Let's say this Benevolent Prayer for the people of UKRAINE: "I ask for any and all beings to aid, comfort, and assist the people of Ukraine to remain safe, for all prisoners of war to be treated under the rules of the Geneva Convention, for the economic sanctions imposed on Russia to work, for the grain to be transported, to return the thousands of Ukrainian children home, and to return the Russian and Ukrainian soldiers home, thank you!"

UPDATE ON NORTH KOREA’S FUTURE
Sandra writes: Just listening to a podcast in Foreign Affairs about North Korea and how the US is sort of at a standstill regarding how to deal with them. North Korea will not come back to meet with the US, and we don't have much leverage to bring them back. Also, South Korea wants to beef up a  nuclear arms program as a result. Podcast, Click here.
It seems that between this, Iran, China, and Russia threatening use of nukes, we are living through disruptive times.
What do your guides have to say about the current tensions? Will there be a way to deal effectively with N. Korea? Or will we just continue to ignore him? I know in the past your guides thought that China would get rid of Kim Jong Un - is that still the case?
Gaia, update on North Korea—its future, and its relationship with China.
As we have said before, the ruler’s time will shortly come to an end. Even the Chinese are quite wary of his constant rocket launches. One could accidentally go north into China. Their relationship with China will stay relatively strong in the short term, but there will come an easing of restrictions. Until the change in power happens, things will fluctuate on a daily basis.
UKRAINIAN NUCLEAR POWER PLANT
Jerry writes: On March 9, 2023 a Russian missile strike damaged a Ukrainian  nuclear power plant, its power grid, and cooling for the reactor was lost. It was reconnected the following day. This is the 6th time that happened since the beginning of the war. It seems to me that we are getting closer and closer to nuclear disaster.
Would you please ask Gaia what are the odds? Would aliens step in to prevent a nuclear disaser or let it meltdown like the one in Chernobyl?
Gaia, will the nuclear reactor in Ukraine remain safe?
Yes, there will be more “close calls,” shall we say, where the generators must be used, but they will have some outside assistance to keep it running.
QUESTION FOR CREATOR
Conny writes: I live with daily physical pain, weakness, depression, and lack of motivation. Healthcare in the U.S. has not worked for me. How can I heal my body and mind? Thank you for all you do Tom.
Creator here, Tom, good morning.
Good morning and good life Creator. 
Creator, for those with daily physical pain, weakness, and depression, what can they do to improve and heal themselves?
My essence, my being, goes out to each one of you who volunteered for the Earth Experiment, and to be veiled during all your lives on Earth. Say prayers for me to ease your pain and suffering, and as you know, Tom, these should be said out loud each time. You can also, as you have taught, Tom, to request benevolent outcomes to find relief, knowing I am sending each and every one of you white light and love. Your own Golden Light Beings you call Guardian Angels are there to assist you—you just have to ask. Know this to be true, I send each and every person on Earth love and light, just open yourself to receive it.
Thank you, Creator.
We will always end with my reminder that each person can ask to speak to me and I will respond. I am able to have trillions of conversations going on across the universe, including Earth. There are no limits—only those you imagine.
MARRIAGE—MONOGAMY VS POLYAMOROUS

1) 50 percent of marriages end up in a divorce in the West and of those who stay, many still suffer.
a. Why is marriage so hard for most people? Please list the potential  learnings from it, and any words of wisdom are welcome.
b. Are marriages so difficult due to encouraged monogamy by the society?
2) Are most humans naturally polygamous/polyamorous?
3) What is the future of monogamy? Will it reduce in the future?
4) Will polyamorous couples be allowed to get married in the US in the next 20 years?
5) What is the percentage of humans on earth that are actually bisexual knowingly & unknowingly?
6) In a previous newsletter Theo commented that a couple in open relationship were actually in a dying marriage. I have seen several documentaries showing the opposite can be true for open relationships with married couples, can Theo reconfirm?

