I realize there are several Benevolent Prayers to say listed below. PLEASE TAKE THE FEW SHORT SECONDS TO SAY EACH ONE OUT LOUD. Remember, the human voice is much more powerful than people in this time period realize. I’m told there is a crescendo effect when hundreds and thousands say the BP out loud.
Let’s say this Benevolent Prayer for Israel, Lebanon, and Palestine out loud: "I ask any and all beings to aid and assist in protecting the people of  Palestine, Lebanon, and Israel from the fighting between Hamas, Hezbollah and Israel, for those wounded to be given medical assistance, and for the hostages to be returned home unharmed with no further violence, and may there be meaningful negotiations between the three sides so that this will never occur again, thank you!"
Let's say this Benevolent Prayer for the people of UKRAINE: "I ask for any and all beings to aid, comfort, and assist the people of Ukraine to remain safe, for all prisoners of war to be treated under the rules of the Geneva Convention, for the economic sanctions imposed on Russia to work to cut off their sale of oil, to return the thousands of Ukrainian children home, and to return the Russian and Ukrainian soldiers home, thank you!" Please say this Benevolent Prayer.

1. The distinction between hair on our head (such as beard and scalp hair) and the hair all over our body.
2. Screaming therapy that involves only vocal expression, without the use of  words.
3. How the most advanced extraterrestrial civilizations are governed, rather than how earthly extraterrestrial investigations are conducted.
CREATION
4. Are there creations or creators that destroy other creations or creators? (If yes, who decides which ones to let go?)
5. We know that the interest of this Creator here is variety but how could we know what the interest of our own Creator (the Universe where we come from) is? Is there any hint in our own soul’s interest?
ENERGY
6. Are all those who see “angels” (higher frequency beings) and who are healing people operating at a higher frequency?
7. Do the healers also have lower vibration?
8. Does a higher frequency mean that a person thinks and acts like a 'better person'?

