WEATHER QUESTIONS
 Lynda writes: Here in Southern California, we are eagerly awaiting and praying for the El Nino storms. Now, in February, we are under the influence of a strong, dry, hot high-pressure system in the days that are normally our wettest of the year.
Other than MBOs, which I know are powerful, what do Gaia or your other Guides say about the prospects of blessed rainfall for the trees, crops, wildlife and people of Southern California during February through April 2016?
Will we see a shift in our normal pattern and receive rainfall in May through July as occurred (a bit) in 2015?
Also, what is the potential for another El Nino year for the 2016-17 season?
Thank you for this very vital information, Tom.
Gaia, what is the probability for rain for Southern California in the next six months and will El Nino subside or continue?
Southern California is still in for some massive rain showers and storms this year, but still not enough to break their drought. You can use the analogy of an empty bucket and though you might pour water into it, it would still take a longer time for the amount of water to make a difference. Regarding El Nino, this condition will slowly fade away, but not before bringing more rain.
 Will there still be flooding, or will the rain just be enough to notice?
There will be localized flooding, Tom, but again not enough to break the drought.
The meteorologists have predicted a wetter and cooler winter due to El Nino for all of the southern part of the United States, but so far, it has been one of the mildest winters on record, and the next seven to ten days will be even warmer. I take it they made miscalculations on their original forecast for El Nino’s effects?
Yes, but again although it seems as if your winter is already over, I can assure you it is not, Tom. As you are seeing right now in the northeastern part of the United States, they are having record cold temperatures. You would have had the same weather had I not sent this system more to the east. So don’t put your winter coats away just yet.
Will the summer be seasonal for most of North America this year?
Perhaps a little wetter and a little warmer than normal overall, Tom. Asking such a broad question makes it a little difficult to respond, but overall a little wetter—significantly so in some places—and a little warmer—again significantly so in one or more regions of the country. We can visit this a little later as you approach your springtime.
BERNIE SANDERS AND SOUL QUESTIONS
Shelby writes: Have you answered already if Bernie Sanders is an older or seasoned soul yet? Or is that something that's obvious or something?
 And is our personality effected by how long the soul has lived here?
And does Bernie Sanders have a greater chance of winning now and is the chance rising faster or staying about the same?
And have you answered if dogs are veiled and every living being veiled here on Earth?
And is alien disclosure this year or next year or later?
And is clean energy going to be coming our way any faster?
And are we ever going to move completely over to healthy food, maybe in, like, decades?
And I'm proud to say I've had a lot of progress with MBOs and have gotten a lot more comfortable saying them because before I used to be scared to say them for some reason and have been pleasantly surprised several times. Thank you so much for all of your hard work that has led me to discover your work.
 Theo, is Bernie Sanders a young, medium, or old soul in terms of Earth Lives?
Younger, Tom. I know you thought I would say medium, as his physical appearance would tend to influence your opinion, but he is a younger soul in this round. He has a true heart, but his ideas would prove to be impractical with the current state of your legislature. It would be nice to have a revolution, and certainly the tide is turning on those who are incapable of compromise, but it will take another two or three elections to rid your country of those hardliners on both sides of the aisle, Tom.
So the probability of him even winning the Democratic nomination?
Quite low—still under 25%, as you will see in the upcoming states where it is winner take all. And as you have noticed, Mrs. Clinton already had 352 votes from Democratic leaders in the event Mr. Sanders and Mrs. Clinton were to basically remain tied as they are now. As we said weeks ago, Mr. Sanders will influence the Democratic platform, as he has forced her to the left of center just a bit.
Theo, are humans the only beings in the universe who are veiled from knowing our true selves?
Quite so, Tom. There is only one Earth Experiment in this or any other universe. This experiment is not being conducted anywhere else in any universe except this one.
 Theo, probability for how long it will take for us to eat better as a society?
