SPECIAL NOTES:
Dena and I celebrated our wedding anniversary this week. Here is a  photo from our vacation. This one is in Lineville, Alabama at a re-creation of an old general store—featured on an episode of the Pickers TV series.

HIGHEST PROBABILITY FOR 2020 & 2022
Bob asked if there has been any change in probabilities for 2020 and  2022 elections.
Gaia, is the highest probability still that the Democrats take control of the Senate and come close in the House in the 2018 elections and Trump is reelected in 2020?
Yes, those remain the highest probabilities at this time, Tom. You can re-ask as we get closer to November, but that’s the way the soul contracts are shaping up, you see.
GREEN ALGAE OR “RED TIDE” IN FLORIDA
Peggy writes: I continually appreciate all that you do and look forward to every newsletter and every insight.
I have a question:
I am alarmed by the increasing and devastating incidences of red tide or  algae bloom in southwest Florida. I'm witnessing miles and miles of dead fish along the shorelines and toxic air that irritates respiratory systems. It is heartbreaking and impacting tourism, real estate and general wellbeing. Some say it is the fault of our politicians catering to sugar farming lobbyists and it is caused by the water releases from Lake Okeechobee. Others, like the Florida Wildlife Conservation, say this cyanobacteria originates from runoff of human waste and fertilizers from nearby farms and ordinary neighborhoods.
The FWC says "Nitrogen and phosphorus, as well as other nutrients in the polluted runoff, can act like fertilizer for the algae..." Still others say it is a natural phenomenon. But in my 27 years in this area, I've never seen anything as massive and pervasive as this. What is the true cause? What can we do about it; how can we raise our voices and to whom to impact rapid change? May I ask your readers to request an MBO for our waters and our wildlife to return to health and balance?
I was pretty horrified trying to take a beach walk yesterday.
Gaia, what is the cause of the green algae floating for miles on the rivers and canals of Southwest Florida, and how can this be corrected?
Yes, there are several interrelated causes, Tom, as your reader mentioned. It will begin to correct itself as they approach the fall and winter season. Let the scientists work on this, as that is part of their soul contracts. They will have their “ah-ha” moments, I can assure your readers in Florida. This is all part of the learning process here on Earth that will be used in the future. There are ways to reverse this process, but it will take some time and a lot of experiments to find the answer. Again, from my side I will clean up this algae problem in a few months.
REMEMBERING EVENTS
Kristin writes: Why do I seem to have such a poor sense of time, seasons, calendar, etc? Are other people like this? And why? Even just trying to tell you the above story I can’t for the life of me figure out exactly when it happened. Was it two years or three years? I can’t remember the season? [Previous question in another newsletter.]
Gaia, why does it seem that everyone has a problem remembering time,  seasons, and calendar events?
That is an easy question to answer, Tom. Time is speeding by so fast for you these days, that events in your life happen and then fade away quickly because there is so much being thrown at you, it is hard to keep up with the present time, much less minor events that took place even weeks or months ago. The Road Runner cartoons would be a good analysis of how you are living your lives.
Plus, we must remind you that as you make changes in the present, events in the past do change too. And yes, a good example would be that Mandela Effect where people did notice some of the changes, but there are many more. We will say you are doing great as a whole, and as promised before, the speeding up of time will come to an end in the near future, allowing your children and grandchildren to not be aware of the speeding up of time as all of you are.
Gaia is referring to many people remembering that Nelson Mandela died in prison, which occurred when we merged with Time Line 4, but when we unmerged, he was still alive on our Time Line 6. If you missed the previous newsletter, here is a link to many examples. Click here
INCARNATING IN THE SAME AREA
Jen writes: Back to H.P. Lovecraft and Stephen King, I saw that H.P. Lovecraft was born in Providence, Rhode Island and Stephen King in Portland, Maine. H.P. Lovecraft spent most of his life in Rhode Island and same for Stephen King in Maine. These areas are less than 200 miles apart. Could you ask Gaia if it's common for a soul fragment to  have back to back incarnations so close together geographically and in time with the same gender, race and career interest? Wouldn't that soul want to change things up a little more to further growth and variety? By the way, it's really interesting to read up on this and that Stephen King "knew that [he'd] found home" when he read H.P. Lovecraft for the first time.
