Bill writes: Today, on my new property, I was up on a ladder trimming a huge, beautiful old oak tree, overhanging the roof. I immediately thought to ask “oak soul” if it was ok to do what I am doing, and if it would hurt or discourage the bulk of the tree. I clearly heard, “Yes, it is ok. The tree is happy that you love it so much.”
So, be open to communication and say hello and “good life” to trees  and all forms of life on Earth. You’ll feel much better as they will send love back to you!

UPDATE ON NORTH KOREA’S LEADERS
David writes: Can you ask your guides if there will be a peaceful understanding to North Korea and Mr. Kim?
Gaia, is diplomacy working for North and South Korea?
On the surface it might seem to work, but that only goes so far. Kim has done his best to hijack the Olympics for propaganda purposes. He will try and milk the Olympic participation for all that he can. What he doesn’t realize is that what he has done will set the stage for real progress in the future.
I am a little surprised that he is still in office.
Only because the glare of the public spotlight would bring too much world attention at this time, Tom.
What about Kim’s sister? Will she survive any coup?
No, the whole family will be ousted.
What is the highest probability for the fate of the Kim leader’s children should he be deposed in North Korea?
Yes, although there will be resistance, and you are welcome to suggest a Benevolent Prayer, their fate will be the same as their parents. Please understand these are soul contracts at work. There will be people that would refuse to accept a new leader and would crown the eldest child the next Supreme Leader. That is the mindset of people who have been programmed for the past 50 years or more.
Well folks, we can at least try. Say this BP out loud: “I ask any and all beings to assist and protect the Kim children in any coup to be taken away for their safety, thank you!”
DR. LARRY NASSAR
Peggy writes from Michigan: We here in Michigan -- and now around the country -- are doing our best to cope with horrifying reports of Dr. Larry Nassar sexually abusing close to 300 young girls over several decades. He was once a respected Sports Medicine doctor at Michigan State University who was also employed by the US Olympic Committee. He has been separately prosecuted for possessing vast amounts of child  porn. Click here.
Michigan State University and the Olympic Committee are in deep trouble, as you can imagine. More women and girls are still coming forward with their own Nassar stories, and the investigations continue to expand.
Is this about soul contracts and karma balancing, or is something else going on? So many are involved, it's hard to get my head around it and I'm sure I'm not the only person who is just feeling overwhelmed. I've put together an MBO for this situation:
"I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for all those who are in any way involved in the Larry Nassar scandal, including Dr. Nassar himself. Please assist healing and balancing, and provide loving support for all. Thank you!"
Theo, why was the soul contract of Larry Nassar to be the greatest child molester of all time?
Look at what evolved from these acts, Tom. It is empowering and will empower women all over the world –and yes, young girls—to report such abuses and be believed instead of being doubted. On a soul level this was done out of love, but yes, he will have great balancing to do as  it did go farther than the soul contract called for.
But Theo, if it was in his soul contract, how can you on one hand accept his actions as part of a soul contract—his soul contract—yet at the same time recognize what an act of cruelty it was?
Sometimes there has to be extremes in order for there to be a balancing. It is like water backing up in a dam, and then finally bursting  through. Larry Nassar acted as a catalyst for great change in the world. That he can be thanked for, but at the same time there will already be balancing in that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. He is a very sick man by today’s standards. There have been others, but not to the extent he did violating the young girls and women.
He had been violated by several of the same people he violated in several past lives, and now in his next life he will begin to balance by being a champion of taking care of women. He will be a female himself and will be violated. It will all balance out by his last life on Earth. But, again, we must return to what has occurred. Women are taking a great step to empowerment. Things will never again reverse.
CHILD PORNOGRAPHY
On the same subject, Carol writes: The other day, I heard a woman on TV (don't recall her name anymore) but she was talking about having a son who is addicted to child porno. She has been seeking help for him and can't find help anywhere. Can you say a BP for help for these  people and add the adult porno addictions as well? Maybe our BPs will help in finding treatment for these people. And will you ask Theo how do they get to be child porno abusers?
Theo, how do people become addicted or attracted to child pornography?
