Noted at the last minute. This Mathew Hurricane blew up so fast I was not able to have everyone that reads this newsletter say a BP to calm the winds last week. I was only able to post on my Facebook page. With so few people, I just don't think we were able to generate the energy needed. But here is another.
Say a Benevolent Prayer (BP) for all those in the path of Hurricane  Michael as it makes its way up the East Coast. Say out loud: “I ask any and all beings to aid, comfort, and protect all those people and beings in the path of Hurricane Michael to keep them safe, and to help them to recover from the damage caused by the storm, thank you!”
Gaia is saying that we ALL need to send light and love to the Earth each day. Please don’t just sit there and read this newsletter and then go on. HELP MAKE THE EARTH A BETTER PLACE!
Please say this out loud each morning: “I now send white light and love to every continent, every island, all the rivers, lakes and streams, and all the oceans and seas.”

UPDATE ON JUDGE KAVANAUGH & ELECTIONS
Gaia, what happened on my reception regarding Judge Kavanaugh? I did my best to try and stay neutral?
Yes, Tom, but subconsciously you believed Dr. Ford’s testimony, which I  did say was correct. I did say, and so did Theo, that it was around a 50/50 probability. Still, your souls as a group thought that there would be such an impetus given to the rights of women, it was in your best interests in the long run for her testimony to be doubted or rejected. This hit a raw nerve in women who have be sexually assaulted in any form. This movement will gain larger numbers of women, and yes men, who have been assaulted and not believed, or who stayed quiet, believing they would be the ones who would suffer the most from revealing these stories. Let’s move on, Tom, but know you saw a corner turned.
That brings up the question about the November elections, and the revitalization of the Republican Party. It would seem that the probabilities would have shifted, as more Republicans will vote?
The answer is a general yes, Tom. Still the highest probability right now is for the Democrats to regain control of the Senate. And the House will be close.
NOVEMBER ELECTIONS TERRORIST PLOTS
This question came from Joe.
Gaia, what is the probability of any terrorist plots or bombings around  the time of the November elections in the USA?
Good question, Tom. Actually it will be relatively quiet on the surface, but as everyone is aware, there will be serious attempts again by the Russians to influence the elections, or to at least stir up divisions between the voters. This time there are more safeguards in place and hundreds, if not several thousand, of these sites will be shut down. As soon as one is taken down—erased—another will pop up to take its place, but voters are becoming more knowledgeable about these attempts. So, their influence will be much less than before.
INITIAL WINTER FORECAST
Normally I try and break it down by sections of the country, but here is the initial overall forecast.
Gaia, what is the forecast for winter in North America?
A wet and colder winter overall, Tom. You will see some heavy storms form, especially in the northern latitudes. As in every winter, there will be places that will receive so much snow they will wonder if it will ever stop.
Would you say this will be a normal or abnormal winter?
Let’s say, Tom, that with your change in climate, you will see more precipitation than you would normally receive.
BREXIT 2ND REFERENDUM & BIRDS IN CAGES
Mike in the UK writes: Here are two different questions that I'd like to know:
1. Will the U.K. have a 2nd referendum to see if their citizens would like  to stay in the EU?
2. Regarding birds kept as pets, do they get stressed and depressed being kept in cages?
Gaia, what is the probability of the UK voting again to stay in the EU?
A very small probability at this time, Tom, but give it a few years—10 to 15—and you will see a movement to join the EU again. People must experience life without being an EU member to know that life can be  better within the group than outside of it.
Gaia, are birds in cages as pets stressed and depressed?
Some are and the majority are not. They are well fed, and on a soul level understand their part in the Earth Experiment. Like other pets, they are here to teach you to love all living things. For those who have birds as pets, be sure to give them your love and treat them as you would wish to be treated. Give them the freedom to fly, if at all possible. Honor them. It is all part of your learning.
FAKE NEWS STORY & NEGATIVE & POSITIVE ENERGIES
Stephanie in Tyler, Texas, writes: It was a pleasure to finally meet you in Fort Worth. I have some questions.
1. There are rumors of 50,000 sealed indictments to be carried out with arrests and military trials soon. Is this true? With a possible civil war or attack on the US. Is this true?
