CORONAVIRUS ON THE UPPER TIME LINES
Jo-Anne writes: A question for you and your guides about the conditions and scenarios about Corona Virus on other timelines?
Could an overview be given? Is there a way to receive help from the upper timelines who might be ahead of us in terms of dealing with this sickness?
Gaia, how far ahead of us are the upper time lines regarding handling of  Covid-19?
Yes, Tom. First, they did not have the widespread pandemic as it was recognized at an earlier stage and the news was not so held back from the public as it was on this timeline. The numbers of people infected are much smaller in comparison. They are already almost back to normal as they have found methods to treat this virus. These methods will be coming to your very shortly.
Regarding what you can learn from them, it would be to share information more quickly, and not to point fingers at one another. Don’t wait until hundreds of thousands of people are infected, and don’t use the pandemic to line your pockets. This last point is only for a few, as most people are very compassionate and generous of their time and even their health. There are thousands, if not millions, of shining stars who take care of those less fortunate.
QUESTION ABOUT THE COVID-19 VACCINE
Stephanie writes: Read the latest newsletter and the woman who asked about the vaccine did not get her question answered.
She wanted to know if this vaccine will be mandatory. There are many of us who  will refuse. But we don’t want our rights to work or bank or travel to be taken away if we refuse. Please ask Gaia about this specifically.
Gaia, any restrictions placed on those who refuse the vaccine for Covid-19?
The restrictions will be more physical. People will be encouraged to take a vaccine, but everyone wants to know these vaccines are safe. Those that do not wish to take the vaccine will be encouraged to do so as methods of fighting the virus are proven to have few side effects. The percentage of people who refuse to take the vaccine will be small in number, but they will have the largest number of infections and time spent off work or even in the hospital. These people have it on their soul contract to contract the disease as a bucket list item. The old saying that some people must learn the hard way would apply here.
DOES ONE’S FREQUENCY BLOCK COVID-19?
Kate writes: I’ve been wondering if there is a relationship to not catching the Covid virus and the frequency that one carries. I’m wondering if those who are actively and consciously working at making the 5d transition may have an advantage.
Also, another question that keeps niggling in the back of my mind. There have been a few times when Trump says something that makes me wonder about his consciousness. The most recent was his comment about using ultraviolet light to  kill the virus. And, there have been a couple of others, which aren’t coming to mind. I’m wondering if he is ahead of this time and it would lay the groundwork by placing the thought out there OR if this is a way to keep advances of light and sound healing and other alternatives from happening.
Gaia, does one’s frequency have anything to do with not contracting Covid-19, or is it strictly molecular?
One’s frequency can be adjusted in the future so as to not contract the Coronavirus. This can be done by requesting MBOs and saying BPs for other people. We keep reminding you that your verbal voices are quite strong. That does help raise your vibrational level to a point where you will not contract the disease. We keep telling you that you are much more powerful than you can imagine.
I’m asked if Trump is receiving messages about Covid-19 treatments, or just throwing anything out.
Certainly, President Trump has a number of guides that are attempting to assist him in making these enormous decisions that are required for the leader of the free world. Sometimes they are able to get through to give him an idea that assists everyone. Now that the Coronavirus is hitting close to home, with people in the White House being infected, he is suddenly open, and at the same time certainly concerned about being infected himself. He will not be, but more people around him will. We are therefore finding he is a little more able to listen and be open to our suggestions to look at certain treatments.
FEEDING THE POPULATION
Jerry writes: In the last Cornucopia Institute newsletter that I received, one of the farmers has a concern, see below. Would you please ask Gaia to respond to it?
"I am a vegetable farmer who has been running my farm for 30 years. Every time I have planted a seed in the last 2 weeks, I've felt that it is an act of faith and hope. I’m also scared. Where will I sell my food? How will I get the work done? I can't bring on any seasonal employees as I don't know when or if I can  pay them. That leaves lots of work for me to do alone and I'm not a spring chicken.
What about people who need access to good food, but are suffering financially? How do I get food to those people while still keeping my lights on and gas in my truck?
I take lots of deep breaths when I feel the fear overwhelming me. I take things day by day. One step at a time, one seed at a time, I must Farm on."
Gaia, how will people be fed if farmers can’t harvest their crops?
