There are predictions that the war in Ukraine will last for many more months. Let's say this Benevolent Prayer for the people of UKRAINE: "I ask for any and all beings to aid, comfort, and assist the people of Ukraine to remain safe, for all prisoners of war to be treated under the rules of the Geneva Convention, for the economic sanctions imposed on Russia to work, for the grain to be transported, to return the thousands of Ukrainian children home, and to return the Russian and Ukrainian soldiers home, thank you!"  Russia just announced they are starting to block the grain shipments again. Please say this Benevolent Prayer.

UNIVERSAL BASIC INCOME IN THE FUTURE?
'Louise' writes: I was thinking about the possibility of UBI (Universal Basic Income) and if it will be instituted in the US in the future? What’s the highest time frame if it does happen and will it be a general rollout or in stages? I  wonder if businesses would just raise their prices if it got rolled out across the board, thereby negating the effects of UBI. Image by Scot Santens
Gaia, will there be a Universal Basic Income in the USA in the future, and if so when?
There will be a form of Universal Income for the USA in the future, Tom. Put that at over twenty to twenty-five years, with a slow implementation. It will come in stages, such as guaranteed healthcare, whether a person has insurance or not. Then will come guaranteed food allowances, so no one goes hungry. Keep in mind that the population will also be slowly decreasing, as I have mentioned several times before. There will not be such a strain on resources as there is now.

Diana writes: I was watching NOVA talking about other planets and a thought came to me about them.
Did these planets like Mars, Venus, Uranus, Neptune have life on them as we like to think, OR do they have life now, but hidden within the planet?

As I have said every time, Tom, I am available to all your readers. They just have to believe.
Creator, do, or did any other planets in our solar system have life on them? If so, are they hidden?
You have been previously told that Mars had a population that destroyed themselves many centuries ago. It still has life, which your Mars explorers will discover in the coming years. You will have to redefine your idea of what life is on these different planets. You have already just recently been told by Octopus Soul that there are octopi on other planets in this solar system.  This should lead you to the idea that there could be other life in oceans you will discover on these other bodies in this solar system. And there will be life you will eventually discover that is quite different than any life on Earth. It will greatly expand your ideas and knowledge as you explore farther and farther away from this solar system. Comparing your present knowledge to just the tip of an iceberg would be a good analogy.

Humans have a lot to learn yet about dark matter. Why is there a galaxy that seems to have no dark matter?
Is dark matter just matter that we can't see it in any way at all because it is  aliens hiding from our sensors?
Creator, after your first creation of several hundred galaxies, did you have several more times when you created hundreds or thousands more galaxies at one time?
Yes, a good question. Once I observed the galaxies I first created, then I created thousands of galaxies in several rounds, each one different from the others as you have been told. And I’m not through. There are more to come. Your astronomers can see this work in progress.
Regarding NGC 1277, why does it seem to have no dark matter, or what do  you call it?
Let’s stick with the labels now in use. Again, each galaxy is different from all the others. I decided to have one with little dark matter, as your astronomers call it. It has its own properties.

QUESTION FOR CAT SOUL
Emily writes: We adopted a kitten who has many similar behaviors and personalities to some cats we have had in the past.
We have lost 2 cats in the last year. One was with us for over 18 years, she passed away in February from natural causes. The other was a feral pregnant cat we fed and took care of for almost a month; she was taken last summer by a coyote. This new kitten reminds me of both of them. Maybe  Cat Soul can shed some light on this matter.

Cat Soul, is Emily’s new kitten the return of one of her two previous cats who recently transitioned?
Yes, Tom, she was very loving to her cats, so I returned one of them to her. The other will return when she decides to add another cat into the family. Just a reminder to everyone that all they have to do is request an MBO for the return of their cat and I will make sure it happens.

MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
Antura is my “brother on another planet.” He’s an ET, who Theo introduced me to in 2008, and also a member of my soul “cluster.” After 800 lives on Earth, with an interest in exploration, he’s part of a “grass roots, first contact” team of four individuals, currently on a Sirian mothership hovering 50 miles above the Earth. The mothership has a crew of 900, plus their families totaling 1,500, since most of the crew live their whole lives onboard the ship.
I thought he would look like us, since I had read many times the first ETs we’ll meet would have our appearance, so as to not frighten us. But, I was shocked to learn that he’s an amphibian, from our home water world planet  Nommo in the Sirius B Solar System. He looks SLIGHTLY like the Abe Sapien character in the Hellboy movies, pictured here. Antura, Chris Bledsoe, the man in North Carolina that seems to instantly go into a meditative state [seen on the Beyond Skinwalker Ranch series], would seem to be in an area that is covered by Sirians. Is one or more of your team members in contact with him?
Yes, exactly, Tom. The Big Guy, as you call him, often works with Chris. At  some point in the future, he’ll meet with him physically. This will be after your documentary will be in theaters. We do not wish to frighten him.

Mantej writes: Out of the Five Eyes Alliance (USA, Canada, UK, Australia & New Zealand), will Canada be the second country to disclose reverse engineering of ET craft?

The process has already begun in the United States, Tom. Other countries will soon do the same.

Antura, did David and the ET have sex and why, and did it produce a hybrid?
Yes, Tom, it was an experiment by the Zetas. And yes, it did produce a hybrid—actually more than one.
Antura, why isn’t the inside of your mothership and scout ship not compressed in the four negative energies?
This is extremely difficult to explain, Tom. It just has to do with the difference in positive and negative energies. The positive energies do not allow the negative energies to compress them. On the outside of the ship, yes, but not on the inside. Yet both exist. Certainly, our scientists were quite surprised when the Earth Experiment began to see the difference.

MBO FOR LILY PLANT TO BLOOM

Nancy writes: Behind my home are two lily plants which have been trying to grow since the summer started. One is less than a foot tall and may stay a dwarf. The other is nearly three feet and seemed ready to bloom with vibrant red flowers, but just remained green with no flower buds. This past week when sitting on my deck, I said a brief (I admit, halfhearted) MBO for this larger plant to bloom. That evening I had a dream that the plant had produced a light yellow flower, pretty but not what usually blossoms. The next day I checked the plant, and it had started to sprout a pale, reddish flower out of the surrounding green leaves. It has continued to grow and turn redder each day, and other similar blooms have sprouted as well! I have every expectation that this plant will soon be full of its signature tropical-looking red flowers for all the neighborhood and the GAs to enjoy.
MBOs FOR HUSBAND’S DRIVE TO & FROM WORK
Manasi writes: Further I also want to share an MBO for which my husband  and I are so grateful . Everyday my husband drives to the office which takes about 2 hours to reach, but the expressway that he takes to reach the office is very dangerous during rains and every other day there is an accident on that road. Every day when my husband leaves for the office, I say an MBO for keeping him safe. The other day on his way to the office my husband met with an accident. Our car banged into a big vehicle that stopped abruptly on the highway in the middle of the road and then another vehicle banged into our car from behind. The car is in very bad condition, we might have to scrap it completely, but my Husband escaped without a scratch and no sprain of any sort. I am thankful for the MBOs, beyond words.
BPs AND MBOs FOR DRIVE & CAR REPAIR
Our son, Todd, is going to take part in QuakeCon the week of August 9. He needed a haircut, so he drove the car down the tollway almost to the LBJ freeway in Dallas on the previous Friday. The car overheated, and we  suspected that perhaps the fan was not working. We called Shannon, and she was about to pick up our granddaughter not too far from the garage where the car had been previously serviced over the years. She contacted them, and they said they could get to it on Monday and would just keep the car over the weekend.
We said a Benevolent Prayer for his drive there. Todd stopped once at a signal light and had a hard time restarting the car. He then had to drive around and around a parking lot at the next red light. He finally made it to the garage. Shannon picked him up. Then we requested an MBO for the cost to be less than we could hope for. They estimated it to cost $280 to replace the part in the coolant. When we went to pick up the car today, and we again requested MBOs for the drive and for the complete repair. The cost was only $242, and I will not have to drive him to and from QuakeCon, located in a hotel near the DFW airport, as I had done the last time he attended three years ago.

Never, Tom. Fire cremations will evolve to become even more efficient than today. Water cremations will appeal to only a small segment of the population.
MYSTERY OF THE CAVES
Catherine writes: I happened on this discovery made in 1992 by a farmer in Zhejing Province, who decided to drain a local water source.
To his astonishment a series of unconnected caves were discovered,  impeccably carved, and beautifully decorated along the walls. Historians have come up empty. No one knows who, where or why these caves were laboriously carved out and abandoned.

