Welcome to this edition of The Gentle Way Newsletter, and a special welcome to all my new subscribers all over the world. I realize there are several Benevolent Prayers to say listed below. PLEASE TAKE THE FEW SHORT SECONDS TO SAY EACH ONE OUT LOUD. Remember, the human voice is much more powerful than people in this time period realize. I’m told there is a crescendo effect when hundreds and thousands say the BP out loud.
Let’s say this Benevolent Prayer for Israel and Palestine out loud: "I ask any  and all beings to aid and assist in protecting the people of Palestine and Israel from the fighting between Hamas and Israel, for those wounded to be given medical assistance, and for the hostages to be returned home unharmed, with no further violence and may there be meaningful negotiations between the two sides so that this will never occur again, thank you!"
Let's say this Benevolent Prayer for the people of UKRAINE: "I ask for any and all beings to aid, comfort, and assist the people of Ukraine to remain safe, for all prisoners of war to be treated under the rules of the Geneva Convention, for the economic sanctions imposed on Russia to work, for the grain to be transported, to return the thousands of Ukrainian children home,  and to return the Russian and Ukrainian soldiers home, thank you!" Russia is attacking Ukraine’s grain facilities again. Please say this Benevolent Prayer.

NEW SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE
Theo, will the new Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, be able to work  across the aisle, or will it be his way or no way?
He has a great learning curve ahead of him. He was elected because he represented the beliefs of hard right conservatives in his district. Now he must balance the interests of all the Congressional people on a nationwide basis.
PUTIN’S HEALTH
 Teresa writes from Austin Texas: My browser is with msn.com and they ran a blurb yesterday about Putin having had a massive stroke on Sunday and being in an ICU unit at his house. Supposedly his doctors are not optimistic. I have not seen a story since so not sure if that is false or they just need more evidence that it is a true statement. MSN is usually at least a day ahead of everyone else with their news.
Theo, is Putin now in failing health with possibly a stroke, or just rumors?
He is having some medical problems as he ages. That will contribute to him giving up his leadership in the not-too-distant future. Naturally the Kremlin wishes to keep this information away from their citizens.
BLOOD TEST MBOs OK? SOUL CONTRACTS
Severine writes from China: Disclaimer: I don’t know whether to believe the following statement but would love to hear Theo’s perspectives.
For example: Health MBO for blood test:
I request an MBO for my health to improve and for my blood test value to be within the normal limit.
1) Would this MBO request manipulate the blood test results and show me  that I am healthy within normal limits while I am not?
Some people are concerned about asking the wrong MBOs/BPs. Personally, despite this request I still got values outside the limit, I still consider this positively. It tells me I need to continue to improve certain things. I thank my guardian angel for leading me in the right direction.
2) Acceptance of soul contract (Advice needed for all young souls):
With certain MBO requests that I understand will not be fulfilled, I sometimes find it hard to accept my soul contract especially for young souls. I know many people struggle with this too.
Any guidance from Theo and MBO wording, and to appreciate life as much as possible in between drama and struggles? I’m Grateful for the Gentle Way modality. This is the one that has been the most helpful to me as a spiritual junky:).
Theo, when you request an MBO for a good medical report, does this change  the results?
Remember, the MBO request has to be benevolent for you and for everyone connected with the request. It would not be benevolent if it simply masked a problem with your body. But it can alter and lessen the severity of the report. Or it can call your attention to some problem that needs to be addressed. So don’t stop requesting MBOs for medical checkups—only good will come out for your benefit.
How can you advise us to accept our soul contracts, and not exert free will?
In many cases—the vast majority—your lives after straying off your soul path will be worse than staying on it. The challenges change. Therefore, request an MBO to stay on the soul contract. What seems difficult now, you will see how much growth you experienced as you look back on your life in your older years.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, Antura is a member of my soul group or “cluster,” and was introduced to me in 2008 by my GA Theo. I was quite surprised to learn that instead of looking like us, like one of the Pleiadian societies, he is an amphibian from the planet Nommo in the Sirius B Solar System. In this life  he is quite connected to me, since he is supposed to bring my family and me to the Sirian mothership parked 50 miles above us for 14 days of filming a number of documentaries about the ship, crew of 900 plus their families totaling 1,500, their planets, the history of the real star wars, plus our real history over hundreds of thousands of years. Antura, do the crew members celebrate the end of the Great Way, as you like to call it? [In the book I called it the "Reptilian War."]
