IMMIGRANTS AND THE HOMELESS
Diane writes: When will the flood of people coming to the borders who enter our country stop? Will this end soon?
And another question: Will we ever solve the homeless problem in this country or will it get worse?
Gaia, how long will the flood of immigrants continue?
Several more years, Tom, until the countries they come from become a safe place to live. One day, a number of them will return to their home countries, having made a life for themselves in the United States—and here I will include Europe as don’t forget the hundreds of thousands of refugees from war-torn places, such as Iraq and Syria. And yes, remind your readers that this is all part of the mixing of races, so that one day in the future, there will be only the Earth human—all the same color and features. That will happen over the next thousand years.
Will the homeless problem get worse and when will it be solved?
Here we have some better news, you could say. Much is being done in this area, and slowly but surely, over a number of years, homeless needs will be met so that they will have places to stay, and medical and mental health needs will be addressed and met. That’s all part of learning to be more compassionate and understanding the problems and solving them.
YELLOWSTONE & QUAKES PROBABILITIES
Gaia, we’re at the end of June, and although I don’t feel any event out there yet, I must ask about the probabilities of Yellowstone erupting and also the West Coast quaking sometime between 2022 and 2027? Have the probabilities decreased, increased, or stayed the same?
Yes, not a pleasant subject for you, personally, Tom. These probabilities have  remained just about the same during the past six months that they were prior. That does not mean they have gone away. It simply means that they are still on my radar, and may still increase in the future. There are many factors that contribute to increase or lower a particular probability, Tom, so ask again in late December of this year. As we get closer to that time period, the probabilities will narrow down.
Although for you and many others, the concept of Yellowstone erupting seems foreign, however, your scientists are quite concerned as they see that there is a great deal of movement of lava below the surface. Their studies have also revealed how large that cauldron containing the lava is. Practically speaking, there are reasons I have for that formation under the surface.
So in the future, do not automatically reject the idea. As I have told you before, the Earth is a living thing. There is great work going on all over the planet by my staff, I will call them, to bring pressure in one area of the world, and lower it in another. That not only goes for volcanic action, but also the movement of plates. There is a grinding pressure brought on by this plate movement, and the question is, do I release this pressure at one time, or in small increments—but I do at some point have to release this pressure. That is all about this subject for now.
At the end of December, I was told the probability of Yellowstone erupting between 2022 and 2027 is 73% and the probability of a series of large earthquakes on the West Coast sat at 64%.
BORDER PATROL INCARNATIONS
Roda writes from Texas: I love your work and say my MBOs all the time. They truly work.
Anyhow, I went to a viewing of a documentary made by the UTRGV down here  in the Valley called Just a Ferry Ride to Freedom. It talks of the Underground Railroad type escape of slaves down to the Valley and across the Rio Grande to Mexico where slavery was declared illegal in 1829.
As I sat there watching it unfold, it occurred to me I was watching karma, soul contracts, whatever you wish to call it, unplay before my eyes.
Could you check and see if my intuition was correct? Are the border patrol officers the slaves of yesteryear, and the immigrants of today the slave catchers of yesteryear? Thereby, reversing their roles to understand how each other felt in the other's position.
Gaia, are the current Border Patrol officers slaves in a past life, and vice versa for the migrants, or is it much more complex than that?
Much more complex, Tom. Everyone on Earth virtually has a life where they must migrate from dire situations, or to better themselves economically. Then individual soul contracts kick in, you could say. They might be killed or die of heat and/or starvation along the way. Or they might drown as they cross an ocean or river, or they might be raped.
There are so many possibilities that generally saying a migrant was a Border Patrol agent, or part of an army or navy, charged with patrolling the border of a country, is but one of many possibilities. And yes, that does include police officers assigned to prevent not only smugglers, but also migrants. A person may have as their soul interest law enforcement or being soldier, and this would be one of many possible lives they would have to learn: not only enforcement but how to treat these people gently and with respect. There are many lessons to be learned in one of these lives.
BILL COSBY, GENE THERAPY, MOODS
Pam writes: Good day to you my friend. I have new questions.
But, first, just want to thank you for your weekly newsletter. It is still the highlight of my week. I am so grateful to know you and to receive such enlightening news each week.
Since I have been doing MBOs and BPs and sharing them with my trusted friends, they think that I am somewhat of a powerful prayer partner – I keep telling them they are as well!! They are beginning to share how they are using MBOs in their lives and they are working.