Yes, this appears to be crawling along at a slow pace, Tom, but Rome was not built in a day, nor will healthy eating habits be established as much of the junk food eaten today has ingredients that one day will be exposed as creating food addicts. You saw yourself, Tom, how difficult it was, after watching the documentary Supersize Me, to completely stop eating any foods at McDonalds. These junk food stores have learned to hook their customers during their early childhood years in order to make them life-long customers.
These chains are hard to break for most people, but there are inroads being made, and if you were to look at these junk food chains, their sales are steadily falling. More publicity regarding the harmful effects of these foods will increase the momentum towards healthy alternatives. So, to answer the question, look for significant changes in eating habits over the next 10 years.
DISEASE EPIDEMIC AT THE OLYMPICS?
Peter writes: Thanks ever so much for your newsletter.
May I ask, what is the probability of an epidemic arising from the various viruses in the waters in Rio de Janeiro?
 If one combines the Zika virus, KPC enzyme infection, MRSA, and the recent US rowing team's infection it would appear the events portrayed in "The Walking Dead" are upon us.
Gaia, what is the probability of an epidemic of disease arising from the Olympic events?
Very low, Tom. The athletes will have every vaccination available to them—at least the ones who will compete in the water events. They stand more of a chance of having a reaction to the vaccines than they do from the water. And we can’t forget that Rio will do their best to clean up these waters prior to the Olympics. They know it will not look good for the world to see and hear constantly about their poor quality water.
Speaking of the Olympics, did Lemuria or Atlantis have similar events?
Yes they did. Athletics was not created just a few thousand years ago. It is quite ancient and certainly dates back to the early days after the Adam and Eve models were seeded.
The people that reintroduced these events at the beginning of the modern era had previous lives where they took part in similar events in Atlantis and Lemuria.
REPLACING JUSTICE SCALIA
 Karin writes: Can you ask about replacing Scalia?
Theo, what is the probability of a conservative or liberal replacing Justice Scalia on the U.S. Supreme Court?
The probability at this time is over 75% that the Justice will be more liberal than Justice Scalia.
Will he or she be confirmed before or after President Obama leaves office?
Regretfully, after. It will become a major election topic with the Republicans having a black eye. The probability of this is again quite high—75% or even more.
BAD WATER IN FLINT MICH. & MINI ICE AGE
 Emma asked this question.
Gaia, is there any connection between the water with too much lead in it in Flint Michigan and your desire for people to move south from that area?
No, not really, Tom, as those in authority knew what was happening and did nothing to alleviate the problem. There are soul contracts in this round for people to bring about these conditions so that better methods will be developed of not only detecting lead in the water, but also to prevent it from happening again.
Again I am strongly encouraging any of your readers to move south before the value of their properties takes a nosedive. It may take several cycles before it is recognized, but you are warned.
Gaia is referring to the Mini Ice Age she says in coming in the next 10 years.
TACHYON PARTICLES FASTER THAN LIGHT?
Marie writes: I so enjoy your articles! I look forward to your next communication.
 My question regards the Tachyon particle, which is said to be faster than light. Could Theo or Gaia say whether there is such a particle? I have read about it on Wikipedia and on David Wagner's website. Most physicists think that "faster than light cannot exist with known laws of physics." I believe there is more our physicists haven't discovered yet.
David Wagner, Ph.D is a very interesting man, who believes in the Oneness of All. He has done research on tachyon and has invented discs that you can use to put on your cell phone to protect you from the deleterious effects of cell phones and even the circuit-breaker systems in your homes. He has incorporated tachyon into jewelry to protect people as well.
I am very curious to learn more. Should I buy one of the tachyon discs for my cell phone? Would it really protect me from harmful vibrations/waves from electrical connections in the cell or from the batteries? I will "stay tuned" for the latest news.
Gaia, is the tachyon particle faster than light, and if it is can these discs as they’re called protect you while you use a cell phone?
Yes, Tom, scientists will find that these particles do travel faster than light. How else would you think that your ability to move about the universe is faster than the speed of light? But there is so much more than that, Tom, and much of the data has not even been theorized yet.
