I realize there are several Benevolent Prayers to say listed below. PLEASE TAKE THE FEW SHORT SECONDS TO SAY EACH ONE OUT LOUD. Remember, the human voice is much more powerful than people in this time period realize. I’m told there is a crescendo effect when hundreds and  thousands say the BP out loud.
Let’s say this Benevolent Prayer for Israel and Palestine out loud: "I ask any and all beings to aid and assist in protecting the people of Palestine and Israel from the fighting between Hamas and Israel, for those wounded to be given medical assistance, and for the hostages to be returned home unharmed, with no further violence and may there be meaningful negotiations between the two sides so that this will never occur again, thank you!"
Let's say this Benevolent Prayer for the people of UKRAINE: "I ask for any and all beings to aid, comfort, and assist the people of Ukraine to remain safe, for all prisoners of war to be treated under the rules of the Geneva  Convention, for the economic sanctions imposed on Russia to work, for the grain to be transported, to return the thousands of Ukrainian children home, and to return the Russian and Ukrainian soldiers home, thank you!" Please say this Benevolent Prayer.

Before we move on to the rest of the newsletter, a quick explanation for my new subscribers: Theo is my own Guardian Angel (GA) with whom I communicate in meditation, along with Gaia, the Soul of the Earth, and my soul “cluster” brother, Antura (and a few others). Generally, I’ll ask Gaia the Earth questions and Theo about our lives. Now for some interesting topics of the week that YOU requested, and which will give you a DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE.
SOUL QUESTIONS
Gaia, you said soul fragments had to be hardier on the lower timelines, yet you also said the fragments are the same size on all timelines, so how are they hardier?
Yes, Tom, they are hardier from the hundreds of lives all going on at the  same time on these lower timelines. You could say they have to have built up their ability to withstand the denseness of these lower timelines, plus your guardian angels and guides work diligently to assist them in their daily lives. Certainly, we work with all your timeline versions, but we knew from the beginning that those lives would be much more difficult, so we assist, assist, assist. Your guardian angels constantly send huge amounts of love to these soul fragments to make their lives just a little easier.
Paul writes from California: I have a question: why do young souls seem to have more challenging lives (e.g., poverty, wars, false religious beliefs, etc.)? If a young soul is born to old soul parents like you, won't his or her learning be smoother or even accelerated?

Gaia, why do Young souls seem to have more challenging lives? Are their  lives smoother and accelerated with older soul parents?
This is up to your souls how many experiences are packed into one life. Most souls choose to get the really hard lives out of the way in your very first and second quadrant of your Young souls. Still, as we have said before, you can have lives in any time period depending upon what you need to experience with the other soul clusters you work with life after life. That includes lives where a young soul has parents with many more lives that are able to handle the challenges that the younger souls must experience. If you were to see a chart of a person’s lives on Earth, you would see a great variance at times over thousands of years.
Kay writes: When a person becomes an organ donor and undergoes brain death, then is kept "alive" on life support until organs are "harvested"; what happens to the soul of that person? Is it set free to progress in the spirit world? Attached to one or more of the organs and the recipients, or does it remain earth bound?
Theo, what happens to the soul of a person who is brain dead, and their organs are donated? When does the soul depart and are any fragments attached to the organs?
The main part of the soul typically departs after or upon the injury that causes the brain to become lifeless. But as has been told before, a fragment of the soul remains, and yes, small fragments of the fragment follow the transplants of the organs to the bodies of those who receive the transplants. Keep in mind that these are typically those in soul clusters that work together life after life, and these can be balancing actions from past lives.
QUESTIONS FOR THE FAIRY KING & QUEEN
Jen writes: The elves in Iceland that appear to disappear into rockswhat do they experience when they do that? Do those rocks act as portals for them or help them to alter their vibration to different dimensions? Are those entrances into their homes?

Good morning and good life to both of you. Several questions today.
