Could you ask Theo if this is true or not? Thank you for your wonderful newsletter you take time to do every week.
Gaia, an anonymous source said there was a meeting to encourage those in the music industry to promote Gangsta rap in order to assist in filling the private prisons. And if so, who was behind it?
Yes Tom, there actually was such a meeting conducted by people who only had profit as their motive. Obviously, there will come a time when this knowledge will become better known, plus these men will have balancing to do in the future in upcoming lives.
Who was behind it?
Just look to the largest companies that own these prisons, Tom. They thought  this was a brilliant idea, but also knew it would be considered illegal. There are laws against conspiracy to promote lawlessness.
Will this be more publicly revealed?
Yes. There will be investigations, even though they have a strong lobby. It is just now coming to the attention of those in legal positions. But you understand, it sounds so far out there that it will initially be dismissed. After all, how can you connect the dots? Someone will have to show them their NDA [Non Disclosure] Agreement.

ANIMAL MISTREATMENT & NEG ENERGIES
Wes in Arizona writes: It's been a long time since I've written you. I faithfully read your newsletter every week, and I have gained much insight and inspiration from it. I have a few questions for Theo or Gaia.
1.) Every day I read about man's inhumanity to animals, especially dogs and  cats. One man left his bulldog in the basement of an abandoned house and left him there, feeding him every so often. Another tied a dog to a railroad track. Still another left his dog on the side of the road with an old recliner, where the dog stayed, thinking his owner would come back for him.
How can some people be so heartless and uncaring? I can't imagine this would be some aspect of a soul contract. Are these young souls who don't understand the repercussions of their actions? Generally speaking, what would be the soul balancing for such cruelty and why is it so prevalent?
2.) I read about the 10 positive energies and the 4 negative energies. It seems that our planet is getting closer to the higher (positive) frequencies every day, but negative actions, namely mass killings in schools and churches, are still a reality. Why is this still allowed by the creator? Is this negativity feeding the negative energies that humanity is attempting to overcome and dispense with?
Gaia, what is the balancing for people who mistreat animals?
Yes, we have covered this somewhat in the past. They could be caught in the act or soon afterwards, and then they are incarcerated. That is but the beginning of the process. The act of torturing and/or killing animals has been shown to be a  harbinger of acts of violence towards other humans. This goes hand in hand with being a psychopath or mentally off. In a future life, they will be people who work for the betterment of animals in some form or capacity. There are many jobs in this area. They could be a haven for abused animals, and/or contribute their resources to protecting and caring for animals coming from conditions that are deplorable. In extreme cases, they might be kept in a cage themselves and treated as if they are animals. There is no limit to the imagination of your souls to correct past deeds.
Gaia has explained before that the four negative energies are just that—energies. We are immersed in them. As part of the Earth Experiment, we cannot change over to the ten positive energies that the rest of the universe works with. And we have exceeded to the point where the rest of our universe and the billions of other universes look on us with amazement, which is why Antura says, “Parking is at a premium,” because so many societies want to see how we did it.
But here is another question about these negative energies, to give you a little  more information.
Pam writes from Houston, Texas: I found an article that talks (over my head!) about a discovery of negative energy particles as they relate to a black hole. Could this discovery be one of the 4 negative energies? Click here.
Wikipedia states this about negative energy: “Negative energy is a concept used in physics to explain the nature of certain fields, including the gravitational field and various quantum field effects. In more speculative theories, negative energy is involved in wormholes which may allow for time travel and warp drives for faster-than-light space travel.”
Would then one negative energy be the negative energy particles around black holes and another negative energy be for portal hopping?
The Wikipedia article further states: “According to the theory of the Dirac sea, developed by Paul Dirac in 1930, the vacuum of space is full of negative energy. This theory was developed to explain the anomaly of negative-energy quantum states predicted by the Dirac equation.”
