Gaia, will the Pacific Northwest and Northern states continue to be overly warm this coming winter, average temperatures, or below average?
Slightly below average this winter, Tom. Keep in mind this is an average as certainly they will have a series of winter storms that will impact them, just as in years past, and then periods of mild temperatures, overall below average, but with more precipitation, both rain and snow.
NEW DEVELOPMENTS FOR POTABLE WATER
IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
Jim writes from Florida: The demand for drinking water could be a long range problem with our rapidly growing populations. I understand you all are having  the same situations.
Except for reduced populations are there other answers?
Gaia, except for reducing the population, are there other solutions coming along for potable water?
Several will be used—Water from the ocean will be pumped in and the salt content removed. The pumping stations will be built quite quickly after an easier method of converting the water will be developed. People will get used to having tanks connected to their houses so that rainwater can be collected and stored. And then there will be methods of causing the clouds to generate precipitation. They will call it “cloud activation.” Your meteorologists still have much to learn about controlling the weather, which you will do in the future. This will include generating the clouds, as this can be done.
SOUTH AFRICA’S FUTURE
Barbra in South Africa writes: I am Barbra from South Africa. I have followed your emails and articles on Quora. I have never had courage enough to contact you before until now. I must remind you that I have used your benevolent outcomes and prayers from time to time and they have worked wonders. I am still new to it and getting there.
The State of affairs in South Africa is really getting out of control in terms of the  safety and security for its residents. With all the recent looting and damaging going on, please humbly request of Theo where is this country heading to, how and what can we as the people of this country expect now, and from here going forward, what next?
Are the people of Indian origin in South Africa being targeted, and if so, why are we always hated that much, as we are very much a peace-loving people and rather stay away when it comes to political issues?
Is there any third force behind all this looting and chaos that is wreaking havoc here? Is there any specific prayer that I can share with the people to improve the situation?
How and what can be done to get those billions, which Theo also spoke about, that are sitting in off shore accounts back into the country to improve the people’s lives and livelihoods?
Moving forward...Will corruption ever be contained in this country, and do we have to experience such nightmarish sleepless nights as punishment from our previous lives?
Gaia, what is the highest probability for South Africa’s future in the next five to  ten years?
Continued instability in the short term, Tom. There are many corrupt government officials that are taking advantage of their positions to fleece the country. Yes, these are young souls, and will in the future have to balance. The fact that you had everyone reading your newsletter say a BP for them does assist in shining a light on their nefarious activities. Given a little time, there will emerge a leader who is in the medium soul category that will turn things around for them. It will just take a little time.
Why are Indian origin people targeted?
For the same reason that black people in the United States are, or were, looked down upon. Those with little, psychologically feel better if they think there is someone to lay the blame on or to feel superior to. These are all soul contracts, and as an example, those of Indian births in South Africa are in many cases balancing lives where they felt superior to others. All lives must balance. If you treat everyone as equal humans, it will assist in raising your vibrational levels.
Is there a third force behind the looting and chaos?
It has been reported that those who lost power wish to regain it by instigating  the riots. It’s like lighting a match, it can blow up in your face. Look to see who claims to be the knight in shining armor, who purports to be riding to the rescue, after losing their power.
Is there any way to recover the billions of dollars that are in off shore accounts?
Much will never be recovered, but yes, some of the amounts will be tracked down and returned. It will take some time as the country needs to stabilize first.
Will corruption be contained?
Corrupt officials on all levels of government in South Africa will continue to receive payoffs until their laws are stiffened and examples made of those who pilfer. Even in the United States, there is corruption, but you have laws and prison sentences for those charged who take advantage of their government positions. When people are sent to prison, this assists in curbing the amount of corruption in government.
Let’s say this Benevolent Prayer OUT LOUD: “I ask any and all beings to aid, assist, and protect the citizens of South Africa from any form of violence, and to bring back peace to their nation even sooner than we can hope for or expect, thank you!”
MORE ON STONEHENGE
Raymond in Arlington, Texas writes: Were the stones were removed from Stonehenge, different from the ones currently standing?
