Welcome to this edition of The Gentle Way Newsletter, and a special welcome to all my new subscribers all over the world. I realize there are several Benevolent Prayers to say listed below. PLEASE  TAKE THE FEW SHORT SECONDS TO SAY EACH ONE OUT LOUD. Remember, the human voice is much more powerful than people in this time period realize. I’m told there is a crescendo effect when hundreds and thousands say the say BP out loud.
Notice how the war in Ukraine slowed down, since we began saying our BPs? Let's say this Benevolent Prayer for the people of UKRAINE: "I ask any and all beings to aid, comfort, and assist the people of Ukraine to remain safe, for the economic sanctions imposed on Russia to work even faster and be more successful than we can hope for or expect, and to return the Russian soldiers home, thank you!"

FOOD SHORTAGES AND RATIONING CARDS?
Olivia writes: Tom, the following excerpt from Coast to Coast is disconcerting and very worrisome. Lots of people live in condos or apartments, and don't have access to having gardens or even foraging for that matter. Anything you can learn from Theo. Thanks for all you do.
Former international coffee buyer, David DuByne has witnessed the effects of  climate cycles on global farming. In the first half, he discussed how he found a correlation between solar activity (like the Grand Minimum) and agricultural losses. He expects to see food shortages beginning this year. DuByne believes that the sun's cycle is causing the other planets in our solar system to go through electromagnetic shifts, like what's happening to Earth. Material and food scarcity, inflation, and supply chain problems are escalating, he contends, and these are indicators that we're heading into cataclysmic times.
Food shortages will lead to rationing, he continued, with the rollout of digital rationing cards. Starting in May of this year, he foresees reduced rail deliveries of farm inputs to the Northern Hemisphere, with shortages blamed on Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Fertilizer shortages will also affect farmers, and we could begin to see food riots in smaller countries dependent on imports, he said. By October of 2022, DuByne forecasts that all Western countries will be aware of food shortages, riots will start, and troops will be stationed inside supermarkets, food warehouses, and grain silos across America. He recommends that people stock up on storable foods, as well as start growing their own fruits and vegetables (focusing on nutrient-dense items like dark leafy greens), and learn about wild foraging.
Everyone, you do understand that many radio shows have people on making  sensational claims—that’s good for ratings.

