Welcome to this edition of The Gentle Way Newsletter, and a special welcome to all my new subscribers all over the world. I realize there are several Benevolent Prayers to say listed below. PLEASE  TAKE THE FEW SHORT SECONDS TO SAY EACH ONE OUT LOUD. Remember, the human voice is much more powerful than people in this time period realize. I’m told there is a crescendo effect when hundreds and thousands say the BP out loud.
GUN LEGISLATION: Please say the following BP out loud:
“I ask that any and all beings aid and assist Congress to pass laws that will greatly cut down on gun violence, thank you!”
There are predictions that the war in Ukraine will last many months. Let's say this Benevolent Prayer for the people of UKRAINE: "I ask any and all beings to aid, comfort, and assist the people of Ukraine to remain safe, for all prisoners of war to be treated under the rules of the Geneva Convention, for the economic sanctions imposed on Russia to work even faster and be more successful than we can hope for or expect, for the grain to be transported, and to return the Russian soldiers home, thank you!"

Generally, I’ll ask Gaia the Earth questions and Theo about our lives. Now for some interesting topics of the week that YOU requested, and which will give you a DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE:
RECESSION AHEAD?
Diane writes: I have noticed that around the world everyone is suffering from HIGH prices on food, gas, travel, housing, and car purchases. What is causing this – Corporate greed? Governments? And when will we all get relief from these high prices?
Can we say a MBO for this? I want everyone to get relief fast.
Gaia, what is the probability of a recession, and when will the prices of goods go  down?
The probability of a recession is quite high—over 80% at this stage. The war in Ukraine has exposed weaknesses in the normal shipment of such basic commodities as grain to feed hundreds of millions of people. The war will continue through the end of this year and the beginning of next year. Prices for such commodities as gas and oil will remain high, dragging the economy down, as these increases in transportation are passed on to the consumer. There will be hoarding, so my recommendation would be to stock up now—just don’t hoard. Only buy what you know you will use in the future.
I suggest requesting MBOs to buy commodities that will be in short supply later. Then I suggest that you really do stock up, but DO NOT HOARD! Only buy what you know you will use later. If you stock up now, you may save hundreds, if not over $1,000, as prices continue to rise. In our household, Dena is thinking about buying an inexpensive freezer or freezer/refrigerator to stock up.
HUMAN SOULS AND BODIES
Maria in Estonia writes: HUMAN SOULS
1) Can one recognize differences between the young and the old soul in their bad guy lives? (Hitler was a seasoned soul)
2) Will humans reach the next focus(es) on our timeline before they leave Earth?
3) How many parallel lives on the same Earth timeline can there be for one human soul fragment as average?
4) Does the time period when the soul enters the Earth Experiment depend on the soul interest or is it a random act?
HUMAN BODIES
5) Does wearing stone or crystal jewelry (necklaces, bracelets, rings, etc.) affect  energy flows in the human body both positively and negatively (so that one needs to be careful what she or he wears)?
What about wearing clothes of different colors? E.g., black sucking in energy (not in physical term) and white reflecting energy back. Or is it just a matter of belief?
Gaia, are there tell-tale signs to tell the difference between Young, Medium, and Old souls?
Not really on the surface, Tom. It comes more from their actions. The older the soul, the more considerate they can be. Just remember, since all of you are veiled, it would seem on the surface that everyone is equal, but the more lives you have on Earth, the better you are at dealing with the challenges you and  your soul set up for you in each life. Good question.
In 7,000 years, what focus will we have attained?
Yes, Tom, you will have attained not only the level of the rest of the universe, but you will have assisted, by taking small bits of negativity to the planets you visit, to help raise the vibrational level of the rest of not only this universe, but will have impacted other universes as well. I will not use numbers, as those will be growing exponentially thanks to your efforts.
How is it determined what time period will be the 1st for our first lives?
Those time periods are determined millions of years ago by your souls for what learning they wish for each soul fragment. It is all determined by the soul interest each fragment is given by their soul. One fragment of a soul might have a life in a jungle like you did, while another fragment of your soul might begin 10,000 years later. It may seem happenstance, but your souls are master planners.
Does wearing stones or jewelry affect the flow of energy into the body, and what about the clothes we wear and their colors?
Different stones and jewelry can have a positive effect on the body. Some are more beneficial than others. You can request MBOs to choose the stones and jewelry that will have the most beneficial effect on your body. There is little effect of clothes. Those are fashion statements.
Could this Creation in anyway become harmful to Creator?
Not in the least, Tom.
For question number three, simply multiply twelve times the number of average lives on Time Line 6--600 to 800.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
In 2008, Theo introduced me to an ET, who I was to find out is a member of my soul “cluster,” as Theo calls them. He’s from Nommo, a water world in the Sirius B Solar System, and is part of a “grass roots first contact team” of four from Sirius B planets. He and his teammates are currently orbiting 50 miles overhead in a huge, three-miles-wide and twenty-stories-tall mothership, with a crew of 900, plus their families, totaling 1500. Many of the crew live their whole lives onboard the ship. Many of the crew are from planets where they lived  under the surface of their planets in caverns, so living on a space ship is not claustrophobic for them. They are taking millions of reading each day as part of the Earth Experiment. There are normally around 25 motherships (masked so they don’t scare us to death) orbiting the Earth and taking readings.