Theo, is it common that a soul fragment reincarnates in the same gender, the same geographic area, race and career interest?
More common than you would think, Tom. Keep in mind that you work with other soul clusters. You can go forward or backward in time, depending upon what you need to set up for growth. It can even be in the same family, as has been discussed before in the past, where you change places, and instead of being the father or mother, you are the child. So there are no generalities, even though one might think so. It all depends upon what your soul needs for growth. There are millions of possibilities, and that includes being born within a few miles of your last life, or it could be many lives ago, but still in the same time period. Then you have the deja vu moments of feeling you have been to that place before.
STRUCK BY LIGHTNING
Graham writes: What is the soul contract of people who are struck by  lightning?

Theo, what are the soul contracts for people struck by lightning?
It is but one of the possibilities of being injured by an earth event, Tom. Not everyone has this, but a person struck by lightning might not have to experience another Earth event. As an example, perhaps only one of the soul fragments in a cluster will be struck by lightning, but they may not be caught up in a flood or a tornado.
CAN WE ALTER THE WEATHER?
Doug writes: Gaia has said She allows turbulent weather to release pent-up negative energy. But, is our weather also a reflection of human moods or emotions?
Can we alter the weather “on demand”?
Gaia, I’m asked if our weather is also a reflection of human emotion. And can we alter the weather?
Yes to both questions, Tom. We have covered most of this in the past. Negativity from human activity builds up to the point that I must use weather to release this energy. And of course, we have discussed many times, and your readers have sent in many stories of how they requested MBOs for their safety from tornadoes, and even for there not to be rain at certain times. You have great control over the weather—you just have not asked to change it as a group. You have so much control over your environment that you just are not yet aware of.
END OF THE EARTH EXPERIMENT
Gaia, after the Earth Experiment finishes in 7,000 years or so, and the  Explorer Race goes back to our home planets, will you switch to positive energy, as I’ve been told in the past that Earth will become a place to visit and enjoy the beauty?
Not precisely, Tom. But by then the amount of negativity will be so small it will not bother anyone, as keep in mind you will be introducing negativity to all the rest of the universe. Therefore, it will not bother any of the beings who come to Earth on vacation.
WHY DID TRUMP CREATE THE SPACE FORCE?
Crystal writes: Did Donald Trump create the Space Force in reaction to  something he has been told?
Theo, did Trump create the Space Force in reaction to something he heard about ETs or in reaction to intelligence about Chinese or Russian plans?
The information given to him by the CIA and other electronic eavesdroppers concerned developments by both the Russians and Chinese to militarize space. This, we will add, will not go too far, as there will be many developments where there will be no need. Yes, you could compare it to a chess game with each side trying to win. There was no news about ETs. Trump is still being kept in the dark about the meetings with ETs.
DECLINE IN UFO SIGHTINGS
I read that UFO sightings have been declining, so I thought I would ask a “neutral” observer—Gaia—about this.
Gaia, why are UFO sightings declining, when it seems they should be increasing?
Good question, Tom. There seems to be a division in thinking among  your ET friends, and those ETs who wish to move cautiously forward. Those that seem to be dragging their feet are quite aware of the mess they caused a few thousand years ago, and they want to stick to the letter of the law of the Earth Directive. Yet, there comes a time when those on Earth need to understand that there is a vast universe out there with kind people and that you are not the only intelligent beings.
This will soon be resolved, although it may not seem so at this time for you, as it will occur when the Pleiadians publicly land and are greeted  on the 11th Time Line. Then, it is just a matter of time until it happens for the other time lines and eventually for you. Therefore, continue what you are doing now, as you assist in preparing people so that they are not so shocked, as each phase takes place. This was on your soul contract, Tom, and those recalcitrants are reminded of that, and all the others whose soul contracts are to make the connection.
Back to the sightings, they will start to increase again soon. You can trust me when I say this. When you were on your vacation, it was just a tad early to put a close sighting out there.
