Theo is my own Guardian Angel (GA) with whom I communicate in meditation, along with Gaia, the Soul of the Earth, and my soul “cluster” brother, Antura, (and a few others). Generally, I’ll ask Gaia the earth questions and Theo about our lives. Now for some interesting topics of the week that YOU requested, and which will give you a DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE:
RAIN COMING FOR PLAIN STATES?
Gaia, why have the plain states been so dry during this time period?
It’s just a cycle, Tom. You had your normal amount of rain for the whole year during the first half of the year, and then yes, I turned off the spigot you could say. But I am about the turn it on again, just not to the level you experienced in the first half of the year. You could say, and be fairly accurate, that rainfall amounts will be close to average for the rest of the year.
SOUL QUESTIONS
Diane writes: What is the difference between a personality and a soul fragment?
Theo, are there any differences between the soul and a person’s personality?
Quite a bit of difference, Tom. As you can imagine, a soul has a specific interest, which we call a soul contract, for a life. Here the person’s DNA enters the picture and puts limits on the ability of a soul to accomplish its goals. The personality of a person is brain induced, but certainly governed by the soul and its interests. Put another soul in its place and you would see the person take on other pursuits.

Gaia, how does DNA affect the soul’s interests?
You might say it is the reverse, Tom, since the soul interests influence the DNA. The soul interests bring out those capabilities that the soul fragment needs according to the soul path it wishes to follow.
Gaia, are there dog soul fragment soul interests such as police, rescue, seeing-eye, and medical interests?
No, not per se, Tom. The group soul imbues the body of the dog that has the DNA to accomplish these tasks. As we have said before, dogs were placed on Earth to assist men and women with these difficult lives. The dogs were designed so that there would be many breeds with many different abilities—from just being a loving pet to comfort and love you unconditionally to those with specific skill sets.
Helen writes from Hawaii: We had a sad situation that occurred in our family. My daughter-in-law's nephew (Ezekiel) passed away while in surgery. He was only 19 months old.
I would like to ask you about Ezekiel's soul contract and that of his mother's, if they had previous lives together, etc.? Why did he have to experience such a short life filled with illness?
Gaia, could you give me a little information about the transition of Ezekiel for Helen?
Yes, Tom, this was for her soul growth and learning. Baby Ezekiel needed a life where he would die at a young age to help teach compassion to all those connected with the family.
Will Ezekiel return to her in this life?
No, but he and she have had many lives together already and will again in the future. They are fairly young souls. She had already done the same for him in another life where she died at an early age.
So, was there any balancing of actions?
Not so much balancing as needing these lives for soul growth. She will go on to have other children. But for now it is the grief of loss that she must experience and learn to keep him in her heart as he is nearby and will be with her the rest of her life.
REPUBLICANS AND WOMEN’S RIGHTS
Jan writes: When will the far right extremist tea party politicians and their followers start to disappear from politics? Will there come a time when both parties can "work across the aisle again" as it was years ago and when things actually got done in Congress? When is this horrible Republican "war against women" and their reproductive health rights going to stop?
Why aren't the women in this country up in arms about this? In the 1970s, we had the Women’s Lib Movement and women all over were fighting for their rights. Now, women don't even seem to be paying attention to how the Republicans are trying to take away their rights.
Please ask Gaia and/or Theo for some insights on all the above.
Theo, what is the highest probability as to when the Republicans and Democrats will begin to work together in Congress?
You might say it will get worse before it gets better, Tom, although it may not seem able to get any worse. But this will be short lived as voters will have had enough and people will drop like flies on both sides of the aisle who cannot work together to compromise on legislation. So, don’t be surprised for more gridlock, but in the short term. Things will begin to improve after the elections in 2016—that is the highest probability.
When will Republicans drop their demands described as a “war” on women’s rights?
Not anytime soon. Your reader is correct—the women’s movement for equal rights, especially with their own bodies, needs leaders that have not appeared yet, but will. The highest probability of this happening is in the next two to three years, depending upon other events.
ULTRASOUND TO TREAT ALZHEIMER’S?
Lee writes: Tom, how effective is this going to be in the battle to reverse or stave off Alzheimer's in people? Such a terrible disease to have. Thank you for any information you can provide.

