PROBABLE SUMMER FORECAST
Diane writes: This has been a rough winter for the country which has me concerned about the next season! Gaia, will summer be very hot this summer since we had such a cold winter?
Gaia, will we have what is considered a normal summer in North America, or one of extremes?
Extremes again, Tom. Yes, you are receiving correctly. Storms will continue to  race across the continent, with a number of them violent. You will see many more tornadoes than normal this year. There are a number of places where the negative energy has built up that I must relieve. Eventually, humans will learn how to do this yourselves, but that will not be for a while.
Temperatures will swing wildly at times, just as you have seen this winter. Look for heat waves not only in the south and southwest, but even in the northern latitudes, so that when these cool or cold fronts, as you call these weather systems, move across the country, they will clash with the hot temperatures.
May I remind your readers, Tom, that most of you can stay safe by requesting  Most Benevolent Outcomes for their safety, plus their families and friends, and their homes, when these storm systems pass by you. There are many soul contracts at play this summer where their bucket list of experiences call for damages to their homes and yes, to them and/or their families.
So, have I actually received this correctly Gaia?
Absolutely, Tom. Take that to the bank I will say.
Will there be flooding?
Yes, the storms will include rains that at times will overwhelm your  infrastructure—your drainage systems.
What about our hurricane season?
Similar to last year. One or two will be slow moving and a great amount of flooding will result. And yes, that will be more towards August and September—your typical months. Again, may I remind your readers that they can reduce the power of these hurricanes by saying Benevolent Prayers and for you personally, MBOs. I know you will ask your readers to do so, when you have enough warning. And may I remind your readers, Tom, that you have great power in the spoken word. You just have to give it a try.
EUROPE FORECAST

Quite so. Quite hot, then violent clashes of the hot and cold. It will even extend  all the way down almost to the foot of Italy, but certainly Western and Eastern Europe.
These are all high probabilities, but humans have the ability to mitigate these stormy periods—you for the most part have yet to learn this. You think everything has to be done with some sort of inventions, but you are powerful in and of yourselves.
Folks, that means be prepared to say a lot of Benevolent Prayers this summer! Together, we are powerful!

