UPDATE ON DEMOCRATIC RACE
Gaia, what is the current probability of Pete Buttigieg winning the Democratic nomination?
Unfortunately, fairly slim. His popularity in the Midwest will not carry over to  the nation as a whole. He has very good qualities, but the more conservative section of the Democratic Party will not vote for a gay person to be the Presidential nominee. So, at this time we give him a fairly slim 15% probability.
Has the probability of Michael Bloomberg risen any from the 50% I was last told?
Yes, raise this probability to 60 percent. His advertising, paid for out of his own money, is attracting those who wish an experienced, but fresh face on the Democratic side.
Alan writes: While reading about elections and Mercury Retrograde, I remembered what Spirit told me when I asked about who would win and I heard that "the consciousness of the people decide who the President will be." Will you verify and bring clarity to this answer as I know there is always more than what meets the eye. Thank you.
Theo, does the “consciousness of the people” decide who will be elected?
That is but part of the process, Tom. You could say it is but part of the vibrational level of the people who elect those that govern them. The higher the level, the higher the probability of someone who will be elected that will reflect that vibrational level. Different words—same meaning.
UPDATE ON EARTHQUAKES & GREEN SKIES
Gaia, are there more 7.0 earthquakes on the way for a populated city, or was that enough for the year?
Regretfully, not, Tom. This is just now February, and I have many movements  ahead. Don’t forget to remind your readers that Earth is a living thing. When I breathe, so to speak, the land moves too. All this is with your souls’ permission and desire for everyone to experience everything the Earth has to offer.
Will another happen this month?
Yes, just not in as populated an area as the recent one.
Gaia, what causes the sky to appear green sometimes with a violent storm?
It is the electrons bouncing off each other, Tom. You would have to be a meteorologist for me to provide a deeper answer, but that is sufficient for your readers.
ANOTHER CORONAVIRUS QUESTION
Wei writes: One more question about this virus. As I also mentioned in my  previous email, and since the virus does not originate from bats, then is it a man-made one, specifically from the Wuhan P4 lab? If so, how does it leak to the seafood market?
Gaia, did the Coronavirus originate in the food market or the Wuhan National Biosafety Lab?
Good question by your reader, Tom, due to the center’s location there, but no, in this case it was the market.
KOBE BRYANT & OTHERS’ SOUL CONTRACTS
Diane writes: I'm sure you have gotten a few emails about Kobe Bryant. My  question – did he and the others on board that helicopter have a Soul agreement? And why?
Theo, why did Kobe Bryant achieve stardom in athletics, and then to die, along with his daughter and the other passengers?
All had soul contracts to perish, Tom, for different reasons. Kobe’s was to not only balance a past life transgression, but to allow millions of people to grieve and actually raise their vibrational levels by showing compassion, and to remind everyone how fleeting a life can be. It resulted in many paying additional attention to their own families. Many will take on his volunteer work.
The others all had balancing to do, each one different from the rest, but still connected by soul groups.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
Antura is my soul brother. He’s part of my soul “cluster.” After 800 lives on Earth, Antura is having a life as an amphibian, and then back to Earth for more lives as an explorer. Theo introduced him to me in 2008, and since then I’ve asked thousands of questions about not only his planet, located in the Sirius B  Star System, but the universe and the history of the real star wars, known as “The Great War.” You can read about that in my FIRST CONTACT: Conversations with an ET. Rita writes: Thank you for the newsletter - I always look forward to it!
I have questions about Thor, the alien from Venus. I am reading “Stranger at the Pentagon” by Dr. Frank Stranges. Is this account authentic? Was this person really a Venusian? Was there really a showing of spaceships for our people to see, and if so, why was it not common knowledge that was passed through history? Did Thor confirm to Dr. Stranges that Jesus was as Christians say he is, the beginning and the end? I don’t understand why an alien would talk about Christianity at all. Why did Thor come to Earth?
Antura, was the book by Dr. Frank Stranges accurate?
Fairly accurate, Tom. Of course, we have covered the fact that Thor said he was from Venus when he actually was from the Pleiades.
Was there a strong showing of spaceships, and why not common knowledge?
There was a number of what were considered UFO reports during that time period. You saw how many were reported in just one week when you were researching Roswell. So the public was being informed.
Did Thor talk about Jesus, and if so, why?
Yes, because keep in mind that Jesus was the Master of Love, and Thor was using an example of what he was trying to achieve.
And I think I asked this before, but why did he come?