Theo, why is marriage so hard for most people? Is it due to encouraged monogamy?
That is but one of many reasons. A close relationship between two  people from different soul clusters has many lessons that each can teach the other. If there is never a close relationship, then progress in that life is somewhat limited.
Are humans naturally polygamous?
It all depends upon one’s DNA makeup in each life. One can be completely monogamous, or on the other end of the spectrum completely polygamous. Each has many lessons that can be learned.
What is the future for monogamy—will it stay the same or reduce?
It will remain about the same for certainly the rest of this century and farther into the future. Again, there are many lessons to be learned in close relationships. If you ran around like rabbits, there would be much less learning.
Will a polymorphous couple be allowed to marry in 20 years.
Certainly there will be no restrictions.
What is the percentage of humans on Earth that are bisexual?
Eight percent would be close.
Are open marriages really dying marriages?
That is one of the explorations of lives on Earth. Neither person wishes to fully commit, but still wishes a relationship with the other person for a large variety of reasons. These relationships tend to wither over weeks and years.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, Antura is a member of my soul group or “cluster” as Theo calls them. Theo introduced me to him in 2008 and discovered through many questions that he is an amphibian living on a water planet named Nommo in the Sirius B Solar System. He arrived several Earth years ago in a  huge mothership with a crew of 900 with their families (a portion of the crew lives their whole lives on board), totaling 1,500, and relieved another Sirian mothership that had been taking readings for the previous five years.
Antura is part of a “first contact” team that goes out and contacts emerging intelligent societies thousands of years before they are ready for space travel. We’re the exception, as they’ve been in contact with us for thousands of years. His specialty, along with three others, is “grass roots” contacts. Others specialize in governments and science. Just before I closed out my book for publication in 2013, he told me that my family and I would one day shoot a documentary on board his mothership. It sounds as if that may happen this year. Good morning and good life everyone.
Not on the list, but have I asked you previously if your ship remains in one place over the Earth and does not orbit, like our International Space Station does?
You have not, Tom, but yes, we do remain in the same location above Earth, just as do the majority of the other motherships in orbit. The exceptions would be those ships that come from other parts of the universe and even other universes to observe for themselves how the Earth Experiment is coming along, so they tend to orbit across the Earth, where we specialize in one area.
Would that not limit you, since there are many people of Sirian origins living  in other countries?
True, but our scout ships and drones can reach anywhere in the world in a few seconds of Earth time. We also share with the other motherships, and they do the same to us. This is very complex, Tom, with millions of readings every Earth day.
Or is it billions or trillions?
Easily billions, far beyond your scientists’ understanding in this time period.

Antura, what did the UFO emit over Chili?
This was no danger to anyone on the ground. Those particles were part of a specific type of reading of the atmosphere. That’s the best explanation I can give you.
Antura, do your medical personnel ever have to perform what we call invasive surgery in a case of an accident?
This would be extremely rare. Our medical personnel have the ability to open a body without cutting. They simply move the skin out of the way to reach the interior of a body. I’m using a term for your readers to understand, as keep in mind your idea of a body and ours is quite different, due to the many different types of people we have on board the mothership.

MBOs TO RECONNECT WITH RELATIVES
Kathleen writes: I was introduced to MBOs from seeing you on Linda G's program. After trying what I felt were a few, what I thought were "easy" MBOs, daily chores, trips and such (which were always successful) I thought I'd go for something really big.
Two relatives, one of whom is a great distance from me, have drifted away  due to various family choices, and neither would respond to my reaching out to them.
I requested a MBO for a new connection for the one who has not contacted me for seven years. I didn't think about that MBO much afterwards, but in less than two weeks, I had a really nice call from her, and later that week we met for lunch. I was bowled over and more than ever convinced about MBOs.
So... a few weeks later, I requested a MBO for the second relative, who lives an immense distance away, to contact me. Four years ago, my texts and calls to her were left unanswered. After requesting a MBO for a renewed relationship and contact, a mere couple of weeks later I received a text message from her with pictures.

MBO TO RECONNECT WITH OLD FRIEND

Old friends reunite!
Lost contact with, and never saw, an old friend of mine for many, many years--16 years to be exact. Never thought I’d see him again.
After randomly remembering my old friends a few weeks ago, I requested a  MBO to meet up again with him, at the best and most perfect time for both me and him.
Never thought anything more about it. Recently had to go somewhere and turns out, without my knowledge, he works there in that building.
And standing right at the bottom of the staircase that I was due to go up, was him. He was standing right there…. Couldn’t believe it! I immediately said to him that I was reminiscing about my old friends the other day, including him. And before I said anymore, he immediately said “Hey, it’s fate that we bumped into each other!”
Luckily, I arrived there early, so I had enough time to have a quick chat and catch up with him.
TWIN FLAMES & INCARNATING IN 2 BODIES

