Remember, the human voice is much more powerful than people in this time period realize. I’m told there is a crescendo effect when hundreds and thousands say the BP out loud.
There are predictions that the war in Ukraine will last for many more months. Let's say this Benevolent Prayer for the people of UKRAINE: "I ask for any and all beings to aid, comfort, and assist the people of Ukraine to remain safe, for all prisoners of war to be treated under the rules of the Geneva Convention, for the economic sanctions imposed on Russia to work, for the grain to be transported, to return the thousands of Ukrainian children home, and to return the Russian and Ukrainian soldiers home, thank you!"

UPDATE ON GUNS FOR GROCERIES PETITION
UPDATE ON AVAAZ PETITION: The good news is that our GUNS FOR GROCERIES Petition on the AVAAZ website has over 400 signatures. The  bad news is that it only has over 400 signatures. That is a LONG WAY to go before AVAAZ (which stands for “Voice” in several languages), with their 69 million members worldwide, is encouraged by your support to get behind it. When I asked them why they don’t list it in the small list of petitions they back, they said it had to have a lot more signatures before they become involved.
One thing I wondered about this week was whether the other timelines have also begun petitions. For those new readers, timelines are the 12 parallel lives each one of us is having one Earth for EACH LIFE we live. The upper timelines have easier lives than we do on Timeline 6, the middle frequency. Inventions and great ideas begin on these upper timelines and work their way down to our timeline. I have a whole chapter on timelines in both my ATLANTIS & LEMURIA and FIRST CONTACT books. Here is the confirmation I received from Theo.
Theo, have the upper timelines initiated the Guns for Groceries petition, or am I the only one?
No, Tom. The upper timelines had already begun work on this, and your inspiration came from them. They are well ahead of you, and we can say that it is already working quite successfully on the upper 7-11 Timelines. Just keep up your efforts, and it will not be too long before the right people to promote this nationwide program will get on board. As you have pointed out, it will have bi-partisan Congressional support.
A little more information: There is proof that this has worked on a local  basis. At a gun buyback event last summer, Salt Lake City officers collected 103 guns, including 38 rifles, 28 revolvers, 24 pistols, and 13 shotguns. They just had another one on March 25. Image: Salt Lake City
In Houston, the city held its first gun buyback at Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church in July 2022. Officials reported collecting 845 guns at the event. The second one was held in the Alief area where more than 1,200 guns were collected. Mayor Sylvester Turner said that was one of the largest, "if not the largest," gun buyback events in U.S. history. “Just last week, the MCCA (Major Cities Chiefs Association) published statistics for the majority of the major U.S. cities for 2022,” said Mayor Turner. “The City of Houston had the largest drop in most serious crimes of any metropolitan region in the country.” New York City also has a buyback program. In Brooklyn this past December over 150 guns were turned in during a one-day event. This is proof that this can work nationally!
Or do you want to keep seeing and hearing about all the school shootings? Last week we had two in the DFW Metroplex and the next day in Denver. Then this week three children and three adults were killed in Nashville.