2. Regarding the 10 positive energies and 4 negative energies, are these linked to emotional states?
Example:
Negative energies 1. Anger/hate, 2. Greed.
Positive Energies 1. Love, 2. Joy, 3.Happiness, 4. Hope/Grace,  5.Kindness, 6. Generosity.
Gaia, is it fake news that there are 50,000 sealed indictments with arrests by military and civil war looming?
Absolute rubbish, Tom. Again, another conspiracy theory someone cooked up for ratings. Your readers should be able to recognize these fake news stories as they will increase the closer you get to your elections, and then they will really ramp up in the next two years leading up to your Presidential elections. By sending white light and love each day to the world, you shine a light on these blatant attempts to divide your country, so remind your readers to do this each day. You will make a difference.
Gaia, would negative energies include 1. Anger/hate; 2. Greed? And would positive energies include 1. Love; 2. Joy; 3. Happiness; 4 Hope/grace; 5. Kindness; Generosity?
Tom, all of these “expressions,” we will call them, exist in both the 4  negative energies and 10 positive energies. We appreciate your readers putting on their thinking caps and tackling this great question. Someday your greatest minds will also ponder what these energies consist of. That does not mean to stop trying, but it is a very tough question to ponder at this early stage in your development. Bravo to anyone who comes up with theories.
Thanks to Stephanie’s questions, I was able to slightly better describe the negative and positive energies as “expressions,” in my talk to the Dallas IONs group.
SENDING WHITE LIGHT

Theo, should we send a bubble of white light to friends and family, or just white light?
I would leave it up to the person sending the light, Tom. Once it is sent, the person who receives it absorbs the light.
THE EYE OF AFRICA
Ludovic in France writes: I wanted to tell you about some new research that has been made about Atlantis and something recently come up about the “richat structure,” which is a really interesting ground formation that matches Plato's statements about the rings of lands, of water, etc., and is located in Africa. This place, commonly called the Eye of Africa nowadays, and I believe isn't particularly known nowadays, was this Poseidia, the main city of Atlantis? Could I request that Gaia give us the truth about this? Here is the video link, which is very informative: Click here.
Gaia, what is the Richat “Eye of Africa”? Was it natural or manmade? If  manmade, when was it constructed? And anything underneath?
Yes, as you can guess, Tom, it was not natural, but manmade. Now the question comes, who made it? You are correct in thinking that at one point Atlanteans were persona non grata in Africa, or the Land of OZ as it was known in its history, but some of your hardy group that made their way to Egypt wanted to be as close as possible to their old home in Poseidia, so they settled in what was at that time a very fertile part of Africa. They even tried to reconstruct the Golden City, and their efforts were somewhat successful.
Still, over time, the sands from the coast started creeping in, and finally drove them away. There would be some interesting discoveries should archeologists one day wish to explore this area further. As was noted, it is only visible from space, as on the ground it does not have the appearance of having concentric rings. It is but another attempt by the Atlanteans to relive the glory days, just as the smaller version did on the coast of Spain.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, Antura is my “brother on another planet,” first introduced to me by Theo in 2008. I was to discover, in asking him thousands of questions, that he and I are part of the same soul group or “cluster, as Theo calls them. After 800 lives on Earth, he is putting what he learned on Earth as an explorer to good use as part of a “first contact” team that introduces the planets comprising the Sirius Star System to new, emerging worlds. I go into much more detail in my book FIRST CONTACT: Conversations with an ET. I realize that many people have been told over and over again that extraterrestrials do not exist, but trust me on this. My book contains so many details never read  before anywhere! Here are more questions this week.
Sylvia writes: I have a question about timelines and dimensions; do you have a book that thoroughly explains these? When you mention them in your newsletter, I don't feel that I completely understand what you're talking about.
Another question: my brother just recently saw a UFO right over the roof of his house that seemed to be not moving for a few minutes and felt that they were watching him and was wondering what do they want or what are they doing there. This is the same house that my nephew, Diego, was implanted with a metal object by ETs.
I’ll answer the first question. My FIRST CONTACT book has a whole  chapter on timelines, also known as parallel worlds. There are 12 timelines, meaning there are 12 Earths, all at different frequencies. Therefore, there are 12 yous. We are on Time Line 6, the middle frequency.