Gaia, will ultrasound cure or alleviate Alzheimer’s?
This is a promising development, Tom, and will lead to not only alleviate Alzheimer’s, but for other diseases as well. So yes, they should continue these experiments.
ETs, MOUNTBATTEN, AND INDIA

(1) Lord Mountbatten knew both Nehru and Gandhi. Since the UFO landed on Lord Mountbatten's country estate in England in 1955 and Mountbatten had a meeting with the ETs (and along with his general fascination with UFOs), did he ever discuss ETs and UFOs with either Nehru (India's longest serving Prime Minister) or Gandhi?
(2) How many UFOs does India have in their secret lab or their own equivalent of an "Area 51"?
(3) What's the current Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's knowledge on ETs and UFOs?
(4) What's the current Indian President Pranab Mukherjee's knowledge on ETs and UFOs?

No, not really, Tom. Everyone did their best to keep their contacts secret.
Does India have an Area 51?
They certainly have a couple of military bases that have sections of them they consider Top Secret. They do not have a whole facility such as the USA does.
What knowledge does India’s President or Prime Minister have about ETs ad UFOs.
They only have the very minimum amount fed to them by the people who keep such secrets. Again, they are faced with so many problems they will only deal with it should there be more of an effort by the ETs.
Theo, as a follow up to my previous questions (last week), President Obama has not made much of an effort to find out more about ETs, has he?
No, he like anyone in his position has too many fires going that he must try and put out without trying to start a fire. Everything seems quiet, so he devotes his full attention to trying his best to run the largest and most powerful nation in the world. If there were saucers landing on people’s front lawns, then his attention would be focused much more in that direction.

Gaia, is there any ET technology involved with the star KIC 8462852?
No, there is not, Tom. It is good that they think there might be since that keeps the idea that there are ETs or aliens in the cosmos, but in this case, they will find it is but one of thousands and, yes, millions of stars that have different properties that cause them to have this appearance or other appearances that do not appear to be normal. As your equipment is upgraded over the coming century, you will see many more differences you cannot view right now. That’s just part of progress, Tom. For now, just accept this is but one of the wonders of this universe that the Creator made.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
Antura is my soul group or “cluster” brother. I was told there are eight soul fragments in my cluster having lives on Earth. He’s had 800 lives on Earth so far, but this time he’s having a life back on our water planet as a member of a “first contact” team. I guess you can describe me as this strange being on another planet.
They already know all about you, Tom. We have had many discussions about my work with you and your other selves. This is not something so strange for them as they have already seen or learned about so many other societies.
Speaking of the potential documentary I’m supposed to shoot on the mothership one day… How will lighting be handled for the documentary on board the mothership?
Quite easily, I can assure you, Tom. There will be certain locations designated for the majority of the interviews, and when touring the ship your video recording devices will be sufficient to pick up most locations. We have the ability to increase the light in any part of the ship. We simply ask the ship and it will instantly comply.
I got this information from my friend Ken Cherry who wrote the novelized “THE STEPHENVILLE UFO” book (80% or more is factual).
Antura, why would there be ETs working with, let’s say, the Americans on back engineering their finds or recoveries of scout craft and such? That would seem to be a violation of the Earth Directive.
Yes, it was and is still allowed, but first it was for safety reasons. Second, we had more control over the situation so that truly dangerous devices and potentially catastrophic results would not occur.
So, this was not some rogue operation?
No, it is not, but is limited in scope. Your government already had not only the ship from Roswell but also several others they recovered along the way. We felt it was better to steer the examination and back engineering in benevolent ways than to come in with guns blazing you might say, which would have been in great conflict with the overall plan for you. And there were limits to our assistance I can assure you, Tom.

