I just discovered that my Yoga instructor, Leticia (Leti) Campos, has created a "yogalettyclasses” page on Facebook, in case anyone wished to keep up with their Yoga. “Like” the page.
Thanks to one of our eagle-eyed readers, Maria in Estonia, there are about 40 or so newsletters that disappeared between the middle of May in 2015 and March 19, 2016, when I started using a new newsletter program because the old one was giving me all sorts of problems.
Ralonne (my editor) saved all of these, so I will be reinstating them as soon as possible. I’m working backwards, and am in October of 2015, as I write this.

MORE CORONAVIRUS QUESTIONS
First, I would like to apologize to everyone. The other day, when I was reinstating lost Newsletters due to an old program ceasing to work, I came upon a question I had asked about the attempts of the Atlanteans to conquer The Land of OZ, (now known as Africa), just as they had done in the rest of the  Mediterranean. This is all in my ATLANTIS & LEMURIA book. I first received that 2,000 warriors defeated the Atlanteans each time, but later I read about 20,000 warriors defeating the British and reasked. Gaia told me it was actually the higher number that defeated the Atlanteans, but I could not imagine that it could be that number, so I mentally chose the smaller number.
The same thing happened again with the Coronavirus. When it first began in China, I received that there would be 100,000 infected, with 10,000 deaths. Later I would ask again, and the number rose to 400,000, and then 1,000,000. It was just hard for me to conceive there would be that many cases of Coronavirus. So I’ve stopped asking. It will be what it will be.
These questions came from Robert.
Gaia, is there such a thing as group karma or balancing, including cities and nations? This period of time is not some form of group punishment, is it?
Second question first, Tom. As I and we have said before, there are many young  souls that had not experienced a plague, which is one of those bucket list items, or experiences, one must have during one or more Earth lives. It is not so much a group karma, but more the experience. Depending upon other factors, there can be balancing, as contracting the virus yourself can be part of past life actions.
Regarding your first question, it is not the nation or a city or town, but those people who make up its citizens decide to incarnate there in order to be part of some natural disaster that occurs, such as a tsunami, earthquake, firestorm, etc. The town or city is just a place—it is the people who incarnate there that decided—and we should say their souls decided a million years ago—to have that life at that time.
Gaia, have global conflicts lessened due to the coronavirus, or has news just shifted?
It has lessened somewhat, but other forms of violence now take place in order to try and control the virus. The hatred between religious factors continues unabated, but at the same time there are stories of former enemies coming together. That is the result of many people praying for the health and safety of others. If enough people join in praying out loud, you will see a mass change in people’s attitudes as they become more compassionate to other people. Much good will come out of this time period of stopping to reflect. The majority of people will look back on this period, as if you stopped to take a breath, while you are running a long distance marathon.
Allan writes: The economy: I read in an old newsletter that there indeed would come an economic crisis. It shouldn’t become as bad as the one in 2007/8. But now it seems to have become a lot worse. My question....what changed?
Gaia, is the reason the recession will not be as bad is that it will not last as long  as the one that began in 2007?
That is quite true, Tom. Before Covid-19, the economy was quite robust—running on 8 cylinders, you could say, as compared to the earlier time period where it languished and took a long time to improve. This one will take months, but not the number of years the earlier recession lasted.
Catherine writes: I was recommended by a valued healer and psychic to watch David Wilcox's March 19 extensive analysis of COVID-19.
Early in his presentation, Mr. Wilcox is querying the physical makeup of Wuhan Province residents. "Now, I hear that Asian people’s lungs are configured differently? I don't know if that's true or not.”
Well, neither do I. My inner alarm bells clang.
"Ask Theo!" Him and you, Tom, I trust!
So, Theo? Are human lungs configured differently? Relevance, if any, to COVID-19?
Gaia, are Asian lungs configured differently?
Not at all, Tom. The surrounding landscape better determines the adaptation—such as those that live high in the mountains, the lungs must develop to be strong to handle the lack of oxygen.
Alan writes: Thank you for your work at assisting people. I was given another way to purify myself and others and want to share it with you.
I was given another vision and it had to do with cleansing with UV light and a vision was given to me of a sun in my heart place and the light of that sun released UV rays cleansing my body and coming out of my hands and feet and my eyes and surrounding me, so I cleansed things as I walked, and it could go out as I decided.
Could you ask Theo if this does what I feel it does???
I know the mind/imagination is powerful, but how much can we do with this?
I know contracts are in place for the souls that are to experience it.
Theo, does using a UV light help in protecting your body?
Here again we return to what we have said many times, Tom. You are not to recommend any treatment. Your readers must decide on their own. And don’t forget each body is different, so that what works for one person may not work for another, or has side effects.