And yes, there are some ways to protect yourself when you use cell phones.
Gaia did not go so far as to recommend the discs, so I think she’s letting us decide if the product “resonates” or not.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
 Antura is an amphibian that looks a little like the Abe Sapien character in the Hellboy movies. He lives on a water world in the Sirius B Star System in a city 5,000 feet below the surface. Their race of beings has inhabited that planet for 18 million years, yet he tells me they are the “new kids on the block,” as there are other planets in their solar system with intelligent people with over one billion years of history. May have gotten this question from reading a question on Quora.
Antura, did any of our astronauts visiting the moon ever see ETs or their spacecraft?
Yes, Tom. The spacecraft were around, but the astronauts had been instructed to not mention them, or do so on a secure line that was never made public. They did not see any ETs on their space walks. “We,” meaning the Federation, were discreet and allowed them the great thrill of accomplishing their missions.
Was Neil Armstrong included in that group, or was there anything special?
Again, he saw our craft.
Lauren writes: I'll start with the fact that I believe I was finally granted my MBO for seeing a UFO, though it took a while. I first said it last spring or summer (and maybe repeated it one-two times since then), and then my sighting was on Sunday, Jan 31st, in the Sherman/Denison (TX) area. I saw a reddish "star" as I arrived home in my car, thought maybe it was Mars, but then parked and went to find it again and it was no longer there in the eastern sky.
 Then I scanned the sky for it and found it to the south of me. Though it was far away, it rounded its way to the west of me quickly, kind of bopping up and down in an irregular flight path. When it reached the northwest of me, it started rapidly ascending, its light fading to black as it went up. I went inside, and then maybe 15 minutes later went back out where I saw at least 4 planes that appeared to be searching the sky to the north and northwest of me where it had appeared to exit the atmosphere.
Can you confirm whether this was an ET ship that I saw?
Was this a Federation ship and what group of beings were its pilots from?
Was it deliberately circling Sherman/Denison to show itself off to the population as part of the plan to cause more sightings and get people comfortable with the idea of ETs?
Were the planes I saw afterward government planes (i.e., Air Force) that were searching for it to see what it was (or chase it off if they knew)?
 Antura, did Lauren see an ET ship on January 31 near Sherman/Denison, Texas and if so was it a Federation ship or what? Also she saw government planes fly over, so were they searching?
Yes, she was correct in her sighting, Tom, as this was an ET ship and no, it was not a Federation ship, but was friendly and just taking readings. And yes, the planes were “scrambled” to chase the spacecraft, although it is a futile exercise, it does let your air force know there are spacecraft out there, which are impossible to have a close encounter with.
Jim writes from Texas: Here’s a UFO question for you to ask about. In the 40s, 50s, & 60s there were many incidents of UFO craft making “chicken runs” at airplanes, particularly airliners, only to peel off and fly away at the last moment. Was this by accident or a case of the “bad boy ETs,” trying to intimidate us?
Antura, why did so many ET craft in the 40s, 50s, and 60s buzz our aircraft?
They were trying to bring more attention to their existence, but failed due to the pressure put on the pilots by their aircraft companies or the military commanders to not say anything. It is like an ostrich burying their heads in the sand.
Antura, did Einstein ever meet ETs?
No, Tom, he did not, although he, like all of you, did meet them in the quantum dream state.
MBOs FOR MOVE, LOST DOG, HOUSING

 Ann writes: Aloha Tom, you have not heard from me lately as I just moved on Friday to Las Vegas from Honolulu. So many MBOs asked and answered in the positive! 1. Good travel and good seat mates. 2. I lost my dog at McCarran Airport! I said an MBO for her safe return and there she was, within 30 minutes. 3. The bed got moved by friends in Honolulu. 4. Couldn't find cheap place to stay first night. My friend took me in after prayers, and then on the last day I could stay with her I found perfect housing for Sweetie and me. So many thanks for so much falling into place! Now we begin to look for employment. My faith is sustained, and I trust for the best to come for me. Many thanks to you and your merry band of prayer voicers.