To try and achieve world peace, after the Second World War. He was just too early. As we said before, his mission was considered a failure.
Sandra writes: Kudos for speaking up for this planet, Tom. If and when earth changes occur it is going to be terrifying for many of us, yet revelations of truth after centuries of skullduggery are deemed too precarious for us to handle. Don’t we have it in our proverbial contracts to experience Truth? I believe the youth especially can handle this. How about disclosure through Japan or Denmark?
So, any update on what has been, or not been, decided about Disclosure?
Still a little too early, Tom. Discussions are going on, and everyone involved understands that you and others want a decision yesterday.
I have not mentioned the possibility of Japan, Denmark, or especially the UK.  Would those be farther down the list of possibilities?
Yes, Tom. The UK would be farther up the list, shall we say, but still not as viable as what we are looking at. Soul contracts need to be changed, and that takes some work as it affects not just one person but many. It’s not as simple as it appears on the surface. We have already had some success, but still working. So don’t think we are just sitting on our hands, using that figure of speech.
Siddharth in India writes: What is the effect of the documentary on upper timelines? What benefit will lower timelines get of the knowledge upper timelines are getting due to the documentary?
What were the top reasons, if you can tell, why our vibrations fell last year - 2019?
What can Tom's readers do to help Tom still being able to do the documentary, apart from saying the BPs?
Antura, what effect on the lower timelines will information be gleaned on the upper timelines about Disclosure and the documentary?
That information is like sand on the beach. There is no stopping it. Still, the information is the catalyst to the Explorer Race’s further development, so it is simply the timing of when you are ready to receive it. You’ve seen answers to questions on Quora where people are adamant that there is no life anywhere else in the universe. We have covered the many reasons why people would want to believe this, but slowly their opinions are shifting. Disclosure will immediately change most of their beliefs, as it has on the upper timelines. Still, there are some people that will refuse to believe this out of fear of the unknown. People see this development during their dream time, as your upper timelines share this information with the lower timelines.
What were the reasons our vibrational level dropped last year?
It wasn’t just one thing, but a combination of many. Wars certainly entered into it, but then there was the politics of nations and the divide not only between nations but between those people with different opinions in the nation. It was not  just the United States, but look at other nations, such as the UK, where they were fighting amongst themselves about Brexit, but also with the EU. And there are many other examples I could use of other nations and their divide, plus again hard core leaders who desire conflict and war.
You need to encourage more people to say a prayer for peace each day. It may appear as if nothing is happening, but I can assure you it is, and could be even worse if people were not praying for peace on Earth. You are again rising towards the same level as you were last year at this time. Push to keep the level and raise it even higher. And yes, we are working on our side to see that Disclosure will take place. No final decisions yet as many people are involved  that would be affected by these revelations.
May I remind you that when Donald Trump was elected to office in 2016, his probability had been low, but our souls decided that there was great learning for people who would not have gotten to have the experiences until a future life.
And yes, Tom, we have used that same argument to those in the Federation about how much learning there will be for those souls who become involved earlier than they were scheduled to. Say a prayer for those souls to become involved and assist in raising your vibrational levels.
Let’s say this Benevolent Prayer (BP) Out Loud: “I ask any and all beings to aid and assist in bringing in the participation of people to experience and accept Disclosure, and for all of us to raise our vibrational levels through acts of kindness and compassion for others, thank you!”
MBOs FOR MOVIES & LOST CHECK RETURNS

Matt writes: I have a couple MBOs that I would like to share with you and your readers.
I frequent the Redbox. I’m always getting movies to watch since I don’t have  time to usually see them in the theaters. I’ve gotten into a habit of saying a MBO every time I leave the house. I was returning a couple movies the other night so I requested a Most Benevolent Outcome on returning the movies.
I arrived at the Redbox and had to wait. There was an older gentleman in front of me. It kind of seemed like he was struggling, but I didn’t offer any assistance. He then stands next to the box and gets on his phone. I asked him if he was done, and he said yes. He then replied that he was looking for a certain movie. I was curious, so I asked which one? He then pointed to one that was a new release. I smiled and showed him that I was actually returning that exact movie. He was thrilled. I returned it and told him to have a great day!
