Generally, I’ll ask Gaia the Earth questions and Theo about our lives. Now for some interesting topics of the week that YOU requested, and which will give you a DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE:
ERUPTION OF THE TAAL VOLCANO
Gaia, did the Solar Eclipse of Dec. 26 assist in the eruption of the Philippine Taal Volcano? And is there a larger eruption coming?
Yes, good connecting the dots, shall we say, Tom? And yes, there will be a larger  eruption. It will be assisted by planetary placements—conjunctions, squares, etc. Naturally, this is being done with the approval of the souls of the people who will be and are affected by this eruption—a bucket list item, you can say.
Angie in the Philippines asked me to have everyone say this Benevolent Prayer (BP) OUT LOUD: "I ask any and all beings to help, aid, comfort all those affected by the eruption of Taal Volcano, the rescuers & everyone who is assisting them & that the results be even more than expected, or anticipated, thank you.”
Will there be any large 7.5 or higher earthquakes along the path of the Solar Eclipse?
Yes, Tom. There will be a couple—one in a highly populated area. Again, a reminder that this is done with the full knowledge and agreement of your souls.
UPDATE ON IMPEACHMENT
Gaia, even with the supposedly new information, regarding President Trump’s  attempt to bully Ukraine’s leaders by withholding aid, the probability of his impeachment by the U.S. Senate remains low?
That’s true, Tom. Even though it will be brought out by multiple sources that he is guilty, the Republicans will refuse to convict him and hand over the leadership of your country to the Vice President, knowing that the Democrats will win the Presidency in your next election. They wish to keep their power for another four years, Tom. That is the bottom line—power. So, to answer your question with a percentage, the probability would still be quite low—in the 10 to 20 percent area.
CONVERSATION WITH A DOLPHIN
Susan writes: Thank you for all that you do and share. You are a blessing to and for many.
Would you please ask the whales and dolphins what we as humans may do to contribute to the healing of our oceans?
Now, I wish to speak to a representative of the Dolphins.
Dolphin here, Tom, good morning and good life.
Good life too, Dolphin. I do have some questions.
How do dolphins view humans?
We quite understand our part in the Earth Experiment as we are not veiled as  you humans are. And we know in the not too distant future you will be able to communicate with us, which is exciting. We will be one of the first life forms, other than humans, you will discover are intelligent—but different. That will cause you to work to communicate with other forms of life on Earth—including our friends the whales and across the spectrum of life. We will be able to give you much information about the Earth you have no knowledge of. You will learn much from us, including how we volunteered to be here eons of time ago, in preparation for your arrival.
I’m asked if you will always incarnate as dolphins—not humans.
That is correct, Tom. We just have a different soul interest than do humans. That could take a long discussion.
Where did you originate?
As I said—eons ago. We were attracted to Earth not only by the beautiful oceans  but what was in our future regarding humans. To further answer your question, yes, there are other water worlds in this universe. You will find us in slightly different forms on several of these planets.
Are your numbers decreasing?
Yes, due to several factors, but this will level off in the future. We will not die out since we will help you bring the Earth’s oceans back to full health. We will be your guides.
How can we assist?
You are on the right track, shall we say, in recognizing the changes in climate along with the problems of dumping your trash in the oceans of the world. This must stop, and the sooner the better. We know there are many of you working to solve these problems.
Will you remain on Earth after the end of the Earth Experiment?
Oh yes, the experiment will end in a few thousand years, and we, along with  many others, will enjoy the beauty of this planet and will welcome visitors from all over the universe who will come to Earth to experience this for themselves.
So, in conclusion, help in any way you can to bring your oceans back to full health. Say prayers, help pass legislation—laws that will assist in cleaning the oceans. Treat all the creatures of the ocean with respect. That will be a good start.
That’s all my questions at this time, Dolphin. Just to confirm, you are not a group soul, but a fragment of just one of many dolphin souls?
Yes, that is correct, Tom. We are similar to humans in that regard, although our concentration is more on Earth than your souls, who are also having lives on many other planets as part of your learning.

BECOMING A VEGETARIAN
Margo writes: I never thought I would be changing what I eat by not eating animal products, but lately I have been drawn to popular documentaries about our health and the health of our ecosystem. I am sure we can live in health like the fairies do, eating plant foods and not killing animals. I am learning that our digestive tract and teeth are better suited to a non-meat diet and that the pollution from raising animals en masse is not good for the planet as well.
If we had no choice but to hunt or fish, for instance living in the Arctic, I can  understand. Instead we grow up listening to our culture and not thinking any differently. Ask Gaia about the role that animals have played in teaching us compassion for the suffering they endure in living on meat farms and in cages. Will the world be able to stop eating meat in the future? How long will it take? Thanks.