MBOs AND BPs FOR TRAUMATIZATION
Lois writes: Thought you might like to know I was speaking with a friend  in Ohio about the untimely death of her sister. She was having a hard time letting go of being constantly upset months after the death. So I reminded her of MBOs and said a BP with her while we were on the phone. She emailed me today that she has had a major shift overnight and has let go of her feeling of traumatization that went beyond normal grief for her sister. She was so grateful to have been reminded of this powerful tool.
PUTIN, ATLANTIS/MU, DNA
Laurie writes: Here are some questions I’ve been compiling for the newsletter:
(1) Did the California/Northwest Coast earthquakes you “saw” back in 2011 ever actually occur on any other Timeline?
 (2) Was Putin ever a czar or a dictator in another life? (He sure is acting like one now!)
(3) Is there a Timeline where Atlantis and/or Lemuria survived?
(4) The ET races who contributed their DNA to us — were they meat-eaters like we are? What’s in our DNA that makes us eat animals? (Or does DNA have nothing to do with it?)
(5) Did the planet Earth ever have a straight, up & down, north/south axis or did it always have a tilt? (I don’t mean magnetic poles.)

My understanding is that the earthquakes did not occur on the lower time lines. It was a probability that, at that time, was low.
Theo, has Putin been a Czar or dictator in another life prior to this one?
Naturally he had to have lives where he was particularly despotic in order to prepare for this life as the head of a large country that expects their rulers to be tough. But these lives will be balanced with ones where not only he will be a victim of other’s rules, but he will also be a great leader. Everything must balance when you have a soul interest in politics and government. All facets must be explored.
Theo, did Atlantis and Mu ever survive on any other time line?
 No, Tom. Both perished, as their hate for each other spread like a disease from the lowest to the highest time lines.
Theo, is it in our DNA to eat animals?
Yes, in a way, Tom, as your ET creators recognized that you would need sustenance for thousands of years as you developed, retreated and then developed again.
Gaia, did earth ever have a straight up and down axis instead of slanted?
Earth has never had a straight up and down axis, but it also has had the movement of the poles.
GAS LEAK IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
 Cynthia writes: This gas leak looks really scary and dangerous. Will it be stopped any time soon? Can we all do some BPs so that it can be stopped?

Gaia, will the gas leak in Southern California cease before the second connecting well is drilled, and what is the purpose of this occurrence?
It will take the completion of the drilling to cap the well and stop the leaking of the gas. Again, we see that there are soul contracts at work here—the contracts can be for all those who experience the gas leak--the drillers, scientists, first responders, and naturally, the people who are forced to move, at least temporarily, away from the area. Millions will be paid by the gas company to compensate the owners of the homes affected in that area. Better drilling methods are also in the future.
YELLOWSTONE ERUPTION WITHIN 5 YEARS?
 Kathy writes: Good day to you and thank you for helping us. I would like to know if Yellowstone is on course to erupt in the next five years. It is busy, so just wanted to know if that happens is this the large loss of life you were talking about?
Gaia, what’s the probability of Yellowstone erupting within the next five years?
Still very low at this time, but towards the end of that period it starts rising.
SPIRITS IN METALS
Dave writes: I'm not sure if this is a Theo question or a Gaia question, but I'm curious about spirits in elements in this world. In your newsletter, I believe that Theo mentioned that there were spirits in all elements and even the smallest grains of sand. (I've tried to find the specific reference to the spirit in grains of sand quotation, but haven't been able to locate it again.) Can you tell me a little bit about the nature of these spirits?
 As an example, assuming that there are spirits in all materials on Earth including metals, then in brass, which is an alloy (or mixture) of copper and zinc created by adding heat and in a average proportion of 67% copper and 33% zinc, what happens to the separate elemental spirits in this alloy?