I neglected to mention that Antura is an amphibian, and looks SLIGHTLY like the Abe Sapien character in the Hellboy movies, pictured here. Here are more questions I asked this week.

Good morning or day everyone. Thanks for coming.
Antura, what last minute requests were there from Time Line 7?
It was simply to spend a little additional time in a couple of places. Nothing major.
How much time was spent on the history of religion?
A good ten hours or more of footage, as we reviewed each major religion.
I would have thought it was more?
You forget how much information can be given in just one hour, Tom.
How much time was spent covering the history of the planet?
Easily double or triple, since it included not only your earliest history, but also Atlantis and Lemuria, along with all the different forms of humans, plus of course, they all wanted to see the dinosaurs.
Did they record how the various human bodies were created on the ships and  placed on the continents?
Oh yes. They were fascinated with that process.
Antura, any contacts with governments these days by other Sirians on your ship that specialize in governments, compared to your team of “grass roots” people?
Not at this time, Tom. The Pleiadians keep us well informed regarding all their meetings. You could say we are all on the same page regarding meetings in person with the six countries. After all, these are meetings with scientific types of people—not people in what would be called leadership positions. That will come in a few years after Disclosure.
Am I correct in estimating that it will be 10 Earth years in 2023, but only one Universal year since you told me that my family and I would shoot the documentary back in 2013?
That is correct, Tom. For me it will only be one year. We had to have people get  used to the idea, starting then, but continuing with all the hundreds of questions you have asked us since then. We were laying the groundwork, knowing that now in this year and next year, people are finally accepting the idea that there are extraterrestrial people.
Isn’t the NASA report going to be just a rehash, since they are only allocating $100,000 for the study?
Yes, they will simply report what the government wishes to give them.
Now I wish to speak to the Pleiadian.
Pleiadian here, Tom—good morning.
Good morning again, Pleiadian.
Pleiadian, astronomers say the Pleiades has 800 suns. How many have planets and are those all inhabited?
Here we could spend hours discussing the makeup of our area of the universe. As a general guide, fully 70% of the suns have planets orbiting them, or are in the process of planets being formed around them. Of those, again more than half to 60% have planets that are inhabited by various forms of life—including some that you would not recognize. I am open for more questions from you or your readers on this subject.
What contacts, if any, do you have with India?
Again, they would be in the group of countries that receive reports, but are not visited. It is a very small circle, or group of people that are “in the loop” you could say.