Then you are not just giving me information that I hope for, and not reality, I must ask?
No, Tom. Take it to the bank, we’ll say.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
For my new readers, in 2008 Theo introduced me to another member of my soul “cluster.” After 800 lives on Earth, Antura returned to our home planet (everyone on Earth came from somewhere else) of Nommo, in the Sirius B Solar System for a life again as an amphibian. He’s about 450 or  so “Universal” years old, and is part of a “first contact” team that contacts other worlds, normally thousands of years before space travel.
When they did that on Earth, they made huge blunders that resulted in both the Atlanteans and Lemurians destroying themselves in two horrific wars, chronicled in my ATLANTIS & LEMURIA book. Here are more questions I asked this week.
Antura, Gaia seems to think it will not be too long, but it seems to drag on to me.
But she is correct, Tom. I know you will properly prepare after the first disclosure.
Mark writes: I took this photo about 6 years ago of a rainbow and  somehow never noticed the object in the rainbow. I must have figured it was a plane, but enlarged it doesn't look like a plane. Do your contacts happen to know what it is? The photo is taken looking NE from Las Vegas, NV, towards Area 51.
Antura, Mark took a photo years ago from Las Vegas looking towards Area 51 of a rainbow. Was the object an ET ship or test vehicle?
Not a test vehicle, Tom, but good to include in your question. It was a scout craft taking readings out towards Area 51. And no, it was not communicating with anyone on the ground at that time, as you were thinking.
That brings up another question, Antura. Why was I not given the pleasure of even a view of an ET craft at a distance? And, I will add, that it seems to me that someone’s thinking on your end is completely wrong as I have seen even videos of other craft, and they were pretty up close.
Yes, but they were dismissed by many people as CGI, Tom. Where in  your case it would not be quickly dismissed. That would alarm some people that still deny our existence. There are those on our end who still wish to move very slowly, and wish that at the very least the Russians should be first to disclose, so as to prepare people.
I’m surprised you did not know and would have told me before the trip.
I thought I could overcome their objections. I was mistaken.
Sylvia writes: I recently found your website through in5d website. I have  started reading your newsletter and I'm absolutely fascinated by all the information that you provide. Yours and Kryon's information extremely resonate with me. I've always been extremely interested in Atlantis, so I try to read (watch videos) as much information as I can about it. I just bought your books "The Gentle Way" and "Atlantis and Lemuria" and I can't wait to absorb all the information.
I've started using the MBOs especially for finding the perfect parking spot and when driving to any destination. They really help in getting from point A to point B in the speediest and best way possible. The MBOs and BPs really work.
I'd like to ask about my nephew Diego. He told me a story about ETs going into his bedroom in the middle of the night and placing a tiny triangular metal object inside his body. He tells me that the next day when he woke up there was a tiny triangular red mark on his back. I'd like to know if this is true. If so, is he from another planet?
Antura, did Sylvia’s nephew Diego have a triangle shaped tracker placed in his body?
Quite so. Diego does not remember being abducted, and it was common to insert trackers of those that had multiple visits. Again, we remind you that abductions are no longer allowed, and the trackers have been turned off.
Erica writes: A couple of weeks ago over three evenings I would look  west at Venus (I think) and it seemed to move up and down, and side to side. Since then I haven't detected the seeming movement anymore. Did I see an ET scout, ship, or a trick of the environment or my eyes?
Antura, Venus seemed to move up and down and side to side, Erica says. Was this an ET ship, or was this just an atmospheric variance?
Yes, in this case it was a variance. My records show there was no ET  ship in that vicinity at that time.
Antura, how many types of intelligent beings are there in the Pleiades?
More than Sirius, as you were going to ask next, Tom. They have more suns, so it would seem obvious—at least to us—there would be more life forms that are intelligent—using your definition. Use a number that would be approximately double the 37 planets represented on our mothership, Tom. That will give you a general idea. Of course, some planets have several of the same species, but that still leaves a lot of room for other life forms.

