60 MINUTES STORY ON THE FUTURE:
If some of you watched 60 Minutes on Sunday, there was a report about one of the people in a Futures Lab at MIT who would suggest something to dream about, just as people were about to doze off asleep--in that alternate state between fully awake and sleep.
But let's reverse that. I've been trying to teach everyone that you can  communicate in that same, slightly altered state telepathically for years. You can be inspired or ask questions, or ask for images.
So, what they are calling "creativity" is just another form of telepathy, where we receive these messages through our Pineal Gland in the back of our heads. But because, at this point in time, science is separate from spirituality, they have to say that it is only in our minds--that we are not receiving this creativity from outside sources. That will change in the future, I'm told.

Kate writes: Once again I want to thank you for all your great work. It has played a big part in my awakening and I am very grateful for it.
1. I need to know who would sign up to experience a life on the first time line. It  sounds like hell.
2. Kryon says laughter is a consciousness - not just an emotion. How does it heal? How is it connected to light? I’d love to know any more that you can tell us on the subject
3. Can you tell me anything about my husband Leo’s leg being pulled and his shoulder being grabbed while in “sleep paralysis?”
4. Also, I just ran across this channeled information that really resonated with me:
“The energy portal in Ecuador will be responsible for open, free energy central to your planet.”
Abe/Delmar said it would come through a Tesla machine. I also heard from a different source that there is a Tesla machine in the works near Waco, Texas. Abe/Delmar further states that the source of this energy located in Ecuador is a heart energy portal of Gaia coming back online now that we are entering the fifth dimension.
Abe/Delmar also say that due to movements of the earth’s crust the land masses  of Lemuria and Atlantis no longer cover these heart energy portals, but they used to. Instead, Central America and the area of the Pacific Ocean north east of Australia now lie on top of said energy portals.
This all makes so much sense to me, but I would love to hear your thoughts on it. I am so eager for free energy to become available to all!
To answer the first question, each one of us experiences a life on Earth in twelve different frequencies. That's the way our souls designed these lives.
Gaia, how is laughter connected to consciousness?
Laughter is part of your being, Tom. It cannot be separated and put in a pigeon hole. All of the parts of you make up the whole. Your voice box—your vocal chords—are all part of the package. What you do with that voice box is your use, and to laugh is one expression of your being.
How does laughter heal?
Here we get into a difficult realm to explain as your scientists do not even understand it yet. It is the tones of your laughter that heal would be the best description at this time. Various people throughout the ages have learned that a good laugh makes them feel physically better. Why do we ask you to say MBOs and BPs out loud? Your human voice is much more powerful than you can even understand.
Is it connected to light?
In a way, yes. But that becomes even more difficult to explain. Read what I have  said. When you laugh, it does raise your vibrational level just a little—as long as it is not laughing at someone in a detrimental way.
Gaia, is there any explanation as to Kate’s husband’s leg and shoulder being moved during sleep paralysis?
He should immediately surround himself with white light. He will see the movement cease, or perhaps be gentle. It all depends.
Gaia, will an energy portal in Ecuador be responsible for free energy?
Ecuador is but one of many energy portals, Tom.
Is this one connected to heart energy?
No, not really. Here again we get into quantum physics, and I do not wish to talk over your head. Allow others to explore that.
Gaia, is there a free energy machine being developed near Waco, Texas?
Yes, but they do not wish to be advertised, shall we say. There are other places that are all working on a free energy machine. We will not say who we know—from their soul contracts, you understand—will be successful.
Did Atlantis and Lemuria cover heart energy portals?
Again, we say allow people to believe what they wish to believe. Remember that this person has read this information. We again point out to all your readers, Tom, that they must decide whether a particular message resonates with them or does it give them heartburn?
So, that will be the same answer for whether there are ones supposedly in Central America and an area of the Pacific Ocean now covering them?
Quite so. I will say that energy is released all the time all over the world, Tom. High concentrations of negative energy build up at times, and that’s when weather events such as tornadoes assist me in releasing this energy.
SIGNIFICANCE OF SEPTEMBER 11

September 11th date:
I am curious about the date September 11th. I was reading about William  Wallace and one of his most successful battles was the Battle of Stirling Bridge that occurred on September 11th.
Then, I was in South America on September 11th when the military junta in Chile conducted a coup and killed the president Salvador Allende leading to several years of military dictatorship and terminating the elected socialist government.
Then, of course, the 2001 attack on the world trade center occurred on the same date. I haven't looked further, but suspect there may be other events that occurred on that date.