Yes, every few years there is a celebration of peace and a remembrance of those lost by the Federation of Planets.
Did the Great War end immediately upon the Reptilian Dracos agreeing to providing 10% of the souls for the Earth Experiment, or did it drag on for a while?
It was a short period of time. The peace treaty had to be drawn up but was done immediately.
Laura writes: Was the large UFO seen in Nov. 2006 at O'Hare International  Airport a real alien craft, or merely a hole punched in a cloud as stated by experts? (from article)
"Footage of a huge disc-shaped UFO spotted by airline employees over a major city has left experts scratching their heads.
"Strange images of the object show a metallic, saucer-shaped UFO flying through the skies over Chicago. The incredible footage was captured on November 7, 2006, by an employee at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport.

That was a Pleiadian ship that made an appearance—part of the overall ongoing efforts to let people know we are here, and I might add, are peaceful.

Mary writes from the UK: Greetings from the UK. I hope you and your family are well and are looking forward to a lovely holiday next month.
I have been reading your newsletter for several years and am a firm believer in the MBO prayer. So many have just arrived, and I no longer take much notice, but just know it’s OK when I ask. A recent one stands out for me. My car breakdown coverage was due to run out, and I asked for coverage costing similar or less than year's cost. I did some work on it several times but gave up as now it seems you pay £30/40 each time you call out with a small upfront cost but limited country coverage. Grrr.
I related this to my sister in a conversation and thought nothing of it. She is not known for her generous spirit etc., but she called me the day my coverage ran out and said she could add it to her coverage at xx cost-cheaper and at a premium coverage!! What a great result, thank you all. Your MBOs do have a positive impact on the world situations I am sure-thank you for the encouragement to say these every day-we are so lucky to live where we are in peace.
MBO TO OPEN TRASH CONTAINER PADLOCK
Maria writes from Estonia: Severine mentioned some time ago that you would like to have more MBO stories. As a tiny MBO example, I often struggle with the trash container’s padlock at my house. It’s kept locked because there have been instances when strangers brought in large quantities of absurd items to our container, such as a pile of shoes. The padlock tends to be stubborn, and opening it requires touching the dirty container more when it doesn’t cooperate. So, I used an MBO to make it open instantly, and it did, just like a treasure chest in a fairy tale!
BP FOR DOG WITH TORN LIGAMENT
Last week our dogs got me up at 1:06 am to go out. I always go outside and clap my hands to alert any rabbits that might be grazing to head for the fence. After they were out, our dog, Tara, let out a yelp. Our son came running downstairs, saying he saw her out his window and that she was limping. I thought, “Oh no, has she torn her tendon in her right leg that took months of rehabilitation to get back to normal?” No, this time it was her left hind leg, which was confirmed when we took her to the  vet for an X-ray. This requires a special vet that does rehabilitation, including having the dog walk on a treadmill in water. They are really backed up, with our first appointment scheduled for early December.
In the meantime, I posted this Benevolent Prayer on my Facebook pages for everyone to say out loud: "I ask any and all beings to aid and assist in healing Tom's dog Tara's torn ligament even faster than we can hope for or expect, thank you!" She really perked up and has been able to walk around the house on three legs, where at first we were rolling her in a cart with a dog bed on top. This morning we fitted her with a dog leg brace to give her leg support. The rehabilitation place is backed up, so our first appointment is in early December. We did ask to be put on the waiting list.
I would appreciate if everyone would say this BP out loud:
“I ask any and all beings to aid and assist in healing Tom’s dog Tara’s torn ligament even faster than we can hope for or expect, and for the appoint with the rehabilitation vet to be much sooner too, thank you!”