My second MBO is a little different. I was pulling out of my driveway one day and noticed some trash blowing around in my front yard. Something told me to go get it, and I don't know why. Trash pickup was the day before and there is always trash just blowing around after the garbage guys come, so usually I would just leave it be. I went over to it, and it was a payroll check and check stub. It had all the guy's info on it including his social security number along  with his employer's address and phone number. I thought it was rather strange. Heck I didn't think companies did actual checks anymore since most go through direct deposit. I called the number for the business that was on the check and spoke to someone in HR. They were perplexed, and after being on hold several times and then them actually calling me back on what to do after speaking to their supervisor, they asked me to bring it to them. They were located on the other side of town. I asked if I could just return it to his work or if they could just re-issue him another check and I would destroy this one but they said no.
So the weekend passed and I headed there the following Monday. I said an MBO for my travels there, along with insisting that the gentleman get his money back. The person I spoke with was not there, but her supervisor was. I guess he was the boss that she had to get in touch with about what to do about it. I told him the whole story, and he was very shocked too. I shook his hand and asked him to make sure the guy got his money. He said that he would go take care of it right now. It felt good doing it, I'm not going to lie. I hope that person who lost the check knows that they have someone looking out for them. Perhaps they said an MBO to find the lost check. I kind of felt like a little GA in training. I had never experienced firsthand how an MBO works for another person and it was pretty cool.
One thing that I would like to point out is that when we request an MBO, it is  normally for personal gain, myself included. We are a typically a nation of what’s in it for me. What never really occurred to me was that an MBO was exactly that, a Most Benevolent Outcome for everyone involved, not just for yourself. Experiencing both these lately have opened my eyes that we can also be the catalyst of an MBO for others as well. Sure, we all want things to go smoothly and for us to have great outcomes every day, but we can also provide those great outcomes for others as well. I encourage everyone to ponder that when you say or request an MBO. Maybe not be so specific next time. I just said an MBO on returning my Redbox movies and turns out I made someone’s day. It’s all in the wording I guess, and how we can open ourselves up to helping others.
MBO FOR FRIEND WITH SEVERE STOKE
Becky writes: We learned on Monday that Michael's dearest friend (and best man in our wedding) had suffered a mild stroke on Saturday and on Monday he  began to have additional strokes and stopped breathing; later that afternoon, I visited him and said an MBO while holding his hand.
The next morning the doctors reviewed his latest CT and said there was "no recovery" and they began to discuss organ donation. But within hours, they reduced his sedation and he woke up. For a full 24 hours, he was able to open his eyes, follow simple commands, and most importantly, to look into the eyes of his daughter. One doctor said with all the damage to his brain stem, his prognosis was extremely grim and they didn't often see movements of this kind - "a miracle."
His outcome is still unknown, and he may not survive, but those hours were so tremendous - I'm a true believer!

Quite so, Tom. This is a significant life for him. He is making great strides with his soul interest in this round, including being homosexual. As has been noted before, some of the most gifted artists and writers are gay.
Is he the biological son of Frank Sinatra?
Yes, Tom. It was a brief affair between his mother and Sinatra. Naturally, these were mutual soul contracts.

Of course he did not care, Tom. That was simply part of his soul contract to test the laws at that time according to what an individual’s rights were, regarding how he or she could express themselves in public. There are always those who forge ahead—it’s part of their soul contracts.
THIRD NIPPLE
Jackie writes: I was discussing birthmarks with someone and we have the same one. An undeveloped third nipple below our left breast. Is there a general past life lesson involved to remind us both?
I recently learned that I came into this life still grieving my spouse from another life. She is often around me now as she is no longer physical in this life. Is there a correlation since I have two nipples of some kind near my heart? One is normal, but the other hidden, just as my two loves are? Or has my creativity gotten the better of me?
Theo, what would a past life reason be for a third nipple?
Yes, it is a definite reminder of lost love in a previous life. It is a reminder to fully love in this life.
MY 1000TH LIFE ON EARTH + SUFI MYSTIC
I had never asked this question, even though I’ve been told I’m on my 1,005th life. When I first learned that, I told Theo I must be a slow learner! His response was to say no, that I keep coming back to push people along.
Theo, what was my 1,000th life on Earth? Was it significant?
Yes, it was your life as the Shaman, Tom. You learned much from that life as Still Water.
Naturally, it would be the life where Reveals the Mysteries and Still Water started me in conversing telepathically.

Theo, did I stick a knife in my eye and pop it out when I had my life as a Sufi mystic?
Actually no, Tom. That is done by some more fervent Sufi Mystics, but you did not feel the need to perform this task in order to gain followers. You could say you were a moderate, although dedicated, Sufi mystic. That was also one of your earlier lives, not a recent one.