Antura, why was an ET ship hovering over Sylvia’s brother’s house?
They were checking in on him and taking readings, Tom. They did not abduct him, but now that you have reached this developmental stage, as you have been previously told, you are getting much more attention from your home worlds.
Antura, from the time I made the suggestion to include the Reptilians in the Earth Experiment, to the time when they actually made the suggestion in a negotiation for peace, how many Universal years was it?
Sadly, several hundred, Tom. As you have seen and read in the past, things do not move as fast as on Earth. The idea was thought to be ridiculous, and naturally there were those who despised the Reptilians  and would have preferred to go down with the ship, so to speak, before they would ever make that offer.
So, are we talking about 300 years or more?
Yes, closer to 500, but not that much—more towards 470.
Am I receiving that number correctly, Antura?
Not quite, but slightly more. It took many more loss of lives on both sides before it became clear this could be a war of attrition, with the possibility that the planets in what would one day become the Federation looking at annihilation. So, desperation finally prevailed.
Antura, has Krys ever been abducted?
Yes, Tom. Have Krys contact a hypnotist, or suggest to use a meditative CD or MP3 to learn more.

No, an ET ship, Tom. It was not government or CGI. There were multiple sightings.

Yes, but it wanted to be seen and is all part of the program for preparation.
MBOs AT AIRPORT AND FOR TRIP

Georgia writes: OK, I went on a trip about a month ago, could not get The Gentle Way book one anywhere, so I ordered book 2. I was reading and practicing during my vacation. I do not like to fly, do not like airports. Well, I said a benevolent prayer about checking in, so no problem, in fact the man took me aside and showed me a side way to  bypass a long line and get through quickly, not even taking my shoes off. The man at other end where I was going started being rude, saying nasty things. Before I had a chance to do anything one of the security took him away and another just walked me through. Sigh.
So, I say another prayer to find a perfect place to eat; as I was walking to the gate to which I needed to go, a new restaurant had just opened, very good food. So, another prayer to find my gate, to have a nice person to sit next to, a Most Benevolent Outcome. I got on a very crowded plane–not one seat open–they asked several times for people to give up their seats. I was sitting alone and finally this woman sat next to me. She said I can see you are a spiritual person you have stone bracelets on and an OM symbol on your bracelet. Well, I had taken an anti-anxiety pill before I got on plane, besides trying to meditate. So she says, “I meditate every day, I am a yoga instructor.” She teaches yoga to private/corporate/group classes. She never quit talking; the 2 hour trip seemed like 1/2 hr. She gave me her card to contact her when I came to her state again. She said she really enjoyed her trip. So did I.
My ride was at airport on time, no problem getting back to my home. Apologize if too long, I left a lot out. But I have been doing benevolent prayers for about two months now. I am astounded, just amazed. I feel sad that I have not known this before in my life. Thanks so much, Tom T. Moore.
MBO TO FIND MISPLACED GLASSES
Peggy writes: I wear reading glasses and seem to misplace them a lot. Whenever I do, I ask my angels per MBO to find them for me. They always do. Thank you, angels.
CUBA UNDER A DICTATORSHIP
Margarita writes: Why what happened in Cuba had to happen? It was so advanced for its time and being an island in the Caribbean. Is Cuba karmically paying for the events that occurred in Atlantis? The Cuban exiles have left in different "waves." Does that have anything to do with  Atlantis? When do you think the current situation will finish and will I ever return to my homeland?
Gaia, why did Cuba go in the direction it did? Was there balancing that had to be done?
No, Tom, it was more that the souls that lived and were born there, needed to experience a dictatorship, just as the people in North Korea and a few other countries need this soul experience. Then, depending upon how they handle those circumstances, there may be some, or quite a bit of balancing to do. Many of the souls in Cuba would be considered young souls that actually felt comfortable in someone telling them what to do all the time. It is but one of the experiences everyone must have on Earth in one or more of their lives.
DOES OUR DNA CHANGE FROM LIFE TO LIFE?
Sylvia writes: I've been reading your newsletter and enjoying it greatly! I'm also trying to use MBOs and BPs on a daily basis. I'm currently reading your Atlantis and Lemuria book and I'm fascinated with all the  detail that you provide.