King Oberon, what do the rock elves experience in the rocks—are they portals to other dimensions or perhaps the entrance to their homes? Image by Denkhenk
Excellent question by your reader, Tom. The rocks are entrances to their homes, which are on a different vibrational level. They do enjoy the feel and texture of the rocks, so don’t forget, the rocks are ensouled too. They give them love, just as the fairies who tend to the plants and trees do the same.
Teresa writes from Austin, Texas: There has been a lot of attention in the news lately about the importance of fungi. The Fungi Foundation said in a post on a social media account of the secretariat of the UN convention on biological diversity (UNCBD) that it was time fungi were "recognized and protected on an equal footing with animals and plants in legal conservation frameworks." "Whenever referring to the macroscopic diversity of life on Earth, we should use 'flora, fauna and funga', and 'animal, plants and fungi'," it said in an Instagram post. (funga is a word they made up).
When plants and animals die, they become food for decomposers like bacteria, fungi and earthworms. Decomposers recycle these dead plants and animals into chemical nutrients like carbon and nitrogen that are released back into the soil, air and water. Are there any other major accomplishments  by bacteria, yeasts, molds or fungi that have not been mentioned?
King Oberon, are there any other things that bacteria, yeasts, and molds or fungi do besides decomposition?
They do provide food for a host of insects, among others. This is all part of Creator’s ecosystem.
Jane writes from the UK: Can you please ask the fairy king why the Sycamore Gap Tree in the UK, which was at least 200 years old, was cruelly cut down in the middle of the night. This tree was loved by many and was the tree in the Robin Hood film with Kevin Costner. It is so sad, and did the tree sense the danger that was coming. There are so many beautiful pictures of this wonderful tree. And will the culprit be found?
King Oberon, why was the Sycamore Gap tree cut down in the UK? Was it  informed and will the culprit be caught? [16 year old was just arrested.]
The tree was informed in advance and those fairies in charge of its wellbeing gave it love. The culprit was a young soul that will have more than one life to balance this one where he will be a woodsman taking care of a forest. The highest probability at this time is that he will not admit it, but this could change in the future.

MATTHEW PERRY, THE ACTOR
Sandra writes: I would love it if we could learn anything about Matthew Perry's death, if he knew he was passing, anything about this life, etc.
Thanks so much. I know he was a gift to us, but he also suffered quite a bit  here. Maybe karma?
Theo, why was Matthew Perry’s exit point now since he was working to help those with addictions? And what is his quadrant?
He had completed his soul contract to be an addict and then overcome it while being a beloved actor. A number of people will be inspired to assist those with addictions in his name, so his legacy will be greater than his individual efforts to assist others with addictions. He is in the Young soul third quadrant, and of course this was a significant life for him. He is incarnating a little farther ahead in time, this time as a female, but again as an actor, who will be compelled to assist others.
I will add that I just saw a story on TV that a foundation has been set up in his name to assist those with addictions. I’m sure many people will benefit from this.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, I have an ET friend, who is also a member of my soul “cluster.” That means he is also a fragment of the same soul that I am. There are eight of us having lives on Earth, as our soul volunteered for the Earth Experiment. We are living our lives in the four Negative energies, while the  rest of the Universe was created in the ten positive energies. Our souls were promised, among other things, that our vibrational levels would be “fast-tracked.”
After 800 lives on Earth, Antura was born this time on the water planet Nommo in the Sirius B Solar System. With a soul interest in exploration, in this life he’s part of a “first contact, grass roots team” of four. They are all from planets in the Sirius B Solar System. He has done other explorations in this life, mentioned in my book FIRST CONTACT: Conversations with an ET, including a visit to a desert planet to introduce themselves to a race of sloths that will not be ready for travel to other planets for several thousand years, plus he visited the other universe adjacent to ours, which he said is totally different from our universe. Antura, I assume your sources know who the next head of AARO will be? Will this person be better?