SENDING WHITE LIGHT TO THE OTHER TLs
While we are on the subject of timelines, Jennifer writes: Thank you for your weekly newsletter. I have enjoyed it now for a long time. I have a question again about timelines. Since we have 12 lives, from hard to easy, what happens when we send white light and MBOs? Do they have any power to improve these 6 timelines only, or do the effects improve all timelines? Is it possible to improve these 6 timelines with all the prayers, to increase the benefit and benevolence to raise our experiences to that of 7-12? Can we improve to the point where our soul contracts can be achieved, completed, and re-created to bring in even higher togetherness and joy? Deepest  gratitude for your newsletter and many blessings.
Theo, how does sending white light to all timelines affect them and us?
You are assisting in raising the vibrational level of everyone on all timelines, Tom. There are no barriers to the sending of white light. That’s why we encourage everyone to do this daily.
Do they send white light to us that helps us?
Yes, of course—much more from the upper timelines, but even the lower time lines have people doing the same. Your timeline is not in a vacuum. It is connected to all the others.
Can we increase our benevolence to that of Timeline 7.
It is possible. It’s just that the majority of people on your Timeline 6 live in ignorance of this possibility. This will slowly change over the next few years, and then will speed up as more people begin to meditate, thanks to yours and other’s efforts. Just keep encouraging people to send white light to the world every single day. We can assure you this will have positive results.
MORE TIMELINE QUESTIONS
I received and asked these questions about one month ago.
Douglas writes: Recently Gaia stated that information between Timelines flowed from 11th to 1st. Since I am in 6th, how would I recognize info from Timeline 7 to me? Would this be as an unusual dream, odd experience, or something else? Is this info sent directly from one timeline to another and do we always receive same info or do upper timelines receive one kind of data and lower timelines receive something else?
Theo, I know we have different departure times on the 12 timelines, but aren’t  we all born at the same minute on each timeline?
Yes, you are, Tom—just at different frequencies we have discussed at length in the past.
How much bleed through with timelines 7 and 5?
It is more during your dream times as you and they visit and see how each is handling the life lessons you chose to work on this time around. We encourage everyone to write down their dreams each morning and you will see how you visit each other not only on these two timelines, but on the others as well. Sending light and love to the other timelines each day does help them to raise their vibrational levels, as well as it helps you.
When else is the bleed through?
It comes from your Guides who are constantly working to steer you along your soul path, just as they do on your other timelines. It is part of their job to introduce you to ideas that have already been implemented on the upper timelines.

Less than 2% at this time, Tom. She is just not well known enough by the primary voters.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
Antura is an ET, and also part of my soul “cluster” of eight fragments of our soul. After 800 lives on Earth, with an interest in exploration and laying out  towns from their beginning, he was born back on the water planet Nommo, in the Sirius B Star System.

Why am I seeing so much "star-like" alien spaceship activity above my  house?
- 23rd February, 2023 @ 19:54 to 19:59 TWO spaceships flying in convoy in the southerly direction and returning in the northerly direction.
- 25th March 2023, @ 04:57 southward direction. Again, observed TWO spaceships flying in convoy southward (19:23 to 19:26) returning in the northerly direction at 19:30 to 19:32.
NIBURIANS/ ANNUNAKI
Zecharia Sitchin's book: The Lost Book of Enki and Michael Tellinger's book: Slave Species of God, talk about the Niburians arriving on Earth 500,000 years ago in search of gold. Did they create Homo Erectus using genetic manipulation? What role did they play in the creation of Homo Sapiens?
- Did they live for thousands of years?
- Were they able to revive the dead?
- Was Adapa the most intelligent human before the Earth Experiment?
- It said that Adapa and Titi gave birth to Abel, Cain, Seth, and 30 other sons and 30 daughters.
- Enkime was the first human to go to the moon. He later went to Mars with the Niburians and never returned.
- Did the Annunaki use nuclear weapons to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah?
How accurate are these books? I know that they also talk about the FLOOD that covered the entire Earth and that this never happened.

Antura, first one sounds like a conspiracy theory. So Antura, someone has  said there is an enormous ET ship with the name New Jerusalem mothership out near Venus. Your comments.
This was invented, Tom. As you have been told several times, there are motherships that large and even much larger, but they are not allowed anywhere close to Earth—and that includes Venus. This is quite regulated by the Federation, as part of the Earth Experiment. Notice its religious name. That should be a hint.
Why are so many ET ships passing over Sibusio’s location in South Africa?
There are several reasons. Sibusio is now looking for any signs of ET ships, and there are a number of ET ships taking those millions of readings each day and night over South Africa. There are fewer people that live on this continent, so the ETs feel they have more leeway to take their readings of the 4 negative energies.
Why in twos?
Again, to take readings, plus they are simply not worrying about being spotted, although they were aware that he saw them.
Did the Niburians arrive 500,000 years ago?
Sitchin did get that correct. As you were previously told, whenever their  planet would intersect with this solar system, they would come and enslave whatever types of humans were alive to work digging up the gold. This would occur every 3,800 years or so.
This went on for a long time.
They did not create any humans. They simply enslaved those that were there to do their work. That and the fact that the two brothers warred with each other, using a nuke at one point is the reason they are not allowed to set foot on Earth now. They are on probation, and as pointed out before, are not members of the Federation, as they claim.
How long were their lives?
Keep in mind their life spans were measured in Universal years, so a life of say even 1,200 to 1,500 years would be ten times that in Earth years.
Could they revive the dead?
Their medical facilities were advanced, so they could restart someone’s heart within a short period of time. To the people at that time it seemed as if they could revive the dead.
Was Adapa the most intelligent being before the Earth Experiment? And did he and Titi birth Abel, Cain, etc.

