Welcome everyone to this edition of THE GENTLE WAY Newsletter.  For our many new subscribers this newsletter is quite different from week to week, as I receive MBO (Most Benevolent Outcome) stories and questions for my own Guardian Angel Theo from all over the world.  If you’re reading the newsletter for the first time this can seem a little strange, but I do encourage everyone to meditate and ask questions of your own “GA.” 

This week we’ll range from Boston to Tornado Alley, to Turkey, Kenya, East Texas, Puerto Rico, Indonesia, China, and oh yes—a planet in the Sirius B Star System.  Here we go!

BOSTON MBO

Patrice writes:  I would like to tell you about a neat story that happened to me as a beginner using MBO's.  I was taking my son to the Special Olympics, which is a big event in Boston.  We were nervous about parking because the event was huge and parking is few and far between at these events, especially in Boston.  So you can imagine how handy MBO's can be around here. 

We entered the parking lot and there was not  a parking space to be found. So... I immediately requested a MBO for a parking spot to open.  In the back of my mind I thought this probably won't work but I'll try anyhow.  My husband looked at me like okey what are you doing ....then within seconds someone  backed out and in we went to the space. 

My husband was so surprised.  He turned to me and with a smile remarked "Nice job!"  I was so, so delighted and stunned.  Now this was quite a feat considering there were no parking spaces at all in this crowded lot in downtown Boston.  It was quite remarkable. 

CARE 2 CONCERNS

Karen writes:  Tom, I wish to express my concerns about the true organization "Care 2".   I was supportive of them a while back until I realized they were too "conservative" for my comfort and I couldn't be a part of movements that were contrary to my more "liberal" philosophies.

I, of course, signed the petition for the ending of dolphin slaughters but am now dealing with the onslaught of Care 2.  My aged memory nagged me but my blind leaps took over, letting Care 2 have my email address again, so a lesson is there for me to learn.

I know you don't have any way of determining links' "other lives and drives" and I certainly do not wish you to censure, I just wanted to mention my experience with Care 2 so that you are simply aware.

I so enjoy your book, your newsletters, and now I have visited your Facebook!  I, too, am Facebook my two kids asked me to join!  Wow my kids 39 & 35 asked me!

My apologies to anyone who now has a problem with Care 2.  I must rely on you, my readers, to supply me with good links.  I’ll try and be more careful in the future. 

Here’s a suggestion from Lynda:  I appreciate your comments and cautions Tom.  Here is a trick I learned: Set up a hotmail or other no-cost email account through which to sign petitions, request information, etc.

This way, your "real-daily-use" email account is not bombed with "junk".  It all goes to the "mass email" account/address.  It works.

BANK FAILURE UPDATE

In case anyone noticed, I completely whiffed on my message from Theo last week about the bank failure.  One happened the next day.  I had a load of questions that day that had come in from readers, so I was rushing.  Here’s what Theo told me when I asked.

Yes, Tom.  One did.  You were correct in surmising that because you were rushing that day, I had a problem giving you information.  We did not have a clear line you would say using your telephone terminology.  This was a learning time for you, so that you could see that when you are rushed your ability to receive these “thought packets” is impaired. 

Now in the future I know you will try to relax more and either allow more time for these communications, or shorten the number of questions or messages you wish to receive.  Just keep yourself in a very relaxed meditative state Tom, as I encourage all your readers to be when they attempt to contact their own Guardian Angels as you call us. 

And yes, don’t expect to receive these messages absolutely perfect every time.  There are other factors that can interfere with our communication, such as celestial events and the moon’s position.  But the most important thing to remember is to keep yourself in a calm, meditative state.  Don’t rush this as you do in your normal activities of the day—and I know you take on much more than other people do Tom.