Donna writes: A friend of mine needed to renew her driver‘s license, but this was more complicated than usual because in Florida we have had to establish a "real ID." This includes a birth certificate and proof of  residence. My friend Susie made an appointment at the DMV (much easier than standing in line all day), but this was the last day that they were taking appointments. Two days before the appointment, she realized that her hospital birth certificate did not qualify as an "official" birth certificate. She ordered an "official" replacement, but the chances of getting it and making it to the appointment on time was not very likely.
I helped her to say an MBO: "I request a Most Benevolent Outcome that the birth certificate will arrive at the mailbox in plenty of time to take it to my DMV appointment." Luckily, she had a UPS mailbox so the delivery could be made earlier in the day than to her home. She was delighted when she stopped by her mailbox on the way to her DMV appointment, and there was her birth certificate! The angels really helped out! Getting her birth certificate meant that she didn't have to cancel her appointment and spend all day in a long line later. Susie is now a true believer in the power of MBOs and BPs!
MBO TO FIND NEW PLACE TO LIVE
Cheryl writes: I have an MBO that I would like to share with you and your readers.
I had to move from my rental property after 17 years because the owner was selling. I was worried as I had 2 dogs and it is difficult to find somewhere that will allow them. I also couldn't afford to pay more rent than I was currently paying. I had recently meta guy who lived in a nearby suburb and he had told me that he was always looking for wood.  I had recently bought a load of wood for my place, but didn't know if I would need it when I moved, so I contacted him and said he could have it.
He and his wife came over the next day and as they were leaving I had the impulse (and it was a strong one that overrode my embarrassment) to say 'would you keep an eye out for a house in your suburb that would take dogs and not be more than $250 per week'.
This was Thursday night. I received a phone call from them the next day saying that there was a house near them that the tenants were breaking their lease, you could have dogs, and it was $220 per week. It was going to be advertised, so they suggested I phone the real estate agency immediately. I did and was invited to attend an open house on the  Tuesday, to which approximately 50 people showed up. I handed in an application that day and the next morning I received a phone call from the Agency saying I had been successful.
So, that MBO took five days to get me the perfect house in the perfect location at the perfect price. Two years later I am still living there and the rent has not changed.
I had forgotten about the MBO and it was only late last year that I found the note I had written it on. Luckily, I had noted The Gentle Way on it and so was able to Google it and re-connect.
Needless to say, I have been saying MBOs daily since and my life has changed for the better. I am so happy that Tom has passed this onto the world. It is a real gift!

Gaia, is the “Roman Head” on Mars a carving, or just an unusual rock  formation?
It is a rock formation, Tom, but images like that encourage people to have an interest in going there. Those that are explorers—that have exploration as their soul interest—will yearn to explore that planet, and many will one day.
Was the crab creature similar—not a crab but a rock?
No, Tom. That was a crab, as you were told previously.
I always like to re-verify previous questions.
CARNAC FRANCE ANCIENT STONES
Daralyn writes: I came across some information on the prehistoric arrangement of stones in Carnac, France, and I wonder if you could get  some more information on them?
Gaia, do the stones located at Carnac, France, date back to 4,500 BC, and what was their use?
Here we get into the religious beliefs of that time period, Tom. Their belief was that the stones represented an army that would protect them. Don’t forget that these were simple people, but beliefs can create reality, so for them the energy they put into setting the stones created an energy around the stones that can even still be felt today—take my word on that. And yes, the stones did date back to 4,500 BC and even a little further, but not too much farther back.
LISA GERRARD
Louise writes: Regarding sound experiments with the human voice, I know that Dr. Emoto has done a lot of work in this field. I also wanted to  ask about artists like Lisa Gerrard who typically do not use regular words when they sing, but will use a sort of personal, made-up language. Is this kind of music healing for the artist and the audience? Is she singing in an ancient language from another life or is it the energy she is feeling that is making the sounds?
Theo, when Lisa Gerrard sings in a made-up language, how does that affect an audience? And is this language from another life?
The vibrational level of the words does affect the audience, Tom, yes healing, since there is a specific auditory level to healing. Much more needs to be studied in this area. You and your readers assist people that are ill, or have had injuries by saying BPs for them. The language she uses in her songs is partly made up and partly what she remembers from another life.