Was it the completion of the circle that is important or was it the type of stone  that was used?
We have been told that Stonehenge was an astronomical observatory. That does not seem like that would be a sufficient reason to remove any existing stones. Was it a portal to other worlds, or did it allow psychic experiences that intimidated the people?
Gaia, were the stones removed from Stonehenge different than those that remain?
No, they were the same, Tom. It was their placement.
Was it much more than an astronomical observatory—perhaps a portal?
Much more, Tom, but not so much a portal as a way to view vast realms at a much higher level than the world was at that time. They created an energy.
Did they have psychic experiences?
Yes, they could see the past and the future. But most importantly, there was  great energy they felt.
Who told you not to reveal the location of the stones?
Yes, it was the priests of that time period, Tom. And yes, they do have connections in this time period too. Many of the tourists that visit Stonehenge today can still feel the energy left over after all these years. It was truly a unique structure.
How were they guided to build it?
There were those with soul contracts who were led to construct it.
Was it with ET assistance?
Of course. It acted as a giant beacon for star travelers at that time.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, Antura is a fragment of my soul, just as I’m a fragment. All of us are fragments of whole souls and are in a “cluster” of, on average, six to twelve fragments of souls having lives on Earth. Where my soul interest is religions, Antura’s soul interest is in exploration, and after 800 lives on Earth, he’s back having a life as an amphibian on a water world in the Sirius B Solar  System. He’s putting the knowledge he gained in these lives to good work as a member of a “first contact” team that goes to emerging worlds to study them and make “grass roots” contacts. Good morning, everyone.
Antura, where were the meetings held with the Dalai Lama?
At his residence in Tibet, Tom.
Before or after 2011?
Before.
Can you give more information on the ambassadors’ qualifications?
These people not only trained, but had great experience in making contacts with leaders on other worlds. They are also telepathic, so they can anticipate the questions that would be asked, along with the motivation.
What clothing did they wear to meet?
It would vary according to the leader. They dressed appropriately so as to not stand out when, for example, they visited the Dalai Lama. They contacted him in his meditations prior to their arrival.
For the Queen, they had a go between, and wore clothes that did not stand out when they visited her on her estate.
Did the Queen and/or the Dalai Lama see the ET craft?
No.
Was Prince Charles present at any time?
No. He was briefed later.
Has Prince William been briefed?
Yes, but not completely.
What questions did she ask?
This could take an hour or two, Tom. All the normal questions you can imagine anyone would ask an ET—where they were from. Who did they represent? Questions on the Federation.
Did the ambassadors present gifts?
We’re not allowed to say.
What impressed the Queen and Dalai Lama the most?
Their knowledge and sincerity. The ambassadors answered questions just forming in the Queen’s and Dalai Lama’s minds before they could ask.
David writes: I woke one morning in London struck by the good quality air. Are there external forces (E.T.) assisting with the air quality over our large cities?
Antura, there are no ETs assisting with air quality over cities is there?
Not in the way asked. There is much more to learn about the assistance those in spirit give in bringing fresh air that cities need for people to remain healthy.
Antura, if the U.S. and other countries have had anti-grav ships for many years,  why don’t private companies?
Primarily because their governments regard this as highly secret. If everyone had it, then they are afraid that it could be used against them. They still do not realize that the major countries are kept about equal in their development of these machines—these aircraft. As we have said before, they will be surprised to learn that they are not the only kid on the block with the fancy toy. There are some inventions, we will call them, that have been passed on to companies, especially those that would be part of the military industrial complex, but others have not.
Nancy writes: I want to know if I saw a spaceship around 12:30 am on 7/15/21. I looked out the window, and there was this bright, bright light, positioned in between 2 large oaks in my backyard, high in the sky. I am accustomed to seeing stars and identifying them, but this wasn't a star. And it wasn't an airplane, as it didn't move, and was brighter than any airplane that I've seen in the sky. It stayed silently motionless, and then seemed to move to my left for a little while, and then came right back in between my trees. But it never made any noise. So I waved and said, "Hi there!" Thanks for your help with this. I love, love, love your newsletters!