EVERYDAY LIFE
16. Is there a difference in power between singing and speaking? I started  blessing and thanking the food and its makers (growers, processors, etc.), but then I switched to singing because it felt 'more right.' It can vary each time, and it sounds like Orthodox rituals. (My family has never practiced this; I grew up among scientists, but my maternal grandparents were religious, and my paternal great-grandfather was an Orthodox priest and saint.)
17. I've recently started improvising and repeating short melodies like singing mantras, but they are modern. I'm not a singer, but such a repetitive humming while doing something feels good. What does this kind of repetitive singing or humming do?
1. Creator, why did the ET scientists decide for us to have more hair on our heads than the rest of our bodies?
Tom, they designed it that way, knowing first that there would be times when it would be so cold that additional insulation, we will call it, would be needed for your heads to trap the heat, since it would be sometime before you would have the ability to make coverings for your head. They also felt that hair on your head would be attractive to the opposite sex and would contribute to  breeding and growth of the human race. Along these lines, there was trial and error, as keep in mind Homo sapiens was the final version of humans. And yes, don’t forget hair color caused by the difference in DNA was another reason that would attract males and females to each other. Hair is much more complex than just taken on the surface. Great thought went into your body designs.
2. Is screaming a useful therapy when they don’t want to raise their voices?
It can be for those with past life memories where making a sound could result in being beaten or even death. It shows there is no pain in raising your voice.
3. How are other advanced ET civilizations governed?
This varies from culture to culture. People in those societies have it in their DNA to work in government, life after life for thousands of lives. Even in their lives on Earth, they are learning how to be better leaders when they return to their home planets after raising their vibrational levels.
4. Are there creators that destroy other creations or their own?
This has been previously covered. There are creators that are not happy with what they created, so they uncreate what they have done and start all over again. But they would never destroy another creator’s creation. They will admire and perhaps take small parts of someone else’s creation and incorporate it into their own. If you recall, I studied other creations for what you would consider millions of years.
5. How can we know the creator’s interest from the universe we originated  from?
All of you, or at least the vast majority of you, did come from other creations, but were attracted to have lives on planets in my universe. There are major differences between you and others who volunteered for the Earth Experiment, but all of you had achieved a higher vibrational level in order to quality to have lives on Earth. You are veiled from knowing about your lives on these other planets and have little interest in why you were attracted to those planets. You just know.
6. Are those who heal and see angels operating at higher vibrational levels?
They have, or are learning how to bring this healing energy and direct it to other people and beings. That is their soul interest—healing in all forms. Obviously, the larger number of lives on Earth the better they will be able to heal.
7. Do some healers also have lower vibrations?
Again, it all depends upon how many lives on Earth you’ve had. A Young  soul in the first quadrant will not have the experience of let’s say a Medium or Old soul.
8. Do higher Medium and Old souls mean they think and act as better persons?
They still have lessons to be learned and balancing to be done, but yes, experience is a great teacher.
9. Does eating meat interfere with our perception of other realms?
I understand that people must have sustenance, which is why I asked various souls to provide this for your eco system. You are heading towards a time when you will no longer need to eat meat. There will be sufficient, tasty alternatives. Some religions already practice this. This helps with your meditations.
10. Does eating meat lower our frequency or is it just a belief?
If you bless the meat, it does raise its vibration. You can do this verbally or with your hand from your heart to the meat.
11. Why does it feel like children need a lot of energy?
An easy answer. This energy is used for them growing towards adults.
12. Why can communicating with people you don’t like feel draining?
It takes more energy to find a level where you can communicate. You have to put out more effort for those whose energy does not align with yours.
13. Can a Benevolent Prayer said for one person also be felt by persons you know?
You have previously been told that a prayer must be benevolent for all those affected by the prayer. When you say a prayer for a person or other being, that energy goes out to the universe, also raising your vibrational level and yes, even others. The more benevolent prayers you say for others, the higher  the vibrational level will rise for all of you. Good question.
14. Creator, what was the frequency of the healing bowls of Atlantis, and were there many of these bowls or just a few?
Your scientists have not yet discovered, or shall we say rediscovered, the tone or vibration that causes healing. We have said before that the Atlanteans were ahead of you in healing. The highest probability is that your scientists will discover this tone or frequency in this century. We must allow them their “aha” moments of discovery. Regarding the number of bowls, you could say these were an intermediate step in healing, so they were not being used in great numbers at that time. In your life during that time period, you took what you could carry in your luggage.
15. When did human sacrifices begin and the sacrificing of the purest?
It began before Homo sapiens were introduced 60,000 years ago but continued because there was a mixing of the races. The people thought they were satisfying the gods in the hopes of improving their very difficult lives. In fact, those that sacrificed had to balance these actions in future lives.
16. Is there a difference in the power between singing and speaking?
Just as a prayer said out loud by a number of people can create a beneficial energy, so can singing by a large number of people. It does not have to be in a church or similar institution, it can be everyone singing a love song, such as you saw a video of recently. It can create a big benevolent energy.
17. Creator, what does repetitive singing or humming do?
It can create a healing tone if done in a loving manner, or it can create a meditative state, pushing away everyday thoughts.
From Laura: Creator, please comment about giants in human history.
Yes, Gaia has commented about this in the past. They were one of the many types of bodies the ET scientists tested to see what would work best on Earth. They required great amounts of food to sustain them. There was agreement among the scientists that there could be a range of height from the very small people to a maximum of around the 7 to 7.5 height, so there would be a variety with each having certain advantages.
Does the Smithsonian Museum have any of these giants?
No, not the ancient variety.

Maureen writes: I read in your last newsletter about Jesus and his family leaving for France. I read that his two sons left and traveled east, but what happened to his girls? Where was Jesus buried? I understand that Mary is buried in south of France and people can visit the site if they want to. It is interesting that Jesus' family were not followed and that there is no family heritage to follow.
Now I wish to speak to Jesus.

