Welcome to this edition of The Gentle Way Newsletter, and a special welcome to all my new subscribers all over the world. Keep in mind that I’ve been told that no one is perfect that does this work. I estimate that I’m around 80% to 90% accuracy. And keep sending in questions. Remember, the human voice is much more powerful than people in this time  period realize. I’m told there is a crescendo effect when hundreds and thousands say the same BP out loud.
The first Benevolent Prayer is for my Newsletter editor of 10 years, Ralonne, who’s in a Phoenix hospital having a procedure done for an abscess in her liver.
Let’s say this BP OUT LOUD: “I ask any and all beings to aid, comfort, and assist Ralonne with her liver procedure to completely recover to full health, even sooner than we can hope for or imagine, thank you!”
Of course that also means that I’m doing my own editing this week, so you English majors out there be understanding, and hopefully next week Ralonne will be back.
We may be doing this every week (or day) for a while. Let's say this Benevolent Prayer for the people of UKRAINE: "I ask any and all beings to aid, comfort, and assist the people of Ukraine to remain safe, and for the economic sanctions imposed on Russia to work even faster and be more successful than we can hope for or expect, and to return the Russian soldiers home, thank you!"

Jerry writes: I just recently read reports that there were missile strikes hitting a nuclear plant in Ukraine, and some of them caught fire and were put out.
In your previous newsletter Theo stated that aliens will not allow nuclear war to erupt.
1.) Would that also include a nuclear plant blowing up, which might cause  another similar to the Chernobyl disaster?
Prayer vs MBO: With war in Ukraine heating up Pope ask all Catholics in the world to pray for peace. We have said the MBOs as directed from your newsletter.
As far as I can see, neither one had real effect on what is going on in Ukraine.
2.) Which one would have more effect?
3.) How come neither one is working?
Young souls: In the Jan 2020 newsletter, a reader asked a question about the percentage of young souls on Earth.
What about the USA and Ukraine? Are the percentages the same?
Gaia, what is the probability of a nuclear disaster in Ukraine?
Very small at this time, Tom. They are continuing to do the work that must be done there, and the Russians know full well that a nuclear disaster would affect not only Ukraine but also Russia as well. Its placement helps protect it. So list the probability at less than 10%.
Will Arnold Schwarzenegger’s communication to Russia have any effect?
Much more than you and anyone aware of this communique realize at this time.  It will spread through Russia and will change many Russian’s minds on the war. It will take a week or two, but there will be a shift in sentiment.
Have our BPs made any difference in Ukraine, since we are small in number?
Much more than you can hope Tom. Remember, we have said it’s like 10 times that number, when people say the same prayer out loud.
What about the Pope asking Catholics to pray for Ukraine?
If said out loud—which only a small percentage do—mostly the priests, then yes it does assist.
If you notice, the war stalled, and even there were and are counter attacks. The morale of the Russian troops is going down. Many now realize that there are no Nazis, only civilians protecting their homes.
What is the probability of China assisting Russia?
Their aid will simply be a gesture, not full blown assistance. They are trying to walk a tightrope between their neighbor and the west, who would sanction them too and cause a disruption in trade—not what China wants. They can see that Putin made a major mistake in attacking Ukraine. Their aid will be mostly food. We do suggest saying a Benevolent Prayer to that end.
Are the young souls the same percentage in both Ukraine and the USA?
There are more younger souls in the lower quadrants in Ukraine than there are in the USA. Even those in the third quadrant will be in the lower part—meaning fewer lives—than those in the third quadrant in the USA.
Let’s say this BP OUT LOUD: “I ask any and all beings to aid and assist China  to abide by the sanctions imposed on Russia, in order to bring the war to an end, even sooner than we can hope for or imagine, thank you!”

Yes, the astrologer was quite accurate with her analysis on this one, Tom. It will take one year from now, but as we told you previously he will be finished. He far exceeded his soul contract and will be ousted. You can take that to the bank.