My first question is about Bill Cosby. He has been quoted in a recent article that  while in prison he has no remorse because he hasn’t done anything wrong. Really? Will he ever admit that he did anything wrong? He also likens himself to being a great political prisoner like MLK. Oh wow, this is so wrong. Would love Theo’s insight about this man’s transformation – will it come before he leaves this life where he will admit that he was wrong in his actions against women?
Second question is about a new gene therapy drug, Zolgensma by Novartis. I recently read an article that this drug is a new gene therapy drug that provides a cure with one dose for a type of spinal muscular atrophy, a lifesaving treatment for infants and is also $2.1 million dollars for one dose (!) payable in annual payments of $425,000 for 5 years. Is this type of gene therapy a path that will lead to DNA alteration discoveries for our scientists?
Regarding the negative energies, I was wondering if they have anything to do  with feeling irritated towards other people that you don’t even know. For example, while commuting when someone is tailgating you at 70 mph. Why do we feel compelled to be angry at them? Then, if you give them a “negative” sign with your hand, they go around you then get in front of you and put on their brakes to show their anger and their control over you. Is this type of anger one of the negative energies? Another example is just being in a bad mood and being irritated by anything anyone else does, sort of like being in a negative charged “bubble” just waiting to vent. When you feel like this, you can feel a sort of negative energy. Is this caused by negative entities or does it only attract negative energies? I feel that as I get older (I’m 67), I have all of these sorts of “negative” moods. Before I get in my car each day, I always surround myself and my car with white light. What else can one do to avoid this sort of negativity and is this part of the negative energies that you describe?

Theo, will Bill Cosby ever admit to his actions against women? And what sort of balancing and how many lives to balance?
Mr. Cosby will remain defiant until the end, Tom. He still doesn’t think that he did anything wrong in his mind. He has the same mindset as a man who gets a girl drunk in order to take advantage of her. He will have balancing lives where  he is the woman who is raped, or a man who is raped. He will also have to have lives as a family member of someone who is raped, to know how it feels for the families of these victims. The number of balancing lives will total over 20, as he was a prolific rapist, and exceeded his soul contract.
Will the new gene therapy drug for infants be a path that will lead to DNA alteration discoveries by scientists?
It is but another step in the process, Tom. Other researchers will make breakthroughs, which will be even more significant. A better way to help these infants will be discovered, negating the need for a high priced drug.
Is being irritated or angry at people you don’t even know part of a negative bubble or just a mood?
We return to the subject of these intense energies you are experiencing, as time has speeded up, along with such things as electromagnetic energy, the positions of the planets, and so on. Some people can handle these energies better than others. Just keep requesting MBOs on your trips around town, meetings with colleagues, relationships with loved ones, and so on. This will keep you calmer and more relaxed.
INCARNATION OF SOLDIERS
Diane writes: As we see on the TV about D-Day and some people go over what happened, I want to know if the soldiers/souls of that war have returned? And the rest of the souls that died during WW II--have they returned?
What about the souls/soldiers from Viet Nam?
And does Gaia think we will have World War Three that has always been predicted?
I also notice that with all the tributes to the veterans that they never talk about the 761 and 320 Barrage Balloon Battalion!
Is it true that we, as Souls, come back into each race? Once as White, Black, Asian, etc.?
Theo, what percentage of people on Earth now had lives in WWI, WWII, or the Vietnam War, and should I add in more recent wars such as those in Africa and the Middle East?
Yes, Tom, as those recent wars had souls that are already reincarnating, both after those wars and even before they began, as don’t forget you can have lives in any time period. Therefore, fully 30 percent of those living on Earth right now have had lives during those wars. You can adjust that number to over 40 percent as don’t forget millions of people died in all those wars. Everyone on Earth has experienced wars, just not the more recent wars you asked about. That is all part of learning for your souls.
I have reported many times that we will never have a third world war. That would have happened had not our vibrational level risen to the point of the Harmonic Convergence. And yes, we incarnate in all the different races.
You’ll have to complain to someone else about the Barrage Balloon Battalion.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, Antura is a member of my soul group, or “cluster,” as Theo calls them. There are a total of eight soul fragments in my cluster of the same soul. Theo introduced me to Antura in 2008. He is a special connection, as he is around 450 years into his present life as an amphibian, orbiting the Earth right now in a huge mothership, with a crew of 900 and their families, totaling 1,500,  from 37 different planets. You can read much more about him and the hundreds and hundreds of questions I’ve asked him in my book, FIRST CONTACT: Conversations with an ET. Here are more questions I asked him this past week.