Quite so. Look to Asia. I will not provide any other information here as there are soul contracts at play.
MORE DEMOCRATIC CONTENDERS
Philip writes: I saw a discussion on Youtube between Marianne Williamson and Andrew Yang and I noticed you commented on the chances of Marianne Williamson becoming president. What are the chances for Andrew Yang and  could they become running mates for each other?
Gaia, what is the probability of Andrew Yang as the Democratic nominee?
Fairly low, Tom, as this is such a crowded field, and it will be difficult for Andrew to raise sufficient funds to stand out above those with better name recognition. That is the highest probability at this time.
What about Bernie Sanders’ probability of being the Democratic nominee?
Much higher with his name recognition, but still not quite high enough, although that probability can change. This is a very fluid time period, with many probabilities.
ELECTION OF CANADIAN PRIME MINISTER
Marion writes: Thanks again for your wonderful newsletters and MBOs that I  do daily. Question I have is for Theo and/or Mother Gaia. Just wondering if our Prime Minster of Canada will get ousted out with all what is coming out in the news, and if he still will be our Prime Minster in the election in October, 2019?
Theo, what is the probability of the Prime Minister of Canada being reelected?
High at this time. Canada is not to the extremes of the United States, but there is opposition to the current Prime Minister, including your questioner. The highest probability will be for him to win a close election. That could change, but again, we are talking probabilities here.
MANDATORY VACCINATIONS
Brandon writes: I was wondering if you could ask Theo if Bill HB3063 will pass? It’s a bill that is mandating mandatory vaccines on all adults, and if the adults  don’t comply, they lose their right to travel, to healthcare, to education, etcetera...
To me that is unfair. I was a health care provider and a vaccine researcher for 15+ years, and there is a portion of the population that vaccines are harmful to, plus the NVCP (the United States Vaccine Court—National Vaccine Compensation Program) has paid over 4 billion dollars to families who have had a family member die, injured, or paralyzed from vaccines.
There is no magic pill, and no one vaccine is 100% safe or 100% effective. No pharmaceutical has ever been tested as 100% safe.
Gaia, will Bill HB3063 pass forbidding travel to adults who refuse mandatory vaccines?
It has no chance, Tom. The Bill was entered more as a protest.
PROBABLE FUTURE FOR LATVIA
Inta writes: We had such a wonderful time celebrating Latvia 100 a few months  ago, but I can't help but wonder what will happen to the country in the future? How will it survive the oceans rising and will the "big bear" to the east try to gobble it up sometime in the future?
Gaia, what is the highest probability for the future of Latvia?
Things will remain pretty copacetic for many years, Tom. It is protected by NATO and the European Union. Don’t forget that wars and such are on the wane. Therefore, it will remain fairly stable, with all the typical problems that a small country has.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, in 2008 Antura introduced me to another member of my soul “cluster.” I was to soon find out that Antura is having a life as an amphibian on a water world in the Sirius B Solar System. After 800 lives on Earth with a soul “interest” in exploration, he’s currently a member of a “first contact” team, specializing in “grass roots” contacts. In my book FIRST CONTACT: Conversations with an ET, he described two of his explorations—one  to a desert planet and one to the next universe next to ours. He described it as “really different” from ours. He’s currently orbiting overhead with his team of three other beings that also specialize in grass roots contacts. I’ve been asking questions about them I did not ask in the book. You’ll read more below.
Antura in the wings, Tom. Yes, a long session this morning. We all on our side wish you lots of energy and of course a good life, which will be speeding up even faster very soon.
Antura, the other two of your contacts—do you contact them telepathically, or mostly in the dream state?
Good question, Tom, as you always assumed it was telepathically. One is and one is not, you could say.
I would think the dream connection would be pretty tenuous as not a lot of people record their dreams as I do, and even if they do, they would dismiss it as some wild dream.
When I or my colleagues contact someone in the dream state, it is much clearer and quite easy to remember.
Your Sedona Journal is filled with people who were contacted first in the dream  state, and then began to channel messages from not only us in the Sirius system, but the Pleiadians and Arcturians as well. We have just not had this discussion before, Tom. New news I believe you will call it. You can ask more questions as you think of them. My colleagues and I worked for many years and yes, even lifetimes, to be able to do this work.
Speaking of your colleagues, are both your other two teammates [Somer was previously covered] from Sirius B, Sirius A, or even C, or where?
Yes, both the others are from the Sirius B solar system. They both say hello, and look forward to answering your questions.
Are both from land planets?
Yes, they are.
Do both live above or below the surface?
One above, the other below.
Are both in your same age group?
One is a little younger. The other is older than me.
Did you once tell me that one of the males has red hair?
He perked up just then. That’s correct.
Does he live on the interior or exterior?
Exterior of his planet.
How tall is he?
Large in our vocabulary, Tom.
Fingers and toes?
Yes. Again four fingered and toed.
Is he over 6 feet tall?
Yes, more on the order towards 7 feet.
A gentle giant we would say?
Quite so, Tom.