This is in their DNA and a soul contract. It can be resisted, and before too long there will be adjustments to your DNA strand, once it is identified. Until that time, they must fight the impulse. If they give in, then they will need to balance with a life where they are the young victims. Naturally, they can request MBOs to resist, and saying your daily BP will also assist too.
Here is a BP for to say out loud: “I ask any and all beings to aid and assist not only the victims of child pornography, but those attracted or addicted to pornography of any kind to receive the help they need to live a normal life, thank you!”
OPIOID CRISIS
Judi writes: I've been wondering what the soul path would be for those involved in this crisis: the doctors that overdose with prescriptions, the pharmaceutical companies that push these pills, and the people that die from overdoses. Too many people are dying, which creates big karma.
If you could ask Theo or one of your other sources to help us understand the depth of this situation. Thank you, Tom, for your dedication, love, and transparency for giving us The Gentle Way.
Theo, explain the balancing that must take place in the future by doctors that run prescription mills, the heads of pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors who knowingly provide the opioids that enslave and kill people, and those who die from the overdoses.
It is fairly easy to guess the balancing that must be done. They can  either do the balancing now, or later, but they will become addicts themselves to understand how an addiction can rob a person of their own morals, just in order to take one more pill after another. Yes, these are soul contracts and some people can recover, and others do not have the will to fight.
Therefore, we are not talking today about the people with drug addiction on their soul contracts. We are talking about the enablers. All those people who took part in the supply chain that provided these people with opioids. Most will not have a chance to balance until future upcoming lives. Many will be actively involved in assisting those with addictions, and they will also experience addictions themselves of many types.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, Antura is an ET, but also part of my soul group or “cluster,” as Theo calls them. We are both fragments of a whole soul having lives on Earth, assisting our soul in “fast-tracking” raising our vibrational levels. Antura is taking a break after 800 lives on Earth,  having a life back on Nommo as part of a “first-contact” team, with a specialty in “grass-roots” contacts. Laurie writes: I was wondering what our ET friends in orbit think about Elon Musk launching his personal car into space. Musk obviously has a sense of humor about it by including sci-fi references and Bowie space songs. I wonder if the ETs might demonstrate a similar sense of humor by plucking the car out of the vacuum and returning it to Musk when they finally make contact with the people of Earth. They might say: “Hey, I think you dropped this!”
Teresa writes: I just saw a news video talking about Elon Musk and the launching of his Falcon Heavy with the Roadster attached. The statement was made that Elon said he knew that there were extra-terrestrials and knew that the ETs were aware that he would be launching his rocket yesterday. Wonder where he is getting his information. Must be reading your Newsletter!
Antura, what was, if any, the comments about Musk’s sending up a  Tesla roadster into space?
We all thought that was very creative, Tom.
It’s a shame an ET craft did not make an appearance nearby.
It was discussed, but was fairly quickly dropped. We felt the image of the car and dummy in space was spectacular.
Does he have any specific information about ETs since he says he believes in ETs?
Not specifically.
Valerie writes: Thank you for all you do. I look forward to the weekly newsletters. I'm writing because I received a reiki session recently and was told an alien energy was surrounding me. I asked if alien meant ET and she said yes. But that's all she could tell me.
Could you please shed more light on this and also if this can give me  more Information on what I am supposed to be teaching? I've been told by an astrologer that I should be teaching something esoteric. I am an herbalist and a yoga teacher, but I'm wondering which, or if it's something different. I'm eager to get started, but not sure which direction.
Also, about 4-5 years ago I was in my backyard. I had been drinking with the neighbors and was sitting outside alone before going in. I heard some engine type noises and heard a voice ask me if I was ready.
Ready for what I don't know, but I remember thinking it meant to go somewhere. I remember thinking I couldn't leave my young child. So I said no. Even though this was a long time ago, I think about this all of the time and I wonder if this really happened. Who was it and where  was I being asked to go?
Antura, what connection, if any, does Valerie have to ETs? And why was she asked if she was “ready”?
Her connection is like many others, Tom. You are all connected to your home planets. In Valerie’s case, she was being asked if she was ready to expand her range of knowledge.