So, I am curious; is there some special association with this date? Is it an indicator of illuminati actions as some conspiracy theorists allege? Or is it just coincidence that these events have happened on this date?
William Wallace: I am also curious about William Wallace. His soul interest, has he spent more lives in Scotland after fighting so hard for his country? Is he incarnated now?
Gaia, is September 11 a special date in Astrology or perhaps numerology?
As has been noted by your reader, Tom, several significant events have occurred on that date in your known history. 9+1+1 equals 11—one of the power numbers, just as 22, 33, and 44 are. People should study numerology more, as it is another tool you have been given for your lives on Earth.
Is William Wallace of Scotland incarnated at the present time?
Yes, Tom. I know you thought no, but he is. It is not a significant life for him, but a learning life.
CONTROLLING RELATIONSHIPS
Bill writes: Thanks for continuing with your great articles and books.
Per this week’s article, many “slaves” are the result of kidnapping and forced or  unpaid foreigners providing free labor, with no way of escaping. But what about those who seek out a 24/7 relationship with a dominant person? Some people, male or female, beg to be totally subservient to another person.
*Are they slave-masters from a former life, who now want to experience being told what to do by another person?
*Are the subservient ones in this life unknowingly seeking out the current masters whom they had mistreated as slaves in the past?
*Are any of these relationships coming back at this time from future lives, or on a different time-line?
Theo, are people who seek out controlling relationships a bucket list item, or perhaps balancing when they controlled, or possibly a past life as a slave master? There would not be any from future lives, would there? Also, to add in a possibility that in a past life they were a slave and continue in the experience of being controlled?
Relationships are just that. If you are controlling in this life, then typically, you were controlled in a past life and are balancing, or as part of your relationships with the other soul clusters you work with you will be controlled next time around. How much so will depend upon whether you exceeded your soul contract this time around. Slave and slave owner are all part of soul contracts and balancing. All lives must balance, as we have reminded you before.
MORE QUESTIONS ON EGYPTIAN LABYRINTH
Ludovic writes, referring to July 10 newsletter: What does this labyrinth hold? When and who built it, and for what reasons?
Also, is there any hope it will be excavated any time soon so people finally get to hear about this majestic structure and if so, when can we hope this happens?
Gaia, what is the highest probability of when the excavation on the Egyptian  Labyrinth will begin?
It will take several more years before the excavations will be allowed by Egyptian authorities. They are just too rigid in their views.
What does the Labyrinth hold, who built it, when, and for what reason?
It was an Egyptian King who decided that his creation would go deep into the Earth, as compared to a pyramid. It also afforded protection, because without a guide, it was impossible to find your way out.
When was it constructed—before or after Mu sank?
Even before, Tom. But not much. [7,500 years ago]
Wouldn’t it have been flooded too?
Yes, but it was later partially drained.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, Antura is an ET, and a member of my soul “cluster.” He’s taking a break, after 800 lives on Earth, with a soul interest in exploration. He’s now a member of a “first contact” team, and is orbiting overhead in a huge mothership, three miles wide and twenty stories tall, with eleven decks. It has a crew of 900, plus their families, totaling 1,500, as a number of crew members live their whole lives on board. His specialty is “grass-roots” contacts, which is where  I come in. I’ve asked him hundreds of questions, many of which you can read in my book, FIRST CONTACT: Conversations with an ET. Here are the questions I asked this past week.
Karen writes: I love to watch the TV shows on travel, science, and history, since I cannot do them myself due to physical issues and ailments. So, I have a few questions to ask Theo, Gaia or Antura.
First thing was, I visited Antura two times astrally. First was to just touch him and find out what he felt like, which seems to me like a dolphin type skin. Second was again to "see" him, and what he looked like. I was not allowed to "see" clearly, but I felt him like a blind person will, and got an impression of humanoid, blue skin (no stripes). Then tried to find a window to look at the stars. Both were short trips.
Dugway proving ground - UFOs involved?
Colombian Stargate - Breathing Tunnel?
Was I abducted on 5/29/19 coming back from my trip? Only reason I ask is that I had 3/4 of a tank of gas, and the trip should have taken 1/2 a tank, yet only took 1/4 of a tank of gas.

Antura, did Karen go out of body where she visited you, and felt your skin and it  felt blue to her?
Quite so, Tom. I was happy to receive her as this is but one step in her progress.
Previously, Antura had described his skin as more like a dolphin’s and dark blue in color.