Antura, was the purpose of your present life to work with me, or was I just one of many projects, such as the visit to the other universe and to the desert planet?
Good question I know you have wanted to ask, Tom.
The primary reason for incarnating at this time is to introduce ourselves to the Earth population through our close contacts with each other, since we are fragments of the same soul, and it is understood that I would have the easiest time of anyone in maintaining contact with you until that happens. The other work I do, and eventually will do again, is good work, but you could say this is the icing on the cake—reestablishing contact—albeit with little or no future assistance from us under the Earth Directive. It will give a boost to the people of Earth to set a goal of reaching the stars, as it will still take hundreds of years, but the combined desire of those on Earth will be focused on doing just that.
Your part will be to help people understand that we cannot do more, but that we  will be showing them your history, and how what we did so naively, resulted in wars that annihilated the Atlanteans and Lemurians. You can say this is both our soul contracts, this time around.
Antura, when you were young, what was the first planet you traveled to and was it a trip with your parents, or part of your studies?
It was with my parents to another water world to show us the difference. Then, later on I traveled to most of the planets in the Sirius A, B. and C systems to learn the differences, first hand. Yes, I did prepare by studying them beforehand, but there is nothing better than experiencing the differences first hand. That is all part of my soul interest in exploration. From there, I just slowly expanded out. Keep in mind that things move much more slowly away from Earth, so I did not rush things.
Antura, back at the time of the Roswell crash, there were many reports of UFOs.  What was happening?
There was a recognition even at that time, Tom, that there was a good chance your vibrational levels would reach the point, in around 30 years, where you would never have another world war, and with advancements in science, destroy yourselves as you did during Atlantean and Lemurian times. So, there was great activity to begin studying how this was happening in earnest. This came from not only advanced civilizations such as ours, but don’t forget, since you are in a special space-time continuum to contain the Earth Experiment, even younger societies could access  you.
Their equipment was not as advanced as ours, which is true. They lost spacecraft due to the radar interference with their systems, resulting in crashes. We had to step in and clean up the mess created, and assisted them in adjusting to the radar, but not before a number of craft were lost. It caused the Federation to be forced to work with the different governments, who were determined to back engineer these craft. We did not want one nation to get ahead of the others, so we made sure all were kept at the same level, even though each thought, and still thinks, they are ahead of the others.
Antura, how many planets orbit Procyon?
In the 15 to 18 range or number.
FINDING INSPIRATION IN THE MBO BLOGS
Katherine writes: Just a quick note to say that after I read your latest newsletter,  I clicked on your Blogs and started reading them. Even though I've read your newsletters for years, I never read your Blogs. I guess I never saw the Blog button on your website! After reading for 45 minutes and seeing how others used MBOs, I realized that there are a lot of things in my life that I've been putting up with, for which I could have asked my angels for help.
Thanks to the inspiration in the Blogs, I have made several MBOs, and I will write again soon to share the outcomes. In the meantime, I wanted to let everyone know--READ THE BLOGS! They really can help us think of ways to use MBOs, even for such mundane things as finding a new friend. I am grateful to all who shared their MBOs! Thank you, Tom!
MBO FOR THE RELIEF OF ASTHMA

Anne-Marie writes: Last year I asked for an MBO to get into a study for an experimental drug for relief of asthma. I did not get accepted into the study. That study would have meant a possibility of receiving a placebo.
Last week found out that I was accepted into another study and am getting my first injection today. This will be the actual drug, tailored to my specific genetics. They expect a slight improvement after this injection and a marked improvement after the next injection in one month. A wonderful outcome!
A great example, where if an MBO does not seem to work, something better is on the way!
BP FOR GENTLE RAIN FREE OF FLOODING
Linda writes: I want to let you know how grateful I am for benevolent prayers. As predicted, the spring has been a repeat of many large sweeping storms with  flash flood warnings. My home sits at the bend of a stream and is therefore very vulnerable to flash flooding. I watch the weather and storms, as they head my way, and I say, “I welcome gentle rain and gentle wind, free of flooding,” with my arms raised facing north, south, east and west. I ask a benevolent prayer for the stream to stay within the banks, and my home be protected from water infiltration. I look at the radar, and say a BP for the heavy concentration of rain to be moved away from me. I also ask a BP for the stream to be free of raging so that I’m not frightened.
These prayers have been done two to three times per week due to the constant storm threat. Always to my amazement, the radar changes, the storm diverts and my prayers are answered. I’ve been told that I am influencing the weather in my area. Regardless of that, I am grateful to have a more gentle experience, which would not have happened without benevolent prayers!
