I realize there are several Benevolent Prayers to say listed below. PLEASE TAKE THE FEW SHORT SECONDS TO SAY EACH ONE OUT LOUD. Remember, the human voice is much more powerful than people in this time period realize. I’m told there is a crescendo effect when hundreds and thousands say the BP out loud.
Let’s say this Benevolent Prayer for Israel, Lebanon, and Palestine out loud: "I ask any and all beings to aid and assist in protecting the people of Palestine, Lebanon, and Israel from the fighting between Hamas,  Hezbollah and Israel, for those wounded to be given medical assistance, and for the hostages to be returned home unharmed with no further violence, and may there be meaningful negotiations between the three sides so that this will never occur again, thank you!"
Let's say this Benevolent Prayer for the people of UKRAINE: "I ask for any and all beings to aid, comfort, and assist the people of Ukraine to remain safe, for all prisoners of war to be treated under the rules of the Geneva Convention, for the economic sanctions imposed on Russia to work to cut off their sale of oil, to return the thousands of Ukrainian children home, and to return the Russian and Ukrainian soldiers home, thank  you!" Please say this Benevolent Prayer.

- The newsletter from May 14, 2011, suggests that BPs and MBOs cannot be requested to be backdated. I would like to clarify a situation in our MBO group: prayers are posted according to each local time, which means that some participants may be sleeping while others are active. If we say a prayer for an event that has already occurred (whether or not the participants are aware of it), does that imply that the prayer had no impact?
- Could humans also have the ability to regenerate limbs or organs
 (heart, brain) like salamanders and ocelots?
- Are our feelings and emotions also gathered from all the beings that donated their DNA, or do ETs also possess them like humans do?
- What is sleep talking? Is it a reflection of the individual's fantasies, or do they discuss real situations?
- If Earthly tornadoes serve as a force to cleanse the negativity created by humanity, what might transpire if this negativity remains trapped? And do the colossal tornadoes of Jupiter and other planets suggest an even greater negativity at play?
- Do crystal cells (compared to carbon-based cells), which are needed for living at a higher focus, also indicate a lower water content in our bodies?
- Do humans emanate white light that we are encouraged to send to Gaia
 and other beings, or do we simply mediate it?
- Is the white light that we send optical light, or is it something else, similar to how negative (versus positive) energy doesn’t necessarily imply negativity in the human context?
- How are focuses (or dimensions?) related to timelines?
- Is there a way to differentiate between what we perceive as our imagination and what we are channeling?
- Was there an electric green ET in my dream once who hesitated to reveal herself after our pleasant conversation, or was it just my imagination? If the encounter was real, which ET civilization was she from? When I encouraged her to show herself and she appeared from the lower left corner, I jumped at first but then laughed to calm her.
- What percentage do the known ET civilizations recognized by humans (such as the Pleiadians, Sirians, Reptilians, Lyrans, Vegans, and others)
 represent among all the ETs that have a connection to Earth and humanity (those who have donated souls)?
- Do any of the Maldek people (called Titans in Greek mythology) still exist on this timeline? Where do they reside? And did they live underground on Earth as Greek mythology tells us?

