Scott writes: Aloha from Hawaii, Tom.
Could you ask Gaia the plans for Kauai regarding weather? We've received 27 inches in 24 hours and it looks like it's going to rain through the end of April. The North Shore is devastated as far as man-made buildings and roads go. Currently I'm safe where I am, but the island,  especially the North Shore, is really taking a hit. I do relay Gaia's message that people need to move away from the coastlines on a regular basis and although I don't see saying MBOs on a daily basis, I do from time to time and they do work. And I share your newsletter with others regularly. Thanks for everything, Tom. I've been reading you for years.
Gaia, why the huge amount of rain for Hawaii’s Kauai Island?
Yes, I needed to clear the negative energy that had built up from so many people living there for such a long time. It also refreshed the soil with new silt. And of course it gave the people living there a bucket list experience of floods they all needed. As you can see, Tom, I don’t always need a hurricane to bring an enormous amount of rain to an area. I can sort of whip them up on demand. In this case, it was for their souls’ need for this experience on Earth.
RECESSION OR DEPRESSION COMING?
Diane writes: The media does not talk about the real important issues other than Comey and Mueller, but my big concern right now is the economy. China, Russia and, of course, the United States are not really  doing that well and even other countries.
Do you see a depression coming in the next, say, two or three years? As always, thank you.
Theo, what is the probability of a recession or depression in the next three years?
There is no such answer as stability. The markets are moving up and down all the time. There is a probability of a mild recession in the next three years’ time frame. But at this time it is a fairly low probability. You can check back from time to time, if you wish. You have a somewhat stable economy, and the upcoming talks between the U.S. and China will not upset the apple cart.
BARBARA AND GEORGE BUSH
Lee writes: Good morning, Tom! So saddened by the passing of Barbara Bush. She was a strong woman with a heavy dose of compassion layered with humor. I can’t help but think that she and George Bush have been together in many lives before, but also feel she has had a life  of service many times with her being the major player. What does Gaia have to say about her? Thank you for any further information.
Theo, from past questions we must assume Barbara and George Bush have had many lives together. Was she ever the leader of a country and what about the future?
Yes, she has been a leader before, just not the size of the United States. George was by his side then in a role reversal. It became evident to all who knew both of them in this life that she was the power behind the throne. She was a master strategist. And yes, both will have some more lives that will not be significant coming up for more learning before they will team up together again. Next time she will again be a woman, but will be the leader. They have found their ability to work with each other will allow him to support her in that upcoming life of great service.
BOKO HARAM KIDNAPPINGS
Margaret writes: Please ask Gaia if the school girls from Chibok, Nigeria are still alive. Please ask her for the most optimum BP so Boko Haram stops kidnapping and killing school girls and also boys.
Gaia, are all the girls Boko Haram kidnapped in Nigeria still alive?
No, as you guessed, Tom, regretfully there are a few of the girls who either took their own lives, or refused their captors and were slain. These were all soul contracts, mind, you, balancing past lives where they were the masters, but there will be much balancing in the future for the Boko Haram soldiers that participated. Everything balances in the end, Tom. I will add that all those who showed compassion and prayed for the girls raised their vibrational levels a tad.
Here is a Benevolent Prayer (BP) we can say out loud: “I ask any and all beings to aid, comfort, and protect the girls abducted by Boko Haram, and to bring them back to their families even sooner than we can hope for or expect, thank you!”
SLOWING OF GULF STREAM
Judi writes: Would you please ask Gaia what affect the slowing down of the Gulf Stream will have on the weather in the coming years? Click  here.
Gaia, is the Gulf Stream slowing down, and if so, how will it affect the weather?
The Gulf Steam works in cycles just as everything else on Earth, Tom. Yes it slows down, then it may speed up. And yes, it does assist me with weather patterns. Let’s leave this for your geologists and meteorologists to study. As I have said before, we do not wish them to become bored. There are many, many, tie-ins between what is happening on the surface, and even under the surface, and their effects on Earth’s weather.
THE EGO AND DUALITY
Carole in Pennsylvania writes: Would you please ask Theo some questions about the ego. I read books about it, but do not understand it fully. I know I'm not my ego. I know we can hear the still, small voice of the Holy Spirit, but we also can hear the quiet negative talk of the ego. Was it created for duality? Is it an entity, energy?