Is, then, the vacuum of space where the 4 negative energies reside? And perhaps the real question may be are all the 4 negative energies related to quantum physics and space?
Gaia, are the negative energy particles that relate to a black hole one of the  four?
No, Tom, but you could say that the black holes are one of the generators of negative energies.
Is another negative energy involved in portal hopping?
Not in the way asked. There is energy connecting planets, suns, and galaxies, but keep in mind, Tom, that the rest of this universe operates on the ten positive energies, so these pathways are in the positive field.
Do negative energies exist in the vacuum of space?
Vacuum is a misnomer, Tom. Remember that I told you before, space is the fabric that this universe was created on. This is far beyond the understanding of even your most learned quantum physicists. But we do appreciate your readers’ attempts to understand. We applaud their efforts.
ESSENCE OF THE CREATOR
Lee in Cincinnati writes: The spark of our Creator is in us (and all matter in our universe), so I was wondering how this “spark” differs from creator to creator. Is the spark imbued with different properties depending on the creator’s interests? Do all creators have love as their primary force?
Thanks again for all you do.
Gaia, do all (or most) creators imbue their creations with their essence? Is it different from creator to creator? Do they all have love as their primary force?
Your readers need to understand that there are billions of creators, with creations that would appear so foreign that they would be beyond the imagination of even the most imaginative human on Earth. There are simple creations, yes, that would be easy to see the differences, but there are creations where the universes are so foreign as to leave you scratching your heads. But as a general rule, yes, there is the essence of these creators in their creations. That’s easy to say, but hard to explain on your level. And yes, love is a primary force, but it might not appear so in some creations.
PATHOLOGICAL LIARS
Leanne writes: Hi Tom, can you please ask Theo what role habitual/pathological liars play in society? Do they ultimately believe their lies? Are they doing it for drama and reaction?
I have a sister-in-law who has been excommunicated by the family as it is too dangerous to have her in it, as everyone wonders who she will set her sights on next. I don’t understand this type of personality at all.
Theo, what sort of soul contract do pathological liars have, and what sort of role do they play? Do they do it for drama, or do they believe their lies?
Yes, it’s good that you mentioned there are several reasons for this to occur. Some do it for the drama and to watch the effect on those they tell these lies to. They enjoy seeing people believe their lies, or they may have to lie to keep from going to prison, or worse. Then there are those who were born with this condition—it is in their DNA. This can be a learning life, and they balance this life where they will be brutally honest in an upcoming life.
You could say there are many shades of gray here, and there are many ways to balance. Lying continually can be quite tiring to someone who does not have that DNA strand. Spies are one example. They have to lie because their lives depend upon it. One slip-up and they are thrown into prison or executed.
MANIFESTING HEALING
Harrie writes: Please ask your spirit friends about manifesting healing.
If our soul's contract for this life is to suffer pain until we pass away, will our attempts to manifest healing not succeed no matter how hard we try?
If our love for ourselves and others is unbounded, do our attempts to heal need  to be done many times each day, or once a week or once a lifetime, or what is recom-mended?
I ask because I am encouraged by articles in the Sedona Journal of Emergence, and two tapes I listened to, on manifestation given by Kryon.
I know everyone is different, but are there recommendations for everyone to use to succeed? Thank you for your help, Tom.
Theo, if a soul contract is to suffer pain until transition, how does that affect manifesting healing? How many times do we do this manifestation—daily, weekly or one time?
Keep in mind, Tom, that you do not know not only your soul contract but also those of others. We have said before that when you request MBOs for your health, you only have to do it once, but are not penalized for requesting the MBO multiple times, if that makes you feel better.