Yes, Tom, just a few, not to the extent predicted, so there will be no rationing cards of any kind. You’ve already seen examples of this at times in your own grocery shopping.
What about fertilizer shortages?
Not so much. Again, there is an ebb and flow of these resources and there can be shortages at certain points. Nothing severe, mind you.
SOUL QUESTIONS AND LIVES ON EARTH
Someone on Quora asked this question, and I thought my response should be in the Newsletter.
Gaia, are souls constantly attracted to this universe, or is it a set number?
Creator is constantly creating new suns, planets, moons, etc., and there are needs beyond those of suns that explode or die out. So the answer is yes, there is a constant influx of souls from other creators looking for a job, you could say. And that doesn’t even include those trillions of souls that will inhabit those worlds.
Do we lose souls that decide to go to another universe?
Good question. Yes, a small percentage are attracted to other universes—sort of the saying that the grass is greener on the other side. Don’t forget that the Creator of Creators is constantly creating creators, all with different interests. When they create their own universes, they will attract souls to what they create.
Kassandra writes: Thank you for the timeless untold numbers of hours you spend on meditation, in drafting your newsletters, and of course in responding to questions like my own. So very grateful for you and your work!
My question is related to the number of young soul fragments living right now. As I understand it, many young souls wanted to experience this time period with all the challenges and advancements that are being made. So there are many of them living right now - young souls, which to me feels like too many - too many people that find it acceptable to constrain/condemn/control others simply because they are different (race, religion, sexual orientation, etc.). Moreover, for many in power, there appears to be no moral compass as to how one makes  money, or worse yet, gets votes.
These days seem so dark. There are good stories. But the number of countries caving to extremist, self-righteous, nationalist leaders is haunting.
My questions:
Is the scale of lives on earth imbalanced by the plethora of young souls?
If so, how can make headway in a favorable direction?
Is this a period in time in which we are taking our figurative 2 steps back, to create the propulsion for several leaps forward?
I’m essentially asking for something more than a “good news Friday” headline, to help us remember/realize that what we are seeing is forward process even though it feels like oppression? The Ukraine resistance is encouraging, but what’s happening in America and many other democracies is far from it.
Gaia, is the scale of lives on Earth imbalanced by too many young souls, making it difficult to make headway?
It may seem that way to many, Tom, but from our perspective, you are making great progress, even with so many younger souls. As I told you before, you soul fragments on these lower time lines have to be hardy souls in these lower frequencies. It may seem that you are taking two steps back for every one step forward, but in actuality it is two steps forward, assimilating, then forward again. There are old energies, we will call them, trying to hold on, but their grip is slipping, to use that analogy. As you were previously told, by 2117-19, you will look back on this time period the way you look back on 1917-19—almost antiquated.
MORE ON ALASKAN PYRAMIDS
Gaia, a follow up question on the pyramids in Alaska, which you said I should revisit. Is the U.S. Government aware of any of these pyramids?
Not really, Tom. They are aware of the ET ships in that area, but not so much the ancient pyramids.
Did I receive foliage as compared to being snow covered, or having the appearance of a mountain?
More on the level of snow, but also over thousands of years of dirt building up to cover them.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
Antura is a member of my soul group or “cluster,” as Theo calls them. After 800 lives on Earth, mostly as an explorer (his soul interest), he’s back on the planet Nommo, a water planet in the Sirius B Star System as part of a “first contact” team exploring new worlds. He’s returned to Earth and is orbiting in a three-mile-wide and twenty-story-high mothership with a crew of 900 plus their families, totaling 1,500. Naturally, they cloak themselves (along with the 25 or so other motherships from different star systems) so as not to scare the Earth population. Good morning everyone. Hope you enjoyed my session so far.
Always interesting the questions your readers send to you, Tom.
Antura, on any of the upper time lines, was anyone inspired to invent anything after seeing the documentary?
Nice question, Tom. Yes, a great many people got ideas. Some will actually see the light of day. Even art and music will be influenced. These are all allowed, as they are positive steps. The upper time lines were allowed the run of the ship, except the engine room.
How did the word of the Dracos’ conquest reach you Sirians, since there was not a Federation? Were they giving ultimatums?
It was a combination of several things. Suddenly other planets lost contact with the planets being overrun—the word spread quickly. And there was time in some instances for the planets to ask for assistance. That’s when the war started.
How many smaller groups of planets are there in this galaxy and the average  numbers in each?
Several thousand groups of planets, and the average numbers range from the 20s to over 100—still quite small in comparison to our Federation of 20,000 planets. Our ships interact with these groups from time to time—all very peaceful.
Shirley writes: Hi Tom, around 6 am this morning, I looked outside my door and saw objects, which I presume to be ET ships. One looked big, and a little back I could see a smaller one. Was I seeing correctly? Why do I see them so frequently? How can I communicate with them? Would love to communicate with them. It seems that every time I see them, I am just automatically drawn to my front door. Why the interest in me? I don't mind--just wondering. Do they have a special interest in me? Thanks.
Shirley saw what she thinks are two ships at six am on 4/19. Did she, and she wishes to communicate.
She did see the ships. She can say out loud that she wishes to communicate. She needs to learn how to drop into a meditative state as you do for the best results, and of course surround herself in a bubble of white light for protection from any negative spirits that wish to jump in.
MBO FOR EASTER OVEN MIRACLE

Jojo writes: Happy Easter! I just received three of your new books "The Gentle Way with Pets!" I bought them for my two sisters and one for myself. Can't wait  to dig in!
I also have an MBO for you: I'll call this one: "Easter Oven Miracle!"
A few weeks ago, I turned my 20-year-old Jenn Air oven on only for it to shut off after about 15 min. I turned it back on and again it shut off. I have not had any major issues with this oven until then. I was hosting Easter this year. So I had the repair person come to fix the problem only to find out the oven is so old no replacement parts are available. We have a Weber Grill, and decided to cook the Turkey (instead of a ham), Easter Sunday.
Inspiration flooded my entire body and the words just came out of my mouth: I am requesting an MBO that my oven works today! I turned the oven on and it again shut off after 15 min. I said the MBO again then turned the oven back on and it stayed at whatever temp I set it on. I not only cooked the turkey, but kept the side dishes warm until dinner was served. Thank you, thank you, thank you to my Easter Guardian Angels! I feel blessed! Thank you, Tom!
EXPECTING GREAT THINGS, MBO FOR TAXES
Renee writes: Boy, have I got an Expect Great Things (EGT) and an MBO for you.
Last September my unemployment insurance ran out and I only had a couple of dollars in that account. A few months later I had decided to close the account out, and when I went to check it online, I was so surprised to see $800 in it. It turns out that I wasn't paid for a couple of weeks in June and that money wasn't  deposited until October. Now that's what I call a great EGT moment!!!
We sold our house in December, and I had a talk with our new accountant in January specifically about what to expect to pay in capital gains. And at that time we were advised to expect a six figure amount. So of course I said an MBO that the results would be more than we could hope for or expect. Well we got just that. We only had to pay one third of the initial estimate. And we are so relieved. YAHOO!