I've read how mentally ill persons sometimes say they heard a voice  that told them to kill. Is that the voice of the ego? When I have negative thoughts I say "I send this negative thought to the light of the Holy Spirit." Sometimes they come so fast and so many, I end up saying that same thing to Holy Spirit often. Would Theo tell us more ways to eliminate the ego? And will it ever be eliminated? Thanks much. I learn so much from your newsletter.
Gaia, is the ego part of duality? Is it just an energy, or an entity? And when you have negative thoughts where does that originate?
Yes, in a way it is, Tom. It is in itself, an energy, set up as part of duality. It acts as a counterbalance—again, part of duality. This is extremely difficult to understand, Tom, as it is debated and has been debated for centuries.
Would it be considered one of the negative energies?
Not a whole negative energy, but certainly a part of one of the energies as, don’t forget, you asked if it was an energy. Humans have learned to work with all the negative energies, with the ego being part of one of them.
Where do negative thoughts originate—in the ego?
Partly, but not wholly, Tom. You are learning how to reject these negative thoughts and replace them with more positive ones. This typically takes many lives to adjust and reject them. This then is all part  of the Earth Experiment. As you have more success at doing so, your vibrational level slowly rises. If you were to view the vibrational level on a graph, you would see there are peaks and valleys, with mostly a slow rise.
Then what happens in the lives where we volunteer to be the bad guy for the learning of the other soul clusters?
Good question, Tom. Those lives typically aren’t all bad, but even those where one acts as a sociopath or psychopath, those are all part of the balancing and add to your souls’ knowledge. The graph I referred to takes a dip, but is countered in one’s next life on Earth, or yes, lives. And yes, compassion does slowly but surely come into play.
INFLUENCE OF OTHER LIVES
George writes: Soul Questions
1. Why do we get bleed-throughs from other lifetimes?
2. How can we tell the difference between a bleed-through from a future life we haven't lived yet and a genuine past life experience that we have actually had in a past life?
3. How many lives ahead can we get bleed-throughs from?
4. To what extent are we influenced in our actions by bleed-throughs  from future lives?
5. Do we ever have lives with the same exact person in their own life twice? For example, we live an overlapping life where we know them as an adult and then we have a future life (in their past) when we know them as a child?
6. Regarding living overlapping lives, has anyone actually ever met their future or past incarnation in a lifetime and what would be or what was the experience like?
7. Regarding overlapping lives, what was the most overlapping lives at the same time that one person had experienced?
Theo, why are there bleed-throughs from other lives?
Because they are all happening at the same time, and all are connected.
Can we tell the difference between a past life bleed-through and a future  life?
You would have to be trained to see the differences. So, yes, it is possible, but an extremely low percentage of people are able to recognize these bleed-throughs.
Are there any restrictions on how many lives ahead can we have bleed-throughs from?
Yes, there can be restrictions, as lives in the far future would not seem to resonate with lives in this time frame. Still, it happens if, let’s say, you’re having a life with a person in this life, and then another with the same person in a future life. The bleed-throughs all tend to relate to what is happening in this life.
To what extent are we influenced by future lives?
Your souls tend to like each life to occur on its own, but certain dramatic events have an energy that will bleed-through to the other lives.
You’ve said before there are many role reversals, so having a life in the future where you are the parent and they are the child would be one of them, yes?
Correct. We go back to the analogy of a theater troupe where in one play you are the hero, the next the villain, but in other plays you are the father and they are the son and the next play you reverse the roles. We are speaking here of the soul clusters you have lives with over and over.
Has anyone ever met their future or past incarnations and if so what  were the circumstances?
Yes, this can occur when one incarnates into the same family and sees themselves at say an older age. This occurs because an overlap is needed to experience certain things in the future. But again, this is fairly rare. The attractions are very strong, so they tend to be limited--being an uncle to a child where they do not live in proximity to each other. Most overlaps tend to never meet each other. Different continents, different religions, different ages, parents, and so on.
What would be the most overlaps a person would have?