Antura, was the mothership over India real or CGI?
Not real, Tom. It was nicely Photoshopped. We would not – and I’m speaking of the Federation as a whole – drop such a large mothership as that one down over any place on Earth. It would have been subtler, such as the Phoenix lights. That way it would not scare the begeebers out of the population, which this one would have done. It would have made every newscast.
This next question I originally asked Theo.
Peter in Canada writes: Thank you for your wonderful newsletter you offer every week. I had an 8-hour drive to do with my wife a few weeks ago. We saw a strange big star at night in the sky in front of us. Then later, when the sun came up, I felt pain in my legs and lower back. My wife felt the same thing. Then the light in the sky changed a bit and there was water that appeared on both sides of the road.
My wife thought that the area was getting flooded and was worried. Then we saw a road sign saying that we’re getting near our destination. She thought it was weird that a sign gets put on the road so early. Then we saw that we were way ahead of our time. We simply didn’t see a three and a half hour section of road and the cities we usually see when we drive this road twice a year for over 10 years to see her children and grandchildren.
So, I checked the gas and the mileage, and the time hadn’t changed. Consequently, I filled up gas in the tank much further than expected. Later we arrived close to our destination and texted her niece. She was surprised and asked if we were speeding. Later, after calculation, we realized that we went ahead of time for three hours and a half, or nearly 300 miles.
I’ve heard of losing track of time, but this for me is a first. Can you ask your GA or Antura if there is an explanation for this? Thank you your time on this.
Theo, why did Peter and his wife arrive so early on their trip?
They did have an encounter, Tom, but, we might add, a benevolent one. They might wish to undergo hypnosis to relive the event as they would have been quite frightened, and were, when it occurred.
After this I thought, “Why did this happen, as the Zetas are no longer allowed to abduct people?” So, I asked Antura.
Why did Peter have the encounter since, again, that would seem as if it was against the Earth Directive?
They were simply being visited by those from their home planet. It is allowed to check in on those from your own planet. They were not kidnapped as the Zetas were doing to use their DNA.
There does seem to be exceptions to the Earth Directive, Antura.
Yes, and probably we should have discussed these before, but I am only allowed to answer your questions. We can discuss this in more detail in the future.
MBO TO FIND SUNGLASSES CLIP

Amy writes: I entered a major Las Vegas hotel, and removed my sunglasses clip and tossed it into my purse. Shame on me for not taking the extra 10 seconds to put it in its little case. Of course, when I left the hotel and needed it again, the clip was nowhere to be found. I was going to an appointment so I didn’t have time to retrace my steps. I said a quick MBO that it would be found in my things.
I’d had issues with the clip from day one. The optician had scratched my new glasses with the original clip and broken it, so they had to redo my expensive prescription glasses and the clip. I was not looking forward to replacing it.
When I got home, I dumped the contents of my purse out and thoroughly searched every pocket, even the ones in my wallet. The clip was nowhere to be found. I called the hotel, which is a lengthy process in itself, and finally got through to Lost and Found, who reported that nothing had been turned in. At this point I had to give up. I said another MBO that the clip would be found and somehow returned to me. I really believed it was gone forever. I felt like the MBO request helped me let go of the situation, though.
I went out for a bite to eat later, and when I reached into my purse for my wallet to pay the check, well there was the clip, right on top! Thank you, Angels!

MBOs AFTER AUTO WRECK
Jackie writes: We've been doing MBOs for everything, including safe travel and more money to buy a house. Also to have our car keep running in spite of glitches. Last week we were hit by a woman. the baby and I were basically ok (I am a bit sore), but my wife is in a lot of pain. She will get a good settlement for it. The car is totaled, so we can buy a newer one and the payoff is more than I owe so I have the down payment for the new one, which is five years newer, with more features and in the color I wanted. How does it get any better than that?
[Tom] Had Jackie not been requesting an MBO for the drive it could have been a lot worse. I had requested an MBO for my drive home and was in a five-car, rear-end collision, all the fault of the people behind me. It totaled my car so we have a much newer car with all the bells and whistles and I will receive some sort of insurance settlement for a sore neck and lower back.