Yes, there will be shortages of certain crops, Tom, but there will still be enough food in storage and substitutes so that few will go hungry. I said few, as there are always those that by soul contract have to experience poverty and a shortage of food. Say a benevolent prayer for them, Tom.
Let’s say this Benevolent Prayer (BP) OUT LOUD: “I ask any and all beings to aid and assist in everyone, including children and those incapacitated, being fed until the heads of households are able to work again and provide for their families, thank you!”
DEATHS IN CHINA
Siddharth writes: Is the report in the link true? According to this, China had 21  million deaths due to Covid. Click here.
Gaia, a report says that based on the drop of cell phone users in China, as many as 20.9 million people died of coronavirus. Is this accurate?
No, Tom, it is not. Yes, the number is much more than admitted by these same Chinese officials. Certainly well over a million, and yes, you are understating the number. Make that closer to four million Chinese died. They tried to keep this knowledge quiet, but reports kept leaking out.
NOTE: Keeping in mind that I have trouble receiving numbers, I find the above higher than I expected, but am leaving it as I received it.
MISSING CHILDREN
Ann writes: Lori Vallow is in the news now with her missing children, which she refuses to divulge their whereabouts. Are they alive, and will they be found?
There seems to be a trail of mysterious deaths related to this lady. Is she a serial killer or does she have some sort of control over people to do her bidding, if she is indeed, involved? The latest involves the mysterious death of her older sister, many years ago, maybe she was the first victim? She was only in her 30s.  Perhaps we are dealing with a psychopath?
Thank you for any insight. Many people are very concerned for the minor children.
Theo, have Lori Vallow’s two kids transitioned?
Yes, I am not giving too much away, Tom, to say that they are no longer alive. This news will be confirmed in the near future.
What balancing is occurring?
Yes, the two children had taken lives in other lives, so they balanced this time.
So, just to make sure—they did not run away?
No, Tom.
What about Lori’s sister’s death?
That should be investigated, but may not be.
Personally, I hope I received incorrectly and they will turn up somewhere.
MORE ON ROCKS & STONES AND GAIA
Last week I asked Gaia about rocks and stones having a presence. You can read this topic, “Talking to Stones,” by clicking here.
Gaia, are you saying it is you solely that imbues these stones and rocks—it is not  another soul that assists you here?
We have spoken before about more than one soul that assists me in mountain ranges, shall we call them. But the small rocks and stones that you find all have my essence, shall we say. And I know when someone will be attracted to a particular stone. It allows me to communicate, and in a way, let that person know there is a soul of the Earth.
You and many other people, Tom, envision me as entity – that electromagnetic ball of energy, but I am much more than that, and it is difficult to explain to you on the level you are at, but trust me. My energy exists throughout this whole planet. When you hear that the Earth is a living thing, trust me when I say that is very close to what it actually is.
Thanks, Gaia, for the larger explanation. I’m sure I or my readers will have more thoughts on this subject.

MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, in 2008, Theo introduced me to another member of my soul cluster, who is also having lives on Earth. After 800 here, before his next life on Earth, he is putting knowledge he gained on Earth with a soul interest in exploration to good use. He is part of a “first contact” team from the Sirius A, B, and C star systems that travels to emerging planets to study them and make contact. Right now, he is orbiting the Earth in one of those humongous motherships that  is three miles wide and twenty stories tall, with a crew of 900, plus their families totaling 1,500. Here is the question I asked this week.

Antura, what was the planetary-looking object seen near or behind the moon, recorded live on Facebook?
It was an ET craft, Tom. It was a real object and not some sort of visual duplication. Again, we must point out that this craft was simply taking readings. Yes, it is quite large in comparison to, let’s say, our mothership. But it tried to be as discreet as possible.

My husband has been working on a website for about a year and a half, and has been on the phone for hours trying to get one program to work to get it done. Well, I said an MBO and within 5 minutes it was a done deal. I knew the minute it worked and with no doubt it was the MBO I said. Bless you and Theo for all your help on this journey.
MBO TO FIND SET OF KEYS
David writes: It's been a while now since I've sent you anything. I successfully use MBOs all the time. It's not that they have become boring or mundane, but I feel like this one was particularly worthy of note.