Quite a bit better Tom. The next person will not be in the hip pocket of those  who wish to curtail or delay exposing the back engineering of ET space craft. Still, there will be resistance to the release of information. They will still try and block information from reaching Congress, but the door has been opened and cannot be shut.
Antura, why are the photos Dr. Greer has so nebulous? You would think by now the forms he sees in these Contact sessions would have be solid. Aren’t his followers ready for more reveals?
Again, as we have mentioned before, there are still many people that would be frightened by actually seeing an ET, so up to this time the figures were nebulous as you described. All of the people on Earth are about to be introduced to real ETs—us, through your films, just as you have done on the upper timelines.
Why can’t more be done to prepare everyone—more sightings, much closer as you had promised before?
They are coming prior to your release of the information. Plus, there will be more revealed about the crash retrievals and ET bodies recovered. That will be momentous news for many people—not just a whistleblower to Congress.
MBOs TO FIND LESS COSTLY HOUSE INSURANCE

We had a Most Benevolent Outcome this past week in finding less expensive insurance coverage for our house and for our daughter’s house. The policy on our house was going up $2,500 per year and for our daughter $1,000. Dena and I both said MBOs during the whole week each time Dena dealt with the prior insurance company, or a new one. Finally, she was able to not only have our insurance not go up, but it actually went down about $2,000. Shannon also saved $1,000 on her insurance. Dena did not think it would take all week, but the results were quite satisfying. Dena says, bottom line, ask for an MBO and don’t give up.
MBOs FOR MOVE TO OLD VACANT HOUSE
Kelley writes: I decided I needed to change my living situation and move. In my mind, I’d selected the dates and place and was ready… and exactly 2 weeks out from my “targeted” move date I realized I hadn’t called anyone. No  movers, packers, cleaners, utilities, not one call! I immediately requested MBO that I would get all the help I needed to move. In 20 minutes, I called everyone, and every single person I called said yes! I was able to have the carpets cleaned, the movers pack, the house cleaning crew to clean, my sister was off from work and came to help, teams of friends showed up to help move and unpack. It was a lot of work made light by so many hands!! I still can’t believe it and I am so grateful I was able to hire all of the crews of professionals for exactly the dates I needed. Thank you!
In addition, as another part of this, I moved into a house that’s been vacant for 12 years. The heat and AC (mostly) have been on but no major upkeep. I asked that all appliances, electrical systems, any and everything in the house be in good working order, and everything works (except the disposal which is frozen from rust as it’s 25 years old) including the fridge, washer & dryer, microwave, oven, everything!

MBOs FOR TRAVEL FROM NJ TO FL
Lee writes: I traveled from New Jersey to Florida on the interstate this weekend. Almost like we were in a bubble with light traffic, excellent weather, perfect rest stops, and good overnight accommodations. Of course, all things were asked for ahead of time using MBOs! This, by far, was one of my best ones yet! Thank you, Tom!
THE CASE OF TWO STEVES
Sandra in the UK writes: A member of a Facebook group I belong to met his friend Steve at the train station and gave him the loan of his air pods as promised for his trip to Malta, he then went home nearby. A few minutes later an irate Steve asked him what's going on. Why aren't you here to give me the air pods as promised. The member said he had just given them to him which he totally denied. So, he popped back to the station and Steve 2 was now wearing different clothes and he had long hair! The member thought he was being spoofed and he searched Steve 2's backpack with no air pods.
He explained that the other Steve had left not 10 mins earlier Steve 2 thought the member was just nuts. The second Steve dresses differently to Steve 1. Steve 1 does work with the government by the way as a coder of some sort. Not sure if this has any connection.
The member purchased platform tickets and made sure Steve 2 caught the train.
Then he hears from friends saying that they had interactions with Steve 2 even though it was impossible as he was on a train heading to the airport. All said this version of Steve appeared off in some way.
Lots more interactions happened including with Steve's mum having the long-haired Steve over on Sunday, YET another family member said she was with him that day so they thought they got their days mixed up, but nope, he was in two places at once.