I had profound experience when I was on Skype with my sister Martina in Czech Republic, when my nephew Michal popped into the screen and said to me, "I am practicing benevolent outcomes, and it is really working for me. I am having an enormous success with BO." My nephew is 12 years old, and he is a very gentle soul. I LOVE seeing the ripple effects of sharing Benevolent Outcomes! Thanks!
BPs FOR PEOPLE IN SHANGHAI CHINA
Here is an example of a Benevolent Prayer you can say for others in another  part of the world.
Severine writes from China: Let’s say a BP for the people in Shanghai, China please: “I ask any and all beings across all timelines to send massive healing ,white light, love & miracles to people locked in Shanghai; please reunite children &parents make sure everyone has access to food. Please send benevolence to China leadership’s hearts immediately, thank you.”
HAVING LIVES AS A JEW
For my new readers, I’ve been told that I’ve had lives at the beginning of all the major religions of the world, with the exception of two that are in my future. That includes lives at least three times as a Jew myself. That perplexed me, since Jews have to reincarnate over and over again as Jews, as they are the “fulcrum” for the other religions. Here is what I asked.
Theo, how was I able to have a life as one of Moses’ sons, plus Salome, female  disciple of Jesus, when both were Jews?
You were allowed, because of your soul contract set up millions of years ago. Not only from the standpoint of being at the beginning of all the religions on Earth, but also to contribute and assist both Moses and Jesus, since not only were you a disciple and the mother of James and John, but also your very presence contributed. They did not live in a vacuum—they had lives.
Also, if soul numbers are set, how can someone who is a Jew switch religions and still remain a Jew?
They simply switch places, Tom. The souls that choose or volunteer for this duty must not waver. As we have said before, Jews are the fulcrum for the other religions.
Are all the soul fragments that are Jews originate from souls that have all their soul fragments as Jews?
Good question. No, there is a mixture. It is part of the soul’s learning. That’s how the soul fragments can switch.
WINNING A PRIZE AT A SPORTS ARENA
Mantej writes from the UK: Sports Challenges for Cash Prizes!
Many fans have the chance at Basketball, Ice Hockey, or at a Darts game to win cash prizes or a Brand new car. Famously, there is the basketball half-court shot challenge, or shooting the puck through the smallest hole on the covered goal, and hitting the Bullseye on the dartboard.
Regarding the participants who win these prizes, is it always an Athlete Spirit  Guide, or their Guardian Angel who completes the shot for them to win the Money or Car?

Theo, is it their GA’s or perhaps an Athletic Guide who assists someone who wins one of those sports competitions, where they sink a half-court basketball shot?
Keep in mind that this comes under the heading of a soul contract, not only for the person, but for the enjoyment of all the people attending the game. They imagine themselves being able to do the same. Therefore, it is normally their own Guardian Angel who assists the person to accomplish and win the competition.
DREAMS, ANCIENT ARTIFACTS, SEDONA
Clark in Kansas had a long email asking about seeing Texas Road signs in a dream located in Kansas. Then ancient artifacts taken from Nazis and send to a place in Kansas, including items from the time of Jesus, sword of Goliath, an ancient Synagogue door and frame, and idols from Rachel. He also asked if Crestone, Colorado has a higher vibrational level than does Sedona, Arizona.
Theo, why would Clark have a dream of seeing Texas Road signs in Kansas?
This has multiple meanings, as many dreams do, with part having to do with his soul contract, so we cannot get into that. Another obvious meaning was to look in your direction for guidance.
What about the ancient artifacts stored in Kansas?
Some are real and some are not, Tom. They need to be made public, so that they can be studied to ascertain their true origin.
Does Sedona, Arizona have a higher vibrational level than Crestone, Colorado?
Yes, overall, Sedona does have a vibrational level for the whole area, where Crestone, not nearly as much.
VAMPIRES, BEINGS, SAINTS
Olivia writes: Tom, I'm reading a novel that the main focus is vampires and the varieties of subspecies. It is written by a Latino woman. It goes into some depth about them originating in Spain and Portugal, where they were banned and moved into the Mexico region. It is quite detailed. I tried to search your site for reference but came up empty, assuming it hasn't been asked prior.
I'm asking whether there is any truth to the whole vampire thing, the drinking of the victim’s blood, and in some instances actually cannibalizing the person to their death. Do they really exist still or even exist at one time in the past?
In a recent post on Coast to Coast, a family living on the waters near Mississippi in 2015 saw a strange being they called "devil ugly" strange eyes, horns, 25 feet away drinking in the stream. Again, is this a "left over" from experimentation?
And what about the "saints" who still exist in incorruptible bodies that after lots of years have not decayed?
Gaia, vampires—thought we had covered this before, but could not find it. Didn’t you or Theo tell me that some societies drank the blood of their enemies, but they are not vampires?
You’re quite correct, Tom. That is different from a person who actually lives on the blood of others—and they do not exist. There are people who imitate, but again are not really vampires.
So we have no vampires on Earth?
That is correct, Tom.
Gaia, what is the strange being reported in 2015 with strange eyes and horns on the Mississippi River?
This story was greatly exaggerated, as you can imagine. There are still animals yet to be discovered—but not humans.
What about what are termed “Saints,” whose bodies do not decompose?
We have covered this in the past. The energy and love sent by those who visit their resting place keeps the bodies from decomposing.