Deb in Minnesota writes: Yesterday I was tired and misplaced my keys, which  put me in a state of panic. I knew they had to be at home, but I had gone outside to do things as well and doing a few things around the house after we got back from running errands.
Twice I went out to look in the yard, but didn't see anything. I searched around the house and didn't find anything after several tries. I'd been saying an MBO to find my keys repeatedly, and I had a feeling I'd eventually find them.
So, it was getting later in the day, and I happened to look down in an unusual spot and there they were. I was so happy to find them! Love those angels.
MBO FOR ALL THE LIGHTS TO TURN GREEN
Ron writes from Virginia: A week ago I was going to our Senior Center here, where I live. I was also taking a friend with me. On our way I realized that I was running a bit late. So I told my friend with me, I will have the traffic lights turn green, so we can drive right on through safely and quickly too, without stopping  on a red light.
Then I made my request, "I request that all of the traffic lights ahead of me be green, so that I may travel on through quickly and safely, and may this be even better than I can even expect or hope for, thank you." And I also said another one too, along the way, I made a request for a perfect parking place at the Senior Center, right close to the front door.
All the lights turned green for me, and we drove through safely and quickly. The parking space was waiting for me, right up very close to the front door. Of course, my friend was totally amazed and also told him that you, my friend, can do this same thing, too. He was just totally amazed that I could do this. Most people don't believe it can be done, too simple for them to believe in. I tell them, I make my MBOs as soon as I get into my car, for wherever I am heading, and yes, I can say they work for me very well too. Always remember your angels are here to help you, when you ask them for help.
MBO TO RECEIVE COINS FOR CHANGE
Geraldine in Toulon, France writes: This week I noticed that I was going to need coins for my store, mainly 2 €, and maybe some 1 €. To avoid going to the bank and to save time, I said an MBO for customers to pay me, by giving me more 2 € coins and 1 € coins.
The day after my MBO, the first customer of the day paid her purchase of 24 € only in pieces of 2! I was so happy with this beautiful gift. Thank you so much, my dear friends, the Beings of Light!
SOUL QUESTIONS
Clark in Kansas writes: I have some questions related to Soul.
You have communicated in previous newsletters that the soul of Yeshua (Jesus) was 3 times larger than the average soul fragment. Also, that St Germain was twice the average soul fragment.
Sal Rachele is an author and teacher who speaks about many of the same subjects that you do. He communicates, "We tend to fragment through lives. If  we fragment too much we have difficulty returning to "sovereign state". Some souls can't get out of the Astral Plane when they die because they are too low of vibration. If we fragment too much during incarnation, we may have difficulty returning to sovereign state before next incarnation." He states that there are about 6.5 billion souls who are fragmented souls who are not "sovereign souls"(He states that Dolores Cannon uses different terminology and calls them Non Player Characters, extras. They are real human beings, but their soul is fragmented to the degree that they don't have direct access to the parent part of their soul. It affects many abilities and they become sheep-like, blind followers, they don't question basic things in life.), and 1.5 billion souls are "sovereign souls".
Sal Rachele says that he receives telepathic transmissions from 7th Density Arcturians and 12th Density Founders. (Are these 12th Density Founders the same size as a whole soul like Theo?) (Are the 7th Density Arcturians the same size as Antura?) He also says he channels his 6th Density Twin Flame who currently lives on Venus.
He communicates that 1 out of every 1,253 Stars has a planet with intelligent life. Is this accurate?
Theo, are there some souls that fragment themselves too much and can’t get out  of the Astral Plane when the person dies?
That is a myth, Tom. Think about it. Your soul is not only able to fragment itself for lives on Earth, which are extremely important, but at the same time is capable of having 500,000 to over 1,000,000 lives going on across the universe, as we have spoken about before.
Are there 1.5 billion souls supplying fragments?
You can use that number, but it is excessive. Again, we remind you that there are six to twelve fragments of a soul in each soul cluster. Each one of those fragments is having 600 to 800 lives, and sometimes more. All those lives are going on at the same time, including the 12 time line parallel lives.
Are the 12th Density Founders on the same level as are you, Theo?
Yes, with just a different name for a certain group of people.
Are the 7th Density Arcturians the same as Antura?
No, they are similar to what we have discussed before with your 7th dimensional selves sending light to you constantly.
Is it true that one out of 1,253 stars has intelligent life?
There are many more stars that have intelligent life than just one of 1,253, Tom. If you were to study the planets orbiting each sun, you would see much more intelligent life—just not on the surface. That’s something that your scientists will have to learn one day. Even on Earth there are intelligent societies that live in the interior of the planet, yet you are not aware of them.
Will we be aware in the future?
There will be contact, just as there was in the past, but not for many years.
JAMES BOND DIRECTOR CARY FUKUNAGA
Emily in Australia writes: Director Cary Fukunaga
Director Cary Fukunaga is accused of sexual harassment and grooming by three actresses. And they claim he’s been doing it for years to young women.
1. How many underage girls has he groomed for sex/or raped?
2. He is accused of also having a pattern of targeting women once they’re 18, so it seems like a legitimate relationship.
How many other women has he groomed once they’ve turned 18?
3. He wanted a threesome with twin sisters. How many other women has he tried to or actually coerced to it into an incestuous relationship?