MBO TO WALK WITHOUT PAIN

Barbara writes: For nearly two years I have suffered constant pain in my hips  and legs. I was diagnosed with piriformis syndrome, double sciatica, and began a journey of physical therapy, pain meds, acupuncture with mild electric pulsing, and chiropractic adjustments; all with the blessing of my doctor. Two days ago, I read an article about using positive affirmations to replace a negative focus. Of course, my constant pain was a focus! Image: Patrick J. Lynch & KDS4444
So, I began with “I am pain free” and said it frequently. This morning I started my day with my daily MBOs and added the affirmation, even though the pain level was very uncomfortable with the rain. I had an appointment for a chiropractic adjustment, and while there mentioned that the pain was becoming almost unbearable. She suggested that they could try a piriformis release massage. After the adjustment, I was put on a massage table and it began. I am so excited to tell you that the massage was very effective! For the first time in nearly two years, I can walk without pain!! The sciatic nerves are still a bit inflamed but I am sure they will heal well without the piriformis muscle pressure on them.
I am so very grateful as once I changed my focus, obviously it was like I gave permission for the MBOs to work on me. Thank you so much for gifting the world with MBOs.
MBO FOR RELIEF FROM FOOD POISONING
Ellen writes from Florida: I'm a firm believer in BPs and MBOs. I became  quite ill very suddenly today after having lunch with my boyfriend and two friends at a seafood restaurant on the water near my home in Florida. I said a MBO right away and asked that my GA remove whatever was making me sick. I took a nap and woke up feeling much better. I'm amazed at the success I've had whenever I say an MBO.
BPs FOR SON, DAUGHTER, FRIEND, MBO FOR TOE
Geeta writes from India: I eagerly look forward to your newsletter each week. MBOs are now an integral part of my day, and that of my family members too! All of us continue to benefit greatly from asking for most benevolent outcomes throughout the day. Our MBO group is wonderful too and I have many MBO and BP stories to share.
Here are a few of them:
My son is a musician and had applied for a grant from the Indian Arts  Society. Though he was shortlisted, he was quite anxious about being selected as the applicants are many and selection process tough. He is also keen on pursuing Masters in sound design and production and had to attend 3 rounds of interviews to qualify for the maximum available scholarship as the fee is extremely high. I requested for a BP in our group for both the grant and scholarship. Last week, he got both after a two month wait, and needless to say, he is overjoyed.
A few days ago, I had a bad fall and injured my left foot rather badly. The toe was all blue, swollen, and the pain was unbearable. We had to rule out a fracture and on the way to the clinic to get an X-ray, I requested a most benevolent outcome for the report to be fine and show no fracture, and for the pain to reduce. Looking at the X-ray report, the doctor said I was extremely lucky to have escaped a fracture, and just needed some medication and rest to the foot. I healed faster than I could have expected for  the severe injury I had.
My husband’s friend was scheduled to undergo a PET Scan and bone marrow biopsy as the doctors suspected blood cancer. The family was very distressed and the wife said she was so worried, she couldn’t even pray. We did a BP for the tests to return normal and for him to be cancer free. All the test reports were normal and their doctor was rather surprised that the symptoms he presented with could disappear so soon too.
My daughter was keen on pursuing a 4-year course in Health Sciences with a particular combination of subjects for her undergrad program. While a course with the exact combination of subjects she desired was available in very few colleges across India, it was not showing up in any college in our city. She wasn’t keen on leaving home and was fervently hoping she would get what she wanted here. In the meantime, she started applying (rather half-heartedly) to the other colleges which had her subjects of interest. One night, I told her to say an MBO, relax, and let go of all anxiety, which she did.
The very next afternoon, as I was browsing the net for some other information, a window popped up all of a sudden. It was about the best places to study Health Sciences and the name of a University in the outskirts of our city was right there on top! Somehow, we hadn’t heard of it. I immediately called out to my daughter, and we looked up further details. The University offered a 4-year Honors course “even better than what she had imagined”. We visited the place, toured the campus, and today she is a happy student there, with excellent faculty for support. She never tires of speaking about the instant miracle that her MBO manifested.
We continue to say MBOs and BPs for all the little things and big things in life, and they are immensely helpful. They make life so much easier and leave us feeling blessed and joyful. Much gratitude to you, Tom for bringing us this amazing gift.
ANGELIC LIGHT ON CHILD’S FACE
Barbara writes: I truly appreciate your newsletters, the work you do, and the information you share. Please help answer a question that has kept me up at night for a while. My nephew, who is 16 months, was sitting in his highchair watching TV in my family room and I was on the sofa behind him. All of the shutters on the windows were closed in the room. The light in the ceiling was on but he was not directly under it. Same routine every morning with  him eating breakfast.
This particular morning I was on the phone with his dad giving him an update and snapped a picture of him eating to send to his dad. When I hung up the phone I looked at the picture and was shocked. There was this angelic beautiful light beaming sideways on his face. I immediately tried to duplicate that with my phone camera, snapping pictures one after the other, and could not replicate the light beam in the picture again.
Shortly after I took him out of the highchair, he would not allow me to put him down on the floor. He wouldn’t get down and play with his toys and wouldn’t walk around the room. He was visibly shaken (or so it seemed) by something in the room. It took several hours to get him to calm down and let me put him down on the floor for him to play. Did he see an angelic figure or something spiritual that scared him or was this truly just a fluke and it was merely the light reflecting off of something onto his face and he was having a bad morning?
Theo, what was the angelic type of light beaming on Barbara’s nephew’s face which upset him?
It was angelic in nature but frightened the child. It was not a negative spirit. He is well protected, but she can also surround him in a bubble of white light for protection, and/or say a BP for his protection. You can do that for children.
ANOTHER GUESS FOR NEGATIVE ENERGIES