Steve 1 was in fact in Malta as proven by facetime with the member, he even saw his father that lives in Malta.
It goes even deeper; the mum said her boy was always a bit odd from birth.  She told the member that Steve 2 went to the doctor for something and the doctor asked how his sprained and bruised arm was now, Steve 2 insisted he hadn't had an issue with his arm and that he hadn't seen the doctor for months. His mum said there's lots of similar things that have happened over the years and she has now been told not to talk about it again, unclear by whom.
Basically, people think they are going crazy. The friend returns home Friday so it will be interesting if interactions with Steve 2 will stop.
Please Tom, this is just insane, can Theo spread any light on what is happening here? Are we being cloned? A teacher wrote that she saw a boy at the school when she entered, and the next minute saw his parents dropping him off! More similar stories in our group, just not as bizarre as Steve's.
Theo, were Steve 1 & 2 from different timelines and if so, why the crossover, or were they twins not knowing about each other?
Good guess, Tom, but no, there was a crossing or hole in the timelineseparating Timeline 5 and 6. Notice the difference between the two Steve’s. As we have explained in the past, on one timeline you can be slim and trim and on another obese. Each timeline has its choices to make. The timelines were repaired by the souls that do that work.
DEATH OF A FLIGHT ATTENDANT
Celeste in Seattle writes: Can you ask Theo, your GA, what happened to the  flight attendant, Diana Ramos, who was found dead with a sock in her mouth. Hotel staff discovered her in her hotel room two weeks ago in Philadelphia. They say there was no foul play, but local authorities have been pretty quiet about the investigation. Was it homicide by hotel staff/outside or suicide. Thank you and thank you for all that you do!
Theo, what happened to flight attendant Diane Ramos? Was she murdered or suicide? In the hotel or outside?
This should be investigated further. That is all I allowed to say.
This response happens sometimes when soul contracts are involved.
MASS SHOOTINGS IN THE UNITED STATES
The BBC says that there have been 565 mass shootings in the United States as of October 26. Read the full article. Click here. The Supreme Court will also vote on whether to uphold the ban of gun sales to people who are accused of domestic violence. It appears they will.
Other news on my GUNS FOR GROCERIES National buyback proposal. I was  on Linda G, the Comanche Psychic’s program on October 31st. We discussed the program, and she encouraged viewers to participate and encourage all of her listeners to contact their Congressional Representatives.
The San Antonio, Texas, Police Department will conduct a “Guns for Groceries” buyback event on November 19. They are working to raise $250,000 to fund the event, with over half already raised. Here is another new story, this time from KSAT TV. Click here.
El Paso just held a gun buyback event on October 28 and received over 400 guns in less than one-half day.
So how can we link this event to a call for a Congressional Bill? Why not email or call your Congressperson or Senator and suggest that they get behind a BIPARTISAN bill to help lower gun violence in the United States. Put a link to the San Antonio article in your correspondence with your elected officials, and then use the link to my petition on AVAZZ for more details. It will raise your vibrational level!
MORE INFORMATION: WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING THIS  ENACTED BY CONGRESS?
1. This will have bipartisan support since it does not require anyone to do anything. It is ALL VOLUNTARY!
2. No money is given that can be used to buy more guns.
3. Payment is made with money cards that can only be used at supermarkets or grocery stores.
4. People are concerned that only law abiding citizens will give up their guns. Over weeks and months there will be people who turn in guns because someone in their family may be considering suicide or going on a shooting spree.
5. This would be overseen by the ATF, instead of the Justice Department. They would collect the guns once a month (or sooner) and destroy them the same way they destroy other confiscated guns. This also ensures that some local police department will not sell them out the back door.
6. Another possible benefit I have not mentioned before: Presenting this bill before Congress will allow for Amendments to be voted on. Perhaps one or two might pass this time. We won’t know unless we find a Congressperson or Senator to sponsor the bill.