HINDUISM AND KRISHNA
I had a difficult time with this topic, since I only knew bits and pieces about this religion. I wound up having a couple of more sessions, after I read more about Hinduism.
Siddharth writes: This is Siddharth from India. Here is again another set of questions.
1. Modi has come back as the PM of India and his party and alliance actually got  much better results. Wanted to know what our souls in India want to accomplish with this victory (as Gaia had pointed out that highest probability is for Modi to win, but it could be a close call). Do the Indian Government and Modi know the impending contact by ETs? How is Indian Government responding to ET contacts in upper time lines?
2. Question on Krishna. How come Krishna had 77 lives as Krishna? And how come Hindu religion does not know about it? Can Gaia/Theo elaborate more on Krishna's lives and how did he himself progress spiritually? Is Krishna reincarnated or will reincarnate in future times or he has completed his lives? Is he now fully focused on taking care of his devotees without coming back to Earth?
3. Question on Rama. Rama came 100,000 years ago. Which means he was on  Earth before Shiva (the original Yogi)? How is this possible since in the story of Rama he is told as a devotee of Shiva (for example, he prayed to Shiva at Rameshwaram before the bridge was built to Lanka).
4. Can there be more light thrown on origin of Hindu religion? Who was the originator of Hindu religion? If Hindu religion originated about 57,000 years ago (when Yoga was originated), then how come Rama is a very prominent Deity of Hindu religion since Rama came before Shiva? (Could there be a possibility that creator was known as Vishnu, Shiva, Brahma very long ago even before Rama's time?). What is the relationship between creator and Shiva - the originator of Yoga?
5. Compassion is a very important tool for spiritual mastery. What about those lives which are "bad"? During those lives, does our vibrational level go down? And during "good" lives, does our vibrational level go up? If it has to balance, then how, by the end of our lives on Earth, our vibrational level would have increased? (You might have answered this before but not completely clear to me.)
6. Om Swami has created an app called Black Lotus for meditation/chanting,  which has also included a section for doing random acts of kindness. It also has a group meditation section to be done regularly for world peace. My question is - is there an increased activity by various groups to bring peace on Earth? Is this related to increasing the probability of Russian disclosure to happen faster?
Gaia, does the Prime Minister of India Modi know of pending contacts with ETs? And how is the Indian government responding on the upper time lines?
An interesting question to begin. He is not so aware of any impending contact with ETs, Tom. Only when the Russians disclose will he begin asking questions. Regarding the upper time lines, this would be more appropriate for your friend Antura, but they have had little problem in adapting to the new reality. As we have said before, new ideas and reality are much more easily accepted as the upper time lines are much gentler than you experience on your Time Line 6.
Why did Krishna have 77 lives as Krishna? And why doesn’t the Hindu religion  know or are aware of this?
Krishna’s soul interest is religion. He desired to bring love for people and the Earth to all of those in the Hindu religion. He felt the only way to do this was to incarnate over and over again, to be recognized as the same soul. Quite similar to the Dalai Lama, you see, but not nearly the number of lives.
Speaking of lives, had he had a number of lives in preparation or proceeding the 77?
Yes, Tom. We have not spoken about that before, but he had many lives in many different time periods before all those lives in a row. As just one example, he had lives during both the Atlantean times and Lemurian times.
Then, did he finish all his lives on Earth, and balanced?
Quite so. He no longer needs to incarnate. His goal was to become a religious beacon, you might say.
Why doesn’t the Hindu religion know about this?
Keep in mind how long ago this occurred, Tom. We are talking about 30,000 years ago. Records became skewed over such a long time period. Wars happened over thousands of years. Records were lost, or reconstructed with inaccuracies.
So, Krishna will not incarnate in the future?
No, he is locked in, you might say, to be a spiritual deity for his people.
I feel I should be asking more here, but I will continue.
The door is always open, Tom.
Did Rama live 100,000 years ago? That would make him pre-homo sapien?
Correct, and he was not. He was Homo sapien. That puts him at the maximum age of 60,000 years, Tom. Here you need to read more about Rama, as the Hindu people believe.
When did Shiva live?
Again, back in that time period.
Was the Hindu religion created 57,000 years ago, or earlier?
Earlier, Tom. People from the very start needed religion to be part of their lives.
Why is Rama a very prominent deity? He wasn’t an ET, was he?