Gaia, when Creator asked for whole souls to volunteer to ensoul animals that would be used for food, what were they promised? And how long before the world will stop eating meat?
Please understand that souls can say no, but this is such a unique experiment in the billions of universes, that many volunteered, but relatively few were chosen. They were told that their vibrational levels would rise too, just not as fast as the levels would rise for the souls who volunteered to be humans. They were also told that over a span of time fewer soul fragments would be needed to be eaten by humans. And they all understand the circle of life.
With that said, regarding your question of how much longer humans will eat flesh, it will still be a few hundred years. That is not so long, when you consider how many thousands of years have already passed. Better plant foods will be developed. As just one example, people are working on the taste of plants to mimic the taste of hamburger meat. They are quite close, and more and more people will opt to eat these, instead of beef. But it is a slow process.
In the meantime, more humane ways of slaughter will be mandated by law. More ways to provide protein for the body will be discovered. So, my final advice would be to honor and bless all your food you consume each day, wherever it originates.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
Theo introduced me to another member of my soul group or “cluster,” as he calls them, in 2008. Antura is an ET, and after 800 lives on Earth, he is an amphibian again, born on Nommo, a water world in the Sirius B Solar System. Since that time, I’ve asked him thousands of questions. In 2013, just before I  sent my manuscript for FIRST CONTACT: Convesations with an ET to my publisher, Light Technology, he said that my family and I would shoot the first documentary on board his mothership—which is orbiting Earth. This would happen a few months after the Russians disclosed continuous meetings with the Pleiadians. I questioned this, and he explained that the Russian people would be more accepting than would Americans, who would be upset that these meetings had been kept secret. We were creeping up on that time, as the upper timelines had already finished their visits.
Then came the news last week that the whole Russian cabinet resigned in protest to Putin trying to grab power to control Russia the rest of his life. Then, in the middle of the day, I received a message that we would not be doing the documentary, and did I want to transition early! I said no, I did not. This started a number of exchanges, both with Antura, and even with Gaia.
(1/17/20) Antura, how did the resignation of the Russian Cabinet members affect Disclosure?
It certainly did not speed up the revelation of our – meaning the Federation’s –  desire for them to Disclose. There is a struggle for power now between Putin and others in Russia.
You are dancing around the issue. Was that a blow to Disclosure?
Yes, in a way, Tom. It set back the revelation of our meetings.
So, the message I seemed to be receiving is that Disclosure is off the boards, so to speak, for some time?
Yes, but we are working to rectify this.
Why couldn’t you see this coming?
We did, but the probability of this occurring went from small to mainstream, you could say, using your vernacular.
Long ago I questioned you about the stability of Russia, and was assured that it  would take place. I even suggested that you have a Plan B in place due to their volatility.
Yes, we know, Tom.
So, you don’t see any possibility of the Russians disclosing at this time—meaning this year?
Not at the moment, Tom, but again we are working with the soul contracts of those who will disclose.
Then I do see a couple of alternative Plan B’s. Keep in mind that you could say  the Federation pays me to think outside the box. It would seem that either Disclosure could come from the Canadians, as they have a young leader, plus they had someone who was a member of their government disclose that he was positive they exist, and no Canadian ran for the hills.
Has the Federation been in touch with the Canadian government?
Quite so. They have a couple of the ET ships.
And the second would be Dr. Steven Greer. Easy enough to move him up from the second level of contacts to the first.
So, am I just imagining the problem with Disclosure?
No, Tom, you are not.
What about the level of vibration?
It is still on the rise, but not up to the point where some of those in the Federation would feel that there would not be widespread panic.
We could wait years for this to go back and forth.
I suggest you choose one of these options and get back to me. The Federation pays me to think outside the box (so to speak), so choose, or take me up to discuss this with the leaders. This is not acceptable for this to continue on. You were the ones who said it was on my soul contract to do this, so let’s move, and I’m not talking about a decision that would take a year or two to make. Think like an Earthling.
I will do as you ask, Tom. You understand that my team is not happy with these  developments either.
Again, I’m open and really demand to be heard, if you can’t get them to move.
So, one more time. The Russian resignation of the government did not help in Disclosure, am I correct?
There you have it, Tom.
Since Putin is in control, couldn’t he order it, to show his power?
Yes, but that will not happen we are told.
(1/20/20) Gaia, did I receive correctly that Russian Disclosure is off the table? If so, is there the possibility for either of the proposed Plan B’s or a Plan C?
Yes, you did, Tom. Regrettably, the people involved have reached a point in their  development where it was necessary to block Putin’s attempts to control Russia for the rest of his life.