Gaia, by whom and when were the caves in Longyou China carved?
Needless to say, they were carved many millennia ago, Tom. They were carved even before Homo sapiens. They were for the protection of those people at that time from roaming beasts. They were not connected, again for the protection of those people should one cave be breached. The memory of those times was lost when those earlier humans died out.
STUCK ON A ROLLER COASTER
John writes: Getting Stuck on a Roller Coasters
Recently theme park goers were stuck upside down on a roller coaster for 4 hours. This has happened numerous times to people over the years, stuck  upside down for hours on them.

Gaia, are roller coaster riders who get stuck for several hours upside down balancing anything?
An interesting question by your reader Tom, but no, this is part of the thrill they desired in riding the roller coaster. Some will be afraid to ride one again, while others will relish in telling their stories over many years to others who are considering riding one. Some will take this fear into other lives to overcome.
QUESTIONS FOR THE FAIRY KING
Teresa in Austin Texas writes: I believe this has been covered before but just to reiterate, when trees and plants die, do they all go to a staging area for new Earth lives? Does every tree and plant have a group soul?
Some plants propagate by wind-borne seeds. Do the fairies assist in their wind trip or just when the seeds land?

Yes, and the same to both of you.
King Oberon, do plants and trees have staging areas after they die as do animals, etc.?
No, not the same as do animals, insects, birds and so on. Their essence remains in the same area and are drawn to the seeds of new growth.
Do they all have group souls, as humans term them?
Yes, you have in the past communicated with these group souls, but we realize you have new readers who have not been aware of these conversations with such group souls as Oak Soul and Rose Soul.

Do fairies assist windblown seeds, or just when they land?

He had an overlapping life during Hitler’s rein, and listened and even attended rallies where he heard those speeches.
MISSING ITEMS
Virgil writes: I've been having some odd things happening to me lately. I have a canon printer that I always get generic ink for. Yet when I looked at my ink supply recently I found a set of canon brand inks there. I haven't ever  bought canon inks as they're expensive. I have no idea where they came from. They just seem to have appeared. I'm also missing a debit card and some articles of clothing. Am I experiencing some sort of timeline blending? It’s getting so that I'm apprehensive about possibly losing something really important. I'd appreciate anything you might be able to tell me about what's happening. I know that I'm old, but this goes beyond an aging problem.
Theo, is Virgil’s memory fading a little or have things cropped up or disappeared with Timeline 5?
Like what has happened at times with your family, items have transferred back and forth with Timeline 5. He can request MBOs to find them and they may then return.
ELON MUSK, RFK JR, BACK ENGINEERING
Jonas writes: These are my questions:
• Does Elon Musk know about extraterrestrial life on Earth like the revelations of Dr. Steven Greer are pointing out?
• Has Elon Musk already planned for or experimented with free energy powered vehicles? It’s hard to imagine that he doesn’t have any information about that.
• How many individuals involved in illegal back engineering activities and related businesses will use the time until the end of the year to turn themselves in to the authorities with impunity?
• What is the probability of RFK Jr. becoming the next US president?
• Kryon stated in February that new inventions would not arrive until after the war was over, to avoid being used as a weapon. Is this true for Free Energy?
Gaia, does Elon Musk know about back engineering of ET ships? And has he experimented with free energy powered vehicles?
Two separate questions, Tom. Mr. Musk has only a rudimentary knowledge of the back engineering going on. His focus has been on other things, such as Space X. He would not have spent millions of dollars developing those spaceships had he been aware. Regarding free energy powered vehicles, yes, he has been working on that, but has not made a breakthrough yet.
Approximately how many people will come forward by the end of the year to avoid prosecution regarding back engineering?
The majority will come forward in 2024, Tom, as the Senate and House bills take effect. Still, in the Congressional hearings they will hear from a few individuals that have been involved, given assurances that they will not be prosecuted. Let’s put that number at under 25 at this time.
Gaia, what is the probability of RFK Jr. being the next President?
At this time, Tom, it is a low probability. The Democratic Party is going on the thinking that the party in power has a better chance of doing so by reelecting the same president.
Will free energy machines not be released until the Ukraine War is over?
That war has nothing to do with the release of the free energy machine. It is still the highest probability that it will be released in the coming months. All probabilities lead to that conclusion.