Antura, did Nancy see an ET ship, Earth ship, or what on 7/15/21?
One of ours, Tom. They were taking readings over a specific area, but they also knew she was watching them, along with a few other people.

Joanne writes: Here’s an MBO I said for my son. He was invited to a 5- day  destination wedding in Florida. Things went from bad to worse and this was even before he left! Before he left, he found out his accommodations were far away from the main house where everyone else was staying. No extra rooms, so he stayed in a college dorm of the brother of the bride 20 min away, and the wedding venue was not near the beach to make things seem worse, plus it was during that hot, hot, heat spell.
Before he left, I told him I would say an MBO for him. He replied “You have no power in Florida!” I thought to myself, maybe not, but my Guardian Angel does!!! When he got home, I asked him how things went. He said he had a great time! He ended up staying only one night in the college dorm. The wedding he said was beautiful! And everyone drove to the beach the next day after the wedding and had a great time! Thank you, Guardian Angels!!!
MBOs FOR LOST BRACELET & CUTLERY
Dee in New York writes: I could share many MBOs with you, but thought I would share just a few.
The first occurred when I lost a bracelet and couldn't find it. I looked and  looked and was just about to give up when I remembered to request an MBO. Lo and behold, I looked one last time and found it on the floor at my feet. I could have sworn I looked there a dozen times and didn't see it, but all of a sudden, there it was!
Another was when I was shopping online, looking for a replacement for a piece of stainless cutlery that is no longer available in stores. I only had a few clues to go on, and there were hundreds of pages to search through. After scrolling through a few pages and almost giving up, I once again remembered to request an MBO and found the item I was looking for on the very next click! Coincidence? Maybe, but I choose to think not!
I was surprised to find that both MBOs had almost immediate results. It really does work! Thanks so much for all you do. I look forward to reading your newsletter each week and will try to send more MBOs and BPs in the future.
MBOs FOR JOB CONTRACT AND RENTAL
Chrissy writes from Australia: This is my MBO story –
I have moved from Brisbane to Wollongong as there was no work for me in Brisbane for most of last year [2020] due to the COVID pandemic and, at the time, I found 4 jobs in Wollongong that I could virtually walk straight into. As I have family there, my husband and I decided that would be the best move at the time. Also, our family there needed some support, and so I moved in November 2020 and literally walked into a job the next week via a job recruitment agency.
I was contracted until June 2021, and every day, when saying my daily affirmations, benevolent prayers and MBOs on the way to work, I asked that my job continue. In May, I was told that my contract has been extended until June 2022. So amazing!
The next thing on list was a place to rent and every day on the way to work, I drove past a row of single story units and they appeared to be private and secure. I saw one come up for rent, registered my interest and was invited to inspect it. Within 2 weeks, I was told that I was successful. I had heard so many "horror" stories of how so many people have been to multiple rental inspections and were not successful. This was my first and only rental inspection. :-) I have now moved in and I am working from home in this pandemic, which was not possible whilst I was living with my daughter.
Something I picked up on in your newsletter was someone who said that they used the words “best possible” in their MBOs. Those words struck a chord with me and I started to use them. I asked for the best possible place to rent at the best possible rental price. This place was advertised at $10 more than I am paying now. In the same week I was selected, they dropped the price per week by $10 – to me that was the best possible price. The area I live in is quiet and the other people in the units all seem lovely and are helpful.
I hope this little story is helpful to someone and to know that some MBOs take a bit longer than others to come to fruition. The other thing that I keep in mind is that although I may ask for specific things, I know that what will come to me will be beneficial for me and my circumstances at the time. Also, thank you to the person who shared their MBOs using the words "best possible" as they have worked for me as well.
WORLD WAR II LIVES
Mantej writes: Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks made the masterpiece Saving Private Ryan. Spielberg also made the masterpiece Schindler’s List. Both of them  produced the WW2 TV miniseries Band of Brothers. And the other WW2 TV miniseries The Pacific.
They’re both also producing a third WW2 TV miniseries Masters of the Sky, which is coming soon.