Would not that have begun on the upper timelines?
Yes, actually it did. But it did so in conjunction with the revelations of contact with the ETs, as you call them. Your timeline just had not reached a level where both could be accomplished at the same time. It had been hoped that your vibrational level would have made that level last year, but you regressed and are just now getting close to reaching the point you were at last year at this time.
Then is there a chance that either of the Plan B’s I proposed to Antura is workable, or is the possibility closed?
No, Tom, you can discuss this further with Antura as there are potential problems with each of the alternate solutions, but not impossible, shall we say.
Yes, I would prefer to know if there is no shred of possibility of another course being set up. I would then concentrate on just writing, but at the same time I see no possibility of achieving the numbers of Gentle Way folks everyone has said I would years ago.
And for that reason we all hope for your success, Tom. Don’t give up yet. The Federation moves at a snail’s pace compared to Earth, but it does move.
Now, I wish to speak to Antura.
Antura in the wings, Tom, good morning and good life.
Good morning and good life to you, your team and family, Antura.
Question: how many of the upper timelines, if any, have visited your ship?
All the way down to Time Line 8, Tom.
Therefore, with that in mind, what was the reaction to my suggestions—and I would assume you had a similar set of suggestions from me on Time Line 7?
Yes. Only slight differences. It is under consideration. There was no knee-jerk reaction or rejection. You must understand, Tom, that we, and I really should use the term “Federation,” thought that the Russians would disclose prior to their internal strife.
Yes, but now you have an opportunity to shift, as hard as that might seem to those who have dragged their feet all along the way. Looking back at history, moving slowly cost thousands of lives at one time, I’ve been told.
True, they do not have to be reminded of that.
So, I will also add a Plan C that I’m sure you know about already. That would be to take me up for a short ride and some video recording, just to jumpstart things.
There would be a Plan D where, if the Federation is rejecting these proposals for me to be taken to your ship, where I can argue the merits of these proposals directly with those in the Federation that are unsure or are rejecting any of these proposals.
What has been their reaction so far?
It is “under consideration,” Tom.
Well, let’s move this along. I would like to hear the objections.
I would request that everyone say the following Benevolent Prayer: “I ask any and all beings to aid and assist not only in the raising of our vibrational level, but to also assist the Federation to make a quick decision in order to move Disclosure and eventually the documentary along, thank you!”

Leigh Ann in Wisconsin writes: I always say an MBO when I leave the house. It  always, always works. This is one of my best MBO outcomes to date:
I was meeting a friend for lunch on the other side of town. I said an MBO before I left. I always ask for a safe, easy and fun drive with good parking. I got to the restaurant and found parking at the door. My friend and I ate and chatted. When I left for home, I was in a big hurry and not paying attention to my speed. I looked in my rear view mirror and saw flashing police lights. I was calm and not frightened at all.
The officer (on a motorcycle) pulled up next to my car. He asked if I knew how fast I was going. I didn’t. I was going 3 times the posted speed limit. I could have gotten a huge ticket, or even had my driver license suspended. The officer told me to slow it down and have a nice day. He then pulled away. I didn’t even get a written warning. I did get a clear message from the universe to slow down, not just driving but in every area of my life. I really took that message to heart. MBOs are a lifesaver.
MBO TO GET TO FLIGHT ON TIME, SNORING
Siddharth writes from India: MBO story for me - I was taking a flight this week from Delhi to Mumbai. As usual, I said my MBO for quick check in, security and convenient boarding. I was quite occupied while traveling to the airport in the cab with multiple phone calls and emails to go through. I put in the wrong  terminal for travel (I had thought I would correct it in the cab). Once I reached the airport and paid the cab, I realized that I had reached the wrong terminal (I had forgotten to correct the terminal in the cab booking app). I started walking towards the arrival section (which is long way from where I was) and suddenly a man approaches me and asks me, "Do you want a cab?" I did a brief negotiation and hopped in the cab. (I thought to myself, this is going to be a tough one now to catch the flight in time.)
I quickly reached the correct terminal and was able to do the check-in and security very quickly. I was amazed that I was able to catch the flight so conveniently. I was also surprised how my mind was at peace all the time when I realized I was at a wrong terminal and there was a good chance that I would miss my flight. Not only do MBOs make things happen, but amazingly make the mind also very peaceful, and "liberates" one from the worries!
MBO story for my wife - My wife came with an amazing new MBO. I was snoring in the night when sleeping besides her. She was not able to sleep due to the noise. She said an MBO for being able to sleep peacefully and my snoring to stop & voila, I stopped snoring. My wife was able to sleep well!