I misplaced a key ring with several pretty important keys. I say it like that because I'm now wondering am I the only person who has a bunch of keys that I don't even know what they belong to anymore? Well, that's a rhetorical question! But out of the 12 or so keys on that ring, I actually only use 4. I was able to determine the last time I used any of those keys and therefore I knew  they just had to be one of several places. After looking high and low (to no avail...), I said my requisite MBO and set off the next day in search of a duplicate.
The key I was most anxious to duplicate was a church key. I got a friend's key and talked my wife into riding along. I usually would make such a trip by myself, but during these days of Covid-19, we have taken to tagging along with one another more than usual just to have somewhere extra to go.
So, there we were. We went inside (local Ace Hardware; couldn't get a duplicate - I still don't know why), the clerk said the system wouldn't allow her to make a copy - someone said something about maybe it might be a master key - I don't know about such things... And so we left the store with nothing accomplished. Or so it seemed... As we were entering the vehicle my wife held up the key ring. She had just sat on the keys as she climbed in.
Now we both, at separate times, searched all 3 of our vehicles the day before. I had looked in each car at least twice and she may have also looked a second time. Never mind that she had just been sitting in that very seat on the way to the store. Why would she not have felt them when we left home? I don't believe they were there all along. I know by now these things can often seem magical. Sometimes it almost seems like losing things can bring about a certain amount of extra fun. Don't you think so, Tom?
TIME, GAs, PAST LIVES, AND MORE
Maria in Estonia writes: TIME
What makes the past change? Is it our own decisions and solutions that make the future options that need ‘tweaking the past’ or anything else?
SOULS
If bright white light is the purest light, why do the guardian angels have golden  light? Is it ‘more compressed’, ‘purer’ or something else?
If souls are eternal, does Theo have memory of all its lives from eternity to eternity? (How’s that possible?)
How many past lives does Antura remember?
NEGATIVE SPIRITS
If there:
- Is no positivity without negativity and;
- The negative spirits come from ‘the first’ creation (although our Creator hasn’t created them, but they are intelligent fractions from the beginning) and;
- The world should be in balance, would the negative spirits make a world ‘a better place’ because they exist? (Like catastrophes or murders make people more benevolent and raise their vibrational level as they start caring more after these events.)
Should we ask for BPs for these negative spirits to have ‘the darkest dark’ instead of the white light?
What would happen if positivity/negativity isn’t in balance anymore? Would the creation be in havoc to one side or the world will cease to exist?
CREATOR AND CREATION
Is being a Creator a rotating job? Have souls been creators themselves ‘in the  past’ (in other forms or universes)?
Why is being a Creator more appealing than being a creation?
If the new Creator (of all us experiencing all possible ways on negative energy) takes over the universe one day, will this universe be a negative energy experiment?
TRANSITIONING
Regarding mature people and multiple exit points:
What influences how much we can grow in one lifetime? Is it the body that will be worn out, or the limit on predetermined task(s) to be learnt in this life or something else?
Gaia, why does our past change?
Yes, one of the oddities of your lives, Tom, is that you are constantly rewriting  not only the past, but if you were to see the future, it is being rewritten too. Remember, Tom, that all of your lives are going on simultaneously right now. These lives bleed over and affect each other. In your future lives at the beginning of Scientology and Rastafari religions, you will rewrite those too to be even more gentle and compassionate. You can call your lives in the past fluid and so it is in the future. By saying your Benevolent Prayer for others each morning, you cannot see this, but we can, those lives are becoming more benevolent.
Why do our GAs have a golden light rather than a white light?
The gold light represents their age as well as their accomplishments.
How many past lives can Antura remember?
Obviously thousands, as he can even remember lives at the beginning of time on  Nommo, since don’t forget his soul interest is exploration. You don’t think that just because you were one of the first to have a life on Nommo that he would be left behind, do you? Your soul has a desire to be first, and that includes lives not only on Nommo, but also Earth. As you are both soul fragments of the same soul, you are brothers, just with different soul interests.
Is there no positivity without negativity?
There is a balancing that constantly goes on, Tom. Even though people in the Earth Experiment are working with the four negative energies, they are balanced in a way with positivity. You still do not understand enough of this concept for us to discuss.
Yes, but how can I learn if you don’t answer my questions?
We will give you the information as you are able to understand it, Tom.