Dotti writes: Hi Tom, long-time reader of the Sedona Journal here. I have felt recently strongly prompted to remove as much cash as possible from my bank account. I think the possibility exists of a Global financial reset that may include a new currency, I am wondering if you are receiving any of the same promptings??? Do you think there is any hope for NESARA?
Gaia, any probability of a Global Financial Reset?
Your reader is referring to change in the monetary system, among others, and that probability is minute at this time.
I’ve covered NESARA several times in the past. That is not going to happen.
THREE DAYS OF DARKNESS IN 2037-38?
Allan also writes: I wrote and asked about a man late last year Brad Johnson.  He is predicting what he calls three days of darkness happening in 2037 or 38. Is there any truth to this? He’s telling that Mother Earth will be cocooning and that we are supposed to use those three days to meditate and just stay indoors since it could be very intense and dangerous to go outside. Any comments?
Gaia, any truth to the prediction of three days of darkness in 2037-38?
No truth whatsoever, Tom. What can happen is something like Yellowstone erupting and great clouds of ash cover the sky for months. But that would be for a limited geographic area—not everywhere on Earth.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, Antura is my “brother on another planet,” who is not only a member of my soul cluster, but is orbiting overhead in a massive, three-mile-wide and twenty-stories-tall mothership as part of a “first contact” team. Antura, let’s begin with a few of the many questions that Mantej sent to me.
To begin, which may or may not be on the list, what will his work be at the Pentagon during the time Thor will be there?
His office will be close to Thor’s, Tom. Military—not a general. Ask again later or next time.
Antura, did Valiant Thor’s voice translator adjust to the different American accents?
No, it was what is described as a middle, mid-west neutral American English accent. The tone was automatically adjusted to sound soothing and cultivated and easy to listen to.
Did he ever need to imitate another person?
No, the voice translator could, if needed, but it was not.
I would assume the two female voices were adjusted the same way?
Yes, pleasant and sophisticated, you could say.
Was he able to be in two places at the same time?
That was never needed. He could transmit himself so quickly it would appear as  if he were in two places at once.
Was the period of 1957 to 1960 the correct time period for when he was at the Pentagon?
Yes, Tom.
Did Valiant and his crew enjoy any of the 1950s TV shows that were on during that time period?
They could review them, if needed, in order to keep up with that time period. Everything, keep in mind, is studied by the people in the motherships orbiting the Earth.
Did he write in English, or use a Pleiadian language that appeared as if it was shorthand used in that time period?
Pleiadian. If anyone asked, he would say it was the Venusian language.
Did he have good drawing skills?
Perfect drawing skills, if he needed to illustrate.
Did he and his team go out of their way to converse with Black people?
Everyone was treated equally, so they were quite popular with the Blacks who worked there.
MBO FOR BANK PAYMENT

Here is a story my wife, Dena, told me. The other day, she went to Kroger for groceries, to our bank to make a deposit, and to a nearby bank to make a payment. When she tried to make the payment, the bank had closed early. The payment was due that day. So she requested a Most Benevolent Outcome (MBO) to find a way to make the payment.
Upon her return home, she found she could make the payment online. No longer will we have to stop at the bank as it will be done automatically each month. It had been so easy to stop by before as that bank is literally next door to our personal bank. But now no more concerns as to whether the bank is open or not, and whether someone is ahead of us in the drive-thru.
MBO FOR A COMFORTABLE RETIREMENT
May writes: I have been using MBOs and BPs for a quite a few years now and have turned my office-mates and husband onto them. As we continually say, “MBOs rock!!!”
I have affirmations, MBOs and BPs I say each morning while I’m drying my hair. The first MBO I say is, “I request the Most Benevolent Outcome for a comfortable retirement by the end of 2021…….” I have been saying this for a year or more and didn’t seem any closer, but continued to say it every morning.
Due to the coronavirus state administrative rules, we had to send everyone home  to work and I was told that I would be cut to half time. I’ve been there 20 years and was devastated until I could talk to my supervisor who is also one of the owners of the company. I found out that three years ago I had told her that “someday” I wanted to go to part time in preparation for full retirement. Without consulting me, she decided that would be this year, 2020 (she had an issue talking to me about it for fear of hurting my feelings or something) and had told the board of the company.
Well, we had a bunch of concerns which kept us all extremely busy for the first quarter and then the coronavirus came along and gave her the perfect excuse/chance to institute these new hours. And she explained, when we finally talked, that I could claim my social security and still keep working. I’m 68 and between my and my husband’s social security and the half-time pay, I’ll be making more than I was before. Suddenly, I was struck by my MBO. It was coming true, in stages! I still need to realize the rest of my retirement income, but I have a couple more years for that to swing into view.
I am so happy, I can’t stand it! More time for other things I want to do, but still a job I love to do and home for lunch!! I’ll be working 7-noon, M-Th and every Friday off till I fully retire. I worked my last Friday and start the new schedule tomorrow. I’ll still be covered by health insurance, accrue paid time off and get holiday pay!! As I’ve always said, MBOs rock!!!! Thank you, Tom, for bringing The Gentle Way to the world yet again.
