Before we move on to the rest of the newsletter a quick explanation for my new subscribers. Theo is my own Guardian Angel (GA) with whom I communicate in meditation, along with Gaia, the Soul of the Earth, and my soul “cluster” brother, Antura (and a few others). Generally, I’ll ask Gaia the Earth questions and Theo about our lives. Now for some interesting topics of the week that YOU requested, and which will give you a DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE.
KARMA, PETS, NEGATIVITY, SOULS
Jen writes: Can you incur karma against a person who has already transitioned, such as speaking negatively about that person to others or affecting their legacy/reputation?
Is there no form of karma for the rest of this universe? I know that the  Greys are supposed to apologize to those they abducted here, but do they not have to balance that in any way? If they are limited emotionally, can they even feel remorse? Is this part of the reason that the apologies are not accepted, because they are not sincere and since the Greys do not feel in the same ways that we do? Do the Reptilians have to do any type of balancing or compensating for the Great War?
More on karma: is so-called “bad karma” created when one commits suicide? A young, beautiful, talented friend of mine took his own life and left so much emotional destruction in his wake. Does that all just come down to soul contracts for everyone to experience that event or does the person who chooses that form of exit have to balance it in other lives?
I keep thinking about how we will introduce negativity to other planets and how that will affect those residents. When I look at how we handle that here, I can see that so many of us get through many of our negative events and feelings through the love and support of our pets. I don't  know if you need to speak with cat and dog soul about this or even Creator, but when we take negativity to other planets, shouldn't we also bring in the means that we use to cope with it? I know that we will be able to teach about good mental health habits, but there is no replacement for that love, comfort, and healing you receive from a pet. For me now, living anywhere without cats is unthinkable. I know that both cats and dogs can also be destructive on ecosystems, but with workarounds for that, is there any possibility that we can introduce the incredible benefits of dogs and cats to other planets? I know that the other planets would need to agree, but is this a possible offering for them?
Along those lines, will the other planets be able to choose which of the 4 negative energies we bring them or do they have to have all of them? I am envisioning them choosing negativity packages before we arrive. 😄 Are all planets in our universe required to accept the negative energies that we will be introducing? If so, what percentage are willing? Will we be interacting with the Lyrans and Vegans on those missions or are they on a do-not-disturb type policy for that aspect of our experiment as well?
Have any societies in our universe figured out how to relocate an embodied soul into an artificial body, such as into a more durable material?
Gaia, do we have to balance speaking negatively about a person who  transitioned or in some way tarnished their reputation?
Yes, in a way you do, as you open yourself up while still alive to criticism and for others to think less of you, whether that person had those defects or had made mistakes or not. You can also say something nice about them. Then you are raising your own vibrational level.
Is there no form of balancing in the rest of the universe?
Not as there is in the Earth Experiment, Tom. They are not veiled and can look back thousands of lives should they wish. Keep in mind they are at a little higher vibrational level than are you, and that does make a difference. Most, and I’m being very general here, do not have to make the hundreds of decisions you have to make on a daily basis.
What about the Zetas, who abducted Earthlings, searching for DNA and the Draco reptilians?
The Zetas—at least that part of their race, were dying and were desperate to find DNA that they could combine with their own. At that  time, they were not violating the Earth Directive and were initially allowed, since the people they chose could balance abductions they had done in past lives. Still, it got out of hand and that was shut down, but not before they had enough DNA to create their hybrids.
The Dracos DNA is such that they are wired to aggressively invade other star systems to take over other planets. Creator has allowed this knowing this will change when the 10% of souls having lives on Earth that are reptilian return to their worlds with small percentages of negativity which you live with on a daily basis. Remember, the Explorer Race is going to change the whole universe, raising their vibrational levels too.
How do our souls balance suicide, and what about the families of suicide victims?
Every soul on Earth will, during their many lives on Earth have at least one life where living becomes too much for them and they take their own lives. Your lives are very stressful, since you are veiled from knowing about those thousands of past lives you’ve had. Then you have to have lives to experience what it is to lose someone. There is great learning here. You experience compassion, grief, and sadness.