Theo, how many, if any, underage girls has film director Cary Fukunaga groomed for sex/ or raped? And the same question for girls 18 and over?

He has taken advantage of girls and women, using his status as a high-end director of films. For this he will have balancing, some of it in this life.
Will he see prison time?
Not necessarily. Some of those he violated may wish to try and forget. These are choices they must make.
CHEMTRAILS
Deborah writes: Would you ask Theo if the shadow government/cabal is still  poisoning the U.S. (and world) with Chemtrails?
Gaia, is anyone poisoning the Earth with chemtrails at this time?
Not a single country or entity is doing this at the present time, Tom. There is man-made pollution and of course there is pollution caused by wildfires. The latter is temporary.
WEAKENING MAGNETIC FIELDS?
Allan writes: My spiritual journey has brought me far and wide - I'm into Vedic astrology at the moment - and other stuff ;-)

Well, the Suspicious Observers are saying they're backed up by science - and are predicting a flipping of the magnetic fields - north goes south and vice versa - or north flips up straight north - but all in all - it would suggest that we are heading into weakening magnetic fields and a cooling down of earth - what does Gaia have to say about this? You tell us to direct our attention to what resonates with us - and frankly - this scares me a bit.

Just the opposite at this time. The climate is changing, growing a little warmer. Those that predict otherwise are simply mistaken.
MICHAEL PETERSON—MURDERER?
Pam writes: I wanted to ask about the Michael Peterson case. There has been a documentary and an HBO movie about it (The Staircase on HBO). I am so  curious as to how his wife really sustained her injuries and died. The husband, Michael Peterson, claims that she fell down the stairs. However, she had strange attack marks on her head, but not deep enough to be the result of being beaten or from falling down stairs.
There have been theories of a barred owl attack outside first and then she stumbled to the edge of the stairs and fell and died from loss of blood. There is also the theory that the husband strangled and beat her. Would love to know what really happened.
Theo, did Michael Peterson murder his wife or was this an accident?
No accident, Tom. He will have to balance that act in the future.
DOG TRANSITION
Gus writes: I wanted to mention something that happened before my dog Toto passed away. About 1 hour before his passing I stood outside on my balcony and in the far distance I noticed what appeared to be 5 red lights. I pulled out my  iPhone and filmed them. As they approached my home they softly faded into white then disappeared. I was wondering if you have any idea what this might have been.
Theo, what were the red lights approaching Gus’ house an hour before his dog passed?
They were not, as you thought, human souls there to guide the dog soul fragment to the staging area. They were dog soul fragments coming to escort the dog.