Three to four is typically the maximum. For most people that might occur only once. Then there are a few people like you, Tom, where there are reasons you must overlap. In your case, if there are two or three or four religions beginning within a few years of each other, your lives will, out of necessity, have overlap. There has to be a good reason for the overlap as, don’t forget, that your souls want each life to have as much learning and experiences as possible.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
Theo introduced me to a member of my soul “cluster” back in 2008. He’s an ET and after 800 lives on Earth, mostly as an explorer, he’s still doing that as part of a “first contact” team that travels to emerging worlds that will not reach the level of space travel for thousands of years. Here are more questions I asked this week.
Antura, were you Maffeo, the uncle of Marco Polo, in your life as the Italian who traveled the Silk Road?
Yes, that was my name, Tom. And yes, not only did I travel it before Marco Polo—I was a Polo too, you see—but I returned with Marco when he was asked by the Chinese Emperor to stay with him. We spent many years in his kingdom. It was quite an adventurous life. Many of the lives I lived—actually the majority—were never recorded as I explored.
Mike writes: I've seen it mentioned in your newsletters that the Earth Experiment is unique in that it's the only place with negativity. But then I hear mention of Reptilians who wish to attack others, and a recent question of:
“Gaia, are there any ETs hiding on Earth from other ET beings who would do them harm?”
Isn't attacking and wanting to do harm to others a form of negativity? Can you clear up this apparent contradiction?
Antura, I’m asked why there was not negative energy associated with  the attack by the Reptilians long ago?
Energies are just that, Tom—energy. So what seems to be a negative act can occur within the framework of a positive energy, just as a positive act can occur within the framework of the negative energies you work with every day.
This may seem confusing on the surface, but one day your scientists will understand all the different types of negative energies along with all the different types of positive energies.
Do the energetic spacesuits that ETs wear while on Earth completely protect you, or is there a limit to how long you can be in this negative energy?
There is a limit. Otherwise we would have long ago incorporated the  negative energies. That’s why when the Explorer Race goes out you will only introduce .2% to 2% maximum to us and the other members of the Federation. That’s all our societies can ingest, according to what I’ve been told.
Do people with a military soul interest on Earth tend to originate from a particular star group, such as the Andromedans?
You are correct. They are known as fierce warriors.
Jen writes: Here are few questions I've saved up for you:
- Did creator give Tom the suggestion to end the Great War by inviting the reptilians to participate?
- Did our prior mass enslavements by other civilizations such as the Nibiruans count toward our bucket list of experiences here (the slavery experience) or was that prior to the official start of the Earth Experiment?
- Who tells Antura, Gaia, etc., what they may or may not discuss or disclose with us through you?
Antura, did Creator give me the suggestion to add the Reptilians onto the Earth Experiment, which they agreed to?
Quite so, Tom. Inspiration can come from several sources, but that one, I’m told, came directly from Creator. You passed it on, but it took time for the suggestion to be tried, as no one believed that would be the key for the war to end. But they were desperate and decided to throw it into  the list of negotiations, you could say, as nothing else had worked. As I mentioned before, the Reptilians are hard wired to be the way they are. It is in their DNA.
Did mass enslavements by the Nibiruans every few thousand years count as part of the Earth Experiment’s experiences, or was this before it started?
No, from your very first incarnation you began working on your bucket list of experiences. This enslavement was allowed, knowing that the souls who were forced to work for the Nibiruans—whether they were Neanderthals, Cro-Magnons, Homo-sapiens or even much earlier  models—could cross that off their list. Still, there came a time when it had to stop as humans progressed and it was known that there would be records of the enslavement.
Who tells you what you can and cannot discuss with me—Gaia, Theo, or whom?
You could say the collective, but it even is much wider than that. We have great knowledge, Tom, and it is fairly easy to check the list, you could say, and know there are a number of things I cannot give you answers on, if it would interfere with someone’s soul contract. But I do consult with my team members many times; plus Theo is also a good gatekeeper, we will say, as Theo is in constant communication with the other GAs who know the future soul contracts of every single person on Earth taking part in the Earth Experiment.
You could say there are checks and double checks. I know without having to ask, for instance, that I cannot give you any information on propulsion systems. That’s an easy one, as we all know that this knowledge is to be developed on your own—you meaning scientists in the future.