Theo, what is the highest probability for the future of Zelenskyy?
As you were told before, he is being protected by all the prayers said for him. He rose to the occasion in this life, and will continue for a while as its leader, as they rebuild their country. There will be statues of him, and he will be fondly remembered for generations. As you were told before, this is a significant life.
CONVERSATIONS WITH A SOUL FRAGMENT
In a Newsletter a couple of weeks ago I mentioned the transition of one of my friends—Bob. Bob had been married to Joy until she transitioned several years ago, and I included a chapter on her transition (she gave me a black eye afterwards) in my THE GENTLE WAY II book. My friend Frank and I drove up to Sherman, Texas and had lunch with Bob at a Texas Roadhouse Restaurant. One week later, he died in the hospital of COVID. Frank and I were both thankful that we had gotten to see him one last time, but there was a void left,  when his family had no service and had him cremated. I decided to communicate with Bob. This took place over two sessions.
Theo, is a fragment of Bob’s soul hanging around at times with my buddy Frank?
Oh yes, Tom. As you told Frank, he considered, and considers Frank to have been his best and closest friend in this life, as he led mostly a lonely life after Joy transitioned. He only had his daughter and her family, but none of the people he lived near were close friends—that included even the person who helped him find a car when his was totaled in the wreck.
Can I speak to the fragment of a soul that is still slightly earthbound?
Bob, here, Tom. Thanks for facilitating our conversation. I know that you and Frank were quite surprised at my transition. It was long past time. I was not making much progress, and my soul allowed me to have lunch with you two before I departed.
Yes, Frank especially felt a void when you left, and I did too.
Yes, you both were not able to have closure, since my family decided not to have a memorial. I was a burden to them, which I can see now. And yes, I will remain close by until they transition. And yes, I do like to look in on Frank, but I even at times look in on you. You did your best to be concerned about my wellbeing.
Frank wants to know if you still have all those conspiracy theories.
This life was an exploration of many different beliefs. I was a younger soul in  terms of Earth lives, Tom—and Frank too--and exploring all those beliefs kept me engaged in this life. As you have been told, Tom, everyone explores different beliefs. This life was pretty far out there, you could say, mixed in with some truths from my military experience and my work.
For me, you’ve already lost that Bob personality, haven’t you?
Oh yes, I am much more my soul self than Bob self. This fragment of my soul simply remains close by to observe my family, and at times whisper in Frank’s ear. Still, I was happy that we were able to get together one last time before I transitioned.
Where is your next incarnation?
Back in the 20th Century. I need more work in that time period. I’m told I will be born a girl this time, with conservative views.

Bob, here, Tom. Good morning.
Good morning, Bob. Since I did not prepare any questions last time, I would  like to ask more today.
Of course, Tom. I was told you would return. It’s part of my duties I was told I would have—to assist you and everyone who reads this.
Bob, since you were all tubed up in the hospital, and I assume sedated, were you aware of the transition angel? What was that process like?
Yes, physically I was not aware, but my transition angel I was aware of for several days prior to my transition. I will remind your readers that they take care of thousands of people all at the same time. I was not scared, only disappointed I did not have more time, you could say.
Was your soul fragment detached, or came back later, even if it was a split second to us?
My fragment of a fragment, as you call it Tom, detached almost immediately. You understand, and they want your readers to understand, that I still have a connection to my soul. I’m not just a fragment wandering around. Our souls wish to see what impact our lives had on our families and yes, close friends. I am kept busy.
That brings up the question of how you will assist Frank and me during the rest of our lives.
Obviously more so with Frank, as we were close. I will be one of his guides to assist him in all things paranormal—just much more accurately than I did while alive. For you I’m always available in case you have to, or wish to ask about a soul fragment’s duties and work. Some of your readers will have questions I can  answer.
How many lives on Earth have you had so far?
I was in the middle of the third quadrant, Young soul, so I have a lot more lives to go, with the one as a female in the 20th Century, which has already begun.
Do you look in on her at any time?
Yes, just a little—I don’t want to interfere.
Are you returning for another life as a Mennonite?
No, but as I told you before, it will be as a conservative woman. I needed lives to see the ying and yang.
Was Joy there to meet your soul fragment upon transition?
Oh yes, a fragment of her was there to make the transition that much more pleasant. As you know, I greatly missed her.
Any of your favorite cats?
Yes, Cat Soul did provide those—again, all designed to make it as joyful and easy as possible.
What about the eight foot lizard or reptilian you mentioned in life?
You could say there was a presence, just not close by.

BUBBLE OF WHITE LIGHT LASTS HOW LONG?
Maria writes: Theo’s comments evoked some new questions, such as--for how  long a light bubble lasts, and can it fade away right after imagining it.
Theo, when you surround yourself in a bubble of white light, how long does it last?
Good question by your reader. It can last several hours—it all depends upon intent. It is more the reason you request it, since we can insure it lasts as long as needed. That is part of our job to protect you.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
In 2008, Antura introduced me to another member of my soul “cluster,” as they are called. Antura, after 800 lives on Earth, with a soul interest in exploration, is making use of that knowledge as part of a “grass roots first contact” team on board one of those huge motherships from the Sirius B Solar System, consisting of one female and three males. It is three-miles-wide and twenty-stories-tall, with a crew of 900, plus their families, totaling 1,500 from 37 different planets. Most of the crew live their whole lives on board the ship. Prior to orbiting the  Earth, Antura told me in my FIRST CONTACT: Conversations with an ET book that he had spent time and in contact with a species of people that look like sloths and are more than 1,000 years away from space travel. He also visited one of the three universes that are adjacent to ours, and said it is “really different” from our universe. Here are more questions I asked this week.