MBO FOR SAFETY FROM CLOSE BY TORNADO

Paul writes: Our electricity returned last night after just two days and the Internet a couple of hours ago. Thanks to MBOs my home, the homes of everyone on my street, and the homes of several neighbors just on the edge of my subdivision were spared the tornadoes that just claimed 23 lives in Alabama. I  began my MBOs to protect the above properties 23 minutes after the first tornado touched down in the Smith Station area and after the radio and Direct TV went silent, I went upstairs to view the winds that accompanied the freight train noise that roared over my house.
I asked any and all beings to protect these properties from all adverse weather conditions, to include tornadoes, lightning strikes, hail, strong winds and strong rains, and to move these adverse weather conditions to higher altitude and to areas where they are needed most for other life plans. The tornadoes bounced along rural GA highway 315, just 900 feet from my home, and where it touched down it took infrastructure to include a church. One of my friends, whom I had included in my MBOs, saw the funnel cloud approach his property, but was relieved as it bounced and took out trees quite a distance from his home. This tornado was reported to be a mile wide, yet not even a potted plant in my yard was turned over, while others had trees slice through their roofs.
This is the second story I’ve received of someone requesting an MBO for a tornado that either lifted or veered away at the last minute. Always request an MBO if a severe storm is headed your way for your safety, your home’s safety and all those neighbors around you. That’s what I do each time, including last night.
MBO TO ARRIVE ON TIME FOR APPOINTMENT
Laurie writes: Here is another successful MBO for you.
I had an appointment with my eye doctor that required my sister to drive me to  and from their office (they needed to dilate my pupils so I couldn't drive safely after the office visit). We were running a little late to get to the appointment so I requested and MBO to get to the doctor's office on time. We arrived at precisely the correct time, of course!
I also requested an MBO for the price of the office visit to be less than the last time and even better than I could hope for or expect. It turned out that I had a credit that I didn't know about and my cost for the office visit was zero. The really weird part about that last bit is...when I was standing at the lobby desk and ready to pay for my office visit, the office employee and my sister suddenly remarked that they both felt a CHILL. Whooo. Their minds went to ghosts. I remained neutral in my comments. But seconds later the office employee found that I had a credit and I did not get charged for an office visit. I did not feel a chill, but something happened!
QUESTION ON GUIDES AND 6TH SENSE
Theo, do my guides attach themselves to you, or do they group together?
More of a grouping together.
I bet there is more to that, but not sure what to ask.
Janet writes: Is there a way to increase or open up our sixth sense abilities? I  want to become more aware, empathic and compas-sionate to my GA and Gaia. Can you help me with the correct way to ask for a MBO for this specific request? Thank you!
Gaia, is there a way to increase our sixth sense ability?
It takes work, Tom, just as it takes work for you to do these meditative sessions. You have to have the desire to, and yes, you can request MBOs to increase your abilities in this direction. There are books to seek out, plus many videos on the subject. But it first starts, or begins, with the desire. The MBO can be to raise your awareness. Your guides communicate with you all the time, but most of the time it has to be something dramatic to catch your attention. Just know that you are receiving help constantly. We are all here for each one of you.
You can simply say, "I request a Most Benevolent Outcome to increase my awareness and my telepathic receptions of all kinds, thank you!"
PHOTON BELT AND SHINING A LIGHT
Bill writes: Years ago the Photon Belt was all the rage, with many people concerned about what it might do.
Please ask Gaia if there is such a thing, are we in it yet. How will it affect  humans and our future?
Gaia, are we in the photon belt? And if so how is it affecting us?
Yes you are, Tom. The photon belt brings a different, but needed energy for the Explorer Race. It assists in raising your vibrational levels. Again, we are at the limits of your scientific knowledge, Tom, but in the future, when meditative states become much more common, there will be those scientists that will ask these questions and receive a variety of answers, according to their knowledge and backgrounds.
You are pioneering the concept of asking thousands of questions on every topic, and you cannot be expected to be able to receive answers on topics where you have had no prior training, or interest. But this challenges those who do to make an effort to connect with spirit and ask these same questions. They don’t believe they can, but they can. You’ve lighted the way, shall we say.
DOGON TRIBE, JESUS, STAR OF DAVID SYMBOL
Zohar writes: In your Dec-31-2016 Newsletter, you had a question to Antura about the Dogon tribe in Australia. To my knowledge, the Dogon tribe is not in Australia but in Mali, Africa.
I would like to know if Jesus' origin is from Arcturus Star and if he is a member  of the Council overseeing planet Earth.