TORNADO MBO

Heather writes:  Dear Tom, I just had to write and let you know just one story that happened to me and there have been many since I originally found your website.  We just moved 2 weeks ago to a wonderful house in the country. That was part of 1 MBO. But the one I wish to tell you about is the one that saved my family. We had just been here 3 or 4 days when a huge thunderstorm kicked up. 

Now I love a good storm but this one got nuts fast.  And all of the sudden I realized we had a tornado heading straight for us.  I could hear it coming and see the way the wind was blowing the debris.  I shouted for my children so we could run down the basement and as we running towards it I mentally requested a MBO for the storm to not cause damage or injury, and just like that it slowed right down and it died to a more gentle rain. 

To say I was completely in awe would be an understatement.  And I know this saved my family and the house we just moved into.  I say a huge Thank you everyday for finding your site. And I cannot tell you how many times I have made a MBO and it has worked. So again, Thank you!!

I do recommend that you say your MBO request out loud.  In this case I’m sure there was such emotion and danger involved that there was an exception made. 

TURKEY BENEVOLENT OUTCOME

Diana writes:  I had another amazing experience with MBOs this summer holiday.

We went to Turkey, and I requested an MBO for the city where my in-laws lived,
to be cooler and life more bearable at that time.  In the city it was raining (a little) and so turned cooler than normally at that time.  It never rained there in the summer.  Even my mother-in-law was surprised at the weather.  I had a huge smile, and of course thanks for my GA. 

Another thing was: my husband was requested to urgently meet a former business partner to "finish an accounting matter".  In the past they always hinted that we owed them money (we did not); they pushed us out after it become successful. Anyway, we thought they will again ask for that money.  I requested a MBO for the meeting. The morning of the meeting, the guy forgot about it.  But later in the day they had a meeting.  My husband told me:  the former partner handed him 2,000 usd in cash as a settlement of accounting.  My jaw dropped.  I like to think that my MBO was helping that.

I sent this story to Oprah along with the ones I have sent to you earlier.

Recently 2 nights ago, I requested a MBO for help in organizing our office space as I have had some quarrels with my husband about that.  I had almost instant insight about the situation.  And my husband agreed that the idea was good on how to re-organize space.

DRIVING, COMPRESSION OF TIME MBO’S

Darlene in Texas writes:  I went to the Oprah website to tell her about how great MBO's have been for me. I told her how I always say an "MBO for Divine protection, keen awareness and defensive drivers all around me and a safe, uneventful trip to work" each morning before I back out of my driveway.

If I'm running late I always "request an MBO for a compression of time to arrive and be able to punch the time clock at the precise time I am supposed to clock-in". It has worked for me each and every time I have requested it.  Sometimes, in my mind, I just know I'm going to be late but I never voice it. My GA's always get me there.
 
Last week I went to see my parents, 6 hours away. As I was returning home I went through a small town and in my haste to get back home, was pulled over for speeding (48 in a 35 mph zone). I only received a warning. Thank you for enlightening me on MBO's. I use them ALL THE TIME!!!

For our new readers who haven’t read my book yet, you can request a compression of time if you’re running late for a meeting.  Let’s say the meeting is at 2:00 pm and it normally takes 30 minutes, but you have only 20, you say, “I request a compression of time until 2:00 pm, thank you!”  Or you can do as Darlene does and request a compression of time to arrive somewhere at a specific time.

A couple of weeks ago we had to drive down to Austin, Texas on Sunday and back on Monday in order to help get my wife’s parent’s house packed up.  On the way down and back, the state and city police cars running speed traps were either writing tickets on our side of the road or the other side as we passed.

NEW KITTY MBO

Gail writes:  I sent an email to Oprah with two stories of MBO's - one I've already emailed you about about getting out of an impossibly tight spot in a parking lot.  That truly was a miracle.

A second story is about a benevolent outcome I asked for when looking for a new kitty to add to my household.  I requested just the right kitty for our family, and that when introduced to my old, huge cat and our dog, that there be none of the hissing and even fighting that usually happens at first.  I still marvel at how complete and wonderful the outcome was. 