Are ETs involved in the Dugway Proving Ground?
We monitor the activities there, but we don’t have anyone on site, you could say. We are able to keep up with the activities there on a minute by minute basis, should we need to.
Anything unusual about the tunnel in Colombia?
No, just a difference in air temps would be the best way to describe it for your readers.
Was Karen abducted on 5/29/19?
Not physically, but her etheric body was by her home planet people. She is making great progress. They, like many of the planets, are quite surprised, and I might add, pleased.
Eda writes: Blessings Galore, Tom, and I love your newsletter and read it through at least twice each week. Thank you for deeper insights and answers to the questions we are stewing on, and unable to ask most folks what they think!
My question is about events occurring throughout the 70s, 80s and maybe even into the 90s. I have felt I was an abducted child and that I carried fetuses for short times over and over once I reached young adulthood. Did I really? Also, I had an abortion in 1975. Was that event interrupted and the fetus or fetuses taken? The room seemed to fill with this misty blue light...It felt like time stopped, and something else occurred. Is that just a dream or something I imagined? Or were there other elements occurring as I have suspected for so many years? Thank you for clarity and resolution of these questions. Bless you for the enormous good you do and for the incredible gift of BPs and MBOs.
Antura, was Eda abducted and impregnated several times, and what about  during her abortion in 1975?
Yes to both questions, Tom. She was a perfect match DNA wise for the Zetas, and they also stepped in to take the fetus when she had the abortion. She should undergo hypnosis, should she desire more information.
Joette writes: Recently had the Blue Angels in Seattle on August 3rd and in the afternoon of their flight performance, I noticed 3 very translucent airships in perfect alignment over Monroe, WA, and I’m asking if they were government crafts or federation ships, or??? I believed them to be from another world... would they be? If so, who were they and why did I observe them.
Antura, who were the three translucent ships over Monroe, WA? ET or not and what was their purpose?
They were certainly ET ships and not of Earth. They were taking readings from a safe distance. Few people saw them, but they knew there would be a few people—most close to Monroe, who would see them, but would not be frightened.
Antura, is there any specific reason why my next life will be back on Nommo?  Was it inserted or always planned?
Not inserted, Tom. It was always planned for you to have a life back on Nommo to use what you have learned. Keep in mind that all these lives on Earth all are taking place at the same time. You are able to draw from these lives.
Dave writes: Does Theo agree that lasers, semiconductors and fiber optics were developed by studying the components of alien spacecraft?
Antura, did lasers, semiconductors, and/or fiber optics come from back-engineering ET recovered craft, or what else was developed?
You might say that several of these developments were discovered on these spacecraft, and were carefully given to companies that could develop them. Other people have been researching these developments, so you may wish to search for articles and papers written by those who have a scientific background.
Peter in Canada writes: There are more and more retired astronauts talking  about UFO encounters during their Apollo flights, while the World just celebrated the 50 years of man’s first walk on the moon.

Antura, did NASA delete tapes showing ET craft from Apollo 11 mission, or was this another person getting their five minutes of fame?
There were tapes that showed ET craft, Tom, and voice recordings. There were those at NASA that were instructed not to allow the public to see these. So, you might call this a conspiracy as they were following orders to keep these sightings away from public knowledge.
There are more and more of these stories seeing the light of day.

I had a good Benevolent Prayer (BP) outcome. I had said several BPs for my sister-in-law to get a better job. I also sent beautiful pink light to fill her workplace. (I read about that in one of your books, Tom.) My sister-in-law works in a hospital and had said some of the staff were nasty; that she was overworked and underpaid. She began looking for another job.
A couple of months ago, she told me she had stopped looking for a better job and is staying at the hospital. She has been given a promotion, a salary increase and she has much less contact with the nasty co-workers. That's a Most Benevolent Outcome for her, I think!
I urge everyone to read Tom's books as they have so many real-life outcomes and really helpful suggestions by other readers. Thank you, Tom! You have changed my life. And I'll bet you have saved a few lives, too, by telling us about MBOs and BPs.
MBOs EVERY DAY
Margaret writes: BPs and MBOs are just part of my everyday life. With MBOs for myself I ask for parking spaces all the time; to be in alignment with my  spouse; to assist me in doing tasks, and new ventures - like making arrangements for an Icelandic tour; to helping me focus on sitting down and paying my bills. With BPs, every time I watch or listen to the news I ask for BPs for people injured or killed and their family and friends. I do BPs for people in difficult situations around the world like Xinjiang Provence, the families at the US' southern borders, and for the leaders that caused the problems in the first place. I especially use the MBOs for my spiritual journey. That leads me to insights and information that assist me.
