
So, I went to a church rummage sale in MBO frequency. I found a large plastic  tub of not just any yarn, but wool yarn. And it wasn’t in skeins. It was in spools, perhaps for knitting machines, which means there is much more yarn.
High quality stuff. I’ve never done that well before, ever. So I went to pay for it, and mentioned that it was being donated to a senior program where the ladies were knitting hats and scarves for homeless people. So, the people running the rummage sale said, “Just take it; we like that.” I walk with a crutch due to injuries. A young man offered to carry this large, heavy tub to the car. I gratefully accepted.
Then I went back in to the sale, and found two very colorful skeins of yarn. I got them also, for I think 50¢/skein, which is cheap. Today, the yarn gets picked up by project staff from the front door of work--which tells you how much they welcome the yarn. About three weeks ago, I gave that project some yarn, really colorful stuff I found at an estate sale, cheap, maybe 25¢/skein or a little less. The ladies at the project that got the yarn were ecstatic; they actually set up a system to fairly pass it out to those who most wanted/needed it for their work.
So, the church got an MBO, I got an MBO, the people making scarves/hats will get an MBO, and the people who will receive the scarves/hats will get an MBO. I find that homeless shelters always need socks, so I’m giving 8 pairs to one that isn’t far from work, today.
I request MBOs when I go to garage sales, and I find, like, large bags of socks, for $1 or $2, and sometimes when people ask why I’m buying that many, I tell them they are going to homeless shelters, and they say, “Oh, just take them.”
I got a carload of baseball equipment, to give to a family project where the kids don’t have stuff like that, in just this way- i.e., free. Based on MBO requests. MBOs are subtle, it seems like it would have happened anyway. Except that I’ve never gotten deals as good as what I get with MBOs. I had to use a hand truck to get the tub of spools of yarn out of the car and into my apartment, it was so heavy. I packed it into smaller boxes that I could move around.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR FAERIE KING
When I started communicating with the King of the Faeries about 5 or 6 weeks ago, I noticed that about 400 subscribers stopped reading the newsletter. Keep in mind that I am always out in front of everyone, exploring what has been little explored so far. As you will read in this week’s newsletter, there are 13 group souls for all the faeries, including gnomes, Leprechauns, etc. They have all been here for millions of years, taking care of all the plants, flowers, and trees. The Creator wished them to perform this job for IT. Here are the questions I asked this week.

Good life to you and your Queen and all the faerie world.
King, how do the Leprechauns procreate with no females?
The group soul literally creates the bodies itself, Tom. Yes, extremely unique in the universe.
What should we place in our gardens to attract faeries? Would they like a faerie house made out of twigs and leaves, or even a small dollhouse?
Yes, the small dollhouse would be excellent. They do not require much space, and they will greatly appreciate the thought.
Do they prefer candy over biscuits?
Yes, but sweet biscuits would be nice too.
Are faeries easily offended?
No, Tom. Only if you mistreat the plants and trees and such that they are responsible for.
How are gnomes able to travel so fast? Do they use their legs, or are they able to  fly or teleport?
No, it is as if they have a very high gear for running.
How many group souls are involved with the faerie world?
Use the number ten at this time, Tom. That is very close to the actual number. You are having a little difficulty in receiving this morning.