We found the most loving, sweet kitty (one year old) who is a complete joy for us. The extent of her gentleness and congeniality is unusual for a cat.   And, from the first moment she met our cat and dog, she got along splendidly with them.  Anyone who has introduced a cat into a household with another cat knows what a miracle this is. 

I told Oprah how the Gentle Way helps us in our every day lives, reduces our anxiety, and is a good tool for turning our life challenges, big and small, over to a Higher Power.

EAST TEXAS MBO

Kathy writes:  I have a MBO experience to share. A couple of months ago, I moved back to my small hometown in East Texas from the Dallas area. It has been a challenge to “slow down,” as the way it is in small towns, everyone moves at a leisurely pace.

One morning on my way to do errands, I was stopped by a train. A lllooonnnggg train. I immediately recognized that this was a message from the Universe to slow down. I turned off my car ignition and while waiting, I recalled childhood memories of waiting for this train, which was quite relaxing, or so I thought. At the first sign of the last car in the train, I started my ignition and zoomed across the tracks while the red lights at the railroad stop were still flashing.

As I crossed the tracks, I saw a police car waiting on the opposite side, and remembered that I’m to wait for the flashing lights to cease before crossing. The policeman immediately turned on his lights, did a u-turn and I pulled over. When the officer approached my car, I had registration and insurance papers in hand and immediately apologized stating that I was wrong and didn’t wait for the lights to go off. I also added that it had been decades that I had to wait for a train.

As he went to his car to run a check on me, I began thinking that I did not have the money to pay for a ticket and said the following MBO, “I request a MBO in this situation that I receive a warning ticket or may it be an outcome better than I could ever expect or imagine. Thank you, thank you, thank you.” The officer came to the car and said, “I’m going to give you a warning; however, I don’t have my warning book with me. This ticket would cost you $300 or more. You need to learn to slow down and take it easy. Okay?” “Yes Officer, I will.” And then I said to my GA, whose name is Lillian, “Thank you Lillian!”

I am so grateful to my friend Prissy who told me about your book Tom, and I’m grateful to you for helping us to communicate with our GAs. Blessings to you. This is only one of many MBOs that have worked for me.

MBO WHEN IT DOESN’T LOOK LIKE IT

Annette writes:  I read Sue's question regarding her medical procedure and her fall. It reminded me of a very stressful time when we were beginning work on writing our RFP (Request for Proposal) for our Federal contract. I left my second job to be available to work on this and honestly, after sitting in a few meetings, did not want to be involved (my gut told me we would loose a portion of our contract) but....this was part of my job.
 
My friends and family had been telling me that I needed a break after working 2 jobs for 3 years, dealing with my Dad's passing and my Mom 800 miles away and the contract issues at work was just too stressful. My GA kept telling me that I needed to get some rest and several times I would say to my GA - "I can't take a break right now, I'll take one when all this is over". On December 24th at 7:45am - I fell and broke my ankle outside of a shopping center while getting that last minute Christmas gift on my way to the office.  I looked like something from a cartoon; I slipped on ice and one leg went one way and one went the other - I landed on my more than ample backside, slid down the ice and since I was wearing boots with excellent tread, when my foot hit the pavement my right leg twisted up behind me and TADA - a nice spiral fracture, dislocated foot/ankle and a few other interesting, but minor injuries.
 
The first person to see me was an off duty paramedic who came running to me followed by an on duty police officer. In the ER we had to use my new flannel PJ's I had picked up for myself as an impulse buy (they were only $5.00!) after they cut my jeans away and as I lay in the ER for 10 hours I heard my GA say "You needed to take a break". They reset the ankle, but I would need surgery on the leg and would have to wait a week to let all the swelling go down.
 