Theo, is the 1500 + year old Gospel of Barnabas real or fake?
Regretfully it will turn out to have problems, Tom. There was mastery though in its creation and does speak many truths. There are clues, as you can guess, to its authenticity, such as predicting the coming of Mohammad and claiming that Judas was crucified. People will go to great lengths to justify their religion.
GEOENGINEERING AND CHEMTRAILS

Gaia, is there such a thing as “geoengineering”?
There is such a thing, Tom, but not in the context in which this is asked. You might say someone stole the term for their own personal use. As we have explained over and over again, no one is releasing any type of chemicals into the atmosphere. The contrails are formed by the high altitude reacting with the aircraft exhausts, which do form clouds. Have everyone look up the definition of what a cloud is comprised of and you’ll see exactly what I mean. Does it affect the ecosystem? Yes, because the cloud layers formed by these contrails block the sun from reaching below. This will be solved in the coming years when you are able to switch from carbon burning fuels to the free energy machines that will be developed.
KESHE FOUNDATION FREE ENERGY

Gaia, has the Keshe Foundation actually developed free energy machines?
They do have this device or devices, Tom. The gentleman who heads the foundation is sincere in his intentions. How far he is able to get with it at this time is obviously up for discussion as he envisions a whole peaceful world. And regretfully that will not happen at this time. But these devices will make their way into many third world countries and will be a game changer over a several year period to bring them up to at least minimal standards of living. He should be applauded for his efforts.
How is he able to work within the confines of his country’s policies at this time?
That question and how he is able to handle the people that would try and keep these devices just for one branch of one religion will take some time. He will come back and ask them do they truly want peace in the world or just power?
STRESS-INDUCED FOOD ALLERGIES
I thought this might be of interest to anyone experiencing the same problem.
Bob writes: Could you please ask the following question of Theo, or any of your guides that may be able to supply an answer? I’ve been dealing with stress- induced food and chemical allergies and intolerances for several years. When I get stressed, my immune system looks for something out of place (something on my skin or have eaten) and starts attacking it from then on. I am at the point where I can hardly eat anything healthy now…like fruit, vegetables, superfoods, coffee, tea, wine, beer, chocolate, nuts, herbs, spices and many more healthy things. I would like to ask why this is happening and is there any solution/cure?

Gaia, what’s the cause of Bob’s stress-induced food allergies and are there any helpful suggestions for him?
Here he has the source of the food allergies, Tom, and I’ll give a helpful suggestion should he wish to do it on a consistent basis. It is meditation. He can take a meditation course, or perhaps buy a CD or MP3 from your friend Dick Sutphen that will put him in an altered state. If he were to do this, it would alleviate those stress periods. There are triggers he can learn in meditation that he can use during the day, so when he feels one of these attacks coming on, he can say the word and it will put him into an altered state where there is no stress.
And naturally, he should make extensive use of MBOs to request calm conditions during his day and for specific events.
THE JERSEY DEVIL

Gaia, I had never heard of the “Jersey Devil.” Is it real and is the photo I saw and video real?
There is a mythological being that once existed in this region. The photo was photoshopped, contrary to the person’s claim it was not. As you saw, it is a dog with wings and horns added. And again, wings were added to the video.
WINTER WEATHER FOR WISCONSIN REGION
Jan writes: Will southeast WI, near Milwaukee, get much rain for October and November as we are almost six inches below the normal rainfall for this area this year?
Could you find out what the winter weather probability will be for southeast Wisconsin, especially near Milwaukee, which is by Lake Michigan?
Gaia, what will be the highest probability of weather for the southern part of Wisconsin this fall and winter?
There will be wide swings both in their fall and winter as storms cross this region. That’s the highest probability. Seasonal and then unseasonal weather will be the norm for them. You might say things will not be dull in the coming weeks and months.
SONG DYNASTY AND ISLAM CONNECTION?
Janet writes: I'm taking a very interesting Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) from FutureLearn about the European discovery of China. They say that the Song Dynasty was the highest peak in China's history in terms of art and culture, their golden age. The dates given are 960 - 1279, at which point the Mongol invasion destroyed it forever.
That made me wonder about the golden age of Islam, which began in the 8th century and ended in 1258, with the Mongol invasion. It seems to me that somehow these two cultures were united in some way, other than the way that they ended being identical. Could you please ask Theo what was the connection, if any, between these two golden ages?

Gaia, were the Golden Ages of the Song Dynasty and Islam somehow connected?
In a way yes, but not in the way this was asked. Both Golden Ages, as they are termed, ran parallel to each other. There was significant growth on a soul level during these times. So, you could say they were connected on a soul level with souls having lives in each of those societies during those years.