When saying a Benevolent Prayer for others, you should encourage others to say the exact same prayer as we have repeatedly told you that there is great energy created when you do this. Know that even if it is in a person’s soul contract to transition, saying these BPs will assist them and lessen the pain and suffering. So, proceed as if they will get better, unless they are at the stage of transition, where saying a BP for an easy and painless transition goes a long way to giving them love on their journey. Your compassion does raise your own vibrational level.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, Antura is a member of my soul group or “cluster,” who was introduced me to by Theo back in 2008. After 800 lives on Earth, with a soul interest in exploration, he’s now back on our home planet Nommo, a water world in the Sirius B Solar System. He’s an amphibian, and currently is orbiting overhead as part of a “first contact” team. You can read much more about him in my book, FIRST CONTACT: Conversations with an ET. Here are more questions I asked this week.
Antura, when an ET ship wishes to come see the Earth Experiment for the first time, is it easy to recognize that they are entering a special space-time continuum, so that they are not suddenly surprised, since we do have supposedly 60 portals on or around Earth?
Good question, Tom. Yes, their computers, we will call them—or instruments, automatically gives this information before they actually portal hop to Earth. We also receive that same information that someone wishes to visit, as you could describe it in 3D terms as a “No-fly zone.” They have to have permission to enter this area. This is widely known, Tom, I can assure you.
Why does there seem to be fewer UFO sightings, instead of more, given the fact that everyone with a smart phone can take a photo or video?
That’s just the point, Tom. Because everyone has that capability, those that still  wish to proceed slowly have gotten approval to keep the sightings at a previous level, with concealment at an old level or you could say where the sightings will be fewer than they were when few people had a camera, and the quality was not nearly as high as it is today.
So, I assume it is the same faction that wishes Disclosure to proceed at a snail’s pace?
Exactly, Tom. Still, as I have said a number of times before, it will happen. Take it to the bank, as Gaia says.
Antura, how will engineers, scientists, etc., solve the following problems in our development of passenger drones, I’ll call them for want of a better description. 1. Air Collisions?
This will be accomplished in due time, Tom, through computer technology. There will be automatic warning systems installed in this computer technology that will immediately recognize another aircraft, we’ll call them—whether a passenger drone with no pilot, or a single, double, or jet engine aircraft. All aircraft will be required to have this crash avoidance system.
2. Navigation. Will specific lanes be designated, different heights, or what?
All will be solved in steps. There will be few of these craft at first, so there will be few restrictions, but with the numbers will come limitations on direction, height, and then, of course, finally will come complete avoidance systems as the sky fills with these aircraft. From just a few—under 100, let’s say—to suddenly several thousand and then over a million, these problems will be solved in steps.
3. Electric stations to regenerate the electricity needed for them to plug into:
At first it will be specific landing ports that will have these refuelers, we will call them, but don’t forget, Tom, soon you will have these free energy machines, and there will be versions small enough to be self-contained in these aircraft.
What happened to you on the Amazon and when?
It was a couple of hundred years ago, and I was on the Amazon exploring it, and ran into a crocodile that decided it wanted me for dinner. Exploration carries its own dangers.
Why are the number of your lives so many more than the average number of, let’s say, 800 lives?
I have specific soul interests that assist in the development and settling of frontiers.
Antura, will our paths cross again in the upcoming 200 lives you still have to go?
Yes, we do have a couple of more lives to go, Tom. Don’t be surprised if we are in contact again in several more lives. You will also turn the tables, so to speak and assist me, as I’m assisting you this time around.
Pam writes: Disclosure
There seems to be a lot of excitement and focus right now around the Apollo 11 moon landing as the 50th anniversary is July 21, 2019. This could be an excellent time for the disclosure!! What does Antura have to say?
Antura, any possibility for Disclosure during the Apollo 11 Anniversary?
Nice thought by your reader, Tom, but no Disclosure then, but again we did say soon, so a good guess.
Renee writes: I just saw these two things outside my window. They were there for a couple of minutes before I decided to get a video. They were very close together at first, then separated. Can you ask what they were, please? Click here.
Antura, what are the two tiny drones that are in Renee’s video? They do not appear solid. Were they just reflections of something?
No, Tom. These drones were slightly off frequency in order to not be noticed, but they were. They were simply taking readings. Your reader has sharp eyes. Typically no one notices these.