Creator, can MBOs and BPs be back dated or not?
Yes, although not with the strength of requesting them beforehand. Your souls and Guardian Angels as you call them understand naturally that time is a construct and all of your lives on Earth are taking place at the same time. Saying these prayers out loud goes out to the universe, as you have been told. Even by doing so after an event there is an energy created.
Will humans in the future be able to regenerate organs and limbs and if so, when?
Yes, but it will only occur when your scientists are able to understand the whole DNA strand of an individual and identify those parts of the strand they now call junk DNA. You as a society are quickly moving in that direction, but it will take over 100 years to reach the point of actually regenerating a limb, as compared to attaching a replacement.  Until that time there will be many small successes.
So not 200 or 300 years?
No, great understanding of the DNA strands is coming you could say in groups of breakthroughs.
Are our feelings and emotions given to us by ETs?
That’s all part of the DNA strands they created for the human body, going all the way back to their first experiments. All beings have feelings and emotions, just expressed in different ways.
Who created our DNA, or do they have the same emotions?
Humans have the widest range of DA in the universe. After all, you have been told previously that you have been given the responsibility of solving problems that no other society in the universe has been able to solve.
What is sleep talking? Are they fantasies, parallel lives, or  com-municating across the universe?
Typically, they have to do with parallel lives, but yes even fantasies can be a reason for talking in your sleep. Sometimes you are working on a problem in your everyday life, and you verbally discuss it with your GA or guide. There are many answers to this question, depending upon the individual and how much pressure you are under at your work in the daytime.
Do tornadoes remove all negativity, or does it remain, and what about massive ones on Jupiter and elsewhere?
This could have been a question for Gaia, but yes, the negativity is  neutralized by the tornadic winds. Those tornadoes on Jupiter occur for other reasons. It will take many years before your scientists will understand the origin of those.
Do crystal cells also indicate a lower water content in our bodies?
They do indicate a lower water content. This should be studied further.
Do humans actually emanate a white light that we send to the planet and beings, or do we mediate it?
If said out loud you do create this white light. When you meditate, you are aligning yourself and raising your vibrational level. Thoughts are never as powerful as the spoken word.
Is the white light we send optical or a higher energy or what?
Only those who are highly advanced would be able to discern this white  light. It is energy of the highest level. It is love.
How are focuses related to timelines?
All timelines are now on what is called the fifth focus, just at different frequencies.
Is there a way to differentiate between our imagination and what we are channeling?
As your Guardian Angel Theo has told you numerous times, “Practice, practice, practice.”
You have also been told that no human is perfect, just some more than others. When you receive these “thought packets” through the Pineal Gland in the back of your heads, it  is then processed through your brain according to your beliefs and knowledge.
Was there an electric green ET in Maria’s dream?
Yes. Why? She should meditate on that.
What percentage of Pleiadian, Sirian, Reptilian, Lyran, and Vegan DNA are in humanity?
And you can add in Andromedan. Lyran and Vegan not so much. Nor Reptilian, although as you have been told before, 10% of the souls having lives on Earth are Reptilian.
Do any of the Maldek people still exist on this timeline? If so, where do  they exist?
Many of the Maldek people’s souls are now part of the Earth Experiment. They are also having lives across the universe for their learning, according to their level of advancement.

QUESTIONS FOR CAT SOUL
Yves in Orford, Quebec, Canada writes: A question for Cat Soul. My wife Danielle and I recently adopted a mature female Siamese cat that a neighbor wanted to get rid of because of conflicts with her dog. The cat was and still is very shy and afraid, always on her guard. We love her very much and take good care of her. She is very affectionate with us,  especially with my wife, but very scared of strangers. We are wondering if we have any previous connection with this cat from previous lives? Has she gone through trying times that explain her behavior? Any chance that she will become more social and not so afraid of strangers?

Cat Soul, has Yves’ cat been abused previously and has their cat been with them in past lives?
Yes to both questions. The cat was fortunate that the people no longer wanted it around. And yes, several lives with them both. They love cats and we are happy to provide them in multiple lives.

THE TELEPATHIC WORLD OF TOM T. MOORE
That was the title of a short-lived series. My old friend, Ken Cherry partnered with a skilled editor, and I was approached to do a podcast  with them. This was SUPER low budget. Ken supplied the camera, and I bought some lighting from Home Depot, which my daughter set up for me. There was no teleprompter, so I listed my talking points on a poster board. I was told to talk for 25 to 28 minutes without stopping. I did five of these, but only three were released, because the editor had to withdraw due to medical issues.
The first one was about THE GENTLE WAY. If you notice, there are no MBO or BP stories this week. May I remind everyone that the reason I started these Newsletters was to spread the word about how fantastic this modality is. It truly makes your life easier and more successful, because it works PERFECTLY within your soul contract! If you are not already using it, you are just sentencing yourself to a life with lots of brick walls to climb, when you could make them speed bumps by requesting Most Benevolent Outcomes OUT LOUD!

MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, in 2008 my GA Theo introduced me to Antura, who is not only an ET, but a member of my soul “cluster,” having already had 800 lives on Earth with a soul interest in exploration and laying out towns and villages from their inception. He was Marco Polo’s uncle,  who traveled the Silk Road prior to Marco, and was Sacajawea, who guided the Lewis and Clark expedition. In this life as an amphibian from the water planet Nommo in the Sirius B Solar System, he’s one of four in a “first contact, grass roots” team” that contact emerging societies that are typically 1,000 years or more from traveling to the stars. We are in that class, since I’ve been told we will not learn how to “portal hop” until around 3250.
But they are “gently” (we are considered a “fragile” society) introducing themselves first by the many UFO sightings, and then next in person, which I’m supposed to be involved in. Antura, did one drone shoot down another over Arizona on December 19th, and if so, why?
It did, Tom. A back engineered drone tried to take down one of ours, so it was neutralized, shall we say.
Speaking of drones, you can tell your captain that you ETs are being quite successful in scaring everyone about drones. Congratulations. Way to go.
Keep in mind Tom that not all of those drones seen are ours. You should be asking why would we do that? Yes, we are, as I previously said, having more of these in the sky, but there are also the back engineered ones.
Again, we go back to the point I previously made which is that a nice  round shaped saucer scout craft would be much more acceptable than a swarm of drones. Of course, even more acceptable would be a documentary filmed on your ship, but that doesn’t seem to be happening.
All I can tell you, Tom, is that it will. Just waiting for the go-ahead from the captain of our ship.

Yes, like everyone in the 20th Century, he had several overlapping lives where he did enjoy going to the theater and seeing the James Bond films. He paid particular attention to the huge sets required.
BEAR CRUSHES HUNTER TO DEATH
John writes: Bear Crushes Hunter To Death
Lester C. Harvey, a hunter from Virginia, has been killed after a bear shot by a fellow hunter falls from a tree onto him, crushing him to death.
1. Will the hunter who died, now respect animals in future lives and stop hunting?
2. The other hunter in the party who shot the bear, enabling it to fall and  kill his friend — was he balancing get killed himself by his friend in a past life?

Gaia, was the hunter killed by a falling bear balancing having previously killing his friend? And will he stop hunting in future lives?
Yes to both questions, Tom. As we have previously said, your souls have unique ways they balance previous lives, and this is but one of the many they could have chosen. In future lives he will not wish to hunt anymore.
Will this back and forth continue?
No, in this case it was an opportunity to balance without being directly killed by his hunting partner. This was understood on a soul level. The slate is clean you could say.
GUNS FOR GROCERIES NATIONAL PROPOSAL
UPDATE: Another school shooting last week! This time a 15-year-old  girl in Madison, Wisconsin.

MORE INFORMATION: WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING THIS  ENACTED BY CONGRESS?
- This will have bipartisan support since it does not require anyone to do anything. It is ALL VOLUNTARY! People look at this as a SERVICE to get rid of guns in their homes.
- No money is given that can be used to buy more guns.
- Payment is made with money cards that can only be used at supermarkets or grocery stores.
- People are concerned that only law-abiding citizens will give up their guns. Over weeks and months there will be people who turn in guns because someone in their family may be considering suicide or going
 on a shooting spree. FREE GUN LOCKS would also be given out.
- This would be overseen by the ATF, instead of the Justice Department. They would collect the guns once a month (or sooner) and destroy them the same way they destroy other confiscated guns. This also ensures that some local police department will not sell them out the back door, as is being done presently.
- Another possible benefit I have not mentioned before: Presenting this bill before Congress will allow for Amendments to be voted on. Perhaps one or two might pass this time. We won’t know unless we find a Congressperson or Senator to sponsor the bill.