1. What is a twin flame? Can it be experienced on earth, as it happens in the Angelic planes?

Gaia, I asked this years ago, but perhaps a better explanation on twin flames  in the present time? And can a person incarnate into two different bodies in their next life?
What people call twin flames, Tom, are in actuality soul fragments from the same soul cluster. As we have discussed before, it is very rare for this to occur, since the soul wishes its fragments to have separate lives for the greatest learning. The term can also apply, due to a lack of knowledge, to two people from different clusters, who over and over again incarnate as husband and wife, wife and husband, or lovers. Over time, this becomes a deep connection—hence the term, twin flames. Yes, and even homosexual relationships if that is called for, to experience in one or more lives.
Regarding incarnating into two different bodies, no, but again as we explained before there can be overlapping lives. Still, they are considered separate lives and can take place one right after the other, or 40 something lives down the way, such as your life going on right now working in the Pentagon, in preparation to be a close advisor to the US President starting in 2032.
MALAYSIA QUESTIONS
Wong writes from Malaysia: Anwar Ibrahim, the 10th Prime Minister of Malaysia is finally bringing to a close his three-decade quest for the job that had eluded him time and again and led to him spending nearly a decade in jail. As opposition leader, Anwar led tens of thousands of Malaysians in street protests in the 1990s against his mentor-turned-foe Mahathir Mohamad (4th and 7th Prime Minister of Malaysia). Anwar spent nearly a  decade in jail for sodomy and corruption on charges he says were politically motivated.
1: Kundalini Experience
Last February, I dreamed of a surge of energy in my body and levitating a few inches from the floor. Then in April, I had another strange dream whereby I was experiencing a strong surge of energy flowing on the back of my spine and it lasted too long for me. I quickly requested an MBO for protection with a bubble of light out loud and the energy faded away. What was that all about? Did I truly have a Kundalini awakening where my chakras are open now?
Question 2: Will Anwar be able to complete a full term of five years in this new form of unity government? What kind of leader is Anwar?
Question 3: I am sure both Anwar and Mahathir have numerous past and future lives together. Are they young, medium, or old souls? Are the charges of Anwar's sodomy true or false?
Theo, what was the energy surge in Wong?
Wong was correct to surround herself in a bubble of white light for protection, which we recommend for anyone to suddenly feels an energy. In  this case it was benign—more a transfer of energy from those from her home planet. It was designed to assist in opening her chakras.
Her quadrant?
Young soul, late second quadrant, about to jump to the third quadrant.
What quadrants for Ibrahim and Mahathir?
Also, Young souls.
What about the charges of sodomy true or false for Ibrahim?
Not in this case.
IS EARTH A WATER PLANET?
Philly Joe writes: Is Earth considered a water planet? If not, how much of the  planet needs to be water?
Gaia, is Earth considered a water planet? What percentage must be covered by water?
Over half of a planet must be covered by water to be considered a water planet. Earth falls into that category. That includes planets where the surface is frozen, but there is water underneath the ice.
WORLD WAR 2 DEATH TOLL
Graham in the UK writes: WW2 Death Toll
The collective worldwide death toll from WW2 is disputed. So, what was the total death toll from WW2, was it 100 million deaths?
Gaia, what was the total death toll in WW2—as much as 100 million, more, or  less?
Less, Tom, but not by too much. As is being demonstrated in Ukraine, many civilians are killed by indiscriminate shelling of civilian areas. And like other wars, the current one is one where there is balancing. If a soldier in WW2 killed civilians, they might balance that by being a civilian in Ukraine that is killed in that war.
And I might add, since we have lives both in the future and past, if they kill civilians in Ukraine, they might very well have their next life back in World War 1 or 2 as a civilian who is killed. All lives must balance.
SENIOR CITIZENS BEING SWINDLED
Diana writes: You hear and read a lot of senior citizens getting ripped off for all their money and savings. Worse for older women, who are looking for love, and get caught by someone who takes all their money. So, Theo, my question is: is this karma or just something happening in this lifetime? And I  guess the people who do this act have no heart or guilt.

Theo, are women and men who are swindled balancing, or are there exceptions?
There are those that are experiencing being swindled for the first time, if they are younger souls. Then in a future life they will swindle the person who swindled them. But most of the time, they were the swindlers in a past life and must experience how it feels to be swindled in this life. If they forgive the person, then the chain of balancing will be broken, and they will not have future experiences going back and forth. Don’t forget that in many cases these people are in soul clusters that they work with life after life. They are playing the villains this time around for the growth of the souls in the other cluster.