Gaia, did the Dogon tribe originate in Mali, Africa, and if so, how long ago?
Yes, as you might have guessed, Tom, they are one of the first homo-sapiens to have been deposited on Earth 60,000 years ago, plus they also have a connection to Nommo. The Nommons look in on them from time to time. They disguise themselves so as not to frighten them, but still giving them the flavor of amphibians.
Did the soul and its soul fragment Jesus originate in the Arcturus star system?
The soul that split off a fragment that you know as Jesus was created by another creator, but like so many other souls, was attracted to this Creator’s creation, to lend a hand in teaching unconditional love to millions of people—soul fragments that are veiled—that would stand the test of time.
How did the story of his soul originating in Arcturus began?
You could say that it was a stop along the way.
Is he having lives on other planets in this universe, as our souls are?
No, Its full concentration is on Earth, as there are so many people that worship him.
When did the Star of David originate, and was it a symbol on an ET spacecraft?
An interesting story, Tom, with some validity. There is a similar symbol on some of the Federation spacecraft. This story dates back to a time when there was more communication and interaction than is allowed now.

DEATH ANGELS
If someone is lonely, lives by themselves, or is alone at the time of their death, can a death angel manifest physically into a person who appears real to the dying individual to assist someone who’s dying alone to give them company so they know they weren't alone when they are dying?
PRIORITY ON PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Do people who DO NOT give up their seats and give priority to pregnant women and elderly people on buses and trains get bad karma?
Theo, are deathbed confessions part of a soul contract, or free will?
They can be either, Tom, but more often than not, they are on a person’s soul contract. On a soul level, it is understood that this can affect a wide range of people, depending upon what is being confessed by the person, before transition. It can give closure to some people, and bring heartache to others, again depending upon what is being confessed. It can also result in the incarnation of others.
Would you say there is balancing being done here?
In a percentage of cases, yes. But if balancing is a result, it might very well be only the beginning.
Why is there a “bystander effect,” where people do not assist someone being assaulted, as one example?
Fear, Tom. They hope someone will step in, as they are afraid to themselves. In other cases, it can be the belief that the person being attacked deserves it for their past actions. Needless to say, their vibrational levels take a hit when they have a chance to show compassion, but do not.
[Theo has asked me to use the term “transition angels, as it is a transition to  another level.] Do transition angels ever appear as a physical person, so that the dying person doesn’t feel alone, or does the transition angel give so much love that is not needed?
It can depend upon a person’s beliefs, Tom. If the transition angel knows the person totally rejects the idea of angels, such as an atheist, then they might appear physically to that person to ease the transition. This is an intricate process, so there can be many answers to this question. The transition angel can even appear like they are physical, but are not. Most of the time they appear to look like what the person believes. If they believe the angel has wings, on go the wings. And all the time they are radiating love.
Do people who refuse to give up seats on a bus or train or other public transportation have to balance, or their vibrational level goes down?
Here we get into that word, compassion. When you show compassion, you raise your level. Showing none can reduce your vibrational level and may require balancing.
CANNABIS LEGALIZATION IN THE UK & COCA COLA
Mike in the UK writes: Marijuana
1. You have received that Marijuana will be legalized in the UK; will it be legalized soon after Brexit to bring more attention and tourism to the U.K.?
2. Will Coca Cola produce Cannabis Cola drinks, as it said that Coca Cola is in talks to do so? Click here.
Gaia, what is the highest probability of when cannabis will be legalized in the  UK?
Less than five years is the highest probability, Tom. There will be stiff opposition to this, so it will not be a “slam dunk,” to use your vernacular.
There is talk of Coca Cola infusing one of their drinks with cannabis. Probability of that happening?
They are toying with the idea, but again, they are concerned that there would be boycotts of their drink with those that oppose the legalization of cannabis, so the highest probability of that occurring is small at this time. There will need to be accepted use for some time before they go down that path. People are drinking fewer and fewer cola drinks each year, as they see how it puts additional weight on their bodies, so like most companies, they are exploring alternatives.

More a medium soul in the second quadrant, Tom. His soul interest is communication, and what better life than to be a motivational speaker? As you can imagine, this is a significant life for him.

Another medium soul, Tom. Yes, you wonder where all the older souls are, and there are quite a number, but most fly under the radar, shall we say. This is a significant life for him, and as a medium soul is between or on the cusp of the third quadrant. He has many more lives to go.
Would we be able to recognize a prior life where he was famous?
His last life, Tom, was as a stage actor, and was well known with those who attend plays. He was working on his craft in that life.