I had a great pity party Christmas morning as I was in some pain (my husband - such an Angel) and a week later, had surgery. I was 8 weeks out of the office and 12 weeks in a wheelchair. While out of the office the person that one of the managers wanted to write the RFP got to write it. I worked some from home with our Budget Officer and learned two very important things:
 
1) Be careful what you ask for....like not wanting to work on the RFP
2) Listen to your GA when they looking out for your health - they have your best interest at heart
3) My GA has a sense of humor
4) My GA took care of me completely; off-duty paramedic, police officer, the flannel PJ's. My GA had everything ready.
5) Sometimes what seems at first to be a negative thing turns out to be a positive thing.
 
I learned several "lessons", some serious and some humorous - all of which made a big impact on my and facilitated some changes that have been positive.

So slow down and “smell the roses” everyone!

FUTURE FOR KENYA

Anupa writes:  Thanks for all your assistance in helping me using the MBO'S as and where I have asked for help. A little query about Kenya now… Would it be possible to ask Theo if the political situation in Kenya will improve as this will also help us to understand our children’s future here.  The political crisis is not helping the economic growth and at the same time the water, power rationing is becoming rather impossible to cope with.  Where will all these corrupt leaders lead Kenya to? Our forefathers have been in the country since more than 100 years now and the overall growth in terms of Business has been Good but now it seems it has become rather difficult.  Thank you Tom.

A reader wishes to know if Kenya will improve in the fairly near future, or will it stay the same, or will it continue to deteriorate?
 
Yes, Tom, Kenya has improved slightly recently, although the normal person might not view it that way.  I think you will see over time—perhaps not in the very near future but over time—Kenya will learn how to govern itself in a more appropriate manner, and the corruption of government will fade as those with good hearts and who are honest take over the reigns of government.  It will be a slow, arduous improvement over time. 

You can tell your reader to keep asking for Benevolent Outcomes in her life and say Benevolent Prayers for her family and even for the leaders of the country Tom.  She will be acting as a shining light in the darkness—a true lightworker in the meaning of the word.  There will slowly be others that she can explain what she does who will find requesting MBO’s works for them too.  Remember that this will raise not only their vibrations, but will lift their society as a whole to a higher level.  It does not take but a few hundred to lift all of the whole country to a higher level. 

Let’s help Anupa jumpstart her lightwork.  Please say the following Benevolent Prayer out loud, “I ask that any and all beings assist Anupa in her lightwork in ways beyond what we can hope for or expect, and that the leaders of Kenya make decisions that will be the most benevolent for the country, thank you!” 

EARTHQUAKES UPDATE

Puerto Rico has been having “swarms” of small earthquakes all around that region, so I thought I would ask Gaia, the soul of the earth, about this.

Gaia, will you be having large earthquakes in the region of Puerto Rico anytime soon?

No Tom I’m not planning any large earthquakes for that region of the earth shall we say.  I am simply making adjustments in my mantle you see.  Nothing to really cause alarm, although I can understand that those who experience these and for those who monitor seismic activity they do question if something larger is on the way. 

OK, are any large earthquakes in the near future --say the last half of this year—scheduled for any really populated area?

Yes, there will be a couple, Tom--one in China again and yes, one in the Indonesian region.  I will not be more specific than that.

Gaia, one writer has been told by Mayan elders that a giant earthquake is coming to the United States, I think.  Aren’t we still in the hold period where it has been put off for one year more or so?

Yes you are entirely correct Tom.  I have put this off and that giant earthquake as you call it has been delayed and will not happen in the foreseeable future for you.  That does not mean that I am not moving things around in anticipation of that eventually happening.  Yes, the earthquakes that have been reported near Japan and Burma or Myanmar as their rulers have renamed it are all part of the shifting process that I’m doing.  Again, the large shift I must make in the United States and all of North America will happen in the future Tom, but not so immediate as the Mayan elders have predicted.  They are operating on old information similar to what you had previously received from me, before your vibrational level dramatically raised last fall.