BPs FOR EMERGENCY AORTIC OPERATION
Sherrill writes: Dear Tom, I wrote and asked for an MBP (Most Benevolent Prayer) for my brother Steven, who was at the hospital with emergency surgery for a ruptured aortic aneurysm. A lot of people don't know what this is, but I did because our dad had it but his never ruptured. True miracles happened from start to finish.
My brother was sitting on the front porch having a cigarette. He got up and his back started hurting really bad. So, he went inside and got on his inversion table thing, which did not help, so he laid down in bed. He took over the counter pain stuff, which did not help. He stayed in bed for 2 days. On day 3 he told his wife to take him to the ER. When he got there, they took an X-ray of his back, and they saw the balloon on his aorta out of place and  they flipped out. When it gets to 6 centimeters you are a goner. His was 12 centimeters! He was at a rural country hospital that could not help him so they had to decide if they should fly him to Austin, Texas, or to Temple.
They figured out it was faster to drive him and faster for a world class doctor to get there. So, they drove him 40 miles, going 90 miles an hour, and the doctor got there 1 minute after them. They told him that he had only a 30 percent chance of surviving, and that surgery would take 9 hours, which took 11 hours. It involved different doctors for different things. The aortic doctor and stomach doctor and another I can't remember.
He has the rarest blood type AB negative, so they had no blood. They had a machine that recirculated his own blood. They cut him open and shoved his lungs up and then moved his stomach, took out part of his small intestines and part of his colon. They saw something on his liver they did not like and removed that too. Because it was so large, they did not have a cage they needed in the right size so they hooked 2 together. The whole operation was experimental, so they videoed the whole thing, because insurance and Medicare would probably have a fit!
He survived, got up and walked the next morning and the next morning walked the whole floor he was on. So, they sent him home. The doctors could not believe the whole thing. You usually have 15 minutes to get to hospital with this and most people die. When they got in there they found out that it was leaking but was pressing against his spine so hard it was keeping it from bursting all the way. Most people remember that this is how actor John Ritter died and he was on set and right next door to St. John’s hospital in Burbank, but they did not know what was wrong with him. My brother knows I wrote and asked for MBP right away and he thanks you. Our family thanks all of you and Angels!

Gaia, comments on scientific study that says there was a population bottleneck between 813,000 and 930,000 years ago, which reduced reproductive humans down to 1230.
Just a little truth in that, Tom. This was before Homo sapiens were introduced 60,000 years ago by your ET uncles and aunts. They were still working out what type of bodies would work best in these negative four energies. So, they kept the control group small as they worked on what type of humans would be best. It is much easier to work with a small control group than it would be later when, as you were thinking, there were 3.5 million Neanderthals in existence. These scientists still have a long way to go in discovering early human DNA. They will make other discoveries that will change these figures.
YAWNING
Graham writes from the UK: Yawning
Yawns could help keep us safe by making people more vigilant.
It is thought that from an evolutionary standpoint, yawning occurred to let other humans in the tribe know when that yawning-person was tired.
So that the other members know, they have “one-man-down” and to become more vigilant to look for threats to their survival. Is this why yawning occurs? Click here.
Gaia, was yawning introduced to warn people to be more vigilant if a person yawned?
Yawning is a natural response brought on by the body in need of rest. Certainly, if a guard started yawning, that was a signal to others to be more vigilant, since the guard’s awareness and perception of danger was reduced. But it was not introduced for that reason.
ELON MUSK
Randy writes: Will Elon Musk become a trillonaire?
Theo, will Elon Musk become a trillonaire? And what quadrant is he?
A very complex individual, as everyone can see. There are limits on what his net worth will eventually be, depending upon his decisions. These are all learning lessons. There are scientific developments just around the corner that will reduce the need of some of his companies.
And what quadrant?
Late third quarter Young Soul. Yes, you would think more fourth quarter Young Soul, but again, lots of lessons still for him in this life.
I will add that I just read today that X is now reporting that their net worth is only $19 billion, compared to the $44 billion he bought it for.