Being the only female in the grass roots contact team, does exotic girl rule the roost?
We are all laughing at that question. Of course she does.
Jay writes: I was wondering if the four negative energies are in the food we eat, the air we breathe, and the water we drink? I believe that Antura said that when y’all are on the ship, you will be eating food there. Will the food they give you have negative energy added to it, or will it have only the positive energies? Do they know what affect the positive energies will have on us from Earth, after we have been in the negative energies so long? Has the Federation tested the effects of only positive energies on beings that have only been immersed in negative energies?
Antura, during the previous time line visits and our visit, will the food and water have to be infused with negative energy?
Good question, Tom. No, your bodies will absorb the food and water with no problems.
How will we be protected from positive energy and vice versa for you and the  crew?
Those tiny devices you will be given that act as an invisible space suit will protect you and us, Tom. They were not designed for the Earth Experiment—just for the millions of different species of beings in the universe, but they also work well, we found, to protect you and us.
Shirley writes: Hi Tom, tonight I looked out my front door and saw this object above me, I don’t think it was a plane--could you inquire as to what it was? About two weeks ago, I also saw an object, but it disappeared very quickly could you also in inquire about that.
Antura, did Shirley view any ET craft?
Yes, she did, Tom—one. It was good observation on her part.
Maria writes: If the first contact rules refer that before contacting the civilization, the population has to be at peace (as part of the directive), and humankind is not yet and won’t be in decades, then how come the disclosure can happen so “soon”? (20 Sept 2008)
Do Federation people also send white light and love to others, including humans, every day?
Antura, how can Disclosure come before world peace?
Disclosure will spur on world peace, as long as it is done in tiny steps, Tom. We  can’t just show up in a space craft of any size on the front lawn of let’s say your White House. Panic and fear would result. But with your documentary, where you have the free run of our ship—it will be a great revelation for most of the population, as they see you were treated cordially.
But surely ours will not be the only Disclosure?
No, there will be other events happening in close proximity to your visit. Again, it all depends upon what part the Pleiadians wish to participate in. We are committed to what your soul contract calls for.
Do Federation members send white light and love to others, including humans every day?
In many different forms, depending upon how their society views the Universe. Many prayers are said for humans in the Earth Experiment.
John writes: Can you ask Antura about the strange diamond shaped UFO over  Bridgewater NJ? Why the strange shape? The ETs inside, are they Pleiadians?
This strange diamond-shaped UFO was spotted in Bridgewater, New Jersey. This location has been a hot spot for strange shaped craft on a number of occasions. It even coined the phrase the Bridgewater Triangle as place for regular sightings of crafts and even Bigfoot himself.
The photo was taken in October 2015 and at first wasn’t noticed until someone else pointed it out. The lady who took the photo did so as she could see balls of light flashing in the sky moving up and down." Click here.
Antura, whose ship was the diamond shaped craft over Bridgewater, NJ in October of 2015?
This was not a Federation ship, but one from this universe, again taking their own readings, which are always shared, just as we share our information with anyone interested—and I can add here everyone is interested—in how you are progressing. As a society as a whole, you are slowly raising your vibrational levels—actually much faster than we ever did.
Hadn’t asked this before, but do you jump back and forth between time lines, using the same ship?
Yes, our readings are constantly being compared across all time lines, to see the differences in frequencies. That is much more complex than you can imagine, which is why millions of readings are taken each day. Good question.
MBOs FOR CHILDREN’S CAREERS
Diane writes: I have been asking for good outcomes for both of my children’s  careers, and within a week of saying benevolent prayers they both got excellent offers. One as an extra in a movie, and the other a move up the corporate ladder for new training and an opportunity of becoming a manager. Both received the offers within 48 hours of each other. I was saying the MBOs for each of them (separately for one week straight).
MBO FOR DOG TO STOP BARKING
Tosca writes: I live downstairs in a mother-daughter house with my daughter and son-in-law. They have 3 dogs, one of whom is an endless barker. When he’s  alone, he barks for hours, and had been at it non-stop for a while. I was ready for some quiet time meditation, and the dog continued barking, no end.
In desperation, I said an MBO for him to SHUT-UP. I admit I didn’t expect a miracle, because nothing ever stopped him in the past. Well, it worked!!!! He stopped barking, and now I know just what to do in the future. Thank you, Tom.
MBOs FOR UKRAINE, VACCINE SHOTS
Chrissy in Australia writes: I have been meaning to send you my MBOs, which I say daily for lots of different things. I have been saying the MBO for Ukraine, its people, those who are fighting for their freedom and those fleeing. I also say it for any Russian people who are protesting and then taken away by their police.
I noticed someone talking about the vaccinations in a newsletter, and wanted to  share what I said for mine. I chose to have the vaccination and boosters, because I have been diagnosed with emphysema, and would rather have something that will help me fight the virus, if I happen to get it. I still wear a mask for my own protection even though it is not compulsory now. There are quite a few people who still wear a mask when in the shops. Funny how it was once upon a time considered weird and "over the top" to wear a mask.
Some time ago, you mentioned an MBO in one of your newsletters, to allow the body to assimilate the vaccine into the body, so I say that and have tweaked it slightly.
I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for my body to assimilate the vaccine in the most benevolent manner, and may the vaccination completely prevent the covid-19 virus from entering my body, may there be minimal effects from the vaccine, and may the vaccination completely prevent the covid-19 and its variants, Thank you!
I said this a day or two before I received the vaccine, and continued afterwards as well. I have received two vaccines and two boosters, and have said this MBO  each time. I have read of people having symptoms of all kinds after a vaccine, and I truly believe that the MBOs worked very well for me, as I have not had any symptoms after any of the needles. The last booster I had, the doctor asked me if I had any symptoms from the other needles, and I said, no. He said, "Well you might feel a bit off this with booster, a number of people have". I am happy to report that I placed my faith in the MBOs, and did not have any symptoms at any time. Actually the ONLY symptom I think I had was after the first shot, when I had the slightest of headaches but I am not sure if that was anything to do with the vaccination.