Will we in any way introduce the unconditional love we experience from  our dogs and cats, and other pets to other planets?
That is a nice thought and question. These pets are here to teach you unconditional love. When the Explorer Race goes to the stars, starting around that period of time in 3250, you will be bringing that negative energy with you, which will again raise their vibrational levels, making everyone you encounter more loving. So no, you will not take your pets along, but they will have accomplished their goal on a soul level to teach you to love all those you encounter equally.
Will we bring all four negative energies to these other planets?
Yes, they cannot be separated. Each energy has its own purpose, as you will one day learn.
Will these other planets be required to accept? What about the Vegans and Lyrans?
All will understand that Creator wants them to accept these negative energies and begin to grow again. A society can be billions of years old, but still has much room for growth.
Can these other societies have the ability to move souls to more durable bodies?
They have the ability to ask souls to inhabit bodies. That’s how the Zetas were able to have souls ensoul the hybrids. At this stage in your development, it is far beyond your current understanding.
SPIRITUAL PEOPLE
Ayran writes from India: Sir, I wanted to know about spiritual people.
We are all veiled on this planet and the spiritual effort is to unveil ourselves and know our true self.
But then it looks like it is against the main purpose of being born as humans.
For Yogis meditating all day to know their true self, why did they even  come to this planet?
Is spiritual life waste of time on this planet??
Theo, Yogis meditating all day to know their true self. Is this contrary to why we are veiled?
It is simply one spiritual path being explored in one of your lives, should your soul wish that experience. Not every soul does.
Is spiritual life a waste of time?
The goal in your lives on Earth, since yours are veiled, is to learn to connect with Creator. You have personally seen how easy it is, but many people do not believe they have the ability. Humans are very creative in how they try and connect. They create all sorts of rituals, which in actuality are not needed, but this is part of the learning when you are veiled.
Do the number of lives stay fixed that we have on Earth, or can the number vary, if as happened to me I had to have 85 or 87 lives to balance my worst life on Earth in Lemuria?
No, Tom, they remain fixed. Your soul knew from the beginning there would be that life and planned for the lives to balance that life. Even the Avatars we have spoken about in the past are limited to choices that are preplanned.
SCOTLAND’S FUTURE
Charlie writes: First non-white, First Minister of Scotland.
Humza Yousaf, born in Scotland and of Pakistani origin is the first  person of color elected as First Minister of Scotland (head of the Scottish government). What quadrant is he on? How will his leadership go? Will he lead for Scotland independence to leave the UK, and join the EU? Click here.
Theo, what is Scotland Minister Humza Yousaf’s quadrant, and how will his leadership go? Plus, will he continue to keep Scotland in the UK or move to the European Union?
Mr. Yousaf is in the late third quadrant of a Young Soul, with many lives ahead of him, including being the leader of larger countries. Like all leaders, he will have his successes and will make mistakes. Scotland will stay in the UK is the highest probability at this time.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, in 2008 Theo and I were discussing some ancient ruins, and he slipped in that our conversation was being monitored by an ET. He asked if I wanted to ask him some questions. After getting over my shock that this was not just a personal conversation with my GA, I said I would work on a list of questions. Since then, I’ve asked several thousand questions, a number of which were compiled into my  2013 book, FIRST CONTACT: Conversations with an ET.
What has changed a little from the book are a couple of things they thought my readers would be frightened by the knowledge. A couple of examples would be that Antura originally told me there were only 200 planets in the Federation of Planets. Actually, there are 20,000, I’m now told. The size of Antura’s ship he is on 50 miles above us he originally said was one mile wide. Later he corrected this and said it is actually three miles wide, twenty stories tall, with eleven decks. It would have to be with a crew of 900, plus their families that live their whole lives on board the ship, totaling 1,500 individuals from 37 different planets.
The most amazing fact I learned was that the real star wars lasted over 27,000 Universal years, which is 270,000 Earth years. Is it any wonder we have so much science fiction movies about space wars? Here are more questions I asked this week, after some UFO postings my “researcher,” Mantej sent me this past week, since I have no time to search.