PS: That same supervisor had lost her wallet the other day. She does MBOs, but forgot to do one for that. I reminded her and then helped her look and found it in a place she’d looked three times already, within a minute or so. I hadn’t even had time to say a BP for her, but found out later, she had said one to herself immediately when I asked if she’d done one yet. Talk about quick results!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
SHROUD OF TURIN AND GEORGE VAN TASSEL
Jose writes: Thank you for allowing yourself to be the instrument between us (human beings) and the knowledge of the above. I couldn’t help myself to use your newsletter as my primary source searching for answers before google. Thank you again for all you do.
My question is regarding the Shroud of Turin on your newsletter Jan. 01, 2011. If the Shroud of Turin is of our Lord Jesus Christ (supposedly after his death), so when did it actually occur since our Lord Jesus Christ was replaced by another prisoner who carried the cross and was ultimately nailed on the cross?
And if the Shroud of Turin is of our Lord Jesus Christ, then it would have been during his actual death many years later somewhere in France, correct?
Can you ask Theo to shed some light on this?
More questions regarding “George Van Tassel.” I’ve seen his life story on History channel regarding his life’s work on the “Integratron” and how he died just one week before his TV interview and very close to finishing his device for rejuvenation. He also claims that he received the information from our friendly ETs. Click here.
And during his funeral, his home was ransacked and all his notes, papers, and designs were stolen, including the devices that he said were 95% complete.
Can you ask Gaia or Theo if he was actually murdered for his work? And if so, who would have the most to gain by his death? Also, will his design ever be finished and if so, is this the same device as the Atlanteans used to heal their people?
Theo, is the Shroud of Turin of Jesus, or of whom?
Here we get into beliefs, Tom. Yes, you were told in the past it was, but that was before you received much more information on the life of Jesus, or Yeshua ben Yosef—his name during that life. Let’s allow everyone to believe as they wish on this important religious symbol.
Did George Van Tassel receive his “integratron” information from ETs?
Yes he did, Tom. Just not the way it is understood.
Was he murdered for his work?
No, he was not.
Was this the same as the Atlanteans used?
Some aspects were quite similar, but there were differences. More study needs to be made in this area as sound vibrations can heal, or even can be used to injure or kill. Remember, the Egyptians moved those big stones simply by using a special chant or sound. Much more research needs to be done in this area.
MY FUTURE RASTAFARIAN LIFE
My regular readers may remember that I still have two lives to go in the future for the beginning of two religions. I previously covered my life as Sara Northrup, the second wife of L. Ron Hubbard, who helped him write the first book on Scientology. You can read about her on Wikipedia.
I had a more difficult time with the Rastafari religion as I knew so little about it.
(3/25/20) Theo, will I have any more overlapping lives in the 20th Century besides the four that I know about?
Yes, Tom. This period of time is important, and there were great changes in that century. You were told before that you would have lives in the late 1800s, so they would carry over into the 20th Century. You will discover a couple of them before you transition. A couple will be connected to people you know today—those set-up lives you call them.
(3/31/20) Theo, was I a friend or advisor to Haile Selassie in this future life, and is that the same life for the beginning of the Rastafarian religion? Click here.
You will have one life during that time period. Yes, you will advise him as he did a good job for his people.
Will I be a woman or man?
Woman, Tom. This will be a complicated life as it not only involves the government, but also the beginning of the religion too.
What role did I play in the religion?
Wife, Tom. We can discuss this again after you read more.

But you are having that life right now, Tom, so the song bleeds through to you on this level.
So, this is another life overlapping in the 20th Century, I suppose?
Oh yes, as we said, this was a very important time period.
(4/5/20) Theo, was I or will I be Empress Menen Asfaw, wife of Haile Selassie?  Click here.
Yes, that was an excellent guess, Tom. That will be a significant life, as you can imagine, as not only will you be his closest advisor, even noted in history books, but you will be there for the creation of the Rastafarian religion based on the belief that he was the second coming of the Messiah. And yes, that was because, to many black people of his time, his elevation to one of the premier leaders in the world led to their belief that he was even more than a saint.
Is Haile in this life with me now?
No, you will have a set-up life prior to that one, but it will be another life in the future. You have already had a couple of lives with him in the past.
So, Miles [another person I “briefly” knew in this life] is not that person?
Good guess, but no, you will assist him in two other lives where he is a leader.
Why so many children, Theo? Ten?
Yes, all part of soul contracts, Tom. As you read, only seven will survive your transition. And back during that period of time, and even up until recently, people had many children, knowing that some would not survive due to sicknesses and injury, and yes, war.