Good morning, Master Jesus.
Jesus, you and Mary had three sons and one girl, is that correct?
Correct, Tom.
What did she do as an adult? Did she marry and have children?
Yes, she did. She stayed close by. She was close to Mary, just as many female children are close to their mothers. Her lineage continues to the present day.
Where are you buried, or were you cremated?
Yes, it was my request to be cremated, as I knew the spot of my burial would attract thousands of people. I wanted my teachings to be what I was remembered for.
Is it true that Mary is buried in the south of France?
Yes, that is correct. I knew that she would be written out or deleted, so there would not be a problem.
Where?
Close to where we landed. There are memorials there.
Did your children change their names?
Yes. They chose Jewish names to blend in with the other Jews as they branched out.
Jesus, why was Mary Magdalene so maligned in history and biblical accounts?
Because the church leaders at that time only wanted males to rule. Even to this day there is still balancing to do from what and how the men chose to degenerate the power of females.
What caused her to be labeled as a prostitute?
Because to the men of that day and time there was nothing lower than a  prostitute.
Did your children have special characteristics or missions in their lives?
Their mission was to spread my teachings to other communities.
Did the Jewish communities know who they were?
Yes, you could say it was a secret kept by these communities to protect my children and their children from the Romans.
So, there are descendants today?
Yes, a long lineage.
One last question. Before you mentioned that you are spreading love to the rest of the universe. Is this through hundreds of thousands of people or just a few?
It is to anyone asking about love. I work through whatever beliefs they have to point the way to love not only those on their planets, but to love everyone and everything in this creation.

Larry writes from Florida: I saw this and had to ask what it might be. Friday,  11-22 at dusk, my daughter-in-law looked above my neighbor's house and saw this. It was only visible for a few seconds, but she managed to snap a photo before it disappeared. We live in Central Florida, so we are used to NASA launches and Starlink launches. I even saw the Space Station fly almost over my home once, but I've never seen anything like this so I asked my DIL to send me the photo and told her I would forward it to you. Would you mind asking Antura or Gaia if they know what this is? Thank you, Tom. As always, I turn to you when I have something I need to better understand, I trust your guides, and I know they will be able to help.

Antura, what was the streak of light and the sudden change of direction over Florida?
Yes, another ET ship, but this one plainly showing itself. As anyone can see from its trajectory, it was not an Earth ship. The controllers of this ship knew it would be photographed. That was the purpose.
Antura, what is the probability of Representatives Burchett and Burlinson’s bill to protect whistleblowers being passed?
The odds are higher, since both are Republicans and Trump seems to be on their side. There are, however, a couple of Republican Congressmen who will do their best to scuttle this bill. Look for more success after January 20.

Sandy writes: I said an MBO for a smooth appointment and fitting for an appropriate CPAP mask post-cataract surgery. The MBO worked well at getting me an appropriate mask I didn't need to pay for, but the appointment wasn't smooth as the lady I saw was BRAND new and didn't know the insurance ropes. Thankfully her boss was there and made things possible.
MBO FOR THE BEGINNING OF THE DAY

Severine writes from China: I requested an MBO to go home faster than expected despite the rain and traffic. We had an amazing weekend with friends 70 miles away from home. Without traffic or rain, it would take one 1h 15 minutes, with rain it can go up to 3 hours.
My husband was in a rush to pick up his colleagues from France for their  business trip in Shenzhen, China. I asked the WhatsApp group to join this BP; then we arrived home within 2 hours. He had time to have dinner before he had to pick them up. It was better than expected.
MBO version: I request an MBO for our car and other cars on the road to do well in the rain and to reduce traffic to return home to as soon as possible. Please surround all involved with white light and love and asking for miracles, thank you.