Is one of the 4 negative energies we are meant to bring to others separation?
Gaia, is one of the four negative energies separation?
No, it is not, Tom. Nice guess from your reader. In a way all of the negative energies are separate from the positive energies. They exist unto themselves.
KAREN CARPENTER
Deborah writes: I have a question about Karen Carpenter, the superstar singer (and drummer) who, tragically, died of anorexia nervosa in 1983 at the age of 32.
She has been described as the greatest female vocalist of the 20th century,  which isn't surprising since she had the velvety voice of an angel and was described, by a vocal coach, as being a true "alto".
As transcendent a talent as she was, her family was incredibly dysfunctional and her parents were dismissive of her, choosing to highlight her brother Richard and his talents. Her self-esteem suffered, which led to the anorexia which eventually killed her. I have also heard rumors that she and her brother, Richard (who were known to be very close) were, in fact, lovers.
My question is what soul age and quadrant was Karen? Why was her life so tragically short? Has she reincarnated yet...if so, is she still pursuing music?
Theo, quadrant of the singer Karen Carpenter, and why the short life, and where and when incarnated now?
A supremely talented singer, her soul contract called for a short life with the eating disorder, which balanced a life of poisoning someone. She was and is in the third quadrant of a Young Soul and is already reincarnated again in the 20th century as a male singer. He will not attain the fame she had at her peak but will make a steady living.