I'm curious about our DNA. Do our souls carry the same DNA at every new life or reincarnation? Of course with the obvious changes of the X and Y chromosomes to become either female or male and probably the DNA improvements.
Theo, does our DNA change from life to life?
The easy answer is yes it does, but parts of it do not. That is a question for a scientist in the future to see what changes as they are able to identify people who remember their past lives and they are able to obtain DNA samples from the deceased.
MEXICO AND THE WHEEL
Darleen in Berkeley, California, writes: In school we were taught that the high civilizations in Mexico and Peru did not have the wheel. Somehow, I have just never been able to grasp that this could possibly be true. I did see a photo once of a child's toy that seemed to be an animal on a wheeled base, from ancient Mexico. They built massive structures out of stone and were brilliant in so many ways--how could they not have had the wheel?!? Can you please ask your guides about this? I imagine  that many other readers would be interested in this as well.
Thank you for all that you do. I say the Gaia MBO at least once a day. Glad to have one more tool to try and influence things for the Good.
Gaia, did the high civilizations in old or ancient Mexico have the wheel?
Yes, Tom, where they could. Some areas were much more suited for pack animals, as there were few roads. That infrastructure was slow to develop, so it was not practical to have carts in many places. But yes, in the cities they did have carts to carry their goods, although the use of pack animals carried on as the farmers brought their goods to market.
DO ROCKS ENJOY BEING PAINTED?
Carole writes: I have a question for Gaia. I, along with many others, enjoy painting and hiding rocks. How do the rocks feel about this? It does give them a chance to get "all dressed up" and "travel about".... but that is MY perspective. Do the rocks enjoy it as much as we humans  do?
Gaia, do rocks enjoy being painted and hidden for people to find them?
Some do and some do not, Tom. A person that does this should ask the rocks if they would enjoy being painted and hidden for discovery and the enjoyment of humans. That will come in the future.
Of course, the future can be now if you ask and just listen to that “whisper in your ear.”
COTTON MATHER
Elaine writes: I have a question regarding Cotton Mather (1663-1728) and/or his father, Increase Mather.
Are either of them currently incarnated in our timeline? Did they have  Reptilian blood? Do they have anything to do with Donald Trump or his inner circle (even the ones “fired”)? Was Cotton Mather a member of Skull & Bones secret society? Was he schizophrenic? Seems to be, when one reviews writings he published and Salem witch trials.
I was reading about reincarnated revolutionaries and wondered about Cotton Mather and his adjusting or continuing struggle with Puritanistic ideals in other lives. Here is a link to the book: Click here.
Theo, are Cotton Mather or father Increase incarnated now? And are they Reptilian souls?
They are not incarnated at the present time, Tom, and no they are not Reptilian souls.
Do they have any connection to Trump?
Not to Donald.
Were they members of the Skull and Bones?
That information is available elsewhere, Tom. Let the person research that on their own.
FUTURE FOR ACOUSTIC INSTRUMENTS
Gail in Alberta, Canada, writes: Thank you for all that you do! I would like to know if acoustic pianos (and other acoustic musical instruments) will remain in use for hundreds of years or will they be replaced by electronic instruments?
Also, is the soul fragment of Beethoven alive today?
Theo, will acoustic pianos and other acoustic instruments be replaced one day by electronic ones? And is Beethoven incarnated in this time period?
Electronic instruments will continue to be improved in sound quality, Tom, but there will always be a place for the acoustic piano, and the many acoustic instruments. The improvements, though, in electronic ones will allow many to own an instrument that would not be able to afford a full acoustic one.
And yes, Beethoven is alive, but a youngster at this time. This is an exciting time for musicians as they explore many different types of music.
A DREAM OF ATLANTIS
Gaia, I had this spectacular dream about a most beautiful ski area in the summer. Was there ever a place like that, with the waterfalls and beautiful walking trails? Dream meaning?
Yes there was, Tom, once upon a time, and you actually walked those  paths.
Was it Lemuria, Atlantis, or someplace else?
It was Atlantis before the continent broke up, Tom. It had many visitors, as you saw.
Dream symbol?
Just a spectacular resort, as you called it, Tom. We wanted to give you a happy symbol. Interpret it any way you wish.
This is but another reason to record your dreams in the middle of the night and/or first thing in the morning.