MBO FOR TV TO WORK
Pam writes: I use MBOs all the time and forget them in time to share the outcome with you, Tom. I have one that happened today that I must share because I absolutely love how this works!! This morning I turned on my "smart" TV in my bedroom and it said I didn't have Internet, but my router was working and everything else that uses the Internet had Internet.
I turned the TV off and on and unplugged a couple of cables and plugged back  in, but to no avail. This was really frustrating to me!! I went to the kitchen and said an MBO on my way saying, "I request the Most Benevolent Outcome to get my TV to work! Thank you!"
While I was in the kitchen getting my coffee ready, it was as if "unplug everything" was whispered in my ear! I thought, "Hmm!"
So, by the time I got back to my bedroom, I had already forgotten about the TV, but then remembered, "unplug everything." So, I did just that. I unplugged all the cables and power to the TV and the TIVO Mini device connected to it. I waited about 12 seconds and then plugged everything back in and voila! the TV worked beautifully.
This happens all the time when I can't find something. I say an MBO to find it  and in a matter of seconds, I get a "whisper" in my ear to look somewhere and there it is.
When this happens, I go, "Thank you, Guys! You are the best!!"
I really enjoyed the newsletter today (as usual!). I especially like the MBO story to make better decisions. I also liked the one about sending love to people who feel war is the only way. I copy and paste these new MBOs and BPs and put them in my "Notes" on my phone so I have them.
I don't do as good a job as I should in saying all my MBOs and BPs every day, so I'm going to say an MBO to do better.

Theo, was Akiane Kramarik a famous painter in a past life, a disciple of Jesus, or when? And what quadrant is she on?
She is on the last quadrant of a young soul. She has done some beautiful paintings, and more are on the horizon for her. Just keep in mind that these are her interpretations of Jesus. There are many similarities, so you could say there would be differences in a photograph. Still, what she paints is very inspiring to many people. She previously had a life where she was a follower of Jesus—not so much a disciple.

1. What time period in the future did Steve Jobs have before this life?
2. In that future time period that he lived already, is Apple still a company then, and if so did he work for Apple in that life?
3. What inventions did he create in that future life?
4. Was Steve Jobs possibly either Thomas Edison or Alexander Graham Bell in a  past life?
Theo, what time period did Steve Jobs live in before this one?
He lived approximately 50 years in the future. Even in that short of time, great progress will be made. And to answer your next question, he did not work for Apple, but yes, that company was still in existence at that time.
Did he invent things in that time period?
Yes, but not to the extent that he did in this life. The inventions he made during that life have not even been thought of yet, so I am not allowed to give you that information. It would interfere with his soul contract.
Was Steve Jobs Edison or Alexander Graham Bell in a past life?
Nice guess by your reader, Tom, but no.
PYRAMID RODS
Laura writes: These guys are making these pyramids. The energy is high when inside them and increases taste of water.
Can you ask Theo if these are good for elevating energy, increasing health and  also if he can elaborate what they were made for initially? They are placing them in Ukraine and extinct plants are beginning to grow around them.

Gaia, should the use of pyramids made of rods be explored further, regarding energy produced?
Yes, Tom, your knowledge about sacred geometry is miniscule, or sadly lacking at this time. We have been patiently waiting for the mathematicians to catch up, shall we say, in order to learn more about why these pyramids were built—we’re talking about the large Giza type—and all over the world. You were told several years ago that you were involved in designing these pyramids, so that their angles and shape would produce a great amount of energy. But why? How is this energy created? Again, your scientists and mathematicians have an enormous amount of knowledge still to learn.
ARE LED LIGHTS HARMFUL TO YOUR EYES?
Kurt writes: I have switched over to LED lights in my home and between those and car headlights, my eyes are bothering me. Are LED lights harmful to living creatures? Thanks.
Theo, are LED lights harmful to your eyes?
Not as much as fluorescents, Tom. You could say they are a step up. Natural lighting is best, and there will be progress on that front to have more natural lighting for offices and even for homes.
WARNING ABOUT EXERCISE FOR M.E.
Dave writes: I hope you are well. I love reading your newsletter each week. Thanks for the great info.
I wanted to send a quick note regarding the advice Theo gave about M.E. last  week. It was a dangerous comment. He said that exercise would give off a certain endorphin that would be beneficial. My partner has had M.E. for more than 20 years and I can tell you that exercise is very dangerous for M.E. patients. That is because their bodies can't recover from exercise. Healthy bodies will recover by the next day, but many people with M.E. find that they can be in bed sick for 3 to 4 months after trying very gentle exercise. Their bodies can't repair the damage. Just wanted to give you the heads up.
Keep up the good work.
Everyone should choose what is best for their bodies.