Do they stay and cohabit the alloy or do they both leave and a new alloy spirit takes their place? Do they both combine and form a new spirit reflecting the new properties of the newly formed metal? I should also ask if fire has a spirit associated with it, and if this spirit bonds with the other two in this reaction creating a mixture of all three spirits or a completely new spirit? I'm guessing that there's a spiritual reality in this reaction.
Assuming that they combine to form a multi-spirit metal and there is a higher percentage of one metal than the other in a mixture of elements is that percentage reflected in the amount of one spirit over another?
Finally, a more esoteric question, if there are spirits in all matter, can these spirits be communicated with by a more spiritually evolved (higher time-line) version of human being? If yes, can we actually change matter through the appropriate benevolent prayers or requests?
Gaia, when elements are combined are there any effects on spirit?
Not in the way asked, Tom. All is allowed as part of the Earth Experiment, so those souls involved with metals certainly know when two elements are combined, but it does not somehow destroy them.
And I’ll answer the last question. Why would it have to be a higher time line self to communicate? Shamen communicate with spirits on all time lines, so why can’t you?
BIRDS CRASHING INTO WINDOWS
 Peggy in Michigan writes: My new apartment is located next to a beautiful lake and has lots of trees, so we get a wonderful variety of birds coming through and visiting our feeders. Unfortunately, neighbors have told me that it's very common for birds to fly into windows and injure or kill themselves. This happens even when bird deterrents like hawk cut-outs are put on the glass.
I'm assuming that soul contracts are involved, but will you ask your guides what we can do to help the birds we love to avoid colliding with our windows?
Gaia, is there any way that birds can be prevented from flying into windows on high rise apartments and buildings?
The birds are attracted by shiny objects in the apartments, and the only way would be for the apartment dweller to hide those sparkling kinds of objects, or use shades where they cannot be attracted to these objects. The soul for the birds does thank you for your concern. There will be in the future better glasses and even one that will be softer than those today.
NATIONAL GEO CHANNEL’S DR. POL
Peggy writes: National Geographic Channel's most highly-rated series, The Incredible Dr. Pol, is creating a tremendous amount of controversy. I started watching the show because it takes place right here in Michigan; plus two of my uncles were small-town country vets.
 Well, I am no longer a fan! I've seen some horrifying scenes -- one gave me nightmares -- where animals were not given pain-killers or anesthesia. Dr. Pol has been fined and placed on probation more than once for negligence, incompetence and a long list of other violations. Some of his staff vets have also been fined. Thousands of people are signing petitions and contacting National Geographic.
Meanwhile, National Geographic responds to complaints and demands to cancel the show by issuing bland "aww, he's just an old country doctor, and that's how he does things" statements.
Will you please ask your guides about the soul contract situation for this group of people and the animals that are traumatized, hurt, and sometimes die, through neglectful and improper treatments? My heart hurts just thinking about it.
Theo, what is Dr. Pol’s soul contract in this life that includes hurting or killing animals in his care?
Yes, he will need to balance this life in the future Tom, as he doesn’t still recognize the magnificence of creation and still has the out of date belief that they are just dumb animals. He will be stopped in the future if enough people object to his methods.
Here is a Benevolent Prayer (BP) to say: “I ask any and all beings to assist Dr. Pol to come to understand that animals have feelings and souls and for his program to be cancelled by the National Geographic Channel sooner than we can hope for or expect, thank you!”
BERNIE MADOFF
 Pam writes: Thank you for the enlightenment that you bring and all the good work that you do. I love your newsletters and have been reading them for several years now.
I recently watched the TV series on Bernie Madoff and was very intrigued by him and all the people he affected. Of course, they are all part of each other’s soul path, but I was wondering what specifically is Bernie Madoff’s soul path. Particularly, was his Ponzi scheme new karma that he will need to repay or old karma that he is repaying?
Theo, what is Bernie Madoff’s soul contract this time around?
It is just as has occurred—to be the flamboyant crook he was, to have prison time for his crimes, all part of his soul contract. Naturally, there will be other lives in the future to correct this one. As we have said before, Tom, each of you must be the bad guy in some of your lives and in others the knight in shining armor.