Angela writes: I just want to thank you for all you do - I so enjoy your  newsletter. Your message just clicked with me from the first time I heard you.
Recently I had a dream where I was visited by someone who I thought was somewhat short and clothed in what looked like a monk's robe. The visitor was holding a device about the size of a mobile phone that was blue and was communicating that something in me was either missing or needed adjusting. Then I felt a pronounced warmth in my right hand. Was this an ET visit from my home planet or some other type of visit? Can Theo or Antura shed some light on this?
Can Antura also comment on President Trump and ETs? Has he been visited as President? Does he know the Russians are being contacted?
Antura, was Angela visited in a dream by an ET?
Quite so, Tom. Her home planet people knew she needed an adjustment and made it during her dreamtime. It is considered quite rare for someone to remember such a dream.
Antura, has Trump been briefed about UFOs and ETs?
No he has not, Tom. They honestly fear he would blab it to the world in one of his tweets. So, they will never brief him until they are forced to.

MBO ENCOUNTER WITH WRONG WAY DRIVER

Linda writes: I go to the gym every week day morning and say an MBO  for both a safe trip to and from the gym as well as the best workout for me. I have noticed I have varied my workouts more than I have in the past. This week I was driving down the county highway on my way to the gym, and a mini-van came in the road from a side entrance going the wrong way on the highway in front of me. Luckily there were few people on the road that early in the morning and I stopped in the middle of the road and just leaned on my horn non-stop. At that point, the person realized what they did and did a U turn in the middle of the road and got off again. Well that experience woke me up better than a hot cup of coffee.
Once again many thanks for what you do, because most of the time we don’t know what our prayers do for us until there is an obstacle in your way and it is easily removed. Thanks for your help in letting us know how to easily remove what seems unmovable.
And I'll add highly dangerous!
MBO FOR PROBLEM WITH NOOK READER
Claudia writes: About three weeks ago I asked for a MBO as my nook reader (Barnes & Noble) was not booting (lack of a different word) up. I also would be reading when the nook would shut off at random times.  Almost immediately the nook started to boot up again and I could read. With the MBO I also said may this be even better than I expected - it was!
About a week ago the nook started having the same issues... a new kindle fire (Amazon) came in the mail for free! It came with a letter saying my husband was one of the first persons to order a new magazine. The new kindle fire, with a change in the settings, and an app downloaded (called 1mobile) I can transfer all of my books on the kindle fire. It was simply amazing!
THINKING OF SOMEONE
Thuong writes: Why do I suddenly feel missing someone I long lost touch with so much that I usually cry whenever I think of him? Why do I miss him so much that I keep looking for him even in dreams?
PS: Looking for him led me to Quora and you.
Theo, why would someone start thinking of someone from years gone  by?
There can be a variety of reasons, Tom, all having to do with telepathy. Perhaps that person starts thinking of your old relationship—you are a past lover, or good friend. This could be triggered by many occurrences in a life. But whatever the trigger is, the fact that they are thinking about you is received by or through the pineal gland. Again, there could be many reasons. They are unhappy with their present circumstances, they are in trouble, their health is deteriorating, and on and on.
They were part of your soul contract this time around for just a short time, while in the past they had a much larger part; therefore, there are times when a particular past life will bleed through. So, as you can see, there are many reasons, but a good question from your reader.
BEING COOL
Mike writes: RE: Being Cool!
When I think of the epitome of cool, I think of James Dean. Every single photo of him just oozes being cool. So many other people we meet in life just have that golden aura of being cool about them. Which got me thinking, is being "Cool" on our soul's bucket list? To be clear, I'm not  referring to being respected, or being famous/well known, I'm just talking about being just damn COOL. Does everyone have a lifetime where they are considered "Cool" or is just some people of specific soul interests?
Theo, is being “cool” in the eyes of our peers part of the personality traits we take on for some lives?
Oh yes, and the reverse is true too. It has many other names according to the time periods—yes, as you were thinking, “suave” is another used more in the past. This also alludes to a person with a number of lives that is pretty confident in what they do, and this confidence radiates out to other people who have not had as many lives and sort of resonates in a way where they wish more on a subconscious level or know that is the reason why the person exudes the confidence.