Did they both have multiple lives during WW2 as soldiers/pilots/prisoners or innocent victims? And if so, what side/what nationality/what experiences?

Theo, did Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks have one or more lives in WWII?
Both had lives during WWII. Many people had multiple lives during that time period. They needed to experience this time period in order to write, produce and act in it. You can say they are tapping into those soul memories, with the help of their guides.
GHOST THROWS FROZEN PEAS AT WAITRESS
Mantej also writes from the UK: Ghosts, Frozen Peas, Dead Brother to the Rescue?
I spoke to a woman Amy who is a waitress at a restaurant of a very old Pub/restaurant building.
At midnight while working overtime and the only person in the pub, whilst all  alone "something" threw 15 individual Frozen Peas at her in a row. After which she ran out the pub!
They believe a Victorian girl called Nancy (although maybe from an earlier period), approx. 7-10 years old, whose spirit still lingers on in the building and area. On the rota sheet for the pub working hours, the name "Nancy" was written on the sheet. Later on, on the typed rota sheet, the name disappeared and turned into the name “Jasmine.”
Amy also said her mother was foretold by a psychic that when Amy was a baby she would ingest medication by accident that would be fatal to her and her dead brother would save her. Her mother was also told not to ignore Amy's crying in the night. She did indeed ingest part of the medication; and they heard her cry. Remembering the psychic's advice not to ignore her crying, they took her in time to hospital got her stomach pumped.
1. What was the purpose of the Ghosts throwing frozen peas at her? And is it  one Ghost or multiple ghosts lingering on in the pub?
2. Did her dead brother rescue her from the other side when she was a baby ingesting the medication or was it her GA or Spirit Guides?
Help There's Someone Buried in My Grave!
My friend Tracy had reserved the plot next to her father and sister's graves, to be buried when she dies. There was some sort of mix up at the cemetery and a complete stranger has been buried in Tracy's plot!
Does Tracy have some karma with the deceased stranger buried in her plot? Or had she desecrated other families' memorials in past lives? To deny her the privilege of being buried in the family plot next to her father and sister in this  life?
Theo, why would a ghost throw frozen peas at a waitress in an English pub, and is there more than one ghost there?
Yes, more than one. They are attracted to the pub as a place they enjoyed drinking and eating in for years. A benevolent prayer for them to go to the light and move on will assist them.
Did a dead brother rescue a baby by forewarning about ingesting medicine or was it the baby’s Guardian Angel?
It was a combination of the piece of the soul left behind, with the assistance of the baby’s own GA.
Was there balancing when a stranger was buried in a grave that was meant for Tracy?
Yes, Tracy had done the same in the past, so this balanced. It was more that Tracy had buried someone she killed in a past life with no marker.
Let’s say this Benevolent Prayer for those still attached to the pub out loud: “I ask any and all beings to assist in bringing the soul fragments still attached to the English pub to the light and assist them in moving on, thank you!”
MORE ON ROCKWALL, TEXAS
I’ve started taking yoga classes again, and the lady who now owns the yoga studio and her husband both live in Rockwall, Texas, named after an ancient  wall almost completely buried. “Scientists” claim it must be a natural rock formation, but no one that lives in the area believes that. Julie and her husband heard it might be ETs, so I thought I would ask again, since it has been several years ago that I first asked. I’ll add in here that my ancestors founded Rockwall, and were supplied by pack mules all the way from Tennessee.
Gaia, what level of intelligence did the pre-homo sapiens have who built the rock  wall that exists in Rockwall, Texas, and how long ago did this occur as the ocean receded, or was the river involved in some way?
You correctly received that the ocean was involved, which means that this was over a million years ago, Tom. These people were tribal in nature, as you were given before, but did have the same intelligence as the Neanderthals—around the 70% level. As you can imagine, they obtained their food from the ocean. In those days, what would become the Gulf of Mexico was more turbulent than nowadays, and certainly they had their share of storms. The land was much lower than today, as you can tell from the height of the wall.
The wall was quite protective for many years, but eventually as the ocean receded there came a time when they decided to move farther south. They disappeared in a giant storm—yes, a hurricane that came upon them.