Quite unusual. Both their souls decided to transgender at the same time to support each other, while being creative and showing the world that this is a valid choice—not some spur of the moment thing. They have many more lives to go, but of course this is a significant life for them this round.
QUESTIONS FOR MOUSE SOUL
Deb in Minnesota writes: Could you please ask mouse soul how we can keep the mice from entering our house? Jim puts seed on the ground for the birds and critters, so I'm wondering if that keeps the mice around. We are very frustrated that the mice continue to get in our house, so any advice would be helpful.

I cannot remember if you are the soul for both mice and rats, or just mice?
Just mice, Tom. We tend to compete in a way for the same food sources.
Mouse Soul, I’m asked for a gentle way to keep mice out of Deb’s house?
Certainly, she can request an MBO as you call them for us to stay away. But there are food sources in her yard, and her house is in a location that gets very cold in the winter. Better to request to not be seen by choosing places that are not visible to humans. Out of sight, out of mind.

I have a question for Spider Soul today. There's been some kind of long-legged spider hanging out in the corner behind my desk for over month, maybe two (?) now. After the first week or two I gave it the name Larry. Leggy Larry. I'm not sure if it's male or female, that's just what came to me for the name. Could you ask if he's finding enough food, and why has he been hanging out there so long? I hope he's enjoying his life!

Why is “Leggy Larry” continuing to hang out in a corner near Sara’s desk? Is he finding sufficient food?
Oh yes, there are tiny insects that she can’t see that Larry, as she calls him, catches in it’s web. She would have to watch 24 hours a day to see the number of insects Larry catches. He is happy that he has not been disturbed. Send it love and light.

FETISIZATION OF BLACK MEN AND ELVIS
George writes: Fetishization of Black Men
Where did the white race’s fetishization of black men — the objectifying of black men as hyper-masculine, sexually potent, and well-endowed begin? Was it after slavery in the USA, when black people were freed, or does it go back to Atlantean days?
Theo, is there such a thing as the fetishization of black men by the white race?
No, only by a smaller percentage. There is a percentage that views them  simply as one of the races on Earth, while some look down upon them because of the history of slavery. Then you have the percentage that love dark skinned people, especially if they have had a number of lives as Black people. And then the even smaller percentage that couples strength with sexual prowess. As you can see, it is complicated.
George also writes: I think the number of girls Elvis sexually exploited is around 10,000.
I only thought it was relevant to ask, as one day in the future when your work is much more widely read, it will give women more of an idea, about men who exploit them.
Gaia, was the number of young women or girls Elvis has sex with as high as 10,000?
No, stay with the figure of under 3,000. Part of his youth was as a soldier, with some restrictions.
GUNS FOR GROCERIES NATIONAL PROPOSAL

Theo, what direction would you suggest I take regarding Guns for Groceries? Some Congressional Representatives seem to think any gun  legislation will not make it out of a Republican led committee?
Recontact those you have contacted before and ask them with whom they can work across the aisle. It must be sold as a service to people to safely dispose of dangerous guns in their homes.

MORE INFORMATION: WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING THIS ENACTED BY CONGRESS?
1. This will have bipartisan support since it does not require anyone to do  anything. It is ALL VOLUNTARY! People look at this as a SERVICE to get rid of guns in their homes.
2. No money is given that can be used to buy more guns.
3. Payment is made with money cards that can only be used at supermarkets or grocery stores.
4. People are concerned that only law-abiding citizens will give up their guns. Over weeks and months there will be people who turn in guns because someone in their family may be considering suicide or going on a shooting spree. FREE GUN LOCKS would also be given out.
5. This would be overseen by the ATF, instead of the Justice Department.  They would collect the guns once a month (or sooner) and destroy them the same way they destroy other confiscated guns. This also ensures that some local police department will not sell them out the back door, as is being done presently.
6. Another possible benefit I have not mentioned before: Presenting this bill before Congress will allow for Amendments to be voted on. Perhaps one or two might pass this time. We won’t know unless we find a Congressperson or Senator to sponsor the bill.