MORE QUESTIONS ABOUT INDIA’S HISTORY
Charlie writes: MORE ON THE MAHABHARATA WAR
1. Did the Pandavas (the good guys in the war) have to balance their lives of dropping the nuclear bomb in the Mahabharata War by being victims of the  nuclear strikes in Hiroshima and Nagasaki Japan during WW2?
2. You received that some of the people had more advanced weapons than we do today in the Mahabharata war. So, did any of the soldiers have assault rifles and machine guns?
3. What was Krishna's response/or reaction to the nuclear weapon being used in the Mahabharata War?
4. Was Krishna, Arjuna's charioteer during the war, and what can Theo tell us  about the Bhagavad Gita section of the Mahabharata which concerns the dialogue between Krishna and Arjuna?
5. (Referring to part of the story before the war) Since Arjuna was the greatest archer in the world (confirmed by you in an earlier newsletter), was the story true that he won his wife's hand in marriage with the archery contest of shooting the fish's eye on the ceiling only by only looking at its reflection in a pan of water on the floor below it?
Gaia, I wish to verify that the Pandavas used one or more nukes in their war, and if so, what balancing was needed?
Yes, they did Tom. It was what would be considered a crude device, but still quite destructive.
Was there just one use or several?
No, only one was needed.
What type of balancing was needed after those lives?
Yes, they would one day be the victims of the nuclear devices used in World War II.
Why is there such a difference, when on one hand, a bow and arrow seems to be used, which seems to contrast with the more modern weapons?
Here we get into legends, Tom, as when history was passed down the knowledge of more weaponry was lost. The conflicts carried over many lives.
During that war, what weapons did the soldiers use?
Almost everything you can imagine, Tom. They used farmers with crude  weapons in what would be considered fodder. So, you had people who could fly and used destructive weapons, and then on the ground there were people who could also use more advanced weaponry.
What was Krishna’s reaction to nukes being used?
Krishna knew the war would go on for many years had it not been used. It shortened the war.
Was Krishna Arjuna’s charioteer during war and what about Krishna and Arjuna’s dialogue?
Here again we get into legend. We must allow, at this time, those who believe to continue their beliefs. Keep in mind that this religion is so much older than, let’s say, even the Judaea/Christian religion. This religion has continued for almost 60,000 years. When we have said in the past that the Old Testament is not even 25% accurate, can you imagine how the stories have changed in Hinduism?
Did Arjuna win his wife’s hand by shooting the fish’s eye on the ceiling by reflection?
That story has some truth to it, but has been embellished over time.
Gaia, how many lives in a row did Shiva have? Was it more or less than, let’s  say, Krishna’s 77?
Yes, it was about the same—just a tad more. Use the number 82 for now. Again, as we mentioned before, it was allowed more at the beginning than later on, with a couple of exceptions—the Dalai Lama being an excellent example.
But then why wasn’t Shiva’s incarnations as long as the Dalai Lama?
Because he accomplished what he wished to accomplish in those lives—to be one of the guiding lights for not only the people of India, but everywhere in the world through showing the benefits of Yoga, not only physically, but mentally and even aligning one’s chakras spiritually.
What about Rama?
Again, around the same number. Read what he is known for. And yes, there were a couple more people who did the same. That is not allowed today. It was known that Hinduism would last for thousands of years due to the way the subcontinent was shaped.
ISAAC KAPPY A SUICIDE OR MURDER?
Toni writes: My question deals with Isaac Kappy, the actor, who was all over the internet a few months ago "outing" lots of Hollywood pedophiles. I just today found out he died May 13 in AZ as "forced himself off a bridge" according to an AZ cop. OK, what?! Could you ask your guides if it was a true suicide or, as I suspect, he was SUICIDED? It seems very logical to me that he was murdered considering how he was apparently divulging secret Hollywood pedos. I was wondering a few weeks ago, ”Whatever became of Kappy,“ so the synchronicity of stumbling upon this info today was doubly freaky for me.
Theo, did Isaac Kappy, who outed Hollywood pedophiles, commit suicide or was he murdered?
Mr. Kappy had mental problems, should your readers wish to read more about him. He was not murdered. People tried to stop him, but he was determined to commit suicide, which, we might add, was part of his soul contract.