I suggest you request an MBO to expand your knowledge.
[Next session] Good morning, Antura. Hope you are not up late depending upon where you are.
No, I’m fine, Tom. I am notified, shall we say, of when you and your other selves and my other charges will require my availability. I can also multitask as I believe you’ve been aware. I can handle multiple conversations at the same time—something that would be quite difficult if I was incarnated again on Earth.
Antura, when you visited the water planet to introduce yourselves, were  the amphibians similar in appearance to you?
No, although there can be only so many versions, shall we say, but those amphibians would be closer to a race of fish than my appearance. They will still evolve over the next few thousand years and will slowly change their shape.
Did your first contact team visit any planets with lush vegetation, since we have only discussed a desert planet and a water world?
Yes, but the vegetation is unlike anything you’ve seen on Earth.
Is this the case, for all the planets you visited, or was this lush vegetation just on one planet?
Good question. No, there was more than one planet with vegetation, but  none compare to Earth. The vegetation on these planets is hard to describe as they do not resemble, or at least barely resemble, vegetation on Earth. Their planet atmospheres are quite different than Earth’s, so the plants would have an alien look to them too. I can present some samples during your visit, which you think might not happen, but will, Tom.
What about the appearance of those residents?
Again, a wide variety, Tom. Some do have an appearance similar to some animals on Earth. Keep in mind the wide variety that exists on Earth. Creator wants you to be prepared when you go out to the stars.
Fortune writes: Was there ever a Project Serpo where a group of  humans on an exchange program were sent to Zeta Reticuli, two decided to stay there permanently, the rest came back, but later died due to radiation exposure?
Antura, any truth to the story of Project Serpo of humans going to the Zeta Reticuli and two staying and rest dying of radiation poisoning?
No truth whatsoever, Tom. That was a nice story cooked up by someone who wished to take advantage of certain group’s vulnerability to conspiracy stories.

MBO FOR RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAFF

Linda writes: The month of January has been full of challenges in many  ways. I said an MBO and BP for better relationships with staff and coworkers because people around me have been easily set off. I always say these prayers before a meeting with someone difficult and what had been a difficult relationship in the past becomes gentler and easier. I do send white light to the difficult person and surround myself with white light. I also each day say an MBO to be a benevolent leader and ask that all the company leaders act in a benevolent manner. I also say BPs before a meeting that tends to be long and laborious and find that the meetings in which I remember to say these prayers are more productive.
I just notice that the results are always better, although sometimes subtle in a way, to achieve a better outcome. Thanks for all you do!
BP AND MBO REQUESTS
Pam writes: First – about BPs. Sometimes I am with people who I do not want to share BPs with. These are people who are very religious (my family) and don’t believe as I do. So, in those instances, I might whisper a BP. Since we are supposed to say BPs out loud, does it count just as much if we whisper a BP?
Second - MBOs
Whenever I can’t find something, I do an MBO and I almost always find  it. When I don’t find it (like the papers at work or a piece of clothing), I usually get directions on how to replace it and sometimes “why” it was lost. Like it was more beneficial not to find the original item.
The thing that I struggle with the most is losing weight. I have done MBOs for losing weight and I have not been successful yet. However, I am now going to see a Certified Hypnotherapist to help me. So, I guess the MBO is not finished yet.
[That’s what I call an MBO at work.]
I love MBOs and BPs and wish I felt it easier to share with the people I  work with and my family, but they already think I’m weird and I don’t feel comfortable adding to that, so I just say BPs for them and tell them I’m going to pray for them. Everyone likes that. Some tell me, “Your prayers are powerful.” But, they would be so much more powerful if they said BPs and MBOs too.
Don’t worry about whispering an MBO. Your own Guardian Angel (GA) or whomever you believe these requests go to will take into consideration the circumstances. I’ve had to whisper MBO requests many times myself. Just say them out loud when you have the opportunity to do so.
BP FOR AUTISTIC STUDENT
Sandra writes: I requested a BP from my heart for an autistic student to be calm. She had started to run away and hide and we were fearing for her safety. I was so relieved the next day when she held my hand and stayed in the classroom.