(10/19/19) King Finvarra, Back to a question I had a hard time processing before. How many group souls are there in the faerie world, 12, 13, or 14? Or perhaps another number?
Thirteen, Tom. We knew you would eventually arrive.
Does a group soul actually create the leprechaun bodies with, shall we say, intermediate steps?
As we said before, it is quite unique that a group soul would continue to create  actual bodies, none of which are feminine in nature.
Would you say that the Leprechaun population is stable—not growing nor contracting?
Definitely, Tom. They are a stable population, just as most of the faerie clan is.
What about in the case of, let’s say, the Amazon jungle, where suddenly farmers are clearing the land?
Yes, faerie life is disrupted there. Many will return to tend to the crops, as they knew in advance, as did the plants and trees, that they would be cut or burned down. We in the faerie world do our best to comfort these trees and plants before their deaths at the hands of humans. They will then return to their staging areas to be assigned new lives. This will go on for some time, until the human population levels off, and then begins to decline for a number of reasons. From the faerie point of view, this will be welcomed wholeheartedly. Keep in mind that we will be here long after humans have left the planet at the end of the Earth Experiment.
What other work do Leprechauns do? Would they be considered scavengers?
Yes, that would be a good description of them, as they do have a desire to work with their hands. They will take discarded items and work to make the repairs.
Where did Leprechauns become identified with pots of gold?
The Leprechauns have a keen sense of smell, and can actually root out small bits of gold whether they are in streams or in the Earth. Typically, it is not nearly as much as the humans think it is as the Leprechauns are masters at, shall we kindly say is, storytelling, especially if they want something from the humans. In this day and time you would call them con artists.
I would assume their group soul considers itself all male as its soul interest?
That and more. It has a unique outlook on its life—from creating its own bodies, to only the male genre, to its expression of this male outlook on life.
Will it remain this way for all time?
Oh yes. It has been this way for many thousands of years. It has no interest in the feminine side of creation. You could say there is disdain there.
Are there at least some faerie group souls that are neither male nor female?
Yes, certainly, several of the group souls express themselves as neither or both. Life, you could say, gets complicated when you start looking at other societies beyond human, Tom. We would be closer to the norm than you might think.  That is one of the reasons we are communicating. It is time to learn a little more about what is out in the universe.
I am curious about your lives, King Finvarra. When you transition from this life, and reincarnate again, you will be a child, not capable under our understanding of leading your people. How do you handle that period of time?
Good question, Tom. Yes, you could say I will be a walk-in, as I will –meaning my soul– enter the body of what you would consider a teenager, with all my mental capabilities. Even humans have walk-ins, as you are familiar with the concept. The teenager’s soul fragment then enters the body of the baby and continues on.
Did your group souls originate in this universe or another?
Our group souls came from other universes, Tom. Again, we have been present on Earth for millions of years—long, long before humans of any type were placed here. We all have an interest in the plants and trees, and many others, of this planet—which is unlike any other planet in this universe. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have been allowed by the Creator of this universe to tend to the millions of trees, plants and flowers. We all love our work. It gives us great joy and pleasure.
Can ETs teleport in similar fashion to the way you do?
Some can and most cannot. That is extremely difficult to explain with your knowledge at this time.
Does it have to do with your vibrational level?
Certainly partly, but even more complicated than that.
Are you able to time travel?
If we wish, but there is no need. We are under the same rules as anyone else in this special space-time continuum. You could say that would be part of my duties—to look ahead, which I do from time to time. The Explorer Race, as you are called, is progressing—and at a very fast pace, I must say. You could say it makes us very busy bees to keep up with the increase in the speed of time. We all knew this would happen, yet it is even challenging for us. We look forward to the time when the speed of time levels off.

ANDRE LUIZ AND CHICO XAVIER
Peter in Canada writes: André Luiz inspired the famous automatic writer Chico Xavier by explaining—first in Portuguese then later translated in many languages—his teachings.
He died around 1928; with all that he gave to the world on the other side will  help him when he will be reincarnated again?
The same question for Chico Xavier? Will they have the same kind of mission, to help understand the other side like Allan Kardec did in the 1800s?
Gaia, what are Andre Luiz’s and Chico Xavier’s soul interest, and when will they incarnate again, and soul contracts?
They both have many lives in front of them, Tom. Their soul contracts will continue to assist in moving everyone forward. They are not incarnated at the present time, but will be in the near future. Their souls tend to work together quite often—a team you could describe them. Their roles will be reversed in this next incarnation.
For my new readers, I was previously told that Allan Kardec, founder of Spiritism, was one of my past lives.
HOLOCAUST VICTIMS INCARNATING?
Paul writes: May I inquire how many holocaust victims might be incarnated today? I have it in my mind that many soul fragments return around 45 years after transitioning, but I suspect many, such as Audie Murphy, had a quick  reincarnation.

Theo, how many holocaust victims have incarnated again in this time period?
Approximately one third of those souls who chose to endure or experience the holocaust have already incarnated again, but naturally are spread all over the planet.
I was one of those, as I was told I was a five-year-old Jewish girl who was shot by a German soldier in the early days of World War II. I had shot him in an earlier war—probably WWI.
WHAT IS THAT ORB FLYING AROUND?

Good you noticed that, Tom. It was one of her guides. It was not a ghost.

Charlie writes: John Hughes wrote and directed many beloved classic movies such as Sixteen Candles, The Breakfast Club, Weird Science, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Uncle Buck, Planes, Trains and Automobiles and wrote Home Alone 1 and 2 amongst many others. He died in 2009 at 59-years-old.

Theo, John Hughes is now incarnated, but in what time period? Will he be a filmmaker again?
In his next incarnation he will be again interested in the arts. But that will be for you a few years from now. He will be using the new technologies that will be developed by the time he is ready to begin his career.