Were negative spirits in existence when this universe was formed, or were they  created somehow when this universe was created?
A little of both, Tom, would be the correct answer. There were negative spirits in existence that were attracted to this creation, and there were those that were created. This is quite complicated, but feel free to ask more questions.
Do negative spirits help balance this universe?
Yes, they are all part of creation, and there is balance here.
Should we say BPs for negative spirits and send light?
Yes, but do send white light as that keeps their influence down.
I will answer about the Creator as I’ve covered this before. It is not a rotating job. We will be the first souls in ANY of the billions of creations to meld and become a creator. And being a creator will allow us to be able to create more than we can as souls.
Regarding transitioning, our soul contracts were laid out over a million years ago. How much growth there is depends upon how closely we stick to those soul contracts. And may I remind everyone again that requesting MBOs and asking for BPs helps you stay on your soul contract. And as Gaia and Theo have explained, our bodies were designed to quickly wear out, compared to other societies in the universe, as our lives are much more challenging than those others.
RAPE OF BERLIN
Jerry writes: Robert posted a question: “Gaia, is there such a thing as group karma or balancing, including cities and nations? This period of time is not some form of group punishment, is it?”
After reading the answers, I have more questions.
During World War 2, when the Russian Army invaded Berlin, mass rapes  occurred in the city. See links below.
What would be the karma of women in Berlin? Were they the rapists in previous lives themselves or just looking for "bucket Earth experience"? What about karma on the Russian side. National, individual or just army itself? Will they have to pay for it in some future lives? How does the karma work on a national level? Click here.
Theo, were the women raped in Eastern Germany and Berlin in World War II by Russian troops balancing having done the same in previous lives?
Certainly, a large percentage were, but there were a number of women raped because the troops went too far. Then the troops had to balance their actions in this life or in future lives where they would be raped, and yes, even killed, had they done so in this life.
How does it work on a national level?
Again, Tom, may we remind your readers that there is not national karma so much as the number of people who inhabit the country whose souls chose this life a million years ago. Then they can rewrite those lives more than once. This is much more complicated than you can imagine. The past, present and future are being created constantly.
DELORES CANNON AND THE KAPOOS
Eda in Texas writes: I have a couple of questions tonight.
I have been reading Delores Cannon's books for a few years. Is her ET work as accurate as it seems? I feel very much in tune with her writings and the great research she did on her findings before publishing them.
Also, she mentions a few times the Kapoos. A culture of beings who protected  and shared ancient wisdom and knowledge with the Essenes to preserve it and see it was safe and passed on. I had not heard of them before. Were they ETs? Where did they come from?
Theo, who were the Kapoos who supposedly shared knowledge with the Essenes?
They were not of human origin, Tom. Research them more for a discussion.
How accurate are Delores Cannon’s books?
Here again we must say that it is up to those who read her books to decide if the messages she brings resonate with them or not.
DID JESUS WALK ON WATER?
Kirke writes: Is it true that Jesus (as we call him now) walked on water? If so, how did he do it? What did he understand about the nature of reality that we  don’t?
Gaia, was Jesus able to walk on water? And if so, what did he understand about reality that we do not?
The answer is yes, he was able to levitate. There are Yogis that with a tremendous amount of practice can do the same. We are not taking about the charlatans that use a device to make it appear that they can levitate. But he understood. Remember, we have said recently that he could bilocate and even travel in time. In the future, much more will be learned about this process, but don’t forget, he had the best intentions—the energy of pure love. There is great energy in the love energy he expressed, including being able to heal.
ANY LARGE QUAKES FOR UTAH THIS YEAR?
Christine writes from Utah: I have lived in Salt Lake County, Utah, for 25 years  now and no earthquakes until about 2 months ago. Now, they occur almost daily. Magna, Utah, is the epicenter, where I live, and only about 10 miles from the Great Salt Lake. The water table is only a mile below the surface and a quake of 6.0 or higher will cause the liquefaction affect. The largest was 5.7, several at 4.2, most below 3.0. Is there a “Big” one coming? I know I am in the kill zone if Yellowstone or Yosemite blows. I am very worried. Thank you for asking.
Gaia, any large quakes for Utah this year?
No, Tom, that area will continue to move, which may I remind you is a good thing, as the pressure is continuing to release.