Renee writes: The other day, my friend and I were out hiking for a couple of  miles in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. When we got back to my house, and she was preparing to drive home, we realized after looking everywhere, she lost her car key on the hike. This would not be a big deal, but to replace the key would cost over $300; and it would be like looking for a needle in a haystack. So, I said a benevolent prayer for any and all beings to help us find the lost key. The next morning, she went out on the trails to look but to no avail. So, I decided to look the following day and asked for an MBO to find the key in the most expedited way. All along the trail I felt that I would find it and sure enough half way through EUREKA!
I immediately called her to tell her the good news, and of course, she was very grateful and said now she could cancel her appointment with the car dealer for another key.

BPs & MBOs FOR BIRTH OF BABY
Severine writes from China: Tom T Moore, Dear BP friends. Our MBO baby Gabriel was born on June 14 by C-section. We stayed 6 days at the hospital, then my parents arrived in China, all the way from France, to meet their grandson. I  would like to thank everyone who said the BPs I posted for pregnancy and safe delivery. The medical team who took care of us was very professional and dedicated. I had a well done epidural, and I felt deep peace during the whole process knowing that my GA, guides, and medical teams were doing the work.
Although a C-section needs more time to recover than a natural birth, my recovery was faster than other moms who got C-section on the same day as me. All this I believe is due to the BP where we asked, “Any and all beings to aid and assist, so that the medical team performs a perfect job for baby and me, and to have a speedy recovery even better than we could hope for. Thank you.” Secondly, I was concerned about breastfeeding due to the C-section. Needless to say, I requested an MBO for this. I was able to breastfeed from day 1, 6 hours after surgery. Thank you again, everyone, for your prayers, and thank you, Tom, for sharing the Gentle Way with us. This modality is life changing for the better. Thank you, thank you, thank you, and God bless everyone!
MULTIPLE LIVES, SPHINX
Raymond in Arlington, Texas writes: In your recent newsletter, you posted some remarks about living 50-100 lives on Earth and that we have as many as 600-800 total life experiences. Are the lives we live on Earth consecutive or do we go somewhere else to live them? Is there a particular place where we live out the other lives, perhaps a planet or a star system that we might be familiar with? Do the lives we live between lives in the astral plane count as a life lived?
You made some recent remarks about the age of the Sphinx and have made  previous comments about its original purpose as well as the Pyramids. Pyramid-shaped structures, large crystals, ley lines and orientation to North seem to be central to pyramids built around the world. It would be tough to build on a ley line if you don't already live there. But if you built a structure in the shape of a pyramid, oriented it to north and integrated crystals into it, would that create a ley line for the area? Would it become an energy center or increase someone’s psychic awareness? Or is there much more to pyramids that we don't know and it requires much more than the obvious to re-create one?
Are there any other designs that serve the same purpose that we have not learned about yet?
I’ll answer the first part, as there seems to be a little confusion about our Earth lives. Before our souls could be accepted for the Earth Experiment, they had to have reached some specific vibrational level. Originally, I was told that we had to have had a “spiritual life,” but was later explained that they “spoon feed” information, and that was all we could understand at that time. We’ve had thousands of lives on our home planets before we began our Earth lives. The average of 600 to 800 lives on Earth only refers to Earth lives—no others. That  doesn’t mean that we can’t have a life back on our home planets for some specific reason—such as putting what we’ve learned on Earth into practice back at the home planet.
As an example, after already 800 lives on Earth, Antura (who I just learned will still have 200 more to go) is back as an amphibian on Nommo, the water planet I’ve mentioned many times in the Sirius B Solar System. His soul interest is exploration, and in this life he is part of a “first contact” team, exploring the universe. Right now, he’s assisting his soul cluster brother (me) in introducing Earth people to ETs to learn more about our universe and our history. After this life, it’s back to more lives on Earth.
I’m told my next life will be back on Nommo, and it seems I will have a number  of duties ahead of me, both as some sort of religious leader for the Nommo people, but I also have some sort of duties with the Federation of Planets. Then my next Earth life will be in the 3400 era as a female space pilot of one of 17 Earth Star Ships. I was recently told I will have 300 more lives on Earth, not only with the soul interest of religions but it seems I also assist leaders to lead at a higher level—I’m still working on exactly what all that entails.
Gaia, if someone constructs a pyramid and aligns it north and south, would that create a ley line, and if not, how were the ley lines identified?
Here, they had assistance from your uncle and aunt ETs, Tom. They understood, and to this day understand, the significance of these ley lines where you scientists, you could say, are still in the dark regarding their power or energy. It’s as if these pyramids draw power from these ley lines, and it assists in sending out, what we will call, beacons across the universe.
JESUS TIME TRAVELING
Ray writes: JESUS TIME TRAVELLING.
You received that Jesus was able to travel through time to help the Knights Templar.
1. How long, days or months, did Jesus spend with the Knights Templar?
2. Did the Knights Templar know that Jesus was in fact Jesus or did he appear as a different man who they appreciated?
3. Has Jesus ever come (time travelled) to us here in the 20th and 21st century, if so where and what did he do?
4. Where else did Jesus time travel to?
Theo, how long did Jesus spend with the Knights Templar? And did they know who he was?
Yes, they knew, as don’t forget by then there were many Christians. He stayed with them several months.
Did he ever travel to the 20th and 21st centuries, or for that matter any other time period?
No, it was just that one time.
Why then?
It was a promise he made to a couple of his disciples that he would assist them in a future life.

Did Mary Magdalene and Jesus have three children and all the info about bloodlines and the Cathars? Lots of mystery around her.
Tony Robbins, is he a reptilian? Looks like one.
Luciano Pavarotti...is he still singing? He was a wondrous charismatic being.
Theo, did Jesus and Mary have three children or four?
They had four.
Does Tony Robbins have a Reptilian soul?
Yes, Tom. You can verify this at another time.

Will Luciano Pavarotti continue to sing operas in his next life?
He will not limit himself to just opera. He will have lives, don’t forget, as a woman, and will be recognized as a great singer. Pavarotti is a medium soul, middle quadrant. He has music as his soul interest, so he will not just have more lives as an opera singer. He will have lives, and has had lives, studying all forms of music.
HIGH DIVORCE RATES IN LUXEMBOURG

Why does Luxembourg have the highest divorce rates in the world?
Theo, why does Luxembourg have the highest divorce rate in the world?
There is never just one factor, Tom. You can list all the factors that contribute to divorce, and all of them exist there. Plus their laws make it easy to end a relationship. There are not the harsh penalties that exist in other countries. And don’t forget the soul contracts at play here. People have lives there to either begin relationships, or the ease of finishing off leftover soul contracts from other lives.

Candice writes: Did you know Joseph Smith or Brigham Young, the founders of  Mormonism?
Theo, did I have a life with Joseph Smith or Brigham Young of the Mormons?
Yes, of course you did, Tom. You were a close confidant during the early stages of the formation of their beliefs. Read more about the two men and we can discuss further.