I request a Most Benevolent Outcome to remain totally healthy and to be guided away from anyone who is ill, Thank You!

MAN ACCIDENTALLY KILLS BROTHER

What was the man balancing? Did they kill bears or animals in past lives and this balancing by them both dying? Click here.
Theo, what is the balancing when one brother accidentally shoots another and then takes his own life?
He is balancing the reverse, except his brother did not kill himself after accidentally killing his brother. Both will have the ability to balance in the future.
MISSING FLIGHT MH370 FOUND?
Jerry writes: Below you will find the link to "60 minutes" Australia. Aerospace  engineer claims that he know where the missing Boeing 777 Flight MH 370 is located. Is he right? Click here.
Gaia, have they found the location of MH370
There are indications that the craft has been located on the ocean floor. We have said previously that it would be over 5 years.
SUPREME COURT JUSTICE THOMAS & WIFE
Deborah writes: I have a question about Supreme Court Justice, Clarence Thomas and his wife, Ginni Thomas.
The New York Times just published an article entitled "The Long Crusade of Clarence and Ginni Thomas" wherein they lay out all the ways in which Ginni and Clarence have advocated for extreme right-wing views, including working to hinder human rights for transgender people, and for LGBTQ people. She has  also been vocal about her support for the domestic terrorists who attacked our nation’s capital on January 6 and has perpetuated the lie about the election results.
Of course she is against women's rights, specifically their right to choose. Even Trump, in private, called her a "nutcase".
How is it that Clarence Thomas is able to continue voting on issues, for which he should recuse himself due to a conflict of interest? What is their future?
Theo, what quadrant is Justice Clarence Thomas and his wife Ginni Thomas on and will they both continue on their current paths?
Both are Younger third quadrant souls Tom. This is a significant life for him, but a little early to have such an important job. You could say it borders on a bad guy life. But he is more or less on his soul contract along with his wife.
COMEDIAN SAM KINISON
Deborah also writes: The comedian, Sam Kinison, who died at age 37 in 1992...what soul age and quadrant was he? Has he reincarnated yet...if so, is it in  the future or a past time? What is his soul interest...is it the Arts?
Theo, what is the quadrant of Comedian Sam Kinison?
Young Soul, Third quadrant, but more at the beginning than end. He did make progress, but a long way to go.
Is he reincarnated in the past, present or future and his soul interest?
Past 20th Century, Tom. His soul interest is the arts.
PARKINSON’S AND ALZHEIMER’S DISEASES

Theo, is Parkinson’s Disease balancing a past life, and how soon will a cure be  introduced to those who are experiencing it now?
Balancing can occur here, but also it falls under the bucket list to experience paralysis.
Is there a link with Alzheimer’s?