Yes. We can’t have the ship seen coming into landing either coming or going.

Antura, which ETs landed in Russia in 1989? They were reported to be quite tall and had a robot with them? Why was this allowed?
It was allowed as another story of ETs and how they are no danger to you—even what are termed robots. This story was embellished a little.
Antura, last week we asked about bilocation or teleportation. Do any of your teammates bilocate or teleport?
Here we are chuckling a bit, Tom. No, none of the four of us have the ability to bilocate/teleport naturally. This was a good, reasonable, follow up question.

It is no longer operating, Tom. It dates back to the early days of the Earth Experiment.
Is this a Federation ship, or one connected to one of the under-surface societies not involved with the Earth Experiment?

Antura, why did the ET smell so badly after the crash in Brazil?
The poor ET, Tom, was dying—not able to live in Earth’s atmosphere, and simply was releasing gases and liquids associated with its death. It had been injured in the crash, and that, coupled with the toxic atmosphere for that ET, resulted in its death.
Antura, I’ve decided to turn down the invitation to speak on the Alaskan cruise in September, but if I had accepted, would that have interfered with work on the documentary?
Yes, Tom. You will be quite busy and would have regretted accepting the invitation.

Gary writes: I received a call from a neighbor in the building I live in,  stating that water was coming from my unit into the hallway. I quickly went home and found a burst water hose in the kitchen. On my way home I asked for a MBO concerning the incident.
Upon calling a plumber, I was told that it would be at least two hours before someone could get to my home. In less than a minute, I received a call back stating that a workman near me finished his project early and was on his way to my home. He was there in minutes. My floor was saved. Thanks again to my angels and to you Tom, for sharing your knowledge.
MBO FOR TRANSFER OF ROTH IRA
Deborah writes from Illinois: Tom, I'm writing to you today about a Most Benevolent Outcome that may help other readers. Thanks for all you do!
In November of last year I relocated back to Illinois from Arkansas, but did not close my financial accounts there until this past week. One of  them was a Roth IRA, and I received a check, but didn't look at it until today. To my shock it was more than $7,000 less than was in my account!
Immediately I called to find out about the discrepancy. While waiting for someone to pick up the phone I asked for a Most Benevolent Outcome. I was told the IRA account must be kept open for five years or a penalty is assessed withholding 10%! However, I can open another IRA account at my local financial institution and have it transferred without a penalty. This information was not provided to me when I had called them last week or I would have taken other action.
Needless to say, I was extremely distressed! The IRA specialist informed me he would cancel the check to reestablish the account as if nothing had happened. I can now open a new account here in Illinois and have them take care of the paperwork requesting the transfer. Also, I was told the IRS has extended the required age to start taking money out of your IRA to age 73 instead of 70 1/2. All of this is good info to know, so I'm sharing!
MBO TO RECEIVE MONEY IMMEDIATELY
Jonas writes: I requested an MBO, namely, to receive money today. This  is what happened chronologically on that day within 4h:
I realized that I can withdraw money via my credit card despite the accounts being at max. I received an answer from a colleague, ahead of others regarding my salary correction, since beginning of the year - it turned out later that I’ll receive 2700€ on top next month.
I got my corporate expenses reimbursed so that I was able to withdraw money even without my credit card.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR THE FAIRY KING
Lydia writes: I have fairies in my back yard. They took the fancy copper top to my bird feeder. What are they doing with it and will it be returned?
King Oberon, did fairies take the copper top to Lydia’s bird feeder, and if so, why?
I can assure you they did not, Tom. Someone wanted—and by that I mean a human—the copper, so they took it. Our fairies would never take away shelter for the birds. We work with them to spread the seeds of plants.
Teresa writes: Do Salamanders manage the flow of magma in volcanoes or in any part of the Earth?
Salamanders are obviously unaffected by high temperatures. Why is this? Where are Salamanders from originally?
Are Salamanders on any other planet in our galaxy?
King Oberon, do Salamanders manage the flow of magma in volcanoes anywhere on Earth?
They do not, Tom. Gaia has what you would call her “assistants” to do that.
Why are they unaffected by high temperatures, and where are they from?
Yes, they were attracted to Earth at an early stage of development. Even in this solar system, there are temperatures that are quite hot the closer to the sun. Their bodies are not so affected.
Are Salamanders on any other planets in our galaxy?
Yes, you will see them elsewhere when the Explorer Race begins to travel to the other planets in that 3250 time period.
Mike writes: In the Philippines there are little people called Duende, can you tell us more about them? What do they like? How to speak to them? Are they evil or good?
It’s believed in the Philippines that if you step on the house of a Duende (which they say looks like an ant hill) do they get mad at you?
King Oberon, are the Duende of the Philippines part of the fairy world?
Yes, they are another group shall we say.
What is their appearance, and what about the homes the locals think  look like mounds of dirt?
They are small in stature, and they, like us, exist at a little higher frequency. They do good work in assisting with the plants and flowers.
So, they are benevolent?
Yes.
How would one speak to them?
They can understand.
Sandy and Robert write: My husband and I are in our 70’s and our home is on a 2+ acre plot that is dirt, goat head weeds, and foxtails. It is landscaped with some rocks, trees, and cacti. There is little water, so we don’t do grass. We live north of Prescott, Arizona in a modular home. I have asked the fairies to help us take care of the land as our health is not the best. I have asked them what they want from us in exchange for their help. What more do I need to do?
Should Sandy and Robert do anything for the fairies around their modular home north of Prescott, Arizona?
As they well know, they live in a desert area where there is little rainfall. Sparkling objects, tiny,would be a nice way to acknowledge their presence. Or even a simple fairy house would be nice.
BASKETBALL PLAYER MICHAEL JORDAN
Graham writes: Michael Jordan, THE G.O.A.T. (Greatest Of All Time).
How many lives did Michael Jordan need before this life in order to  become the Greatest Of All Time in the 20th century in basketball?
After this life, which sport will he be involved with?
Theo, what quadrant for Michael Jordan, and the number of lives to be the G.O.A.T. in basketball? And what sport will he take up in his next incarnation?
Mr. Jordan is in the early part of the 4th quadrant of a Young Soul. There are other similar sports that he took part in during his previous lives, since being an athlete is his soul interest. After this life, he will continue to take part in other sports, such as soccer—or football as it is known elsewhere in the world. He has many lives ahead not only as an athlete but in coaching and other positions in sports.
PSYCHOLOGY PROFESSOR JORDAN PETERSON
John writes: Jordan Peterson.
Psychology Professor Jordan Peterson is such a unique person and not just because of his mammoth intellect, but the fact that he’s a modern-day Psychology celebrity.
1. Because of his mammoth intellect, I would be tempted to say he’s an old soul. However, I’m not sure. Is he a young, medium, or old soul?

Another late third quadrant Young Soul. He’s exploring conservative beliefs in this life.

He’s had several lives, including overlapping lives in the old Soviet Union, and even created some of the propaganda used during that time period.