And sometimes it is but a mask of someone who hopes they are not found out to be a charlatan. It is but a false personality—an actor portraying confidence. Normally older souls will see through this false personality.
JOHN DENVER AND FREDDIE MERCURY
Jen in Montana writes: I’m listening to the sweet voice of John Denver coming from the next room, he’s one of my hubby’s favorite singers and wanted to see if anyone had asked you about his mission and when he will return to us. I didn’t see anything about him. He was such a child of nature and I think incredibly close to Gaia. I really miss his energy. I also feel the same about dear Freddie Mercury. Their light was just so beautiful just like their voices. Are they back and pursuing music? I  send my love to them.
Theo, this was a significant life for John Denver. Can you please give us some information on his soul contract, upcoming next incarnation, and why he chose to transition in a plane crash?
Yes, Mr. Denver delighted many people with his music. It was his soul contract to entertain and bring the joy of the topics that he wrote about in his music to a wide audience. His soul contract played out just about as it was written. He had an engaging personality, honed from many past lives as an entertainer and musician. He will continue this work in more upcoming lives, although the next one or two will not be considered significant, as they will build on learning more about music.
Young, medium, or old soul?
More on the latter part of the last quadrant of a medium soul.
Why the plane crash?
Yes, balancing another life where he caused someone else to have a sudden death. The other person forgave him, but he still wished to balance.
Same information for Freddie Mercury?
A younger soul. He still has many lives ahead of him. He still has much exploration of music and entertainment. Yes, this was a significant life, but he will have more in the future after more normal lives, we will term them, where he just works on different types of music. Those he will be heterosexual, but again, he has many lives ahead of him as he is a much younger soul than John Denver.
DEATH OF CDC SCIENTIST
Dee writes: Would you please ask Theo if the CDC scientist that went missing and later turned up dead from drowning was an accident like they say? If not, was he a potential whistleblower since he worked at the CDC. Click here.
Theo, was the death of the CDC scientist found in the river an accident,  suicide, or murder?
We will say there is much more to learn about this man’s death, Tom. The people assigned to this case have not stopped their investigation. They will uncover additional information.
Does that mean he was murdered?
Not necessarily. We are dancing around, Tom, as we must let this play out. There are soul contracts at play here. To give you an answer might influence one or more contracts and therefore we are not allowed.
AUTHOR MAYA ANGELOU’S PAST LIVES
Kathy writes: Tom, there are three amazing women whose work rings out with the same spirit and voice.
After being kidnapped from West Africa and enslaved in Boston, Phillis  Wheatley became the first African American and one of the first women to publish a book of poetry in the colonies in 1773. Wheatley gained considerable stature when her first and only book of verse, Poems on Various Subjects, Religious and Moral, was published, with the writer having received patronage from Selina Hastings, the Countess of Huntingdon, in England. As proof of her authorship, the volume included a preface in which 17 Boston men, including John Hancock, asserted that she had indeed written the poems in it.
Sojourner Truth was a former African-American slave best known for her improvised speech on racial inequalities, "Ain't I a Woman?" delivered at the Ohio Women's Rights Convention in 1851. Even in abolitionist circles, some of Truth's opinions were considered radical. She sought political equality for all women and chastised the abolitionist community for failing to seek civil rights for black women as well as men.
Maya Angelou, was an American author, actress, screenwriter, dancer,  poet and civil rights activist best known for her 1969 memoir, I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings, which made literary history as the first nonfiction best-seller by an African-American woman.
Their messages and their way of expression are so similar and so poignant. I just wondered if Maya is Sojourner and/or Phillis Wheatley  returned to finish the work she had started.
Theo, did Maya Angelou have past lives as Phillis Wheatley in the 1700s and Sojourner Truth in the 1800s?
Excellent observation on your reader’s part, Tom. Yes, all three are connected. You understand and this is for your reader, that there were other lives—not one, two, three, but these lives were part of the soul interest of the soul fragment, so there is a connection. We will add that this happens thousands, and yes, millions of times where a soul will have a plan that they know will carry on over a span of lifetimes. You learn something in one life that aids you in the next one that then aids you in the next and so on. The saying “You only have one life” is not very accurate—not correct, you see.