I’ll let you ponder that idea for a while. But again, read more. This religion is quite foreign to you, as compared to the Judaic-Christian religions.
Moving on. Does our vibrational levels decrease during what we would term, “bad lives,” where we are murderers and such?
Yes, but not as much as you might think, Tom. As we have pointed out to you before, they might do despicable things, but it is because they are wired to have these balancing lives, in service to other soul fragments for their growth. In these lives, if they exercise free will and exceed their soul contract, then yes, they take a drop, but their next lives balancing that one brings back their vibrational levels. As we have explained before, Tom, it is as if you are in a theatrical troupe, and in one life you are the hero, and in the next life you play the villain, all for your soul’s learning. Your soul gains as much knowledge from those bad person lives as it does from those where you are considered a saint. As all of these lives are going on at the same time, there is a constant balancing and raising of your vibrational levels.
Is there increased activity by spiritual groups to bring peace on Earth?
Yes, but don’t limit it to just spiritual groups. Many religious institutions are becoming more aware of the need to promote peace on Earth, and more accepting of other beliefs. The old guard, we will call them, are slowly fading away.
Does that help bring Disclosure of the existence of extra-terrestrials, or what you and Theo have called our ET uncles and aunts?
Yes, all of these various actions added together assist in the bringing of this revelation.
I think that’s all my questions today, Gaia. Obviously I have some reading to do.
Quite so. You must have a basic understanding of the Hindu religion in order to ask insightful questions.

Gaia, was Rama a real person, and when did he live?
Yes, Tom. Rama was a real person, not an ET or anything else.
He was considered the 7th Avatar. Had he had several lives in later times prior to the life 60,000 years ago?
Quite so, Tom. He was already a seasoned soul before the life at the beginning of the existence of the Homo sapien body. Therefore, he was quite knowledgeable and able to lead his people.
Then, was I a student of his?
Quite so. You have connected the dots, Tom.
Why was he considered the 7th Avatar?
That was a title awarded him by the people.
Was Shiva a student of his too?
In a way, but not exactly. You will have to read more about him.

Gaia, did Rama have just lives as earlier forms of humans, or did he also have  lives in the future?
Good question Tom. He had a mixture of lives both as early humans, such as the Cro-Magnons, which I will remind everyone, Tom, had the same mental capacity as later Homo sapiens, and lives a little farther in the future. We must remind everyone, Tom, that all of your lives exist simultaneously, which is quite hard for most people to understand.
How many lives had he, at that time?
Yes, he was a medium soul, second quadrant, so he was quite seasoned at that time. He was a great leader, in the early days of Homo sapiens. He was so revered that he has been worshipped for thousands of years in Hinduism.
Gaia, what was my relationship to Krishna during the Mahabharata War?
You were not, as you thought, his betrothed, Tom. You had been that in more  than one life. No, you were his confidant during that time period.
How long did the war last?
Go with five years, Tom.
So, not 10 or 20 years?
No, stick with that number for now.
Gaia, was Shiva a real man, and if so when did he live?
Yes, Shiva was a man, who came after Rama. Again, you have a person, who had multiple lives prior to his first. He entered the picture, you could say, a couple of hundred years later.
Did he incarnate several times as Shiva, similar to what Krishna would do a few thousand years later?
Exactly, Tom. In the early days of Homo sapiens, this was allowed, you could  say, where it is not in this day in time, with a couple of exceptions such as the Dalai Lama. You can understand that to the simple people of that time period, this made him a god.
Was he the founder of Yoga?
Quite so.
So, I obviously had a life with him.
Yes, more than one, just as you did with Rama and Krishna. You have always been there to guide and assist these leaders.
Why is he one of the three deities of Hinduism?
For the reasons I gave before, Tom.
That’s as far as I have gotten in my questions.

One of my all-time favorite films is Forrest Gump; in the film, Gary Sinise plays Lt. Dan who is badly injured in The Vietnam War and has both of his legs amputated.

Theo, what is Gary Sinise’s soul contract regarding his assistance to war veterans? Was he a soldier in previous wars? And is he a young, medium, or old soul?
Yes, he is balancing a previous life—and yes, even lives where not only was he assisted, but also a participant in those wars. His work in this round has balanced the slate, you could say. Regarding his number of lives on Earth, he is at the very end of the young soul fourth quadrant, and his next life will be in the beginning of the medium soul first quadrant. You could say he earned it.
Comment: This is the first time I ever received that someone was about to change from one quadrant to the next, in the very next life.