SHARP PAIN WHILE MEDITATING
Donya writes: Saturday morning, as I settled in to meditate, a sharp pain shot through my body, from right to left, like someone drove a sword through me or something. It passed, but later in the day, I had back pain and a bad headache. Could have been coincidence, but...? When I woke up  Sunday morning, my back still hurt, and I felt sickly most of the day. I was still able to eat, but I didn't have much appetite. My abdomen felt bloated and tender, but not horribly bad. Then this morning (Monday), I woke up feeling significant pains in various places around my abdomen, particularly to the right of my belly button. It feels like internal bruising (I was in a bad car accident in May and suffered deep tissue bruising across my abdomen where the seatbelt dug in, and this pain reminds me of that pain). There's also a spot of this "bruising pain" on the left side of my torso, below my ribs, and I can feel some kind of knot or bump. There are also less noticeable spots of this pain elsewhere in my torso, like I was punched at random.
So, what is causing this pain? Am I experiencing physical trauma while I sleep? And what about that shooting pain I felt Saturday morning? Is it related? Or is this just long-term healing from the accident? I've had similar pains during my meditation time in the past, a couple years ago, where it felt like something drove a sword into me (or pulled one out). I have a history of negative attachments, so is this another one of those?
Theo, why did Donya have sharp pains in her side while meditating? Was this a negative spirit attack or left over from her car accident?
Her injury allowed a negative spirit to cause her pain when she was not so protected by that bubble of white light we tell everyone to surround themselves each time. Should it happen again, immediately send white light and love to the source of the pain and reinforce the bubble of white light. And she can request an MBO for the injury to heal even faster than she can hope or expect.
UPDATE ON GUNS FOR GROCERIES
More good news on my GUNS FOR GROCERIES National buyback proposal. I was on Linda G Comanche Psychic’s program on October 31st. We discussed the program, and she encouraged viewers to participate and encourage all of her listeners to contact their Congressional Representatives.
Have you done what Carmen here in Texas did? She googled every gun  violence organization she could find in the state of Texas and emailed my proposal. I’m sure what she did made its way to the San Antonio Councilman, who got the council to vote to have their own Guns for Groceries event on November 19. So, a big shout out to Carmen! This shows what one person can do to reduce gun violence in the United States. Why don’t you do the same? Here is what is happening:
The San Antonio, Texas, Police Department will conduct a “Guns for Groceries” buyback event on November 19. They are working to raise $250,000 to fund the event, with over half already raised. Here is another new story, this time from KSAT TV. Click here.
So how can we link this event to a call for a Congressional Bill? Why not email or call your Congressperson or Senator and suggest that they get behind a BIPARTISAN bill to help lower gun violence in the United States. Put a link to the San Antonio article in your correspondence with your elected officials, and then use the link to my petition on AVAZZ for more details. You can also list my phone number and email address if they wish to contact me. The AVAZZ link is www.tinyurl.com/guns-for-groceries. Here is more information below, so that you can get on the bandwagon. It will raise your vibrational level!
MORE INFORMATION: WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING THIS ENACTED BY CONGRESS?
1. This will have bipartisan support since it does not require anyone to do anything. It is ALL VOLUNTARY!
2. No money is given that can be used to buy more guns.
3. Payment is made with money cards that can only be used at supermarkets or grocery stores.
4. People are concerned that only law abiding citizens will give up their guns. Over weeks and months there will be people who turn in guns because someone in their family may be considering suicide or going on a shooting  spree.
5. This would be overseen by the ATF, instead of the Justice Department. They would collect the guns once a month (or sooner) and destroy them the same way they destroy other confiscated guns. This also ensures that some local police department will not sell them out the back door.
6. Another possible benefit I have not mentioned before: Presenting this bill before Congress will allow for Amendments to be voted on. Perhaps one or two might pass this time. We won’t know unless we find a Congressperson or Senator to sponsor the bill.
If you want to cut down on gun violence, please support the petition by SIGNING! With thousands of subscribers to this Newsletter, why can’t we have thousands of signatures? Share this with your friends and family! Let’s get to 2,000!