Gaia, someone wants to know in the numerous eclipses in July and August contribute to raising our energy level and or vibrational level; and will some of the people be affected while others will not be?

That is a good question Tom.  Yes, the eclipses will affect some energetically while others will not be affected.  It all depends upon the person’s personal energy and vibrational level.  So it really depends upon the person’s levels.  Some will be much more sensitive to these eclipses than others. 

And I assume the long lunar or moon eclipse that went across Asia was a precursor to the number of earthquakes striking or occurring in that region now?

Yes, Tom.  There is a connection.  Even your scientists will notice the pattern of earthquakes that have followed that eclipse and others.  They help me move the earth by pushing and pulling. 

CONVERSATIONS WITH A SIRIAN, PT. 22

Back in January of 2008 Theo informed me that one of my “soul cluster” members was having a life as an amphibian on a water planet in the Sirius B Star System.  I was to discover that he’s lived over 800 lives on earth, and will be coming to visit us around 2017.  Here are my latest questions and his answers.  We’re just using a form of telepathy and receiving and sending “thought packets” as Theo describes them.

Is the mothership you will be on look like or have the appearance of a long tube, or will it have another appearance such as the spaceship I saw in the District 9 movie last night?

Good question Tom.  No the mothership will be much more smooth than the one you saw in the movie last night.  This mothership is long and yes, somewhat boomerang shaped, but certainly nothing like the ones that are portrayed in most of your movies.

I wish to discuss the makeup of the Federation Planets regarding the beings that inhabit these worlds. 

How many of the planets have 2 or more intelligent forms of life that take part in the Federation affairs?

Certainly more than half Tom.  Some even have multiples as you suggested.  Yes, on my planet both the land dwellers and we as amphibians both take part in Federation affairs.  Keep in mind that we are for the most part a very happy contented group of worlds, so there are certainly challenges to work through, but small in comparison to what you have to deal with. 

Are any of these insect in nature?

Yes of course.  They are quite a few planets inhabited by insect type creatures that are members of the Federation.

No reptilians are members are they, I may have asked before?

No, they tend to keep to themselves. 

How many of the worlds have humanoids?

Quite a few again Tom.  Certainly over one third.

How many Federation worlds have Amphibians like you?

Not as many Tom.  Less than 10%.

How many worlds have what we consider fish that would be intelligent?

Oh, quite a few—more than 20 to 30 percent.

What other types of life on Federation planets have I not covered?

There would be intelligent life connected with the plant world Tom.  Certainly animals that you call by name certainly have a presence on many of the worlds.

Antura here Tom.  Good morning.

Good day Antura whatever the point in your day it is.

That reminds me.  Regarding time, how do you know when you’re on say the mothership when your shift is over—when it is time for another being to take over?

A complicated question Tom for you to be sure.  There are or there is a semblance of time, but certainly not the same as on earth.  On the mothership people come and go by simply telling their partner or partners in doing what studies they are involved in that they wish to be relieved.  Much is done by advanced forms of computers, which allows us much free time to pursue our own interests and to be able to meditate at will.  Life is not as complicated as for you.  It is much slower in pace.  Still there are duties that have to be performed and there are beings that volunteer to do them.  We are a big happy family on the ship, with few if ever cross words between us. 

So the answer I understand is that you do not really keep to any set schedules.  Is that my understanding?

Yes.  Although we do have specific duties that must be performed that we take pride in doing and enjoyment in what we do, so it does not really seem like work.

Have you been on any of the other motherships from other universes?

Yes, on occasion.  And yes their motherships can be radically different than ours.  And the beings that are on these ships are even more different than we see in this universe, and I can assure you Tom that we have an enormous variety. 

Have you been instructed as to what information you cannot provide me?

Yes, but so far we have not touched on those areas, so it should not really concern you at this time.  Obviously it would be things like propulsion—more detailed workings of certain instruments, which you are not really too interested in since you’re not a scientist in this life.