1. How big is the Loch Ness Monster and its "mate"?
2. Gaia said it is a relic from the dinosaur age. So, is the Loch Ness  Monster up to 200 million years old?
3. What does it do on a daily basis?
4. Is there any special reason why it was spotted or associated with Scotland in Loch Ness?
5. What color is the Loch Ness Monster?
6. What is its skin like, scaly like a fish or what?
7. What does it eat?
8. Does it have any special contact with other mythical creatures, like mermaids?
9. Does it have sex with its mate or is its mate only for companionship?
10. Was the famous black and white photo of it real or fake?
11. How many people have seen it?
Gaia, what is the size of the Loch Ness creature and its mate?
Well over 30 feet, Tom.
More than 50 feet?
Yes, but barely. Use that figure.
How old are they?
Several hundred years old now.
Are they allowed to reproduce?
Yes, if they wish to. But they have chosen not to, as it would draw more attention.
Would they be classified as a form of eel?
Not exactly. Again, as I mentioned before, they were conceived during the time of dinosaurs—their species. You would have to study more about what types of sea creatures there were at that time to find similarities.
Is their color black?
Close to that color, but not completely.
What does it eat?
A variety of fish, Tom.
So, they are not plant eaters?
No, those would be insufficient for the needs of their bodies. And that is another reason for not reproducing. There is a finite amount of food where they are. If they deplete the supply, they will die.
How many people have seen it over the years?
That would go into the hundreds.
I did not ask, but obviously that photo probably is real.
WINSTON CHURCHILL
Ray writes: To many (especially outside the UK), Winston Churchill is romanticized as a mighty mythical figure. However he is a hugely controversial individual who was a racist amongst many other deep flaws he had.
1. How will he balance this life?
2. Is he incarnated now, or in the past or future?

Theo, how much balancing must Winston Churchill do, and is he incarnated now, or in the past, or future?
Even great historical figures have their flaws, Tom. Because he was such an inspiration to so many thousands of people, the balancing is less, but certainly after that life he vowed to do a better job of treating people equally. With that, he is incarnated again, but just a tiny bit farther in the future, where he is already working on treating all people equally.
I assume he will be in government again in some capacity?
Yes, but not a significant life as this past one was. He will be involved in another side of government. When one has a soul interest in government, one explores all facets, and may be a leader in one life or be governed in another life for growth. It will be a good life of growth again for him.
Is he a young, medium, or old soul in lives?
Still in the last quadrant of being a young soul. This time period is a good time for growth, as there can be many, many opportunities for balancing.
ALFRED HITCHCOCK’S WIFE ALMA
We watched a movie, starring Anthony Hopkins and Helen Mirren, about the time period when Alfred Hitchcock directed Psycho, his most successful film. His wife contributed equally to his success, but of  course for that time period it would have been almost impossible for her to be a director. I decided to ask about this.
Theo, will Alfred Hitchcock’s wife, Alma’s, next incarnate as a director, since in this past lifetime she was one, but not in name, since she was the great force behind his success?
Good question, Tom. Yes, she will be a great director herself, and yes, to answer your next question, she has incarnated, but still is a child. And yes, she is again a female, but by the time she is of age great strides will have been made by women in the entertainment industry, just as it is happening in all industries. During the next few years women’s equality will not be just a phrase or hollow saying, but a fact. Her films will have Oscar nominations.
LUCIFER
Kathy writes: Hope your day is good. I am studying the archangels. Can you tell me if it is true of Lucifer falling from grace and if you have done any newsletter on them all?
Theo, I might have asked this years ago, but what about Lucifer?
Much too long to get completely into at this time, but Lucifer was constructed by man, Tom. Yes, you have this correct. All the souls you call angels volunteered to take part in this creation. They were also allowed to leave for better opportunities, we will call them, in another creation should they so wish, but all desired to do this work or duties, as it presented the opportunity for not only service, but their own growth as well.
There are negative spirits, we will call them, and the tales of Lucifer are built around them. Creator allows.