I read that she was (or I will be) quite religious. Will you be in contact with me during that life?
Yes, Tom. She will hear our messages, but will not publicize how she is in contact with us.
I encourage you to read about her. Very dramatic life, including fleeing with her husband to Palestine, when the Italians invaded Ethiopia in 1936.
MORE QUESTIONS ABOUT KRISHNA
Speaking of my past and future lives, I previously reported that I had several lives during Krishna’s 77 lives in a row as Krishna, to “check on him,” I think I was told.
These questions were asked by George:
Theo, was Krishna the only one to have multiple lives in a row as the same person?
He was the only person to have that many. There are a few, very few, others to  have multiple lives as the same person.
You or Gaia had said he had to pay for doing that. What did you mean?
He paid by not having a large number of lives to sample other religions and growth overall of his soul.
So, therefore it would have been better for him to have those many lives.
But his soul desired to become revered?
Yes, that was the desire of his soul, Tom.
Were all of these lives in India?
Quite so—another detriment by not getting to have lives on all the continents and flavor all the different races and religions.
Was he revered in all his lives and called Krishna in all of them?
That’s mostly correct, Tom. Again, that was his soul’s desire. As you were told before, you had several lives with him to assist in his growth.
Were any of his lives considered to be as a “bad guy”?
He was human, from the standpoint of having different experiences. Both of you  took part in the Mahab-harata War. He had many relationships in those lives, some good, and some not as good, as he was human.
Did he look the same in all of his lives?
Fairly close. As you were told before, his aura slowly turned blue in color, which is why he is depicted by Indian artists as having blue skin.
Was he aware that he was a special soul?
From quite early on. He had the ability to remember many of his previous lives.
Did he have any overlapping lives in different parts of India?
No, these were chronologically one after the other over several thousand years, as you can imagine.
Is his soul having other lives on other planets?
Yes, there is growth, just not as much had he continued to have the normal number.
LOSS OF HEARING
Eureca writes: I’m a new subscriber. In July of 2019, I woke up suddenly with hearing loss and constant tinnitus in my right ear. Various ‘sensitive’ people have told me that it is temporary, a lesson, or that the spirit of my paternal grandfather is between my inner ear to get me to recall my psychic abilities that I stopped using for some reason while a child.
I have tried the conventional medicine route, alternative medicine and spiritual  healing practices to no avail. I’ve tried MBOs and requests from angels and archangels for healing to no avail.
My questions are (for your GA):
Was this hearing loss just a random sucks-to-be-me occurrence, a lesson, or soul contract issue? Did I arrange this pre-birth? Am I supposed to learn something from this, and is there any chance that I will regain my hearing? If so, what should I seek out in order to heal? Did I used to have psychic abilities as a child? Am I always destined to have illness, which has an unknown cause, and which have no cures?
Thank you for all that you do. I have started using MBOs and they are really amazing. They usually come to fruition, all except any requests for physical healing of anything, or any requests for spiritual enlightenment or connections to spiritual guides. I’ve tried really hard to connect to higher self, guardian angels, anything, to no avail. Is my life purpose just to fly solo on this trip? Supposedly, my guides are talking to me, but I don’t know how to know when they are doing this. Do you have any guidance on this?
Theo, what was the reason for the sudden loss of hearing in Eureca’s right ear last year? Was it part of a soul contract?
Yes, Tom. She had caused the loss of hearing of someone in a past life. She decided to have that experience in this life—not at all unusual.
Will her hearing return?
Not at the present time, but there will be treatments for this condition in the  future.
Can she develop psychic abilities?
Yes, it is up to her. This takes a lot of work, and she must have the desire to learn how to increase these abilities.

MAYAN SCRIBE?
Kathy writes: I had a brief visual in meditation tonight of a hand holding a writing tool and a papyrus, or something similar to a papyrus, with symbols (or a kind of hieroglyphics) written on it. I wondered if I might have been the scribe. I also saw a dim shape of what I interpreted to be a large warrior with head gear that seemed Mayan- or Aztec-like.
Later, checking out a photo of Mars on Coast-2-Coast led me to view more  photos of Mars. While looking at Mars, I felt that there was a connection to the Mayans and surmised that that might be why I had the vision. Via a google search, I learned that the Mayans were concerned with the motion of Mars. Also, that Richard Hoagland said that the Face on Mars looked Mayan. He made other connections between the Mayans and Mars as well.
Considering my meditation images and the ensuing coincidences, I have to wonder… were the Mayans refugees from Mars? Thanks.
Theo, was Kathy a scribe in a past life and if so was it during Mayan times or where?
She has been a scribe more than once, but yes, one of those times was as a Mayan in a temple complex.
Were the Mayans connected in any way to Mars?
The Mayans, as everyone knows, date back thousands of years. There is still much to learn about them, but Mars was not directly connected to the Mayans.
